생태복지는 인간의 복지와 건강한 생태계의 상호관계성에 대한 국제적 담론에서 시작되었다. 본 연구는 국립공원이 생태복지의 최대 실현가능 지역이라는 점에서 국립공원에 적합한 '국립공원 생태복지' 개념을 정립하고 정책방향을 설정함으로써 향후 국립공원에서의 생태복지 실현을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사전워크숍과 총 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 '국립공원 생태복지'는 국립공원에서 생태계의 지속가능성과 생물다양성을 유지하며, '국립공원 인간복지'와 '국립공원 생태계복지'의 조화를 지향하는 복지로 정의되었다. 2차 델파이 결과 모든 항목에서 평균 4.00 이상, 내용 타당도(CVR) 0.37 이상, 변이계수(CV) 0.5 미만으로 타당한 내용으로 확인되었다. 국립공원 생태복지의 정책방향을 설정하기 위해 생태복지의 바탕이 되는 생태계서비스의 요소들 중 국립공원에 적합한 주요 요소를 도출한 결과 공급서비스에서 먹이 식량, 물, 유전자원 3항목, 조절서비스와 기반(서식지)서비스의 모든 항목, 문화서비스에서 미적정보, 휴양관광, 심신치유, 지식체계 교육적 가치 4항목이 최종 도출되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 국립공원 생태복지의 개념과 향후 국립공원 생태복지 정책이 어떻게 나아가야할지 방향성을 제시하였다. 그러나 이를 실현하기 위해서는 향후 이에 대한 구체적인 단위사업에 대한 실행계획이 수반되어야 하며 이를 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.

Interference scenarios and methodologies between a terrestrial mobile service (MS) system and mobile-satellite service (MSS) system in a co-channel environment are established. Taking into account a practical deployment situation for both systems, we perform computational simulation of interference in terms of carrier-to-interference ratio (C/I) and interference-to-noise ratio (I/N) to evaluate the cofrequency interference from an MS system into an MSS system, and from an MSS system into an MS system, respectively. The methodology and results can be used as a guide when planning the deployment of MSS and MS systems with no unacceptable interference impact between them.

With the change of various business environments, needs for the third party logistics(3PL) service are strategically considered for securing core competitiveness of manufacturers in China. Thus, manufacturers not only have worked with 3PL service providers for cutting costs of logistics, but also they are willing to have Win-Win relationship with the 3PL service provider. In this paper, comparing situation and characteristics of both China and developed-countries, especially in the particularity of manufacturing companies in China. The most important thing is that 3PL service providers must be able to manage supply chain of manufacturers with logistic planning abilities and to operate logistics services with logistic infrastructures and IT systems. In the view of long-term development, incubating logistics specialists is also the influencing fact that makes 3PL service providers more competitive with high quality logistics service and infrastructures.

근래 들어 생명과학 및 생명정보에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 활발한 연구 활동의 결과물로 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 방대한 생명정보를 분석할 수 있는 많은 알고리즘이 개발되었으며, 웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 생명정보의 활용도가 높아져서 다양한 방법으로 정보 서비스가 가능하게 되었다. Web Services는 XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI를 사용하는 분산 컴포넌트 기반의 컴퓨팅 기술로 서비스를 제공하는 Service Provider와 서비스 제공자의 정보를 저장하는 Service Registry 및 서비스를 사용하는 Service Requestor로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 바이오인포매틱스 분야에서 Web Services를 구성하는 모든 요소들을 개발한다. 특히 One-Stop Web Services는 GUI 환경의 인터페이스로 사용자에게는 용이한 실행 환경을 제공하고 있으며, Web Services 개발자에게는 사용자 인터페이스 개발 부담을 줄일 수 있다.

This paper implements Message Service of TCN or IEC 61375-1. TCN is divided into two services, Variable and Message Service. Variable Service uses the broadcasting method with Source Address, but Message Service uses peer-to-peer method with Destination Address and has OSI 7 Layer. In TCN, interface between Transport and Network Layer has not been defined and Meaning of Packet Pool has not been defined exactly. Therefore, this paper proposes the Implementation method for both the interface between Transport and Network Layer and the packet pool for Message Service of TCN.

Innovation on digital compression technology, high speed networking technology, digital broadcasting technology and distributed processing technology provides new interactive multimedia service that integrates telecommunication, broadcasting, and computer application. To meet the new trends, we focus our research direction to integrate the telecommunication services and the broadcasting services. For this purpose, we designed and implemented an interactive multimedia service platform based on the DAVIC specification. Our research results in the development of integrated interactive services and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service that will be launched from next year. In this paper, we will describe the overall architecture and system implementation results of the interactive multimedia service platform.

Our platform introduced in this paper is based on DAVIC specifications which define high quality multimedia services with some extensions to provide user friendly and uniform interface to its users. We designed and implemented an integrated service platform for high quality interactive multimedia services, swithed digital broadcasting, and Internet services. The integration in terms of a service provider system, a delivery system, and a service user system is taken into account. Our research results in the development of integrated high quality interactive and digital broadcasting multimedia services with web-based common user interface and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service which will be launched from next year.

The Share and the importance of service industry have been grown up consistently, especially the diffusion of internet for past decade stimulates rapid expansions of it. However, research areas about service industry still remain relatively unexplored. This research regards a web site as a package of various service units, and proposes a framework that maps service units into 2-dimensional space using MDAC to find uncovered service area for the requirements of customers, This framework is expected to help to find weak service areas of current web site, and to bring useful information for the outset stage of NSC.

Externally, there is urgent need Strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture in terms of production, processing and consumption. And development of high-quality services is particularly essential for provide safe food to consumers, internally. We studied the concept of service science, service models and service development methodology, then researched strengthening agricultural competitiveness through analysis of service viewpoint. After then, in the service level and service science, we elicit the service components for the defined new business, which is composed of private service and supporting service for Mungyeong omija industry. In this research, we evaluate the possibilities that agriculture is not primary industries but service industries for competitiveness. We suggest four key service composition for win-win strategy in Mungyeong omija industry. That is authenticity service, decision price service, decision rating service, establish infrastructure for year-round sale.

The extension service for rural tourism is especially important because farmers are usually new in the service industry, while the extension service system for this purpose is yet to be established in Korea. The Israeli case of rural extension service system is studied in this paper in order to explore the implications of the extension service system for the rural tourism in Korea.
