사후서비스부문의 서비스품질 최적화를 위한 서비스사슬관리 구축 (The Construction of Service Chain Management for Optimizing Service Quality in After-Sales Service)

  • Supply chain management is a total systems approach to delivering manufactured products to the end customer. Using information technology to coordinate all elements of the supply chain from parts suppliers to retailers achieves a level of integration that is a competitive advantage not available in traditional logistics systems. On the other hand, service chain management is an analogous systems approach that is especially suitable for delivering mobile services such as parcel delivery, cable installation, and home health care. The key elements that distinguish service supply chain management from supply chain management are bidirectional optimization, management of productive capacity, and management of perishability. The purpose of this study is to maintain the construction of service chain management by proving that service quality in after-sales service can be improved through service chain management. First of all, supply chain management, service quality, and service chain management were introduced in theoretical research. In empirical research, it was selected the domestic enterprise that produce electronic appliances with after-sales service, and some customers using the enterprise's after-sales service in the metropolitan area were selected as a sample by convenience sampling method and examined.

Effects of an ice pack and sulfur generating pad treatment for home delivery on the quality of 'Duke' blueberry fruits

  • This study focused on the improvement of blueberry delivery service using pre-cooled ice and $SO_2$ pads to prevent an increase in the fruit temperature as well as decay. To maintain the fruit quality during low temperature storage, the effect of a $SO_2$ pad and modified atmosphere packaging was also examined. Harvested blueberries were precooled at $15^{\circ}C$, sorted, and packaged. And the fruits were placed in a similar environment as that for the parcel service. Part of the fruits were stored at $0^{\circ}C$ for long term storage. The air temperature in the delivery box increased along with an increase in the simulated delivery time regardless of the treatment. However, the rate of temperature increase was lower in the ice pad treatment. No significant difference was not found after 48 h. The oxygen concentration in the box ranged between 10.5 - 14.5% in the ice pad treatment, which was higher than that of the untreated control (7.5 - 11.9%) whereas the $CO_2$ concentration was lower in the ice pad treatment. No differences were found in the occurrence of off-flavor, decay, and sensory quality loss during the 48 hours of the parcel service simulation. The combined treatment of the $SO_2$ pad and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) using a perforated film increased the shelf-life of the blueberry fruits, the overall quality such as firmness, and the soluble solid content was not different between the treatments except for the decay incidence. No decayed fruit was found in the combined treatment. However, the percentage of decayed fruit in the control was 25% on day 15 of storage and 75% on day 33 of storage, respectively.

우리나라 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인이 온라인쇼핑과 해외직접구매에 미치는 영향 : 택배물류기업의 과제를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of the Facilitating Factors of B2C eCommerce on the Online Shopping and the Overseas Direct Purchase)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인과 온라인쇼핑시장 및 해외직접구매와의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 물류기업들의 물류운영전략 수립에 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 통하여 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인을 도출하고, 전자상거래 촉진요인과 국내 온라인쇼핑 및 해외직접구매와의 인과관계를 실증 분석함으로써 B2C 전자상거래 시대 우리나라 택배서비스기업들의 과제 및 성공적 물류운영전략을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인들이 국내 온라인쇼핑거래액 및 해외직접수입 실적에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 두 가지 ARDL 모형을 설정하였다. 모형의 분석결과, 신용카드 이용건수, 가구당 처분가능소득, 환율, 실질GDP, 정보통신 부문 설비투자, 초고속인터넷가입자수, 인터넷 프로토콜 IPV4 보유수, 15세 이상 인구 등의 변수가 종속변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 온라인 모바일 기술 및 국민들의 경제수준이 고양됨에 따라 B2C 전자상거래 기업 및 물류기업들은 최적의 택배 물류서비스 수행을 위한 고도의 전략적 접근이 필요한 시점이다.

소포 집배송 서비스를 위한 GIS, GPS 및 최적화 기술의 통합 (Integrating GIS, GPS, and Optimization Technologies for Pick-up/Delivery Service)

  • In this paper, we describe an intelligent monitoring and control system for pick-up/delivery service. This system applies geographical information system(GIS), global positioning system(GPS) and wireless communication technologies for managing pick-up/delivery operations more effectively. It consists of three subsystems, pick-up/delivery sequence planning system, pick-up/delivery monitoring system, and PDA execution system. Pick-up/delivery sequence planning system generates routes and schedules for pick-up/delivery using GIS and optimization techniques. Pick-up/delivery monitoring system monitors current positions of vehicles and actual pick-up/delivery results as compared with planned routes and visit times, while PDA execution system transmits information for vehicles positions and actual pick-up/delivery results using GPS and wireless communication technologies. The intelligent monitoring and control system is currently being used for the pick-up parcel service in a local post office of Korea Post.

  • Door to door service is a typical method for individual parcel deliveries. In the current delivery information system, a delivery person manually input the information of many delivery results, which causes inefficiency and difficulties of tracking deliveries. This study suggests an enhanced delivery information system which has the following two characteristics. Firstly, a tagged RFID transmits the delivery result information to the main server by just collecting RFID at a place of destination. Secondly, with the characteristics of rewritable method, the collected RFID is to be input new information and tagged to other parcels.

