To live comportably, proper air and lighting environment are necessary, environment is obtained by excuting. We can get the lighting environment with excuting day-lighting and artificial lighting suittably. The developing trend of fluorescent light lamp call for low power and high lighting efficiency. Nowadays, The 26 mm FL is developed and in wide use in this proper, the character of 26 mm FL is discussed, same improvement are proposed.

도시의 환경조명은 야간의 도시를 빛으로 장식하고 미화해서 아름답게 하며, 시민의 안전과 치안을 향상시켜 도시의 품위를 높여 주고 있다. 공원의 조명계획을 수립할 때 공원의 기능이나 성격을 충분히 고려해서 가장 좋은 조명효과를 얻을 수 있도록 조명방식을 이용하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 도시의 야간활동 증대와 경관에 대한 중요성이 높아지는 요즘 도심하천과 해안 수변공간에 대한 경관조명은 기능적인 측면과 더불어 주체성 향상에 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 논문은 수변에 접해 있는 홍콩의 흥험 산책로를 통해 침사추이 산책로 까지 중요 지점에서 조명을 실측 하였고, 일본의 후쿠오카 나카가와 공원을 중심으로 중요 지점으로 파악되는 장소에서 조명 측정을 하였다. 그리고 제주시 함덕해수욕장 진입로 주변과 상가와 인접한 도로를 중심으로 실측하여 조명환경 특성을 비교 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 홍콩의 경우는 8개 평가항목에서 우수하였고, 후쿠오카의 경우 5개 항목에서 양호함을 보여 보통으로 분석되었다. 그리고 제주시의 경우는 다수의 항목에서 보통과 미흡으로 평가되어 전체적으로 열악한 실정으로 판단되었다. 이를 통하여 지역 주민의 야간 활동을 고양시키고 방문자들에게 아름다운 경관을 제공할 수 있는 제주시 수변공간의 안정적인 조명계획을 제안하고자 한다.

Outdoor lighting is an important factor of urban scape. As a night image of the city, outdoor lighting acts important roles. Cities of developed countries have already had night images of their cites. About this, government is encouraging outdoor lighting of building by various ways. However, in present, outdoor lighting of headquarter buildings was not activated more than that of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper presents a method to measure outdoor lighting effects as quantitative aspects for outdoor lighting activation. Presented the method of outdoor lighting effects is difficult to apply all buildings. Therefore, this paper limits the target to the headquarter buildings.

However, in present, owners of private buildings have not been up and coming about outdoor lighting more than those of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper suggests a quantification method for economic effects of outdoor lighting and analyzes economic effects of outdoor lighting in advertising. A suggested measurement method of economic effects is difficult to measure all economic effects of outdoor lighting. Therefore, this measurement method limits the target to the private buildings.

The purpose of this study is to propose a simulation approach which compares lighting quality of each luminaire type for small urban park users' safety. For improving illumination quality, lighting intensity distribution of a luminaire is one of the important factors and it is also important to set the luminaire to a proper position. To achieve the best plan for illumination, it is most important to communicate the plan with designers of park and professional engineers in depth and the communication continues from the beginning of the plan.

Generally, the phase control dimmer has been widely used due to simple interface and easy handling. However, the electrical characteristics are not good for the method in which the phase control dimmer cuts the input voltage. This paper has researched about DALI(Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) controller, that is the digital lighting control method, and implemented DALI protocol satisfied with the IEC-62386 standard. In addition, the existing phase control dimmer was used as the controller of DALI and not only individual control but also group control was possible. And the performance was proved to be good by applying our theory to 30[W] LED lighting control system.

In this thesis, we designed specific LonWorks nodes for lighting control then implemented the lighting control system through the operating scenarios. Developed lighting controller plays a role of one network node and according to information from other nodes, decides whether it toms on the light or not. In this way the lights can be controlled by using the location information of light in the lighting control node and the grouping information of the lights in the switch node.

Recently, rapid development of technique and change of lifestyle during nighttime has activated the urban outdoor lighting and renovated consideration of nightscape. As the interest of nightscape increases more widely, outdoor lighting has been installed more and more in the cities. Nightscape comes in diverse forms. So, there is no absolute standard for outdoor lighting. But only bright outdoor lighting is not necessarily a good nightscape. Installation lighting without master plan or excessive outdoor lighting may cause a inharmony. This study aims to analyze the luminous characteristics of facade in shopping complexes. For the purpose, four large-scale shopping complexes located in Dongdaemun area were selected. Building facade composition, outdoor lighting composition, and lighting equipment of each shopping complexes are surveyed, and luminance of building facade were measured with Prometric 1400. The result of the study are as follows; (1) Horizontally large-scale shopping complexes emphasize the building entrance and shape of the building at night by outdoor lighting. (2) Non cut-off luminaries installed in building entrance and shop front caused the potential of light pollution.

Lighting industry is rapidly being developed as the ubiquitous society based on sensor network emerges. This kind of paradigm shift brings the society convergence of technologies which leads to smart lighting system as well as the integration of interior and sensibility control. However, standards for sensors have not been firmly established, and problems related to quality and malfunction have been brought up, thereby calling for careful approach to the enhancement and assessment of reliability of the item. In this article reliability assessment criteria for sensor module for lighting fixtures is established in terms of performance assessment criterion and reliability assessment criterion.

Night-Scape Lighting with the use of LED lighting has become very popular recently by the merits of energy saving, environmental friendlyness, sensitivity and conversion trends. LED lighting designs are being used diversly as outer elements for screen media stage production as well as buildings with fusioning of information technology. However, methods for analyzing the cases effectively are far from completion. This research evaluates the recent trends of Night-Scape Lighting with LED and processes it through database and aims to propose LED Night-Scape Design process for the various architectural night-scape lighting designs.
