A Study on Methods of Interference Avoidance between Power Line Communications and Radio Communications (고속전력선통신과 무선통신간의 간섭 회피 방법에 대한 연구)

  • This paper first outlines the technology used in Power Line Communications(PLC) systems, and the political support being offered to the technology, from the point of view of its effect on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The radio spectrum needs protection from other interferers, and there is a regime in place to provide this interference avoidance/mitigation. Nevertheless, PLC has several features that mean that it is capable of creating such interference. These features are discussed, and some published field trial results are reviewed. Difficulties in achieving compatibility between the requirements for radio protection and the requirements for operation of the PLC system mean that there is no consensus as yet as to how PLC system components can be made compliant with EMC requirements. It is concluded that there is little prospect of an accommodation between the competing demands, so that if PLC is to become widespread it will be at the expense of the radio environment.

  • 산업현장의 제어기들은 센서들로부터 수집된 다양한 형태의 신호들을 처리한다. 이 신호들은 고정된 값을 가지지 않고 물리적으로 변화하는 특성을 가진다. 이와 같이 변화하는 값을 처리하는 방법으로 다양한 형태의 연구가 진행되고 있고, 그 한 분야로 퍼지(Fuzzy)이론을 바탕으로 한 퍼지 제어 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. Fuzzy PLC 시스템은 현재 초기단계 형태로 개발되어 사용되고 있으며 그 응용 방법도 조금씩 보급되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 변화하는 값들에 대해 간결하고 적절한 제어를 수행 할 수 있는 기 개발된 Fuzzy PLC 시스템을 이용한 플랜트 제어에 대한 연구이다. 크레인(Crane) 제어용으로 사용한 Fuzzy PLC 시스템은 Moeller사의 FT4-400-MM2 PLC 모듈이다. 본 시스템을 이용하여 대상 플랜트인 크레인을 제어하는 퍼지 함수 로직을 개발하고, 입 출력 제어 프로그램 기법에 대하여 연구한다. 또한 퍼지 제어 시스템을 이용한 퍼지 제어 기법을 개발하는 과정에 대하여 소개한다. 결론적으로 Fuzzy PLC System 개발 및 응용 모델로서 제안하고자 한다.

  • Security weakness in PLC network can be made up for by authentication and management scheme of PLC modules introduced in this paper. Each PLC module must pass the authentication procedure to work normally in PLC network as soon as being installed in the spot. Based on this scheme, all PLC devices are registered, certified, and managed automatically in central control center - AMR server, authentication server, NMS server, and DB server.

  • CNC machine tool is assembled by central processor, PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), and actuator. The sequential control of machine generally controlled by a PLC. The main fault occured at PLC in 3 control parts. In LC faults, operational fault is charged over 70%. This paper describes diagnosis model and data processing for remote monitoring and diagnosis system in machine tools with open architecture controller. Two diagnostic models based on the ladder diagram. Logical Diagnosis Model(LDM), Sequential Diagnosis Model(SDM), are proposed. Data processing structure is proposed ST(Structured Text) based on IEC1131-3. The faults from CNC are received message form open architecture controller and faults from PLC are gathered by sequential data.. To do this, CNC and PLC's logical and sequential data is constructed database.

  • In this paper, PLC program for flowing type steam boiler control is presented. The function of the implementation are flowing type steam boiler, PLC control, interpretation of PLC command, and temperature scheme. The flowing type steam boiler approach is based on master-slave control concept. To show validity of the developed PLC program, severial experiments are illustrated.

  • 홈네트워크 기술 중 전력선 통신은 ‘No New Wire'의 개념으로 기존 가정에서 홈네트워크 구축을 위해 신규배선을 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 댁내 백본 네트워크로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 그러나 PLC 네트워크 구축시 사람이 수동으로 설정해주어야 함으로써 사용자는 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 PLC 디바이스의 전원이 인가되면 그룹 코드와 디바이스 ID를 자동으로 부여받아 사용자의 별도 개입없이 PLC기기를 사용할 수 있는 Intelligent PLC 모뎀을 구현하고 이를 관리할 수 있는 메시지 형식을 설계 구현한다.

  • In this paper, we added that developed communication control system between the PLC of pressure machine and the control computer, and developed a new protocol in order to communicate between the PLC signal of pressure machine and the control computer. This communication control systems play an important role in transforming the PLC vendor self-interface type and between computer and PLC. This system has PLC access function to control computer on the backbone network, and then could be operated by PLC through this system. The benefits we can obtain by developing this communication control systems are as follows; First, we can improve the quality of goods and the management of materials using the communication network and then implement the centralization management. Second, we can decrease manpower for production. Finally, we can maximize the company's profit with the increasing productivity by supervising the equipment wrong workings in the central.

  • This paper represents the construction of a PLC simulator for the level control of water and the speed control of the water cask. The level and speed processes are automatically operated by the PLC. The simulator system consists of PLC, program loader and control penal. The digital input and output units make the valves of the water cask the On or Off state. The analog input and output units control the level of water and the speed of the water cask. A LD program is used in the control language of PLC.

  • In this paper, Intelligent PLC for automatic warehousing system is presented. Intelligent PLC is that general PLC is incorporate the knowledge and experience of Expert and control method. This system is consist of sensor part, inference part and automatic warehousing robot part. this system recognize the Work by itself and move it to the appointed place according to the inference rule. The PLC program is constructed by LD(ladder diagram). Real test system was constructed and was driven to apply this program.

  • 본 논문은 교통 혼잡도가 높은 월계 2교 4거리 교차로에 센서를 이용하기 위한 교차로 PLC 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 교차로에서 발생하는 차량사고와 혼잡을 방지하지 위한 소프트웨어 요구사항 명세서(SRS)를 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 설계서를 작성한다. 또한 XP-Builder 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 센서기반 교차로 신호등 PLC 프로그램을 구현한다.
