  • A partial shunt regulator (PSR) which is the power regulator of KOREASAT is modeled. The modeling of the PSR consist of solar array, power circuit, controller. and load models. To realize simple structure. a voltage source of the PSR controller is used the output voltage of the PSR. The model of the PSR has very complex structure with two additional coupled feedback loops. The complex model is simplified to a simple meaningful model with only main feedback control loop. The proposed model is compared to a PSR model with DC voltage source at the PSR controller. The proposed PSR model is verified by comparing the model with SPICE simulation for small signal analysis.

PSR-Based Microstructural Modeling for Turbulent Combustion Processes and Pollutant Formation in Double Swirler Combustors

  • The present study numerically investigates the fuel-air mixing characteristics, flame structure, and pollutant emission inside a double-swirler combustor. A PSR(Perfectly Stirred Reactor) based microstructural model is employed to account for the effects of finite rate chemistry on the flame structure and NO formation. The turbulent combustion model is extended to nonadiabatic flame condition with radiation by introducing an enthalpy variable, and the radiative heat loss is calculated by a local, geometry-independent model. The effects of turbulent fluctuation are taken into account by the joint assumed PDFs. Numerical model is based on the non-orthogonal body-fitted coordinate system and the pressure/velocity coupling is handled by PISO algorithm in context with the finite volume formulation. The present PSR-based turbulent combustion model has been applied to analyze the highly intense turbulent nonpremixed flame field in the double swirler combustor. The detailed discussions were made for the flow structure, combustion effects on flow structure, flame structure, and emission characteristics in the highly intense turbulent swirling flame of the double swirler burner.

동박과 PSR간의 접합력 향상에 관한 연구 (Study on the Improvement of Adhesion between Cu Laminate and PSR)

  • Because of the need for packages which accommodate high pin count, high density and high speed device, PBGA(plastic ball grid array) package gets more spotlight. But the substrate material which is used for PBGA package is in nature susceptible to moisture penetration. The objective of the study is to find out the path of delamination in the stacked structure of substrate. To increase the adhesion between the cooper laminate and PSR(photo solder resist) which is the weakest part, experiments were performed by changing parameters of printing pre-treatment and post-treatment process. As a result of experiments, the factor effects on the adhesion between the cooper laminate and PSR is caused by all of the pre-treatment and post-treatment condition. A considerable change was observed depending on the amount of UV irradiation after thermal cure which is typical of printing post-treatment condition rather than pre-treatment condition.

자료포괄분석(DEA)을 이용한 주식의 가치 평가 (Evaluating Stock Value using Data Envelopment Analysis)

  • This study suggests a DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) based model to evaluate the value of corporate stock. The model integrating PER(Price-Earning Ratio), PBR(Price-BookValue Ratio), PSR(Price-Sales Ratio) and volatility in DEA structure has an advantage of overcome the limitation of traditional financial ratio based models. In order to show the effectiveness of the suggested model. we compare the performance of portfolio composed by DEA approach with those of portfolios made by traditional approaches such as PER, PBR, and PSR in terms of stock return and volatility. Specifically, we use the data of all the enterprises listed on the S&P 500 in the U.S. in 2007 and 2009 as the sample data for the experiments. The results of the experiments show that the performance of the DEA approach is clearly better than those of other approaches. Particularly, in sharply plummeting market, the performance of the DEA approach is shown to be prominently better than those of other approaches as the DEA approach reflects investment risk as well as profitability and growth. The DEA score combining the existing investment indices may serve as a useful barometer for selecting a stable and profitable portfolio.

1차 측 제어 플라이벅 컨버터의 정전류 및 정전압 제어 (A Constant-Current and Constant-Voltage Control Method for Primary-Side Regulated Fly-Buck Converter)

  • In this paper, a constant current(CC) and constant voltage(CV) control method using a primary-side regulated(PSR) fly-buck converter is proposed. Because the primary-side structure of the fly-buck converter is the same as that of the synchronous buck converter, it always operates in continuous conduction mode(CCM). Therefore, in the proposed method, the load information on the secondary side can always be easily estimated by measuring the primary inductor current at the midpoint of the switch-on period. An accurate CC/CV control can be achieved through simple calculations based on this estimated information. Consequently, the proposed method is advantageous for optimizing the control performance of the PSR converter. The validity of the proposed control was verified using a 5 W prototype of a PSR fly-buck converter. The experimental results confirmed that the current reference of 500 mA was followed within the error range of 1.2%, and that the voltage reference of 12 V was followed within the error range of 1.8% despite the indirect control of the load current and output voltage from the primary side.

평균이동모형을 이용한 성장곡선모형의 이상점 진단에 관한 연구 (Outlier Detection in Growth Curve Model Using Mean-Shift Model)

  • 성장곡선모형에서 다중 이상값들이나 영향관측값들을 탐지하는 문제는 선형회귀모형에서의 문제에 비해 매우 복잡하여 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이상점을 포함하고 있는 성장곡선모형에서 이들을 탐지하는 방법으로 평균이동모형을 이용하는 방법을 소개하였다. 이 방법을 이용하여 찾아낸 자료가 이상점인지의 여부를 예측표본재이용 의사 베이즈 우도 기준법을 이용한 등분산성의 검정을 통해 알아보았다. 끝으로 Potthoff(1964)등이 사용한 자료를 이용한 예제를 통해 이상점 탐지와 등분 산성 검정을 실시한 결과를 제시하였다.

