  • In this paper, we adapted BLDC motor to PV water pumping systems to maintain high efficiency in the wide speed area. Also, to design confidence we adapted the vector control that drive the maximum torque at each speed limit. We designed optimal gain value of current, speed and pressure PI controller. Inverter gate pulse used Space Vector PWM to reduce torque pulsation of BLDC motor. According to, it was improve general matters of high water storage tank method by direct water supply pumping method.

  • This paper describes control of water pumping system using PV array. An integral part of the system with various system components be constructed PV array. maximum power point tracker BLDC motor and pump. BLDC motor has the quality of torque output and efficiency, has been more widely used in a field for multifarious application. However pumping system using PV array has limited for application because output characteristics of solar cell are greatly fluctuate on the variations of insolation, temperature and loads. For this reson, in this paper each parts efficiently contoroled by the maximum power point tracker, the vector control method of BLDC motor and the pressure PI controller using TMS320C- 31.

  • 본 논문은 PV어레이를 이용한 양수펌프 시스템의 전체적인 제어를 구상하는 제시하였으며, DC/DC 컨버터를 생략하기 위하여 BLDC 모터의 벡터제어를 이용하고 DC량과 AC량과 관계를 찾아내어 인버터만으로 PV 어레이의 최대출력점을 추적하였다. 기존의 최대출력점 제어기는 3상 인버터의 DC 링크단에 나타나는 전류리플로 인하여 제어기가 불안정하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제어기의 불안정성을 보완하기 위해 BLDC 모터의 $i_qs$ 전류를 이용한 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tacker) 제어 알고리즘을 구성하였다. 이러한 제어기의 우수함을 입증하기 위하여 J. A Domfnguez가 비동기모터에 적용한 제어방식을 BLDC 모터에 적용한 결과와 본 논문에서 제시한 제어방식을 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 비교 검토하고 하였다.

The Development Measuring System of Temperature Effect to Produce Electric Power of Solar Cell

  • This paper focuses on a temperature effects on a PV panel which has been installed in Thailand. The main objective is cleaning PV panels and reduce temperature of PV panel by water injects from waterway and experimental results of PV power what it is difference. This project is designed by PLC control system which water injects and control PV temperature, In addition, this project consists of hardware and software such as water pump, water injection and PLC control has been automatically and it can be control system manually. The automatic control system is working when PV temperature rises up over 45 degree Celsius after that the pumping machine would inject water to the surface of PV panels and it must be stop when the PV panel temperature comes down less than 45 degree Celsius. The result of actual experimental found that the control system has been done correctly under specify condition. The experimental has been shown electrical data before and after water injects on PV system found that the electrical power a bit increases and The energy has been taken from PV panel less than energy consumption equipment of control system which taken to operate the water injecting system.

  • 본 논문은 최대전력점추적을 하는 PV 시스템을 이용한 점핑시스템 구동을 위한 단상유도전동기의 벡터제어를 제시한다. 펌핑시스템은 벡터제어에 의한 원심 펌프를 구동하는 가변속 단상유도전동기를 사용한다. DC-DC 컨버터를 이용한 MPPT는 다양한 일사량에 따라 최대 전력을 추적하기 위해 듀티 사이클을 제어한다. 듀티 사이클은 자속을 발생시키는 전류($i_{ds}$)와 직접적인 관계가 있다. 벡터제어 인버터는 CC-VSI를 사용한다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 일사량 변화에 따른 전압($V_{dq}$), 전류($I_{dq}$), 전동기 속도, 토크 등의 성능 및 특성을 나타낸다.

  • In this paper, the Stand-alone underground water pumping system was developed that is consist of Submersible Pump (AC type), Photovoltaic Array and Power converter by the application of solar energy. And also wish to introduce system that is possible to supply of drinking water or water for agriculture using solar energy at desertification area or a Off-grid area, interior etc. and operation test results. This system can use in deep tube well of 200m range with common Submersible Pump and maximized to the quantity of pumping through M.P.P.T control. Also system availability raised through apply various driving mode.

  • This paper presents the photovoltaic(PV) water pumping system with a maximum power point tracking(MPPT). The wale- pumping system uses a variable speed single phase induction motor(SPIM) driven a centrifugal pimp by field oriented control(FOC) inverter. The MPPT using a DC-DC converter controlled the duty cycle to track maximum power from PV under different insolation conditions. The duty cycle directly relate with a flux producing current control($i_{ds}$). The FOC inverter uses a current control voltage source inverter(CC-VSI). The simulation results are shown that the characteristics and performance of drive system, which varies as each conditions of light by expresses in voltage ($V_{dq}$), current($I_{dq}$), speed of motor and torque.

  • Solar photovoltaic pumping system is one of most important of renewable energy applications especially in rural areas. Besides, the control strategy for standalone solar pumping system based on induction motor and without DC/DC converter has been widely studied and discussed in the literature. This topology is of great concern due its economic issues, especially when a standard frequency converter (SFCs) with scalar control is used instead of a dedicated PV inverter. This paper proposes an external control module to generate SFCs frequency reference in order to ensure both maximum power point tracking (MPPT). We present method of modeling and control of photovoltaic pumping system based centrifugal pump controlled by new improved incremental conductance in order to optimize the price and operation of pumping system this MPPT algorithm have many advantages like can be eliminate proportional integral controller It is a low cost solution since it requires no additional power equipment. The induction motor driven pump that is powered by a solar array is controlled by the indirect field oriented control (IFOC). The effectiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated by simulations carried out under Matlab Software. The experimental results are compared with simulation results.

  • An energy modeling analysis method currently has been considered as a new approach for energy policy research, because the importance of renewable energy use has been emphasized more and more. This study used RETScreen model as a clean energy decision making methodology for adaptation to climate change and elimination of various pollutions. This modeling method includes five step standard analysis; energy model, cost analysis, GHG analysis, financial analysis, and sensitivity & risk analysis and it also assesses both conventional and modern energy sources and technologies. This methodology for the photovoltaic(PV) energy modeling is used to evaluate the energy production, financial performance and GHG emissions reduction of photovoltaic projects. In addition, the PV application systems are classified into three basic applications; On-grid system, Off-grid system and water pumping system. This study assesses the renewable energy techno-economic modeling method with the feasibility analysis result of 10 MW PV power plant in Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates. Furthermore this study stresses the importance of renewable energy model research by applying to domestic PV power plant which is now in preparation.

  • This paper proposed design and development of a photo voltaic (PV) array fed induction motor drive. A drive system using a chopper circuit to track maximum power from the PV for different solar insolation and a current controlled voltage source inverter (CC-VSI) to optimally match the motor to PV characteristics is presented. The model equations governing interaction of torque and flux producing components of motor current with available solar power is developed for the operation of the system at optimum efficiency. Performance of the system is presented for different realistic operating conditions, which demonstrates its special features for applications such as solar water pumping system, solar vehicles and floor mills located in hilly and isolated areas.
