Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the work status of community health practitioners in island areas. Methods: Participants in this study were 59 community health practitioners in primary health care posts located on islands in J Province. Data were collected during December, 2011 and analyzed using SPSS 17.0 program. Results: Characteristics of the majority of community health practitioners in the island areas was that they were over 50 years old, married, and had 10 years job experience, The population under their jurisdiction was less than 200 and they had an average of 6-10 patients/day and worked less than 10 hours/day. Health education and practice were the most common of task, and they had various types of paperwork to complete. They visited senior citizens living alone, managed medications, gathered health data for research, waited for night treatment of emergency patients, carried out health promotion programs, and visited seriously ill patients at home after work hours. Conclusion: Results of the study indicate that in order to improve the role and function of the primary health care posts and to boost morale, the practitioners' opinions should be actively accepted by the community health practitioner association and competent government agencies.

2011년부터 방과후 학교 업무를 효과적으로 관리하기 위하여 나이스 방과후학교 시스템을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 현재 운영중인 나이스 방과후 시스템에 대한 효과를 분석하여 방과후 학교 시스템을 효과적으로 정착할 필요가 있다. 2012학년도 서울특별시교육청 관내 11개 교육지원청 소속의 273개 초등학교 방과후학교 담당교사 273명에게 설문을 의뢰하여 116명의 교사가 참여하였다. 나이스 방과후학교 시스템의 효과 분석에서는 업무처리시간(M=3.92)에 대해 가장 불만이 높았고, 다음으로 서류감축(M=3.82), 업무의 효율성(M=3.81), 업무의 정확성(M=3.76) 순으로 불만이 많은 것으로 나타났다.

Pharmacy residency program in Korea was first implemented in Seoul National University Hospital in 1983 to train hospital pharmacists regarding theories and practice which were not appropriately educated in the colleges of pharmacy. There are currently seven hospitals operating the program in Korea, and all of those are located in Metropolitan Seoul area. Most hospitals administer examination and interview to select competent pharmacists while some other hospitals select those based on paperwork and interview tests. Although the program contents are mostly similar, some variation were identified between the programs. Title conferred after accomplishment of the program has not been officially accredited by educational authority. In June of 2008, Korean Society of Health-System Pharmacists promulgated an internal regulation as an attempt to standardize the program contents and to encourage efficient management of the program. Since the regulation has now been effective, it is expected that the regulation may help clinical pharmacy education in Korea move toward advanced level.

전세계적인 무역환경변화에 따른 인터넷을 이용한 수출입을 지칭하는 이른바 '사이버무역'의 시대가 진행되고 있다. 이는 인터넷을 통하여 전세계에 흩어져 있는 해외 바이어와 각종 상품정보를 주고받으며, 수출입계약을 체결하는 등 무역업무 전반에 인터넷을 이용하는 것이다. 특히 해외 영업망이 없는 중소기업들은 내수 침체의 어려움을 헤쳐 나가는데 있어 사이버무역을 적극 활용하고 있다. 인터넷을 통해 주문에서 대금결제까지 할 수 있는 사이버무역은 계약 및 수출절차 소요시간의 단축과 수출에 따른 부대비용 절감 등 여러 가지 이점이 있어 기업들로부터 각광을 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존적인 이론을 중심으로 사이버무역의 성공사례, 그리고 다수의 수출입 기업 등을 대상으로 한 실태분석자료를 토대로 우리나라 기업들이 인터넷을 이용하여 사이버무역을 수행할 때 성공할 수 있는 무역거래 ROADMAP을 제시한 것이다.

In this study, a Vessel Shore Report Management System (VSRMS) is developed for the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Maritime Service Portfolio (MSP) Number 8, which comprises vessel shore reporting. Several documents have to be completed before the arrival/departure of a vessel at a port, as each national port has its own reporting format and data. The present vessel reporting system is inefficient, time-consuming, and involves excessive paperwork, which results in duplications and errors. To solve this problem, in this study, the vessel reporting formats and data contents of various national ports are investigated, as at present, the reporting documents required by the current IMO standard includes insufficient information which is requested by national ports. Initially, the vessel reporting information of various national ports are collected and analyzed. Subsequently, a database structure for managing vessel reporting data for ports worldwide is devised. To make the transfer of data and the exchange of information of vessel reports much more reliable, efficient, and paper-free, VSRMS, which is a software application for the simplification and facilitation of vessel report formalities, is developed. This application is developed using the latest Microsoft C#.Net Programming Language in the Microsoft Visual Studio framework 4.5. It provides a user interface and a backend MySQL server used for database management. SAP Crystal Reports 2013 is used for designing and generating vessel reports in the original report formats. The VSRMS can facilitate vessel reporting and improve data accuracy through the reduction of input data, efficient data exchange, and reduction of the cost of communication. Adoption of the VSRMS will allow the vessel shore reporting system to be automated, resulting in enhanced work efficiency for shipping companies. Based on this information system and architecture, the consensus of various international organizations, such as the IMO, the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), the Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (FONASBA), and the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO), is required so that vessel reporting is standardized internationally.

