Taurine is synthesized in the body or uptaken from dietary and is distributed in the various organs. It differs from other amino acids by virtue of the fact that a sulfonic acid group replaces the carboxyl group of what would be ${\beta}$-alanine. In order to function within the cell it must be transported into the cells by taurine transporter that is spanned 12 transmembrane domains. The human taurine transporter has long cytoplasmic carboxy and amino termini that may function as regulatory attachment sites for other proteins. Six potential protein kinase C(PKC) phosphorylation sites have been reported in human taurine transporter.

Protein kinase C, a protein related in PI cascade, was partially purified from the cytosol protein of etiolated plants of Glycine max by DEAE-52 cellulose chromatography and phenylsepharose chromatography. When the DEAE column was eluted with 0-0.8 M linear gradient KCl, tow fractions were found that increased the phosphorylation of histon H1 about five and nine-fold in the presence of 5 $\mu\textrm{g}$/mL phosphatidylserine and 0.5 $\mu\textrm{g}$/mL diolein, respectively. These fractions were used as DEAE pool. The reaction eluted with relatively high concentration of KCl was loaded on phyenylsepharose column with 5 mM CaCl2 and eluted with 1 mM EGTA. A fraction contained the protein kinase C, which increased the phosphorylation of the histon H1 was fractionated. To determine the molecular weight of PKC, the fraction eluted from phenylsepharose column was analyzed by 5~15% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis after concentrated with the Amicon membrane (YM10). That revealed two bands corresponding to 60 and 65 kGy by silver staining of the gel, respectively.

Protein kinase modulation of gamma-aminobutyric acid C (GABA$_{c}$) currents in freshly dissociated catfish retinal cone-horizontal cell axon-terminals was studied under voltage clamp with the use of the whole cell patch-clamp technique. Cell-scattering is a phenotypic change easily observed in most epithelial cells treated with Hepatocyte Growth Factor /scatter Factor (HGF/SF) or phorbol esters (PKC-activators). Recent studies have shown the possibilities to use as therapeutic materials of HGF/SF or non tumor promoting phorbol esters for liver disease, cancer and AIDS. In this study, we tested a cell-scattering activity of 534 methanol extracts from plants inhabiting in Korean peninsula using the phenotype-based assay system. Nine Active extracts were detected : Daphne genkwa, Daphne kiusiana, and Aleurites fordii showed high activity (+++), Euphorbia sieboldiana and Rhodotypos scandens showed medium activity (++), Sambucus sieboldiana var. pendula, Catalpa bignonioides, Sambucus sieboldiana and Lycoris squamigera showed low activity (+). Furthermore, the effects of these active materials in the culture cells were investigated with biochemical studies.

To study the effects of ginseng saponin components on the signal transduction in the ac tivation of murine macrophages, phagocytosis and Intracellular calcium concentration of peritoneal exuded mouse macrophages were examined. The phagocytosis was increased significantly after treatment with total saponin, diol-saponin, $Rg_1$ and $Rg_2$, but triol-saponin was unable to increase phagocytosis. The phagocytosis were increased when H7, a PKC inhibitor, was pretreated and increased significantly by saponin fractions except total saponin. Pertussis toxin, which inactivates G-protein, decreased the phagocytosis. But the phagocytosis was restored to the control level by saponin fractions and the phagocytosis was increased significantly by $Rg_2$ and $Rg_2$. The triol saponin increased phagocytosis approximately by 2-fold as compared with the TMB-8 treated group. Peritoneal exuded macrophages displayed a prominent rise in cytosolic calcium following treatment with triol-saponin, $Rg_1$, $Rg_2$ and $Rg_2$. Incubation of macrophages with PT resulted in an inhibition of cytosolic calcium mobilization, but increased cytosolic calcium mobilization with saponin fraction.

Stimulation of $\alpha$$_1$-adrenergic receptor ($\alpha$$_1$-AR) by phenylephrine produced a decrease in intracellular N $a^{＋}$ activity ( $a_{Na}$ $^{i}$ ) in multicellular preparations of cardiac tissues. The role of protein kinase C (PKC) in $\alpha$$_1$-adrenergic regulation of $a_{Na}$ $^{i}$ was studied in single ventricular myocyte isolated from guinea pig hearts. $a_{Na}$ $^{i}$ and membrane potential were measured with N $a^{+}$ indicator, sodium-binding benzofuran isophthalate tetraacetoxy methyl ester (SBFI/AM) and microelectrodes respectively when ventricular myocyte was stimulated at 0.3 Hz.(omitted)d)

공개키 인증서와 마찬가지로 속성 인증서 역시 신뢰되기 위해서는 인증서에 대한 유효성 여부를 검증 받아야 한다. 속성 인증서의 유효성 검증은 속성 인증서 체인과 그 체인에 존재하는 각 개체들의 공개키 인증서 체인에 대해 유효성 여부를 검사함으로써 이루어진다. 이렇듯 속성 인증서의 유효성 확인은 공개키 인증서보다 더 복잡하고 많은 처리 과정을 거치게 된다. 이러한 검증 과정은 서비스제공 서버에게는 많은 부담이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 속성인증서 검증을 효과적으로 대신 할 수 있도록 전문화된 검증 서버의 사용을 제안하고 검증 서버와 클라이언트간에 사용될 검증 프로토콜을 정의한다.

