This study empirically analyzed the relationship between the franchise pc game rooms selection behavior and revisit, recommendations. Select Properties from the franchise pc game rooms store is ease of access, computer specifications, pleasant environment, brand power and pricing strategy. Korean franchise industry is in spite of the short history of just over 30 years growing very fast. Especially pc game rooms store is 14,782 in 2012 years, pc game rooms store is operated by franchise form 10.6%, 87.9% operated by private, co-operation was confirmed at 1.5%. Conclusions are as follows. First, factors that significantly affect the degree of revisit has been identified as computer specifications, pleasant environment, brand power. Second, the recommendation is an important factor of the computer specifications, brand power, pricing strategy. Finally, franchise pc game rooms successful strategy has excellent computer's specifications, it needs a promotion strategy to attract pc game tournaments to be notified of brand power. We can also see that running is an important factor in a pleasant environment and a flexible pricing strategy.

This stduy was carried out to investigate the effect of concentration of PC12 and washing of sperm of sperm motility and acrosome reaction, and the effect of sperm incubated in mTALP solution containing PC12 112.5$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml on development of follicular oocytes matured in vitro. The results obtained were as follows. 1. When fresh sperm was once washed and then incubated in mTALP solution containing 0, 75, 112.5 and 225$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml PC12 for 15minutes, 225$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml showed significantly higher percent of acrosome reacted sperm than 0, 75, 112.5 and 225$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml. 2. When once or twice washed fresh sperm was cultured in mTALP containing 112.5$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml PC12 for 15minutes, no-washing showed significantly higher percent of motile sperm than that once- and twice-washing showed significantly higher percent of acrosome reacted seprm than no- and once-washing. 3. When sperm was cultrued in mTALP containing PC12, 112.5$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml for 15minutes and then was cocultured with bovine follicular oocytes matured in vitro, 11.2 to 22.4% of the oocytes were coleaved to more than 2cell stage.

This research categorizes and analyzes different online fashion store studies conducted over the past 10 years based on study type. The results are as follows. First, it was found that 116 studies out of 118 studies on online fashion stores conducted from 2000 to 2012 were based on PC web. Second, the studies on PC web-based fashion stores were reclassified into 9 different categories based on their topics: purchase behavior, word-of-mouth behavior, website, and product information presentation as well as products for sale, return behavior, customer service, system, present condition, marketing strategy, and promotions. However, mobile web-based studies were categorized into 2 categories of introduction of the fashion stores and purchase behavior. Third, we reclassified the studies chronologically to observe studies conducted at different times. In the early phase (in addition to studies on purchase behavior) studies on present condition, marketing strategy, and website constituted the majority of studies conducted because the field research was just starting to grow; however, studies conducted in the latter phase showed new patterns of study, such as word-of-mouth effect, and return behavior. Future studies conducted on competitive PC web-based fashion stores require a more specific classification of studies (according to their purpose) to develop an effective marketing strategy.

A GPS receiver platform has been developed to design an interference rejection filter and the platform is also able to evaluate performance of those filters. This platform consists of RF/IF part, data acquisition part and PC part. The RF/IF part converts RF signals to IF signals, the data acquisition part transmits the IF signals to PC using USB device. The PC part rejects the interferences with a filter and then it does navigation with GPS software receiver. The RF/IF part and data acquisition part had been validated with signal spectrum, and the PC part had been validated with the navigation results of GPS receiver. Finally, the entire platform including interference rejection filter has been confirmed with the navigation results in case that the GPS signals and interference entered this platform. As a result, the GPS receiver operated well against interference with 45dB JSR.

We identified S9940, a novel microbial metabolite from Streptomyces spp., to inhibit the release of neurotransmitter from PC12 cells. S9940 is an inhibitor of trifiated norepinephrine ([$^{3}H$]-NE) release in high $K^+$ buffer solution containing ionomycin, indicating that S9940 inhibits neurotransmitter release after the influx of $Ca^{2+}$ ions. We also examined the effect of S9940 on $\beta-glucuronidase$ release from guinea pig neurophils and the effect on the neurite extension of PC12 cells and rat hippocampal neurons. As a result, S9940 inhibited $\beta-glucuronidase$ release: when treated with $5{\mu}g/ml$ of S9940, which prevented [$^{3}H$]-NE release, the inhibition of neurite extension for both PC12 cells and rat hippocampal neurons was observed.

