GaAs (001) 기판에 MBE를 이용하여 자발형성법으로 성장한 InAs 양자점(QDs: quantum dots)의 광학적 특성을 PL (photoluminescence)과 TRPL (time-resolved PL)을 이용하여 분석하였다. InAs 양자점 성장 동안 In 공급은 계속하면서 As 공급을 주기적으로 차단과 공급을 반복하면서 성장하였다. As 차단과 공급을 1초, 2초, 그리고 3초씩 하면서 InAs 양자점을 성장하였다. 기준시료는 In과 As 공급을 중단하지 않고 20초 동안 성장하였다. As interruption mode로 성장한 시료들의 QD density는 기준시료에 비해 증가하였으며, size distribution도 기준시료에 비해 향상되었다. 기준시료와 비교하였을 때, As interruption mode로 성장한 시료들의 PL 피크는 적색이동 (red-shift)를 보였으며, PL 세기는 2배 이상 증가하였다. PL 소멸곡선은 파장이 증가함에 따라 점차 느려지다가 PL 피크에서 가장 느린 소멸을 보인 후 다시 점차 빠르게 소멸하였다. 시료의 온도를 10 K에서 60 K까지 증가하였을 때 PL 피크 에너지는 변하지 않았으며, PL 소멸시간은 서서히 증가함을 보였다. 온도를 더 증가하였을 때 PL 피크 에너지는 적색이동 하였으며 PL 소멸시간도 빠르게 감소함을 보였다. As interruption mode로 성장한 양자점 시료의 구조적 특성 변화에 의한 광학적 특성 변화를 확인하였다.

This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate service quality of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. For this, 3PL service quality is conceptualized and measured using SERVQUAL's five dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Then, the AHP method is applied to determining the relative importance of five service quality dimensions and eventually selecting the best 3PL provider. Finally, this study conducts an empirical case study on four companies providing 3PL services in Korea to demonstrate the basic idea suggested in this paper. The results obtained in the present study indicate that responsiveness to customers is the most important factor perceived by 3PL customers and 3PL C is the best 3PL provider according to the overall service quality scores. In contrast to some previous researches, this study examined issues of service quality from the perspective of 3PL customers as opposed to the perspective of 3PL providers. In order for this study to be more complete, future research is needed in establishing a set of metrics to quantify each dimension of 3PL service quality proposed.

Photoluminescence (PL) properties of GaN-based light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were analyzed to study the effects of carrier leakage on the luminescence properties at room temperature. The electrical leakage and PL properties were compared for LEDs showing leakages at forward bias and an LED with an intentional leakage path formed by connecting a parallel resistance of various values. The leakages at the forward bias, which could be observed from the current-voltage characteristics, resulted in an increase in the excitation laser power density for the maximum PL efficiency (ratio of PL intensity to excitation power) as well as a reduction in the PL intensity. The effect of carrier leakages on PL properties was similar to the change in PL properties owing to a reduction of the photovoltage by a reverse current since the direction of the carrier movement under photoexcitation is identical to that of the reverse current. Valid relations between PL properties and electrical properties were observed as the PL properties deteriorated with an increase in the carrier leakage. The results imply that the PL properties of LED chips can be an indicator of the electrical properties of LEDs.

본 연구는 제작된 OLED 소자에 UV의 조사시간에 따른 PL intensity 의 감소와 UV power에 따른 PL degradation 변화에 따라 적절한 UV의 조사조건을 찾아 OLEO 소자의 사진이미지를 구현하고자 하였다. 이러한 조건들로부터 얻어진 OLED 소자의 사진이미지 구현을 통하여 그동안 문제점으로만 여겨졌던 UV에 의한 PL degradation 현상이 문제점만이 아닌 다른 하나의 장점으로 발전되어 다른 분야에서 적용될 수 있다고 기대해본다.

Product Liability(PL) is a legal policy to deal with global competition by improving domestic industrial competitive power and to reduce the cost of defect products. The purpose of this paper is to address the state of the art solutions to dispute on PL, in reality of a frequent occurrence of global product exchange focussing on product safety that is one of the most important functions of PL and to improve solution of the product safety and reliability responsive to PL. To minimize PL exposure, manufacturers should reflect comprehensive product safety and reliability concepts in establishing PL prevention policies. PL prevention policies are composed of administration system, product safety management system, and total quality management system in respect of prevention, safety, and defence.

Recently, due to the globalization of business, the efficient supply chain management(SCM) is considered as the key initiatives of business activities, and the leading logistics companies are trying to provide the differentiated 3PL services to meet their customers' needs. The domestic 3PL market scale, however, is still small and the logistics companies' competence is not good enough, so that 3PL companies need to concentrate on their logistics strategies and the government's supports and related policies are required. In this point of view, we developed the system dynamics model and forecasted middle or long-term domestic 3PL market. Through the result, we suggest the roles of government and the directions of policies to support the domestic 3PL market effectively.

The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages.
