Residual stresses were predicted by a flow analysis in the mold cavity and residual stress distribution in the injection molded product was measured. Flow field was analyzed by the hybrid FEM/FDM method, using the Hele Shaw approximation. The Modified Cross model was used to determine the dependence of the viscosity on the temperature and the shear rate. The specific volume of the polymer melt which varies with the pressure and temperature fields was calculated by the Tait\`s state equation. Flow analysis results such as pressure, temperature, and the location of the liquid-solid interface were used as the input of the stress analysis. In order to calculate more accurate gap-wise temperature field, a coordinate transformation technique was used. The residual stress distribution in the gap-wise temperature field, a coordinate transformation technique was used. The residual stress distribution in the gap-wise direction was predicted in two cases, the free quenching, under the assumption that the shrinkage of the injection molded product occurs within the mold cavity and that the solid polymer is elastic. Effects of the initial flow rate, packing pressure, and mold temperature on the residual stress distribution was discussed. Experimental results were also obtained by the layer removal method for molded polypropylene.
Malicious codes are currently becoming more complex and diversified, causing various problems spanning from simple information exposure to financial or psychologically critical damages. Even though many researches have studied using reverse engineering to detect these malicious codes, malicious code developers also utilize bypassing techniques against the code analysis to cause obscurity in code understanding. Furthermore, rootkit techniques are evolving to utilize such bypassing techniques, making it even more difficult to detect infection. Therefore, in this paper, we design the analysis process as a more agile countermeasure to malicious codes that bypass analysis techniques. The proposed analysis process is expected to be able to detect these malicious codes more efficiently.

Cr-Al-N coatings were deposited onto WC-Co substrates using a cathodic arc evaporation (CAE) system. CAE technique is recognized to be a very useful process for hard coatings because it has many advantages such as high packing density and good adhesion to metallic substrates. In this study, the influence of deposition temperature as a key process parameter on film growth behavior and mechanical properties of Cr-Al-N coatings were systematically investigated and correlated with microstructural changes. From various analyses, the Cr-Al-N coatings prepared at deposition temperature of 450℃ in the CAE process showed excellent mechanical properties with higher deposition rate. The Cr-Al-N coatings with deposition temperature around 450℃ exhibited the highest hardness of about 35 GPa and elastic modulus of 442 GPa. The resistance to elastic strain to failure (H/E ratio) and the index of plastic deformation (H3/E2 ratio) were also good values of 0.079 and 0.221 GPa, respectively, at the deposition temperature of 450℃. Based on the XRD, SEM and TEM analyses, the Cr-Al-N coatings exhibited a dense columnar structure with f.c.c. (Cr,Al)N multi-oriented phases in which crystallites showed irregular shapes (50~100nm in size) with many edge dislocations and lattice mismatches.

There are various ways to be infected with malicious code due to the increase in Internet use, such as the web, affiliate programs, P2P, illegal software, DNS alteration of routers, word processor vulnerabilities, spam mail, and storage media. In addition, malicious codes are produced more easily than before through automatic generation programs due to evasion technology according to the advancement of production technology. In the past, the propagation speed of malicious code was slow, the infection route was limited, and the propagation technology had a simple structure, so there was enough time to study countermeasures. However, current malicious codes have become very intelligent by absorbing technologies such as concealment technology and self-transformation, causing problems such as distributed denial of service attacks (DDoS), spam sending and personal information theft. The existing malware detection technique, which is a signature detection technique, cannot respond when it encounters a malicious code whose attack pattern has been changed or a new type of malicious code. In addition, it is difficult to perform static analysis on malicious code to which code obfuscation, encryption, and packing techniques are applied to make malicious code analysis difficult. Therefore, in this paper, a method to detect malicious code through dynamic analysis and static analysis using Trojan-type Downloader/Dropper malicious code was showed, and suggested to malicious code detection and countermeasures.
The effects of molecular environments on photoisomerization of an azobenzene group were investigated using In-situ UV/Vis spectroscopy and optical anisotropy measurement technique. The reversible and repeatable photoisomeritation reactions of azobenzene were observed by irradiating the film containing 4-hydroxyazobenzene and by measuring absorption intensities of the characteristic bands of trans and cis isomers simultaneously. When the self-assembled monolayer with azobenzene groups was used as an alignment layer for a liquid crystal cell, the homeotropic alignment was induced due to their compact packing structures of azobenfene groups along the vertical direction of the substrate. By irradiating UV light on this cell, the trans-azobenzene groups change to cis-isomers through the photoisonlerieation and then resulting in the planar alignment of liquid crystal molecules.

