  • Tele manipulator is distingushed from industrial robot by iterating same specified work. Manipulator operator is included in control loop for controlling the telemanipulator because he decide directly during the work and order controllabily reducing the modelling error of telemanipulator which depend on the PID controller. But position-force control method of bidirectional control impose unsafety of vibiration and Analytic Hierachy Method can stabilize for reducing nonlinear modelling error by expert operator because of transformation empirical control rule to linear model.

자기동조에 의한 PD 형 퍼지제어시스템의 응답 개선 (The Response Improvement of PD Type FLC System by Self Tuning)

  • This study proposes a method for improvement of PD type fuzzy controller. The method includes self tuner using gradient algorithm that is one of the optimization algorithms. The proposed controller improves simple Takagi-Sugeno type FLC (Fuzzy Logic Control) system. The simple Takagi-Sugeno type FLC system changes nonlinear characteristic to linear parameters of consequent membership function. The simple FLC system could control the system by calibrating parameter of consequent membership function that changes the system response. While the determination on parameter of the simple FLC system works well only partially, the proposed method is needed to determine parameters that work for overall response. The simple FLC system doesn't predict the response characteristics. While the simple FLC system works just like proportional part of PID, our system includes derivative part to predict the next response. The proposed controller is constructed with P part and D part FLC system that characteristic parameter on system response is changed by self tuner for effective response. Since the proposed controller doesn't include integral part, it can't eliminate steady state error. So we include a gain to eliminate the steady state error.

  • 본 논문에서는 비최소위상 시스템으로 표현되는 화력발전소 드럼의 수위제어를 위한 퍼지 제어기를 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 T. Takagi와 M. Sugeno의 퍼지모델을 기반으로 수행된다. 그리고 기존의 PID 및 LQ 제어기법을 적용한 방식과 비교하여 제안된 방법의 개선된 특성을 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 검증하였다.

  • A neuro-fuzzy controller has some problems that he difficulty of tuning up the membership function and fuzzy rules, long time of inferencing and defuzzifying compare to PID. Also, the fuzzy controller's own defect as a PD controller has. In this study, it is proposed two methods to solve these problems. The first method is that inner fuzzy rules are tuned up automatically by the back propagation learning according to error patterns. And the second method is a new type defuzzification method that shorten the calculation time of an inferencing and a defuzzifying. In this study, it is designed the new type neuro-fuzzy controller that improves the fast response and the stability of a system by using the proposed methods. And, the designed controller is named EPLNFC(Error pattern Learning Neuro-Fuzzy Controller). To evaluate the fast response and the stability of EPLNFC designed in this study, EPLNFC is applied to a speed control of a DC motor and AC motor.

  • 본 논문에서는 기본적인 형태는 퍼지 제어의 형태를 유지하면서 그 세부적 요소들을 신경회로망으로 구성한 뉴로-퍼지 제어기를 설계하였다. 뉴로-퍼지 제어기는 퍼지 제어 및 신경회로망 제어가 갖는 장단점을 서로 보완할 수 있도록 하였으며 On-Line상태에서 동조가 이루어지도록 하였다. 본 제어기의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 현재 로봇제어에서 많이 사용되고 있는 교류 서보 전동기의 속도제어에 적용시켰다. 가장 보편적인 제어기인 PID제어기 및 퍼지제어기와 비교실험 함으로써 제어기로서의 안정한 특성을 입증하였다. 특히 로봇처럼 급격한 부하변동에 대응할 수 있는 제어기 설계를 위해 부하를 인가하여 실험을 수행하여 성능을 입증하였다.