Low-frequency electrical field stimulation of transmural nerves of cat esophageal circular smooth muscle produces an “off contraction”, which occurs after electirical field stimulation (EFS) of transmural nerves is stopped. We previously examined signal transduction pathways mediating ACh-induced contraction of circular smooth muscle of esophagus. The extracellular Ca$\^$2+/ is needed for the contraction, results in the activation PKC. EFS-induced contraction was abolished by the pretreatments of tetrodotoxin(1 ${\mu}$M) and atropine (1 ${\mu}$M). (omitted)

Gelsolin, a actin binding protein, has been demonstrated to be involved in controlling cell morphology, motility, signaling, and apoptosis. It's expression is frequently downregulated in cervix cancer and several types of different human cancers indicating the role of gesolin in suppression of tumorigenicity. Apicidin, a novel histone deacetylase inhibitor, has been shown to cause growth arrest and morphological change of cancer cells, resulting from the alternation of protein expression, such as p21^${WAF1/Cip1}$ and gelsolin. 본 연구는 고콜레스테롤 섭취 흰쥐에서 이눌린과 올리고당의 종류를 달리한 식이가 지질대사에 미치는 효과를 비교하였다. Sprague-Dawley종 숫쥐를 군당 9마리 씩 배정하여 5주간 1% 콜레스테롤과 0.25% cholic acid를 함유한 기본식이에 5% 수준으로 혼합한 이소말토올리고당, 프락토올리고당, 이눌린올리고당 및 치커리 이눌린 실험 식이로 사육하였으며, 프락토올리고당 섭취량을 기준섭취량으로하여 pairfeeding하였다 체중증가량은 대조군에 비하여 프락토올리고당과 치커리 이눌린을 섭취한 쥐들에서 유의하게 낮았다. 혈당은 프락토올리고당과 이눌린올리고당이 이소말토올리고당에 비해 낮았다 혈장 중성지방 농도는 이소말토올리고당에 비해 프락토올리고당, 이눌린올리고당과 치커리 이눌린 군들에서 낮았으나, 대조군과는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 혈장 콜레스테롤 농도는 군간 유의한 차이가 없었다. 체중 100 g당 간 중량은 대조군에 비해 이눌린올리고당과 이눌린 섭취 군이 가장 적었으나, 간 콜레스테롤과 중성 지방 함량은 대조군과 올리고당 섭취 군간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다 분변으로의 중성 스테로이드 배설량과 분변의 담즙산 배설량도 군간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 분변의 중성지방 함량은 대조군에 비하여 프락토올리고당군과 치커리 이눌린군에서 높았다 결론적으로 식이 6%수준의 올리고당과 이눌린 섭취가 콜레스테롤과 지방대사에 미치는 영향은 미미 하였으나, 프락토올리고당, 이눌린올리고당, 이눌린과 이소말토올리고당 사이에 차이를 보였으므로 올리고당의 종류에 따라 지질대사에 미치는 효과가 다르다고 보여진다.지속적으로 배양할 때 PKC-${\gamma}$ 및 $\varepsilon$이 관련된 신호전달체계가 억제됨을 보였다. 이는 에탄올이 PKC isozyme들의 상호간 조절을 통해 신호전달계 또는 신경전달 물질들의 변화에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사하며 에탄올의 중추신경계에 미치는 지속적 영향으로 나타나는 행동장애 및 뇌 기능의 손상 또는 보호과정 에 PKC-isozyme들이 관여할 수 있음을 시사한다.재무구조가 튼튼하고 또한 얼마나 값싼 보험료를 책정할 수 있는가를 나타내며, 건수비교식 신뢰관계 유지율을 이용하여 A손해보험회사의 실력을 평가 분석하였다. 보험회사의 실력을 평가 분석해 본 결과 나타난 신뢰관계 유지율의 악화는 신계약제일의 외형성장위주의 정책이 낳은 결과이며, 질적성장보다는 양적인 신계약위주의 영업에 치중함으로 말미암아 고비용 저효율의 악순환을 거듭하여 왔음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 외형성장위주의(시장점유율 확대)경영 정책인 고비용 저효율의 악순환 구조에서 벗어나기 위한 개선방안으로 내실위주의 경영정책인 저비용 고효율의 수익 극대화 구조인 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 개발하였다. study was the finding that the "P (perceiving)" types in the non-delinquent juveniles group as well as in the juvenile delinquents group tend to have negative attitudes toward their parents.다. 이 같은 상황진전으로 앞으로 10년 이내에 2.