We fabricated the organic light emittign diodes (OLEDs) with ITO/Cu-Pc/triphenyl-diamine (TPD)/TPD+tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq$_3$)/Al. The electrical properties of Cu-Pc thin film were studied as a hole injection layer. the energy gap of Cu-Pc thin films is decreased according to the substrate heat treatment temperature increased. It could be controlled the hole mobility by changing the heat treatment condition of Cu-Pc. The emission wavelengths could be controlled by changing hole mobility and recombination zone in emission layer.

This research aims to develop Look Ahead position interpolation algorithm for small size CNC machine controlled by PC based controller. Look Ahead scheme can process a bundle of CNC's linear interpolation commands simultaneously, which reduces acceleration and deceleration time within single linear interpolation command. The algorithm is derived as simple analytical form which can be adapted to PC based CNC system by C language programming. The performance of the algorithm was verified by tail stock machining G codes experimentally. The average traverse speed of the CNC machine was increased by 27.5% and the total traverse time also reduced by 27.2% with the Look Ahead scheme.

목적 : 이 연구는 Vipera lebetina turanica의 사독약침파(蛇毒藥鍼波)(Snake venom toxin, SVT)이 in vitro에서 $NF-{\kappa}B$의 활성억제와 apoptosis 관련 단백질의 발현 조절을 통하여 세포자멸사(Apoptosis)를 유도하는지 in vivo에서 또한 전립선 암세포주인 PC-3 세포의 성장을 억제하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 : SVT를 처리한 후 PC-3의 성장억제를 관찰하기 위해 WST-1 assay, CCK-8 assay를 시행하였고，Apoptosis evaluation에는 DAPI, TUNEL staining assay를 시행하였으며，Apoptosis regulatory proteins의 변화 관찰에는 western blot analysis를 시행하였고，apoptosis와 연관된 $NF-{\kappa}B$의 활성 변화를 관찰하기 위해 EMSA시행하였으며，SVT의 핵내이동을 관찰하기 위해 Immunofluorescence Staining, Confocal immunocytochemistry를 시행하였으며，전립암세포의 종양형성에는 흉선을 제거한 쥐에 Tumorigenecity study를 시행하였다. 결과 : PC-3 세포에 SVT를 처리한 후，전립선 암세포의 성장，Apoptosis의 유발，Apoptosis관련 단백질의 발현，$NF-{\kappa}B$의 활성，SVT의 PC-3세포 핵내 이동여부 및 흉선제거 후 PC-3 세포를 이식한 쥐의 종양형성과정에 미치는 영향을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. PC-3 세포에서 SVT를 처리한 후 세포성장이 억제되고，세포자멸사가 유도되며，조절인자인 p53, caspase-3, -9는 증가되었고，Bcl-2는 감소되었다. 2. PC-3 세포에서 SVT를 처리한 후 $NF-{\kappa}B$의 활성이 유의하게 감소되었다. 3. DAPI로 염색된 상태에서 SVT가 PC-3 세포의 핵내로 이통되는 것이 관찰되었다. 4. 흉선제거 후 전립선 암세포주를 이식한 쥐에서 SVT를 피내로 주입한 결과 전립선암의 크기와 무게가 유의하게 감소하였다. 결론 : 이상의 결과는 SVT가 $NF-{\kappa}B$의 활성 억제를 통하여 인간 전립선암세포주인 PC-3의 세포자멸사를 유발함으로써 증식억제 효과가 있음을 입증한 것이며，이를 재확인한 생체 연구에서의 긍정적인 결과는 향후 SVT의 전립선암의 예방과 치료에 대한 효과적인 치료제 개발에 초석이 될 것으로 기대된다.
