모서리균열이 있는 알루미늄판의 복합재 패치보수시 수명예측 연구 (Fatigue Life Prediction of Composite Patch for Edge Cracked Aluminum Plate)

  • 노후항공기의 균열보수 방법 중 복합재를 이용한 균열보수 방법을 이용하여 항공기 알루미늄 재료의 피로수명 예측을 위해 유한요소해석을 이용 하였다. 패치보수의 해석 시에는 접착제 층이 매우 얇기 때문에 모델링의 어려움이 있는데, 본 연구에서는 3층 기법을 이용하여 해석을 수행하였다. 피로수명의 예측 시에는 Paris의 법칙을 적용하였고, 효율적 수명예측을 위해 수정된 균열닫힘법을 적용하였다. 해석에 의한 수명예측 결과는 실험치를 잘 모사할 수 있었으며, 항공기의 피로수명 예측이나 수명연장기법으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

  • Egypt has gone through a major metamorphosis following the Egyptian Revolution that began on 25 January 2011. The aim of this article is to analyze the influence of the aforementioned metamorphoses on the Egyptian Arbitration Law and Practice and to shed light on the recent developments of the latter. Whilst positive legislative amendments have been recently achieved with regards to enforcement of arbitral awards, it is crystal clear that the January 2011 Revolution has negatively impacted the jurisprudence of the Administrative Court of the Conseil d'Etat which has annulled several arbitration clauses enshrined in contracts related to privatization. However, save for disputes arising from administrative contracts, Egypt has been and shall remain a friendly seat of Arbitration as it possesses an arbitration-friendly legislation, its Ordinary Judicial Courts are familiarized with international arbitration practice and it has a prominent and famous arbitration Centre.

  • Paris가 피로균열전파에 파괴역학의 개념을 도입한 이후, Paris 법칙에 의하여 피로균열성장문제를 다루어 왔으나, Elber가 제안한 유효응력강도계수가 균열 전파 실험과 잘 일치하는 것이 밝혀진 이후 많은 연구자들이 유효응력비인 개구비를 정확히 추정하기 위한 연구를 계속하여 왔다. 본 연구는 변동하중 하의 피로균열전파 거동을 해석함에 있어서 균열의 개폐구 거동을 고려한 해석적 수치 모델을 개발하여, 선체구조 설계나 선박검사 시에 활용 가능한 정밀한 균열전파 추정방법을 제안하고자 한다.

프랑스 주택 임대료 규제 및 관련 제도 연구 (House Rent Control System and Its Implementation in France)

  • Since year 2000, French housing and rent prices rose at a rapid rate and the housing market has been overheated. Face to this phenomena, the French government enacted a new law Alur which is a legislatif tool to control the private housing rent price for the cities, where the tension of the housing market is very high. This new law has impacted the housing market in two major ways. First, for the 38 cities designated by this law, the rent price's increase rate can not rise above the IRL, which is the rent reference index. Secondly, this law also permits local authorities to control the housing rent's price following the concrete price guidance. Especially in Paris, the city applicated this method for private rental housing since 2015. This city classified its own area by 14 zones. Based on the market surveys of each sector, local authority made a guidance for private housing rent's price. The guideline is consisted of average prices, maxima and minima price by types, which is classified by the construction year, number of rooms and furnished or not. Therefore, this study aims to understand french housing rent's price control system and draw implementation for korean housing rent policies. This research is meaningful for it introduces recent foreign regislations which could be helpful to control the housing market in Korea.

LNG 운반선에 적용된 독립형 탱크의 균열 진전 해석에 관한 연구 (Crack Propagation Analysis for IMO Type-B Independent Tank with Liquefied Natural Gas Carrier)

  • LNG 운반선은 선체와 화물창이 일체형인 멤브레인 타입을 적용한 대형선을 중심으로 건조되어 왔으나, 최근 친환경 연료인 LNG의 수요 증가 및 LNG 벙커링 인프라 확대로, 중소형 운반선에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소형 LNG 운반선에 IMO B 형식 탱크를 적용하고 설계의 안정성 및 적합성을 검증하는 것을 목표로 하였고, B 형식 탱크를 적용하는 경우 필수적으로 수반되는 파괴역학 기반의 균열 진전 해석 및 가스 누출을 대비하여 설치되는 부분 2차 방벽의 크기의 결정을 위한 내용을 소개하였다. LNG 운반선 적용에 적용되는 국제 규정인 IGC 코드를 이용하여 설계 수명동안 균열 진전 해석에 적용될 응력 분포를 산정하는 방법을 제시하였고, Paris 법칙과 British Standard 7910 (BS 79110) 기반의 균열 진전 해석 프로그램을 개발하여 표면 균열 진전 해석을 수행하였다. 다음으로 2차 방벽의 크기를 결정하기 위하여, 초기 관통 균열의 크기를 가정할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고, 균열 감지 후 회항 가능 기간인 15일 동안의 관통 균열 진전 해석을 수행하여 국제 규정에서 요구하는 B 형식 화물 탱크의 안정성 및 적합성을 검증하였다. 더 정확한 피로 균열 진전 해석을 위하여 코드 기반에 더하여 직접 해석을 통한 해석 절차 개발 및 검증이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • In this paper, the interfacial stress intensity factors( $K_{i}$$K_1$+i $K_2$) for the edge interface crack in the dissimilar materials(isotropic-isotropic materials, isotropic-composite materials) were analysed by BEM(Boundary Element Method). The fatigue crack growth behaviour was investigated by load constant fatigue test. From the experimental results, the relationship between da/dN and interfacial stress intensity facto, ( $K_{i}$ or $K_1$) can be expressed by Paris'law for homogeneous materials.s.s.

