고리원자력 1호기 운전용 가상 시뮬레이터 MMI 개발 (The development of VR Simulator MMI for Kori #1 NPP)

  • We have developed Virtual Reality Simulator MMI for operator training. MMI communicates with server model and client PC through OPCServer. We used Dataplant for Soft Panel and Simdiagram which shows more sophisticated and reality colors. We used vector method for MCR images instead of conventional bit-map method to protect images during zoom in and zoom out. VBScript and Components were used for real movements and images of instruments. VRMCR panel is consisted of 12 groups and designed to accommodate user's convenience.

폴리머계 단일 및 이중구조 방음패널의 차음특성 비교분석 (Comparison of Sound Transmission through Single and Double-layer Polymer Panels)

  • 본 연구에서는 PC, PMMA, HDPE, PP를 소재로 한 방음패널의 두께와 구조적 특성, 소재가 차음성능에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 각 소재로 구성된 단일 패널의 음향투과손실을 비교한 결과, PC, PMMA, HDPE, PP 순으로 음향투과손실이 높게 나타났으며, 질량법칙에 따르는 결과임을 확인하였다. 단일패널의 두께에 따른 투과손실을 비교해보면, 4 mm 단일패널에 비해 8 mm 두께의 투과손실이 약 5~6 dB(A) 크게 측정되었다. 또한 두께가 2배가 됨에 따라 일치효과 주파수가 낮아져 4,000~5,000 Hz에서 투과손실이 감소하는 영역이 발생하였으며, 4 mm 단일패널보다 투과손실이 작았다. 두 개의 4 mm 패널 사이에 공기층을 두어 이중으로 구성한 실험체를 대상으로 한 투과손실 실험 결과, 300 Hz 이하의 주파수에서는 동일한 두께인 8 mm의 단일패널과 효과가 비슷하였으며, 2,000 Hz 이상의 고주파수 대역에서 8 mm 단일패널에 비해 효과가 매우 뛰어났다. 반면 공명(resonance) 주파수와 인접한 500~630 Hz 대역에서 투과손실이 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this research, an Electronic White Board Control System is developed that stores and prints the data written on the white board. This control system is constructed using an embedded single board PC, whose function is the acquisition(from CCD image sensor system), processing and storing of the data on the screen. The properties of this system are as follows: 1. The system is able to move the screen on the right and left. 2. The system is able to output the data written on the screen to a connected printer. 3. 주거 내 PC 사용공간 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning for PC Use Space in Residences - Focus on the Unit Plan of Apartments According to the Size -)

  • This study is aimed to provide a guide for PC use space in apartment. To achieve this, a design about PC use space which was considered adequate location, area, form was suggested. As methods of the study, survey research method and case study. The survey was taken by five hundred-eighty-nine people who used PCs in apartment from May 2005 to July 2005 in JeJu Special Self-governing Province for an analysis of data. The results of the survey were showed PC use space situation and furnitures layout patterns. The case was classified by unit plans of size, and it showed design example of PC use space. In types of $61{\sim}69$ square meters ($m^2$), PC use space was located in dead-space in the residence with minimum scale, because of $61{\sim}69$ square meters types are smaller than the other types. In types $100{\sim}129$ square meters, PC use space which was divided with a partition panel was located in the livingroom expanding the room space to the balcony. In types of 130 square meters, PC use space was located in the room of sons or daughters which was arranged with other furniture. The adequate area of PC use space is $1.4{\sim}2.2$ square meters, and it should take into account furniture size and human active sphere. And PC use space of form should consider traffic line, personal space and privacy. Besides it is required of ergonomic design in chair, table in its scale. And it is necessary development of systematic furniture for PC use space.

  • Owing to the development of mobile communication technology during the last a few years, the number of users of mobile devices such as the smartphone and the tablet PC has increased rapidly. As a result, the range of applications of the mobile devices has also been greatly expanded from an application for the convenience of daily life to an application for assisting the operations of industrial fields. Especially, portability of mobile devices can provide great help in collecting and using information on the production site. In shipbuilding production processes, it is difficult to collect changes of circumstance in the field and reflect the changes to schedule due to the low production automation rate and frequent changes in schedule. In this study, we propose a system to solve the problems of shipbuilding production processes such as the ones described above by using mobile devices. First of all, we organize the production information and production processes of the panel line through the analysis of shipyard panel line operations. Next, we have developed a system that can support the production execution plan of the panel line and monitor the production processes in the field. The system was developed utilizing application virtualization to allow access to the system from various platforms of mobile devices and PC's. The system was implemented using ooCBD methodology considering the future expansion of the system and ease of maintenance.

  • 지하주차장을 PC화할 때 각각의 부재 접합상태에 따라 설계방법 및 시공방법에 많은 차이가 발생하게 된다. 특히 PC 벽체를 상호 연결하기 위한 접합부에서 수평철근을 겹침이음 방법에 의해 접합하는 경우, 수평철근의 이음길이를 충분히 확보하여야 하기 때문에 시공성이 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, PC 벽체 수평철근의 돌출길이를 최소화하기 위하여 철근 비부착 기법 및 철근 절단 기법을 적용하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다. 즉, 철근 콘크리트 부재에서의 위험단면의 위치는 일반적으로 부재의 단부가 되고, 철근의 정착길이는 이 위험단면으로부터의 길이가 된다. 그런데 위험단면의 위치를 비부착 철근 공법 및 철근 절단 공법을 사용하여 부재 안쪽으로 이동함으로서, 수평철근의 정착길이를 최소화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 철근 비부착 기법 및 철근 절단 기법의 적용 가능성을 파악하기 위해 5개의 실험체를 실물크기로 제작하여 실험적 연구를 실시하고, 절단 철근 및 비부착 철근이 시험체의 거동에 미치는 영향을 비교 및 분석한 결과, 위험단면의 이동을 위하여 철근 비부착 기법 및 철근 절단 기법의 사용이 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

  • Large Concrete Panel Structures behave quite differently from frame or monolithic shear wall structures because of the weakness of Joint in stiffness and strength. The joint experiences large deformation such as shear-slip in vertical and horizontal joint and rocking and crushing in horizontal joint because of localized stress concentration, but the wall panels behave elastically under cyclic loads. In order to describe the nonlinear behavior of the joint in the analysis of PC structures, different analysis technique from that of RC structures is needed. In this paper, for analysis of large concrete panel subassemblage subjected to cyclic loads, the wall panels are idealized by elastic finite elements, and the joints by nonlinear spring elements with various load-deflection relationship. The analytical results are compared with the experimental results on the strength, stiffness, energy dissipation and lateral drift, and the effectiveness of this computer analysis modelling technique is checked.

  • The compressive strength of horizontal joints in precast concrete large panel structures depends on parameters such as grout and panel strength, detail of joint, joint moment, width of grout column etc. As the panels are only connected at the pocket, it results in the reduction of compressive strength area. The purposes of this study are to develop the suitable grout material the joint pocket and to enable us to evaluate structural capacity. The validity of the design formulas provides us more economic system in construction. Test results of 15 specimens show that the proper construction procedure and grouting material develop the sufficient compressive strength of the wall as monolithic system.

  • Large-sized flat-panel displays are widely used for PC monitors and TV displays. In this paper, frequency domain pre-filter algorithms are presented for detection of defects in large-sized Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display(TFT-LCD) panel surfaces. Frequency analysis with 1-D, 2-D FFT methods for extract the periodic patterns of lattice structures in TFT-LCD is performed. To remove this patterns, frequency domain band-stop filters were used for eliminating specific frequency components. In order to acquire only defected images, 2-D inverse FFT methods to inverse transform of frequency domain images were used.
