철도사업의 예비타당성조사시 환경영향 고려방안에 관한 연구 (Study on Consideration Plan of Environmental Influence in Preliminary Feasibility Investigation of Railroad Work)

  • This paper describes the plans of considering the environmental influences in the preliminary feasibility investigation of railroad work. Because the cost-benefit analysis method about the environmental costs by air pollution and traffic noise is mainly applied in preliminary feasibility investigation, not only the verification in the calculation method of these environmental costs but also the consideration in the environmental costs of the topographical damage and the ecosystem extinction by railroad work is needed. The environment-friendly plans in choosing the locations of the railroad route and station are also suggested, and they include (1) consideration of environment protection area, residential zone, and region with scenic beauty, (2) application of the existing railroad route and station, and (3) railroad route parallel to another traffic facility.

  • The shortest-paths problem is a fundamental problem in graph theory and finds diverse applications in various fields. This is why shortest path algorithms have been designed more thoroughly than any other algorithm in graph theory. A large number of optimization problems are mathematically equivalent to the problem of finding shortest paths in a graph. The shortest-path between a pair of vertices is defined as the path with shortest length between the pair of vertices. The shortest path from one vertex to another often gives the best way to route a message between the vertices. This paper presents an $O(n^2)$ time sequential algorithm and an $O(n^2/p+logn)$ time parallel algorithm on EREW PRAM model for solving all pairs shortest paths problem on circular-arc graphs, where p and n represent respectively the number of processors and the number of vertices of the circular-arc graph.

복선 항공로에 대한 정량적 안전평가 및 효과에 관한 분석 (Quantitative Safety Assessment and Effectiveness Analysis for Duplication of ATS Routes)

  • 국토교통부는 2022년 항공안전 및 운항 효율성 향상을 목적으로 제주와 부산을 잇는 항공로, Y579의 일부 구간을 복선화하였다. 복선화 이전에는 의도적으로 항공기를 진행 방향의 우측으로 이탈시키는 offset 절차를 적용하여 반대 방향으로 비행하는 항공기들을 횡적으로 분리하였으나 '22.12.1. Offset 절차를 폐지하는 대신, 두 개의 평행 항공로 Y571(부산방향)과 Y572(제주방향)를 신설함으로써 안전성과 효율성을 도모하였다. Y571, Y572 항공로의 복선화에는 여러 가지 측면에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 신설 항공로에 대해 안전도를 분석하는 한편, 이전에 적용하던 Offset 절차와의 안전도를 비교하여 복선화의 효과를 분석하였으며 공역 운용의 관점에서 의의를 제시하였다. 정량적 안전평가는 Reich CRM (collision risk model)의 변형된 모델을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 복선화 이후 안전수준이 향상되었으며 공역의 활용에서도 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

765kV 2회선 송전선로를 765kV 및 345kV로 병행운전시 유도현상 예측 (Analysis of the electrostatic induction voltage and electromagnetic induction current on the Parallel Circuit in 765kV Double Circuit Transmission Line)

  • The western route of KEPCO's 765kV transmission line has been tentatively operating as 345kV voltage before commercial operation. After finishing the test operation of 765kV substation in 2002. KEPCO decided to operate the 765kV line for commercial operation. During the applying of 765kV voltage to the transmission line, double circuit transmission line will be operated with two voltage grades of 765kV and 345kV. Because the earthing switch is installed on both end of transmission line, we had estimated the electrostatic induction voltage and electromagnetic induction current before the line energizing in order to confirm the ratings of earthing switch. The induced voltage and current is very important for the maintenance of parallel circuit. This paper describes the simulation study of electrical phenomena such as electrostatic induction voltage from the parallel line and electromagnetic induction current from the parallel circuit. The transmission line model was developed by EMTP (Electro-Magnetic Transient Program).

다차원 경로격자지도를 이용한 주차 경로계획 알고리즘 (Path Planning for Parking using Multi-dimensional Path Grid Map)

  • Recent studies on automatic parking have actively adopted the technology developed for mobile robots. Among them, the path planning scheme plans a route for a vehicle to reach a target parking position while satisfying the kinematic constraints of the vehicle. However, previous methods require a large amount of computation and/or cannot be easily applied to different environmental conditions. Therefore, there is a need for a path planning scheme that is fast, efficient, and versatile. In this study, we use a multi-dimensional path grid map to solve the above problem. This multi-dimensional path grid map contains a route which has taken a vehicle's kinematic constraints into account; it can be used with the $A^*$ algorithm to plan an efficient path. The proposed method was verified using Prescan which is a simulation program based on MATLAB. It is shown that the proposed scheme can successfully be applied to both parallel and vertical parking in an efficient manner.