We demonstrate here that an improvement in precursor film density (green density) leads to a great enhancement in the photovoltaic performance of CuInSe2 (CISe) thin film solar cells fabricated with Cu-In nanoparticle precursor films via chemical solution deposition. A cold-isostatic pressing (CIP) technique was applied to uniformly compress the precursor film over the entire surface (measuring 3~4 cm2) and was found to increase its relative density (particle packing density) by ca. 20%, which resulted in an appreciable improvement in the microstructural features of the sintered CISe film in terms of lower porosity, reduced grain boundaries, and a more uniform surface morphology. The low-bandgap (Eg=1.0 eV) CISe PV devices with the CIP-treated film exhibited greatly enhanced open-circuit voltage (VOC, from 0.265 V to 0.413 V) and fill factor (FF, from 0.34 to 0.55), as compared to the control devices. As a consequence, an almost 3-fold increase in the average power conversion efficiency, 3.0 to 8.2% (with the highest value of 9.02%), was realized without an anti-reflection coating. A diode analysis revealed that the enhanced VOC and FF were essentially attributed to the reduced reverse saturation current density (j0) and diode ideality factor (n). This is associated with the suppressed recombination, likely due to the reduction in recombination sites such as grain/air surfaces (pores), inter-granular interfaces, and defective CISe/CdS junctions in the CIP-treated device. From the temperature dependences of VOC, it was confirmed that the CIP-treated devices suffer less from interface recombination.

This paper describes several algorithms for technology mapping of logic functions into interesting and popular FPGAs that use look-up table memories. In order to improve the technology mapping for FPGA, some existing multi-level logic synthesis, decomposition reduction and packing techniques are analyzed and compared. And then new algorithms such as node-pair decomposition, merging fanin, unified reduction and multiple output decomposition which are used for combinational logic design, are proposed. The cost function is used to minimize the number of CLBs and edges of the network. The cost is a linear combination of each weight that is given by user. Finally we compare our new algorithm with previous logic design technique[8]. In an experimental comparison our algorithm requires 10% fewer CLB and nets than SIS-pga.

The injection molding technique is a processing method widely used for the production of plastic parts. In this study, the gate position, gate size, packing time, and melt temperature were optimized to minimize both the stress and deformation that occur during the injection molding process of medical suction device components. We used a central composite design and Latin hypercube sampling to acquire the data and adopted the response surface method as an approximation method. The efficiency of the optimization of the injection molding problem was determined by comparing the results of a genetic algorithm, sequential quadratic programming, and a non-dominant classification genetic algorithm.
Pressure filtration technique was used to obtain defect-free microstructure of green cast ceramic bodies. Stable alumina suspensions of desired rheology (<5 Pa s at $1\;s^{-1}$) containing 60-80 mass. % solid loading were prepared in the alkaline region (at $pH{\approx}9$) with an optimum amount of 0.5 dmb % of Tiron added. Acidic region (at $pH{\approx}4$) enabled the preparation of 60 mass. % suspensions with addition of 1.5 dmb % of Tiron. The best quality slip was processed from an 80 mass.% suspension with 63% of theoretical density. The homogeneity of particle packing and the absence of defects in microstructure were proven by narrow pore size distribution (ranging from 32 to 64 nm, with up to 85% abundance), confirming advantages of the wet consolidation route.

A new dynamic channel assignment (DCA) algorithm with rearrangement for cellular mobile communication systems is suggested. Our DCA algorithm is both traffic and interference adaptive, which is based on the mathematical formulation of the maximum packing under a realistic propagation model. In developing the algorithm, we adopt the Lagrangean relaxation technique that has been successfully used in the area of mathematical programming. Computational experiments of the algorithm reveal quite encouraging results. Although our algorithm primarily focuses on microcellular systems, it can be effectively applied to conventional cellular systems under highly nonuniform traffic distributions and interference conditions.
