Relationship of Speciality of Personal Trainer, PT Satisfaction and Exercise Adherence (퍼스널트레이너의 전문성이 회원의 PT만족 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to analyze the relationship of speciality of personal trainer, PT satisfaction and exercise adherence. To accomplish this goal, this study sampled 240 members of sports facilities of Seoul utilizing purposive sampling method in 2013. But this study finally used 219 samples in data analysis. Validity and reliability of instruments tested by expert meetings and reliability analysis. Chronbach's ${\alpha}$ is over .697. Data analysis is SEM using AMOS 18.0. Conclusions are the followings. Firstly, speciality of personal trainer influence on PT satisfaction of members. Secondly, speciality of personal trainer influence on exercise adherence. Thirdly, PT satisfaction influence on exercise adherence. Fourthly, PT satisfaction have not a mediating role between speciality and exercise adherence.

A Study on the Development of Diagnosing System of Defects on Surface of Inner Overlay Welding of Long Pipes using Liquid Penetrant Test (PT를 이용한 파이프내면 육성용접부 표면결함 진단시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • A system for diagnosing surface defects of long and large pipe inner overlay welds, 1m in diameter and 6m in length, was developed using a Liquid Penetrant Test (PT). First, CATIA was used to model all major units and PT machines in 3-dimensions. They were used for structural strength analysis and strain analysis, and to check the motion interference phenomenon of each unit to produce two-dimensional production drawings. Structural strength analysis and deformation analysis using the ANSYS results in a maximum equivalent stress of 44.901 MPa, which is less than the yield tensile strength of SS400 (200 MPa), a material of the PT Machine. An examination of the performance of the developed equipment revealed a maximum travel speed of 7.2 m/min., maximum rotational speed of 9 rpm, repeatable position accuracy of 1.2 mm, and inspection speed of $1.65m^2/min$. The results of the automatic PT-inspection system developed to check for surface defects, such as cracks, porosity, and undercut, were in accordance with the method of ASME SEC. V&VIII. In addition, the results of corrosion testing of the overlay weld layer in accordance with the ferric chloride fitting test by the method of ASME G48-11 indicated that the weight loss was $0.3g/m^2$, and met the specifications. Furthermore, the chemical composition of the overlay welds was analyzed according to the method described in ASTM A375-14, and all components met the specifications.

  • 지금까지 변전소나 발전소에서 전류, 전압을 계측하는 수단으로서 주로 철심과 권선으로 구성되어진 변류기(CT), 계기용 변압기(PT)가 사용되어져 왔다. 최근, 2차측의 계측기나 보호 Relay의 Digital 화가 진전되어져 있다. 또한, Digital Network로 총합한 Intelligent 변전소가 시범적으로 구축되어짐에 따라 Digital Network에 대응한 초고압용 신형 CT, VD가 요구되어지고 있다. 상기와 같은 요구로 인해 당사에서는 기존의 CT.PT의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 245kV GIS용 로고스키코일형 CT와 Capacitive Voltage Divider를 개발 중에 있으며, 센서 자체의 특성시험에서 IEC 60044-7, 8 1Class 기준을 만족하는 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 신형 CT.VD의 적용으로 종래의 CT.PT가 차지하는 공간이 필요 없게 되어 컴팩트한 GIS의 구조가 가능하게 될 것이다.

$Ar/O_2$가스비에 따른 (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ 박막의 유전특성에 관한 연구

  • 본 논문에서는 RF Magnetron Sputtering 방법으로 Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 박막을 Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si 기판위에 증착하였다. Ar과 O2의 가스비는 90:10부터 50:50까지 O2의 함유비율을 10씩 증가시켰으며, 모든 조건에서 증착온도는 실온으로 설정하였다. Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 박막의 증착후 각 가스비에 따른 동일한 샘플에 대해 RTA(Rapid Thermal Anneal) 장비를 이용하여 $600^{\circ}C$에서 열처리는 하여 열처리 효과에 대한 특성도 조사하였다. 최종적으로 제작한 BST 커패시터는 Pt/BST/Pt 구조를 갖는 MIM(Metal-Insulator-Metal) 구조의 커패시터였으며 상.하부 전극은 전기적 특성이 우수한 Pt를 사용하였다. 제작된 BST 커패시터를 대해 유전 특성을 조사하기 위해 C-V 측정을 한 결과 산소 함유량이 증가함에 따라 유전율의 증가를 보여주었으며, 제작된 샘플 중 산소 함유량이 30인 샘플은 300이상의 우수한 유전율을 나타내었다. 또한 누설 전류특성에서는 모든 샘플에 대해 1.0V의 인가전압에서 1.0$\times$106A/cm2 이하의 누설 전류 밀도 값을 가져 전기적으로도 안정된 커패시터 구조임을 확인하였다. 또한 막의 증착상태와 미세구조관찰을 위해 SEM 측정을 하였고 구성성분 결정 구조를 알기 위해 XRD 측정도 시행하였다. 결과적으로 본 논문에서 제작된 커패시터 중 Sr/O의 비율이 70:30인 샘플이 가장 우수한 유전특성을 나타내었고, 이 샘플의 유전특성과 누설 전류 특성은 차세대 메모리인 1GigaByte급 DRAM에 적용 가능한 조건들을 만족시켰다.