  • In this paper, we develop a planning system for the routing and scheduling of vehicles in pickup and delivery service such as door-to-door parcel service. Efficient routing and scheduling of vehicles is very important in pickup and delivery service. The routing and scheduling problem is a variation of vehicle routing problem which has various realistic constraints. We develop a heuristic algorithm based on tabu search to solve the routing and scheduling problem. We develop a routing and scheduling system installed the algorithm as a planning engine. The system manage the basic data and uses GIS data to make a realistic route plan.

  • 오늘날 우리나라의 지적도면의 경우 2차원의 지적정보를 제공하고 있어서 일반인들이 이해하기가 어렵고 개별 필지의 경계나 면적 등에 대한 구체적 정보의 접근은 더욱 더 어렵다. 최근 각 지자체에서 항공사진과 지적도면을 연계한 3차원 지적정보를 제공하고 있어 아주 일반인에게 만족도가 높은 반면 지자체에서는 이러한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 항공사진의 구입을 위한 비용이 지출되고 있다. 최근 3치원의 지적구현을 위한 다양한 방법이 개발중에 있으나 일반인들에게 있어 현재까지 많이 이용되고 있는 서비스의 제공은 Google Earth의 3차원 영상이며 최근 각종 연구들이 Google Earth Image Maps을 이용하여 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 현실감 있는 3차원의 입체적인 정보를 실시간으로 제공하며, 그 사용 및 제공에 있어 지방자치단체에서의 예산적인 측면에서 더 경제성이 있는 Google Earth Web상의 영상을 이용하여 현재의 연속지적도와 Google Earth 영상과의 중첩을 통해 상이한 좌표체계간 중첩정확도를 비교분석하여 향후 지자체의 이용가능성이나 활용방안 및 방향을 제공하였다.

  • 최근 택배산업의 성장과 물량이 급격히 증가하면서 피해 사례가 계속해서 늘어나고 있다. 현재 택배서비스 이용 시 피해가 발생한 경우 책임소재 입증불가 및 사업자의 책임회피로 택배 이용 고객들은 피해보상을 제대로 받지 못하고 있다. 특히 운송물 분실 시 택배사업자와 수하인 또는 대리인의 책임소재를 입증할 수 있는 증거자료가 부족하기 때문에 책임이 불명확하고 책임소재 파악을 위하여 많은 시간이 소요된다. 이를 사전에 방지하기 위해서 관련된 증거를 생성, 수집, 유지, 활용, 입증 등이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 택배 운송장에서 발신자 정보와 수신자 정보를 암호화 및 코드화하여 개인정보를 보호한다. 또한, 피해 사례 발생 시, 정의된 발신 코드 및 수신 코드를 이용하여 발신 배송 수신에 대한 명확하고 신속한 책임 소재 파악이 가능하도록, 효율적이고 안전한 부인방지 프로토콜을 제안한다.

A Secure Location-Based Service Reservation Protocol in Pervasive Computing Environment

  • Nowadays mobile phones and PDAs are part and parcel of our lives. By carrying a portable mobile device with us all the time we are already living in partial Pervasive Computing Environment (PCE) that is waiting to be exploited very soon. One of the advantages of pervasive computing is that it strongly supports the deployment of Location-Based Service(s) (LBSs). In PCE, there would be many competitive service providers (SPs) trying to sell different or similar LBSs to users. In order to reserve a particular service, it becomes very difficult for a low-computing and resource-poor mobile device to handle many such SPs at a time, and to identify and securely communicate with only genuine ones. Our paper establishes a convincing trust model through which secure job delegation is accomplished. Secure Job delegation and cost effective cryptographic techniques largely help in reducing the burden on the mobile device to securely communicate with trusted SPs. Our protocol also provides users privacy protection, replay protection, entity authentication, and message authentication, integrity, and confidentiality. This paper explains our protocol by suggesting one of the LBSs namely“Secure Automated Taxi Calling Service”.

택배종사자의 근골격계질환 증상에 관한 연구 (Symptoms of the Musculoskeletal disorders in Delivery Workers )

  • Due to the routine nature of social distancing in accordance with the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics industry is under rapid development, given that offline demand is focused on online platforms. The number of warehouse workplaces and workers are steadily increasing per annum, and the industrial accident rate of transportation, warehouse, and telecommunication industries to which warehouse employees belong is higher than the total industrial accident rate in Korea. In previous studies, warehouse workers reported exposure to health hazards such as musculoskeletal disorders due to the handling of heavy objects and improper working postures. Accordingly, in this study, a survey was conducted to investigate symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders with focus on parcel delivery workers nationwide. The questionnaire included a musculoskeletal disorder symptom survey table to identify information such as worker occupational history, work type, and signs or symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. Survey response data from 453 people were obtained to determine the influence of delivery business characteristics on occupational musculoskeletal disorders, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Based on the results, in the analysis of pain with respect to body part, the duration, degree, and frequency of pain were highest in the leg part, and as a result, the average value for the leg part exhibited a significant difference from those of other body parts. In addition, 52.32% of workers exhibited symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, and a high number of patients with musculoskeletal disorders was observed in the work group with less than three years of service and with ages ranging from 30-39. The results of this study can serve as basic data for the derivation of a management plan that meets the characteristics of musculoskeletal disorders that impact logistics workers overburdened with work due to the rapid increase in parcel delivery volume in accordance with an increase in online consumption.
