Synchronous control PWM Method for Reducing Common-Mode Noise in Dual Inverter Air-conditioner (복수의 인버터를 가지는 공조 시스템 모터의 Common Mode 노이즈 저감을 위한 연동제어 PWM 생성 방법)

  • 본 논문은 직류단 전원을 공유하는 복수의 인버터로 구성된 시스템에서 EMI 저감을 위한 연동제어 PWM 생성 기법을 제안한다. PWM 제어에 의한 스위칭시 전력단 중성점에서 커먼모드 전압이 생성되고, 기생 캐패시터를 통해 전원라인으로 유입되어 EMI 노이즈가 발생된다. 복수의 인버터 시스템에서도 동일한 현상이 나타나고, 이로인한 불특정한 커먼모드 전류가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 2개의 인버터를 PWM 시점의 동기제어를 통해 커먼모드 노이즈를 상쇄하고자한다. 제안한 제어 기법을 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션으로 분석하며, 간이 실험 통해 검증한다.

  • This paper is proposed a high performance speed con01 of the Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor through the Fuzzy-Neuro SV-PWM, SV-PWM is controlled using Fuzzy-Neuro control. SV-PWM can be maximum used maximum dc link voltage and is excellent control method due to characteristic to reducing harmonic more than others. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • Two AC-DC PWM full-bridge converters that can input current to improve input power factor while performing dc-dc conversion are investigated in this paper. Both converters are simple in that they are similar to the standard PWM full-bridge converter with a diode rectifier/LC low-pass filter input, and both can operate with a simple method of PWM control. In the paper, the operation of the converters is explained and their steady-state characteristics are discussed. The feasibility of the converters and their ability to meet EN61000-3-2 Class D Standards for electrical equipment are shown with results obtained from experimental prototypes. The performance of both converters in terms of dc bus voltage level, input power factor and efficiency is compared and discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는, 직류단 1-션트 전류 측정을 이용하는 고속 BLDC 전동기 운전 시스템의 제어 성능 향상 및 전류 측정 영역 확장을 위한 제어 방법을 제안한다. 고속 BLDC 전동기의 PWM 기법과 그에 따른 직류단 1-션트 전류 측정 방법 및 측정 영역을 분석하고, 측정 가능 범위를 수식적으로 정리한다. 제안된 제어 방법은 전류 맥동 감소 및 고속 운전 정밀도 향상에 적합한 PWM 기법과 직류단 1-션트 전류 측정 범위가 넓은 PWM 기법을, 정리된 수식을 바탕으로 운전 영역에 따라 사용하여 제어 성능을 향상 시킨다. 계산 데이터 및 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 방법의 효용성을 확인한다.

  • This paper presents the vector control of induction motor for traction drives. Especially, the PWM mode control method is well described to be selected as the change of speed to meet the wide speed range of the traction motor. Asynchronous space vector PWM mode and synchronous one pulse mode are basically used under the full speed range with the overmodulation PWM mode for the soft transfer between them. The validity of this proposed control scheme is verified with the simulation results.

  • To reduce harmonics in the AC line and achieve a unit power factor, A 4 paralled single phase PWM AC/DC converter has been proposed. In this paper, the coupling components are derived analytically from PWM converter input transformer model and control scheme to solve this problem is proposed. Unit power factor was obtained and the AC-side current harmonics were reduced. Simulation results show the usefulness of the proposed method and applicability to PWM converter in auxiliary block of high speed train.

  • In this paper, we proposed the electric circuit using one common arm of H-Bridge Inverters to reduce the number of switching component in multi-level inverter combined with H-Bridge Inverters and Transformers. and furthermore we suggested the new multi-level PWM inverter using PWM level to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). and we used the switching method that can be same rate of usage at each transformer. Also, we tested the proposed prototype 9-level inverter to clarify the proposed electric circuit and reasonableness of control signal for the proposed multi-level PWM inverter.

  • This paper proposes a control method for three-phase PWM rectifier with only single current sensor in DC link side. A PWM modulation strategy for reconstructing three phase currents from the DC link current is given. The states of the retifier switch are modified so that all phase currents can be reconstructed in a switching period although one or two of active vectors is applied only for a short time. Therefore, a new current control using an adjustment scheme of the modulation signal for three-phase PWM rectifier will be discussed, and verified the experimental results.

  • This paper addresses the issue of current sampling in a high performance AC drive system fed by a discontinuous PWM inverter. The effect of the sampling error due to the measurement delay produced by an input stage low pass filter and an A/D converter is described in the case of discontinuous PWM. To compensate for the sampling error, a method to estimate the delay time of the whole measurement system based on the measured current is proposed and its effectiveness is verified by experimental results. The proposed algorithm can automatically estimate the system delay introduced by the low pass filter and the A/D converter at the commissioning stage. By delaying the current sampling by the estimated value, experimental results indicate that more than 50% reduction of current ripple can be achieved.