Circle Criterion을 이용한 FLC의 안정도에 대한 고찰 (Consideration to the Stability of FLC using The Circle Criterion)

  • Most of FLC received input data from error e and change-of-error e' with no relation with system complexity. Basic scheme follows typical PD and PI or PID Controller and that has been developed through fixed ME In this paper, We studied the relationship between MF and system response and system response through changing Fuzzy variable of consequence MF and propose the simple FLC using this relationship. The response of FLC is changed according to the width of Fuzzy variable of consequence MF. As changing the Fuzzy variable of consequence MF shows various nonlinear characteristic, we studied the relation between response and MF using analytical method. We designed the effective FLC using three-variable MF and nine rules and took simulation for verification. In this study, we propose the method to design system with FLC in stability point which is an impotent characteristic of designing system. The circle criterion which is adapted to analysis the nonlinear system is put to use for proposed method. Since SISO FLC has a time-invariant and odd characteristic we can use the critical point not disk which is generally used to determine the stability in the circle criterion, to determine the stability. Using this, we can get the maximum critical point plot of SISO FLC with changing the consequence fuzzy variables. The predetermined critical point plot of FLC can be used to decide the region of the system to be stable. This method is effectively used to design the SISO FLC.

스쿨 존에서 운전자의 승차감을 수반한 차량 감속 제어에 관한 연구 (Study on Vehicle Deceleration Control in School Zones by Taking Driver's Comfort into Account)

  • 최근 많은 전자제어기술이 개발되고 있으며 또한 차량에 적용되고 있다. 이러한 기술들 중 throttle-by-wire, brake-by-wire, steer-by-wire 와 같은 X-by-wire 가 대표적이며 이는 기계적으로 연결된 부분이 전기적인 신호나 액추에이터로 대체된 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스쿨존에서의 차량의 속도 제어를 위하여 throttle-by-wire, brake-by-wire 가 고려되었으며 특히 스쿨 존에서는 다른 지역에 비해 사고가능성이 높다. 그 이유는 보행자가 횡단 시에 다수의 운전자들이 규정속도를 지키지 않기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스쿨 존에서 규정속도 내로 주행하도록 throttle-by-wire, brake-by-wire 를 이용하여 차량을 감속 제어하였으며 이를 위하여 양산차량의 엔진과 변속기의 제원을 사용하였다. 둘째, 차량의 감속에 있어서 운전자와 승객이 불쾌감을 느낄 수 있는 급격한 감속을 줄이기 위하여 제안된 3 차 궤적 추종법을 적용시켰으며 궤적 추종을 위하여 퍼지-PID 제어를 사용하였다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 차량의 감속 제어 시스템의 성능을 확인하였다.

  • This paper proposed a novel method for pseudo-on-line scheme using look-up table based on the genetic algorithm The technique is an pseudo-on-line method that optimally estimate the parameters of FPID controller for systems with non-linearity using the genetic algorithm which does not use the gradient and finds the global optimum of an unconstraint optimization problem. The proposed controller is applied to speed control of 3-phase induction motor and its computer simulation is carried out. Simulation results show that the proposed method is more excellent then conventional FPID and PID controllers.

PI 및 PD Type Fuzzy Controller의 자기동조에 관한 연구 (A study on self tuning fuzzy PI and PD type controller)

  • This paper describes a development of self tuning scheme for PI and PO type fuzzy controllers. The output scaling factor(SF) is adjusted on-line by fuzzy rules according to the current trend of the controlled process. The rule-base for tuning the output SF is defined on error and change of error for the controlled variable using the most natural and unbiased membership functions. Simulation results demonstrate the better control performance can be achieved in comparison with Ziegler-Nichols(Z-N) PID controllers.

큰 외란이 존재하는 CNC 이송 구동계를 위한 적응 퍼지논리 제어기 (Self-Organizing Fuzzy Logic Controller for CNC Feed Drive Systems with Large Disturbances)

  • This paper introduces a new self-organizing fuzzy logic controller (SOFLC) for precision contour machining in the presence of large disturbances which adjusts both input and output membership functions simultaneously. The parameters of the proposed controller are self-tuned in real-time according to a continuous measurement of the performance of the controller itself and estimated disturbance values. The proposed controller as well as a conventional fuzzy logic controller and a PID controller were simulated and implemented on a 3-axis milling machine in contour milling. Both the simulations and experiments show that the self-organizing fuzzy logic controller has superior performance in terms of contour tracking accuracy compared with the other two controllers.