Outlier Detection in Growth Curve Model

  • For the growth curve model with arbitrary covariance structure, known as unstructured covariance matrix, the problems of detecting outliers are discussed in this paper. In order to detect outliers in the growth curve model, the test statistics using U-distribution is established. After detecting outliers in growth curve model, we test homo and/or hetero-geneous covariance matrices using PSR Quasi-Bayes Criterion. For illustration, one numerical example is discussed, which compares between before and after outlier deleting.

한국 도심지에서의 홍수취약성 분석 (Flood vulnerability analysis in Seoul, Korea)

  • 국내의 자연재해피해 중 가장 큰 부분을 대부분은 매년 여름철에 발생하고 있는 태풍과 장마로 인한 침수피해이므로, 도시 홍수에 대한 관심은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 반복되는 피해 저감을 위해 다양한 방법으로 홍수취약성을 분석하지만, 반복되는 도시(재)개발로 인해 지형 및 사회경제적인 요인들이 바뀌고 있어, 기존에 실시했던 홍수취약성 분석결과가 현실적으로 반영이 되기 힘든 상태이다. 이에 홍수피해 예방을 위해 변형된 지형과 환경에 맞춰 새로운 홍수취약성 분석을 실시하여 지역의 투자 우선순위를 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 중 가장 도시화가 된 서울시 25개 구를 대상지역으로 선정하였으며, 홍수취약성 인자들을 Pressure-State-Response (PSR) 구조로 구분하였다. 압력지수(PI)는 인구밀도, 차량 수 등 9개의 인자를, 상태지수(SI)는 공공시설 피해액 등 4개의 인자를 선정하였으며, 대책지수(RI)는 대피시설 수, 재정자립도 등 7개의 인자를 선택하여 홍수취약성지수를 계산하였다. 각 인자들의 가중치를 계산하기 위해 AHP 방법과 Fuzzy이론을 결합한 Fuzzy AHP 방법을 적용하였다. 그 결과, 세부지수인 압력지수나 대책지수는 가중치 결정방법에 따라 숫자가 변하기는 하지만, 순위 변화는 없었으며, 상태지수는 값 뿐만 아니라 순위에도 다소 변화가 있었다. 또한 세부지수들을 결합하여 계산한 홍수취약성지수는 Fuzzy AHP 방법으로 계산하였을 경우, 강남 지역의 취약성이 눈에 띄게 감소하였다. 이는 강남지역의 홍수피해복구금액이나 재정자립도가 높고, 다른 지자체와 차이가 크기 때문에 Fuzzy 수를 이용하여 불확실성을 고려할 경우 취약성이 낮아진 것으로 분석된다.

Genome Wide Association Study for Phytophthora sojae Resistance with the Two Races Collected from Main Soybean Production Area in Korea with 210 Soybean Natural Population

  • Recently days, soybean production in paddy field is increasing, from 4,422 ha in 2016 to 10,658 ha in 2021 in Korea. It is easy for Phytophthora stem and root rot (PSR) occurring in paddy field condition, when it is poorly drained soils with a high clay content, and temporary flooding and ponding. Therefore PSR resistant soybean cultivar is required. The objective of this study is to identify QTL region and candidate genes relating to PSR resistance of the race in main soybean cultivation area in Korea. 210 soybean materials including cultivars and germplasm were used for inoculation and genome-wide association study (GWAS). Inoculation was conducted using stem-scar method with 2 replications in 2-year for the race 3053 from Kimje and 3617 from Andong. 210 materials were genotyped with Soya SNP 180K chip, and structure analysis and association mapping were conducted with QTLMAX V2. The results of inoculation showed that survival ratio ranged from 0% to 96.7% and mean 9.7% for 3053 and ranged from 0% to 100% and mean 7.6% for 3617. Structure analysis showed linkage disequillibrium (LD) was decayed below r2=0.5 at 335kb of SNP distance. Significant SNPs (LOD>7.0) were identified in Chr 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 14, 15 for 3053 and Chr 1, 2, 3, 7, 10, 14 for 3617. Especially, LD blocks (AX-90455181;15,056,628bp~AX-90475572;15,298,872bp) in Chr 2 for 3053 and 3067 were duplicated. 29 genes were identified on these genetic regions including Glyma.02gl47000 relating to ribosome recycling factor and defense response to fungus in Soybase.

ARB법에 의해 강소성가공된 Al/SiCp 입자분산복합재료의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 (Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al/SiCp Particle Reinforced Composite Severely Deformed by ARB Process)

  • The $Al/SiC_p$ particle reinforced composite fabricated by a powder-in sheath rolling (PSR) method was severely. deformed by the accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) process. The ARB process was performed up to 8 cycles at ambient temperature without lubricant. The ARBed composite exhibited an ulbricant. grained structure similar to the other ARBed bulky materials. Tensile strength of the composite increased gradually with the number of ARB cycles, but from the 6th cycle it rather decreased slightly. These characteristics of the composite were somewhat different from those of Al powder compact fabricated by the same procedures. The difference in microstructure and mechanical properties between Al powder compact and the composite was discussed.