지중 송전선로에서 시스 순환전류 저감 방안 (Reduction Methods of Sheath Circulating Current in Underground Cable)

  • The use of underground transmission cables has increased continuously in densely inhabited urban and suburban for power transmission. Two or more transmission lines are outgoing from one substation in many cases, and one line comprises twin circuits. In order to meet the increasing do and for electric power, underground tables of two or fore circuits are installed in ducts in parallel for several kilometer in the same route. It, however, has not been known generally that the sheath circulating current is generated in a system where a large number of cables are laid on the same route. Therefore, this paper describes an improved analysis method for sheath circulating current on underground transmission cables using EMTP. Author propose several methods to reduce sheath circulating current. The analysing method and reduction methods for two or more underground cables will be really improved for cable system utility.

Smart AGV system using the 2D spatial map

  • In this paper, the method for an effective and intelligent route decision of the automatic ground vehicle (AGV) using a 2D spatial map of the stereo camera system is proposed. The depth information and disparity map are detected in the inputting images of a parallel stereo camera. The distance between the automatic moving robot and the obstacle detected and the 2D spatial map obtained from the location coordinates, and then the relative distance between the obstacle and the other objects obtained from them. The AGV moves automatically by effective and intelligent route decision using the obtained 2D spatial map. From some experiments on robot driving with 480 frames of the stereo images, it is analyzed that error ratio between the calculated and measured values of the distance between the objects is found to be very low value of 1.57% on average, respectably.

Parallel Synthesis of Unsymmetrical trans-Stilbenes

  • New unsymmetrical trans-stilbenes have been prepared by the sequential coupling reactions of bromobenzenesulfonate with formylarylboronic acids, benzylphosphonates and arylmagnesium bromides and characterized. The nickel-catalyzed reactions of stilbenesulfonates with aryl Grignard reagents produced the corresponding stilbenes via the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of the neopentyloxysulfonyl group by aryl nucleophiles. The great chemoselectivity of the alkyloxysulfonyl group allows the stepwise construction of unsymmetrical trans-stilbenes possessing terphenyl moieties. This procedure appears to be a promising and conceptually straightforward route for the parallel synthesis of various unsymmetrical stilbenes as well as other highly conjugated hydrocarbons.

  • Because of the continuous growth of energy consumption and also the tendency to site power lines and pipelines along the same route, the close proximity of power lines and buried metallic pipelines has become more and more frequent. Therefore there has been and still is a slowing concern about possible hazards resulting from the influence of power lines on metallic pipelines. Underground pipelines that run parallel to or in close proximity to power lines are subjected to induced voltages caused by the time-varying magnetic fields produced by the power line currents. The induced electro- motive force cause currents circulation in the pipeline and voltages between the pipeline and surrounding earth. This paper analyzes the induced voltage on the gas pipelines buried in parallel with 22.9kV distribution lines. Their magnitude depends on the length of parallelism and on the distance between distribution lines and pipeline.

공격편대군-표적 최적 할당을 위한 수리모형 및 병렬 하이브리드 유전자 알고리즘 (New Mathematical Model and Parallel Hybrid Genetic Algorithm for the Optimal Assignment of Strike packages to Targets)

  • For optimizing the operation plan when strike packages attack multiple targets, this article suggests a new mathematical model and a parallel hybrid genetic algorithm (PHGA) as a solution methodology. In the model, a package can assault multiple targets on a sortie and permitted the use of mixed munitions for a target. Furthermore, because the survival probability of a package depends on a flight route, it is formulated as a mixed integer programming which is synthesized the models for vehicle routing and weapon-target assignment. The hybrid strategy of the solution method (PHGA) is also implemented by the separation of functions of a GA and an exact solution method using ILOG CPLEX. The GA searches the flight routes of packages, and CPLEX assigns the munitions of a package to the targets on its way. The parallelism enhances the likelihood seeking the optimal solution via the collaboration among the HGAs.