Electrical characteristics of Au and Pt diffused silicon $p^{+}-n$ Junction diode (Au와 Pt 확산에 의한 실리콘 $p^{+}-n$ 접합 스위칭다이오드의 전기적 특성)

  • The silicon $p^{+}-n$ junction diodes were fabricated. The fabricated wafers were treated by single or double annealing steps. Single annealing process was performed by diffusion of either Au or Pt into the wafer under the oxygen or nitrogen ambient at $800{\sim}1010^{\circ}C$. Second annealing step involved additional annealing of the single annealed wafer under the oxygen ambient at $800{\sim}1010^{\circ}C$ for one hour. Electrical characteristics of the diodes were investigated to evaluate the effect of the annealing treatments. In the case of single annealing under nitrogen ambient at $1010^{\circ}C$ for one hour, the amount of leakage current of Pt diffused diode was 75 times larger than that of Au diffused one. The optimum processing condition to achieve high speed silicon $p^{+}-n$ junction diodes from this study was obtained when Pt diffused wafer(treated under the nitrogen ambient at $1010^{\circ}C$ for one hour) was secondly annealed in an oxygen ambient at $800^{\circ}C$ for one hour. The resulting leakage current of two step annealed diodes were remarkably reduced to 1/1100 of the single annealed one. The diode characteristics such as recovery time, breakdown voltage, leakage current, and forward voltage were 4ns, 138V, 1.72nA, and 1V, respectively.

The Survey on Satisfaction of Outpatient Using Physical Therapy in part of Kyeong-sang Province (경상도 일부 지역에서 물리치료서비스를 이용하는 외래환자의 만족도 조사)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this survey was to assess the satisfaction of patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain with physical therapy (PT) in Busan, Daegu, and Kyeongsang provinces using a Korean-language version of the patient satisfaction questionnaire with physical therapy service (PSPT). Methods: A total of 654 patients, having PT for their musculoskeletal pains, participated. Consenting subjects completed a 20-item PSPT on their $6^{th}$ or last treatment day. Simple descriptive statistics were used for respondent characteristics, and mean of satisfaction score in each item. Regression analysis was performed on each item of the questionnaire. Results: 654 subjects responded during or after their PT services. 297 (45.5%) of them were male and the most common site of pain was the spine. The mean of each item score (1-5) ranged from 2.14 for "my therapist did not listen to my concerns" to 4.12 for "my therapist treated me respectfully". Receptionist's attitude, registration process, service time of the hospital, and answer to the patient's questions greatly affected the general satisfaction of the respondents. Conclusion: The results showed high levels of satisfaction to the general process for obtaining treatment as well as the therapist's attitudes toward their patients. They may provide valuable patients' feedback regarding PT service for musculoskeletal pain. Therefore, it may be used by physical therapists to improve future patient experiences with a view to improving the patient's attendance and compliance with the PT service protocols for patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain.

  • In this study, in using a piezoelectric material of $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbTiO_3$ (PMN-PT), which has a high electromechanical coupling coefficient, we have tried to study about this material can be practically available as a new biosensor to detect protein by using surface acoustic wave (SAW). As the results, the filtering of the center frequency of the PMN-PT substrate is a superior result to that of the $LiTaO_3$ (LT) substrate, but the result was not completely satisfactory. Also this study attempts to develop a sensing method to detect mismatched DNA in order to diagnose cancer. We could directly immobilize the MutS to the NTA using the EDC solution. But, we immobilized MutS using nickel and it is judged that is more effective method to detect mismatched DNA.

Degradation of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane under OCV/Low Humidity Conditions (OCV / 저가습 조건에서 고분자전해질 막 열화)

  • During PEMFC operation, OCV(open circuit voltage) and low humidity conditions accelerate the degradation of perfluorosulfonic acid membrane. There have been no studies that clearly explain why these conditions accelerate the membrane degradation. In this study, the hydrogen permeability through the membrane, I-V polarization of MEA, fluoride emission rate(FER) and $H_2O_2$ concentration in condensed water were measured during cell operation under OCV and low relative humidity(RH). The experimental results were evaluated with oxygen radical mechanism the most commonly known for membrane degradation. It seems that low RH of anode is a good condition for $H{\cdot}$ radical formation on the Pt catalyst and the OCV condition accelerate the $H{\cdot}$ to form $HO_2{\cdot}$ radical attacking the polymer membrane.

Carbon을 사용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 효율적인 재료 개선 연구

  • 염료감응형 태양전지(DSSC)는 친환경성과 저렴한 제조공정이 장점으로 최근에 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 현재에는 DSSC를 다양한 반도체 나노입자를 염료에 흡착시키거나, 무반사 코팅등 광학적인 접근을 통해 효율을 증가시키려는 실험이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다른 한편으로는 DSSC의 효율을 떨어뜨리지 않으면서 DSSC의 장점인 저렴한 제조단가를 더 줄이는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DSSC의 재료물질 중 가장 비싼 편인 Pt 박막을 다른 물질로 대체하기 위해, 몇 가지 공정을 거쳐 추출한 carbon을 사용하였다. 전형적인 DSSC 제작을 위해, FTO glass와 TiO2, 액체전해질을 사용하였고, 제작된 carbon 물질을 solvent에 섞은 뒤 counter electrode에 닥터 블레이드 방식으로 바르고 열처리하였다. 제작된 carbon을 분석하기 위해서 scanning electron microscope (SEM)과 X-ray diffraction (XRD)를 사용하였으며, counter electrode에 carbon을 사용한 DSSC는 Pt 박막을 사용한 일반적인 DSSC와 비교하였을 시에 만족할 만한 효율을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

A Study of Preparation of Antiferroelectric PbZrO3 Thin Films by Sol-Gel Processing (Sol-gel법에 의한 반강유전성 PbZrO3 박막 제작에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study, when one prepared lead zirconate thin films by sol-gel method, was to find the preferred direction of crystal growth and dielectric characteristics for ratio of Pb and Zr. We used the Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrate, and annealing condition was $800^{\circ}C$ for lminute. When Pb was deficient, preferred direction was <221>. And when it was stoichiometric ratio, they were grown <200> and <221> direction. But they have antiferroelectric properties, they don't appear distinct domain switching.