확률 유한요소해석법을 이용한 피로수명 및 강도해석 (Analysis of Fatigue Life and Fracture Toughness Using Probabilistic Finite Element Method)

  • Data which gathered and used in the field of fatigue and fracture mechanics have a lot of uncertainties. In this case, those uncertainties will make scatter band in evaluation of fatigue life and fracture toughness. Thus, the probabilistic analysis of these data will be needed. For determining the fatigue life in mixed mode, using crack direction law and fatigue crack growth law, the problem is studied as a constrained life minimization. Stress intensity factor(SIF) is computed by approximate solution table(Ewalds/Wanhill 1984) and 0th order PFEM. The variance of fatigue life and SIF are computed by differentiation of tabulated approximate solution and 1st order PFEM. And these are used for criterion of design values, principal parameter determination and modelling. The problem of center cracked plate is solved for checking the PFEM model which is influenced by various parameters like as initial crack length, final crack length, two fatigue parameters in Paris Equation and applied stress.

  • This study is to investigate the behavior of fatigue crack growth with ATOS 55 steel which can be applied to the commercial car Dump Frame. It is to obtain the material coefficients after tensile and fatigue crack growth test with the variation of thickness or heat treatment. Also, that is proved the Pari's law by experiment. The summarized results are as follows ; 1) Increasing thickness, tensile and yield strength measured highly regardless to heat treatment and measured lowly as variation of heat treatment temperature. 2) Specimen of thickness 8.0㎜ measured the faster of crack growth rate than another thickness according to the results of experiment. It was the different of stress conditions in crack tip. 3) It was found that the experimental constant m was range of 2∼5 to the relationship between fatigue crack growth rate and stress intensity factor range. Also, it was to prove the Paris's law by the experiment.

J-integral and fatigue life computations in the incremental plasticity analysis of large scale yielding by p-version of F.E.M.

  • Since the linear elastic fracture analysis has been proved to be insufficient in predicting the failure of strain hardening materials, a number of fracture concepts have been studied which remain applicable in the presence of plasticity near a crack tip. This work thereby presents a new finite element model to predict the elastic-plastic crack-tip field and fatigue life of center-cracked panels(CCP) with ductile fracture under large-scale yielding conditions. Also, this study has been carried out to investigate the path-dependence of J-integral within the plastic zone for elastic-perfectly plastic, bilinear elastic-plastic, and nonlinear elastic-plastic materials. Based on the incremental theory of plasticity, the p-version finite element is employed to account for the accurate values of J-integral, the most dominant fracture parameter, and the shape of plastic zone near a crack tip by using the J-integral method. To predict the fatigue life, the conventional Paris law has been modified by substituting the range of J-value denoted by ${\Delta}J$ for ${\Delta}K$. The experimental fatigue test is conducted with five CCP specimens to validate the accuracy of the proposed model. It is noted that the relationship between the crack length a and ${\Delta}K$ in LEFM analysis shows a strong linearity, on the other hand, the nonlinear relationship between a and ${\Delta}J$ is detected in EPFM analysis. Therefore, this trend will be depended especially in the case of large scale yielding. The numerical results by the proposed model are compared with the theoretical solutions in literatures, experimental results, and the numerical solutions by the conventional h-version of the finite element method.

  • 철도, 항공 및 기계구조물등의 많은 설계문제에서는 반복하중의 영향을 받기 때문에 제조와 품질제어 공정에서 특히, 반복하중의 영향이 심한 구조부품의 피로균열에 대한 연구가 충분히 선행되어야 한다. Paris법칙에서 응력확대계수범위 .DELTA.K에 10%오차를 수반하면 피로수명 N에는 50%정도의 오차를 초래할 만큼 민감도가 매우 크다. 그러나, 선형탄성파괴역학에 근거한 p-version 유한요소법은 응력확대계수를 산정하는데 있어서 종래의 h-version 유한요소법에 비해 훨씬 적합함이 증명되고 있다. 제안된 해석법의 효율성을 입증하기 위해 철도차량의 연결접합부에 있는 T-joint부위의 피로균열해석과 원공이 있는 유한판의 원공주위에서 발생되는 균열해석이 수행되었다.
