재무모형과 비재무모형을 통합한 중기업 신용평가시스템의 개발 (Developing Medium-size Corporate Credit Rating Systems by the Integration of Financial Model and Non-financial Model)

  • Most researches on the corporate credit rating are generally classified into the area of bankruptcy prediction and bond rating. The studies on bankruptcy prediction have focused on improving the performance in binary classification problem, since the criterion variable is categorical, bankrupt or non-bankrupt. The other studies on bond rating have predicted the credit ratings, which was already evaluated by bond rating experts. The financial institute, however, should perform effective loan evaluation and risk management by employing the corporate credit rating model, which is able to determine the credit of corporations. Therefore, in this study we present a medium sized corporate credit rating system by using Artificial Neural Network(ANN) and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Also, we developed AHP model for credit rating using non-financial information. For the purpose of completed credit rating model, we integrated the ANN and AHP model using both financial information and non-financial information. Finally, the credit ratings of each firm are assigned by the proposed method.

Development of Safety Assessment Indicators and Facility Management System for Crime Prevention - A Case Study of Park -

  • In this study, a GIS-based park safety assessment index was developed to enable objective park vulnerability assessment through data-based GIS analysis, a safety assessment was conducted by selecting a target site where various parks are operated and applying the park safety assessment index. In addition, a facility management system was developed for efficient management of the park safety assessment to update the park safety and provide a foothold for indirect PPGIS. In the case of the assessment index of the safety rating of the park, it was possible to conclude that the accurate quantitative performance was given to the calculation of the safety grade of the park based on the fact that the facilities are different depending on the environment and the size of the park. In addition, the marking the safety grade of parks, as well as the function to show the safety facilities of parks, a common living area for citizens, the management system is expected to have an impact on promoting the use of parks. In the future, in functions such as reporting of facility failures and verifying civil information are implemented by applying civic group participation programs and crowd-sourcing technologies, it is believed that all facilities as well as parks managed by the local government can be managed more efficiently.

머신러닝 기반 시설물 안전 점검·진단용역 부실 판정 요인에 대한 연구 (Investigating Factors Contributing to Inadequate Facility Safety Inspections and Diagnosis Services: A Machine Learning Approach)

  • Evaluating the adequacy of facility safety inspection and diagnosis services performed by private enterprises is a time-consuming and administratively complex process. This study aims to analyze the determinants that could influence the rating of these safety inspection and diagnosis services using data analytics approach. Through a comparative analysis of several machine learning algorithms suitable for multi-class classification, we selected the model with the best performance (Random Forest) and identified the main determinants using the permutation importance technique. Among the variables examined, "contract value," "days of service performed" and "adherence to fair market value" were found to be strongly correlated with the rating assessments. Furthermore, we discovered that the skills and expertise of service performing personnel significantly impacted the rating. The results of this study can contribute to the enhancement of the current post-evaluation administrative processes and offer valuable insights into rating assessments by incorporating previously unexplored variables pertaining to both service providers and the services itself.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short-tenn stretching type of muscular strength gymnastics on health-related fitness and rating of perceived pain for automotive industry workers. The subjects selected were 27, who were divided into 3 groups(A group=10, B group=9, C group=8). Group A performed a short-term stretching Type of Muscular Strength Gymnastics only one time. Group B continuously performed the exercise program two times. Group C was a control group. The exercise program was a stretching Type of Muscular Strength Gymnastics, which was performed 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Its intensity was RPE 11-15. Data analysis was conducted by using SPSS ver 14.0. The test was conducted with two-way repeated ANOVA, post-hoc Ducan and paired t-test (a<.05). This study showed the following results. Muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility increased in all intra and between groups. Ratio of %fat decreased for group B but the control group presented conversely. Rating of perceived pain of group A decreased at arm and hands. Rating of perceived pain of group A decreased at back and leg.

교량 안전등급 분석을 통한 유지관리전략 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Maintenance Strategy based on Analysis of Bridge Safety Grade)

  • 교량은 국가 주요 기반시설물 중의 하나로서 '시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법'에 따라 정기적인 안전점검 또는 진단이 실시되고 있다. 이를 통해 교량의 상태평가 및 안전성평가 결과에 의해 각각 상태등급과 안전성등급이 개별적으로 산정되고, 두 등급의 결과 중 상대적으로 낮은 등급이 해당 교량의 안전등급으로 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 교량 안전등급의 핵심인 상태등급과 안전성등급의 상관관계를 일반국도 상에 위치한 교량의 대표적인 상부구조형식인 RC슬래브교, PSCI거더교, 강박스거더교, 라멘교 및 프리플렉스거더교를 대상으로 분석하였다. 또한 분석 대상 교량의 형식별로 각각의 등급 간의 상관현황, 상관범위 등을 파악하고, 교량 상부구조형식별 점검 및 진단의 적정 수행주기 변경 방안을 제안하여 국내의 기존 유지관리 정책 수립의 합리적인 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 교량은 상부구조형식, 안전등급에 따라 기존 점검 및 진단 주기의 일부 조정이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 보다 다양한 교량형식에 대한 세부적인 연구를 통해 유지관리 정책의 개선이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Study of Influence Factors for Prediction of Ground Subsidence Risk

  • This Analyzed case study of measuring displacement, implemented laboratory investigation, and in-situ testing in order to interpret ground subsidence risk rating by excavation work. Since geological features of each country are different, it is necessary to objectify or classify quantitatively ground subsidence risk evaluation in accordance with Korean ground character. Induced main factor that could be evaluated and used to predicted ground subsidence risk through literature investigation and analysis study on research trend related to the ground subsidence. Major factors of ground subsidence might be classified by geological features as overburden, boundary surface of ground, soil, rock and water. These factors affect each other differently in accordance with type of ground that's classified soil, rock, or complex. Then rock could be classified including limestone element or not, also in case of the latter it might be classified whether brittle shear zone or not.

공공기관 경영진 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 안전혁신교육 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Innovation Education Factors Affecting the Management's Behavioral Intentions in Public Institutions)

  • This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

요양병원 의사 및 간호인력 차등등급에 따른 인지도 - 의사, 간호인력 중심으로 (Convalescent Hospital Doctors and Nursing Staff Awareness of the Differential Rating : Focused on Doctors, Nursing Staff)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 의사 및 간호 인력 대상으로 차등등급에 따른 의료서비스 질 향상 및 만족도, 병원운영성과에 대하여 어떻게 인지하고 있는지를 파악함으로써 차등등급제도가 효율적으로 운영되기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 의사 등급과 간호 인력 등급에 따른 차이분석을 위해 독립표본t검증을 실시한 결과, 의사2등급에서 환자권리향상과 경영 효율성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 간호 인력 2등급에서 환자안전향상, 진료향상, 환자권리향상이 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 의사 및 간호 인력 등급에 따른 차이분석을 위해 ANOVA분석을 실시한 결과, 환자안전향상, 병원재정, 병원위상에서는 의사 1, 간호 인력 2등급에서, 환자권리향상 및 자기계발에서는 의사 2, 간호 인력 1등급에서 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 전반적으로 의사, 간호 인력의 등급은 높지만, 1등급과 2등급 간의 차이는 각 부문 별로 상이한 결과가 나와 향후 요양병원 차등등급제의 의사 및 간호 인력 1, 2등급 간의 산정기준 개편을 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.