The purposes of this study were to identify and analyze students' attitudes and satisfaction to the portfolio process and assessment for the Introduction to Clinical Medicine course at Ewha Womans University School of Medicine in Seoul, Korea. The subjects consisted of 64 medical school students. Questionnaires consisting of 20 5-point Likert-type items were developed, including three question domains: 1) orientation, 2) portfolios in general, 3) individualized feedback. The mean and median were found and frequency analysis was performed to identify the common characteristics of the participants. A major finding was that 54.7% of the respondents felt that the self-reflection involved in building the portfolio was a valuable learning experience. Plus, the majority of respondents perceived that the individualized feedback had a positive tone and its contents were specific, practical, and constructive. The students perceived that building and writing portfolios heightened their understanding of exit learning outcomes and enhanced their reflective thinking and self-directed learning skills. Meanwhile, some students perceived that there was too much paperwork in the portfolio process and that the process was time consuming. Furthermore, 32.8% of the respondents said that they had difficulty establishing their learning strategies by themselves and self-directing their learning during the portfolio process. In conclusion, it is expected that building a portfolio can help students not only to enhance their ability to accumulate and use their personal learning resources but also to develop the professional qualities required by doctors, such as self-directed learning, self-reflection, lifelong learning, team work, organizational skills, time management and prioritization, and professional thinking and behavior.

개인 및 기업의 업무 처리 시 컴퓨터 사용이 일반화됨에 따라 각종 문서 파일들이 디지털 형태로 생성되고 이메일, USB등 다양한 매체를 통해 이동, 복사되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 자료를 면밀히 분석하면 문서 작업 중 발생한 편집 이력을 추적할 수 있다. 이에 관하여 복합문서 파일 형식에 대한 연구는 있었으나 새로운 OOXML형식에 대해서 파일의 작성 과정을 파악하기 위한 저장되지 않은 파일을 찾거나 내부 작성 순서를 추적하고 서로 다른 문서 파일간의 연관성을 분석하는 방법에 대한 연구는 없었다. 향후 OOXML형식 디지털 문서의 사용이 더욱 증가할 것이며, 이러한 편집이력 추적 연구는 문서 파일에 대한 디지털 포렌식 수사에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 OOXML형식 문서에 대해서 포렌식 관점을 가지고 문서파일의 내부 작성순서를 분석하고 파일 간 연관성을 추적하는 조사 방법을 제시한다.

전자상거래의 경제적 효과는 인터넷의 활용으로 전제적인 거래비용을 줄임으로써 기업의 구조와 사업영역을 변화시키고, 중소기업의 시장진입을 쉽게 함으로써 다양한 거래형태와 많은 이익을 안겨주고 있다. 또한 전자상거래는 검색비용, 배달시간 등을 절감시키고 소매업을 변형시켜 제품의 설계와 소비자에게 최종판매되는 공급사슬의 매개와 교환에 영향을 끼치고 있다. 따라서 전자상거래에서 얻을 수 있는 전체적인 효과는 낮은 거래비용으로 국내외적인 경쟁촉진, 품질향상과 가격하락, 기업간 상거래와 소매업의 변형을 들 수 있다.

무선 인터넷(Wireless Internet)의 발달로 인해 네트워킹이 가능한 환경이 구축되면서 모바일 서비스 구현을 위한 다양한 어플리케이션 프로그램 개발이 활발하다. 특히 모바일 서비스는 누구나 쉽게 다양하고 간편하게 서비스를 제공할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 모바일 서비스를 위한 어플리케이션 개발의 한 사례로서 모바일을 이용하여 컴퓨터를 원격제어 할 수 있는 어플리케이션 프로그램을 제안한다. 본 논문은 모바일 단말기 중 스마트폰 기반의 환경을 사용하여 컴퓨터에 원격접근하여 컴퓨터의 화면과 입력장치를 제어할 수 있는 RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol), VNC(Virtual Network Computing)를 연구 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Application의 가장 큰 장점은 언제 어디서나 모바일을 이용하여 컴퓨터 전원을 ON/OFF, 파일 전송 / 다운로드, 문서작업 등 여러 기능을 실행 할 수 있어, 사용자들이 앞으로 보다 편리하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

초고령 사회 일본은 다양한 사회문제 해결 방법 중 하나로 정보통신기술의 활용을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 특히 머지않아 초고령 사회에 진입할 우리나라로서는 고령자 지원과 관련한 ICT활용에 대한 일본의 정책 및 현황을 살펴보는 것은 의미가 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통하여 일본의 고령자 지원관련 ICT정책 및 활용 현황을 살펴보고 우리나라 고령자 지원과 관련하여 다음과 같은 사항을 제안하였다. 고령자 지원관련 현장에서 ICT기술이 실질적으로 활용될 수 있는 기회가 넓혀져야 하며, 일본의 경우처럼 고령자 지원에 있어서 개호와 의료의 연계가 중요하기 때문에 이러한 기관간의 정보연계네트워크 구축을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 또한 다양한 로봇의 개발 및 보급을 통해 개호자와 관련 인력의 서류업무의 간소화 및 개호 부담의 완화를 모색해야 한다. 그리고 ICT활용을 통한 고령자를 위한 정서지지 및 안정을 위한 기술의 보급도 적극 추진되어야 한다.
