무정전전원장치에 적합한 주파수 제한기와 안티 와인드업을 가지는 PLL 방식 (PLL Strategy Hating Frequency Limiter and Anti-windup Suitable to UPS)

  • 본 논문에서는 전력 품질 기기의 제어에 있어서 필수적 요소라고 할 수 있는 전원각을 찾는 방법중에서 PLL(Phase Locked Loop)에 관하여 기존의 방식들을 먼저 알아보고, 정상분을 추출하여 이용하는 기존의 PLL 방식을 무정전전원장치에 적합한 형태로 개선한 주파수를 제한한 PLL 방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 PLL 방식은 기존의 PI 제어기에 주파수 제한기(limiter)와 안티 와인드업(anti-windup)을 추가하였다. 이것의 기본적인 동작 원리는 기존의 방법들과 같지만, 차이점은 주파수 제한기의 삽입으로 인하여 주파수 변동률을 일정한 범위 내에서 제한할 수 있다는 것이다. 기존의 PLL 방법과 본 논문에서 제안된 주파수를 제한한 PLL 방법의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 동적 전압 보상기로 전압을 보상하는 시뮬레이션을 하였고, 결과적으로 제안된 주파수를 제한한 PLL 방법이 기존의 PLL 방법보다 UPS에 적합함을 입증하였다.

  • For the bucket tip position control of the excavator, a traditional hydraulic excavator system was exchanged into an electro-hydraulic one. EPPR valves are attached to the traditional MCV and hydraulic joysticks are replaced by electronic ones to develop the electro-hydraulic system. To control the electronic pump with a good performance, the control logic for the pump is deduced from the AMESim simulation and the experimental method on the test bench. To get a good position control performance of the excavator bucket tip, PI+AntiWindup controller is selected as a position controller. The experimental results showed the good controllability for the electro-hydraulic excavator system on the test bench.

  • Advantages of switched reluctance motor(SRM) drives make it an attractive candidate for replacing adjustable speed ac and dc drives in both industrial and consumer applications. Furthermore, a simple, low cost and robust SRM drive can be efficiently operated in the hostile environment of an automobile. Generally, the speed control of SRM has a large step change or large torque reference, the output of its PI controller is often saturated. When this happens, the integral state is not consistent with the SRM input, while may give rise to the windup phenomenon. This paper proposes anti-windup control method for SRM speed control system by hysteresis current controlled asymmetry bridge converter. The experimental results show that the speed response has much improved performance, such as a small overshoot and fast settling time at the acceleration and particulary deceleration period with braking mode.

  • 비례-적분(PI) 제어기 출력이 포화되었을 때, 와인드업(windup) 현상이 나타나게 되는데 이것은 큰 오버슈트 및 느린 응답 특성으로 이어지게 되어 제어기의 성능 저하를 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 새로운 방식의 Anti-windup PI제어기를 이용하여 IPMSM 구동에 있어 오버슈트 및 정착 시간 단축과 같은 제어 성능이 개선되었음을 보여준다.

  • 대용량 동기 발전/전동기 기동운전에는 주로 사이리스터를 이용한 정지형 주파수 변환 장치(SFC : Static Frequency Converter)시스템이 널리 사용되고 있다. 지금까지의 국내 SFC에 대한 연구는 주로 양수 발전 시스템에 관한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있어 가스터빈용 SFC 시스템에 관한 구체적인 기동 알고리즘에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PI 전류 제어기의 안티 와인드업 출력 신호를 이용한 가스터빈 동기 전동기의 기동을 위한 새로운 약계자 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 이에 대한 실효성과 타당성을 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, we describe a design procedure for cascade controller for induction motor drives based on Genetic Algorithms(GAs). Most electric drives have two separate controllers for current and speed control, which are in general designed in two consecutive steps(firstly the current controller and then the speed controller). We search simultaneously for the couple of discrete anti-windup controllers achieving the optimal compromise of weighted cost and performance indices related to both current and speed responses.

  • This paper deals with mathmatical of an induction motor, considering non-linearity in the torque balance equation under closed loop operation with a reference speed. A controller based on Adaptive Nuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is developed to minimize overshoot and settling time following sudden changes in load torque. The overall system is modeled and simulated using the Matlab/simulink and Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. The advantages of fuzzy logic and neural network based fuzzy logic controller. Required training data the ANFIS controller is generated by simulation of the anti-windup PI controller is eliminated using the ANFIS controller. The transient deviation of the response from the set reference following variation in load torque is found to be negligibly samll along with a desirable reduction in settling time for the ANFIS controller.

In this paper, novel topology for fast response of various load is proposed. Proposed topology adapts anti-windup PI controller at increasing speed referense and activate braking mode at decreasing speed and forward load, Experiental results show that proposed topology have fast response charecteristics at increasing and decreasing speed reference.

손가락 외골격용 전기활성 고분자 구동체-센서 하이브리드 구조체의 굽힘 동작 제어 (Bending Motion Control of Electroactive Polymer Actuator-Sensor Hybrid Structure for Finger Exoskeleton)

  • This study was conducted in order to develop a finger exoskeleton system using ionic polymer metal composites (IPMCs) as the actuator and sensor in a hybrid structure. To use the IPMC as an actuator producing large force, a first order transfer function was obtained using results from a block force for DC excitation that applied to two IPMCs of 20mm-width, 50mm-length, and 2.4mm thickness together. After which the validation of 200gf control with anti-windup PI controller was confirmed. A 5mm-width, 50mm-length, 0.6mm-thickness of IPMC was also modeled as a sensor for tip displacement. As a result, the IPMC sensor could been utilized as a trigger role for the actuator. Finally, an IPMC sensor and actuator were installed on the joint of a single DOF exoskeleton in the hybrid structure, and test for the control of 40gf of block force and predefined sequence of motion was performed.

  • Induction Motor (IM) has several desirable features for high performance adjustablespeed operation. This paper presents the design of a robust controller for vector control induction motor drive performances improvement. Proposed predictive speed controller, which is aimed to guarantee the stability of the closed loop, is based on the Poisson-Laguerre (PL) models for the association vector control drive and the induction motor; without necessity of any mechanical parameter, and requires only two control parameters to ensure implicitly the integrator effect on the steady state error, load torque disturbances rejection and anti-windup effect. In order to improve robustness, insensitivity against external disturbances and preserve desired performance, adaptive control is added with the aim to ensure an online identification of controller parameters through an online PL models identification. The proposed control is compared with the conventional approach using PI controller. Simulation with MATLAB/SIMULINK software and experimental results for a 1kW induction motor using a dSPACE system with DS1104 controller board are carried out to show the improvement performance.
