Estimation of Propellant Consumption during Thrust Control of GOx/PC Hybrid Rocket (GOx/PC 하이브리드 로켓의 추력제어 환경에서 후퇴거리 예측)

  • In this study, we analyze the characteristic of burning classified by a propellant according to a flux of an oxidizer to analyze propellant regression distance in accordance with a thrust control and burning time of hybrid rocket using hybrid combustor of Lab-Scale. To control a flux of an oxidizer, we design flow control system to regulate the mount of opening and shutting of a needle valve by a driving of stepping motor by a combination the needle valve with stepping motor. We derive the relationships between mass flow rate and regression rate according to a propellant through the oxidizer flux change. While doing the thrust control, we estimate regression distance through the oxidizer flux in accordance with thrust and confirm the creditability through the actual thrust control burning experimentation.

  • Expose equipment system that is used for manufacturing process of Flat Panel Display, is most important equipment in whole process. Expose equipment that is for making pattern of mask on substrate, consists of optical part, stage part and transport part. The stage is an important part that aligns mask and substrate for delivering pattern of mask to substrate exactly. In this paper, control system of expose stage that is able to use mask and substrate of diverse size, with PC controller using GUI interface instead of PLC control system. The existing PLC control system does not have the suitable structure for using mask of diverse size. GUI interface integration control system is based on PC. So it has the advantage of convenient use and active operation. We embodied PLC control system in integration control system based on PC, and verified utility possibility through the standard test course.

  • 본 연구에서는 금성계전에서 이미 개발된 고기능 PC인 STARCON-M에 적용 할 수 있는 Link 시스템을 구성하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1) 병렬 Link 시스템을 구성하여 최대 입출력 점수가 280점인 PC를 최대 744점 프로그램 용량이 최대 12K Word까지 확장하여 사용 할 수 있었다. 2) 직렬 Link 시스템을 구성하여 완벽한 분산제어 시스템을 구성할 수 있었으며 Master와 Local의 비율을 1:7까지 할 수 있고 동축 cable에 의해 500m 까지 연결하므로서 PC의 효율성을 증가시켰다. 3) Computer Link 에 의해 PC와 Computer간에 Data를 교신하므로서 관리 감시 제어 시스템을 구성할 수 있었다.

  • This paper shows the basic configuration for the system(H/W and S/W) which can interface between the PC and the slave robot. The PC(personal computer) is used for the basic MMI(Man-Machine Interface) system. The slave robot is controlled through the PC, actually the generated trajectory by using polynomials. The velocity control is carried out at the via points of the rrajectory. The heuristic method which chooses the average of the two slopes as the via velocity is used for the velocity control. From the simulation results, we can choose the better trajectory polyomial for reducing the deviation error at the starting and arriving parts.

  • The object of this paper is develope the PC based controlled high voltage power supply and studies 1.2kW(120kV, 10mA) pulse power X-ray generator possible to adapt fluoroscopy of Dental CT X-ray generator and industrial X-ray pulse power equipment. The developed pulse power X-ray generator consisted of mono-block tank include X-ray tube and high voltage X-ray power supply circuit and high voltage control unit with RS232C/422 communication port. The PC control program of pulse power X-ray generator uses LabVIEW, and the size of high voltage transformer and high voltage generator is minimized by high voltage high frequency inverter has 100kHz switching frequency. Also this paper shows result of X-ray tube voltage and tube current correspond to variable load.

  • This paper shows the development process for measuring three-dimensional flow velocity components in a web-browser. The system is developed in an embeddable C/C++ interpreter Ch and Ch-CGI toolkit. The interface for the web-based measurement system consists of a set of web HTML files and Ch files for CGI. All of data in web browser are passed to Ch-CGI script to generate the output of new HTML file. PC-Server and PC-Client can submit measurement parameters and receive the text/graphical results each other. PC-Client can control the test equipment by using a parameters that received from PC-Server. It also can pass the test results between the web-based measurement system. In summary, the designed measurement system is evaluated, the outputs shown well on the web browser.

  • 컴퓨터와 인터넷 보급의 증가로 인해 컴퓨터는 생활에 꼭 필요한 존재가 되었으나, 그에 따른 일반 사용자의 부주의로 인한 컴퓨터 오류의 문제도 증가하게 되어, A/S 업체 직원이 직접 방문을 하여 수리를 하곤 한다. 그러나 막상 가보게 되면 사용자의 부주의로 인한 간단한 고장인 경우가 많다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 온라인상에서 사용자의 컴퓨터를 수리할 수 있는 원격지원(Virtual Network Control)이라는 프로그램이 도입되었다. 하지만 설치상의 복잡함과 복잡한 연결절차로 사용자가 쉽게 접근하기 어렵고, 더욱이 공유기를 사용하는 PC에서는 사용이 불가능하여 개선의 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반의 ActiveX를 이용하여 프로그램을 자동적으로 설치하여 사용자는 버튼 하나만을 한번 클릭하는 방법으로 연결이 가능하고, 중계서버를 사용하여 공유기를 사용하더라도 연결이 가능하도록 개선한 RemoPC를 개발하였다.

  • In Ubiquitous age, data collection that using wireless sensor node is increasing necessity. In this paper, collect data because uses PIC16F877 and Bluetooth, and constructs database in PC. The PIC16F877 is control radio sensor node. The PC construct to propose algorithm that updates control data with table. It is changes sensing cycle time of node into intelligence style because compare collected data of DB. Result of study inexpensive , and practical, and I can apply to industry spot constructing system briefly.

  • Generally, Industrial robots are often controlled using joint processors and treating each joint as an independent servo loop. This paper presents a system architecture for robot control designed for real-time control of motion and sensory processing utilizing general-purpose Personal Computer. And for easily use and system expendability, robot language is implemented with C-language as base language. Through this system user can easily update robot language by design of his own language primitives. This system also don't require another development tool and can be used as advanced algorithm simulator in robotics laboratories.

  • The implementation of MAP(Manufacturing Automation Protocol) NIU(network interface uint) is studied and presented in this paper. Hardwares and system softwares for network management, user interface, and medium access control are developed. Also LLC(Logical Link Control) protocol is implemented. Afterwards, The operations of NIU using self-test functions are tested. Compatibility between interfaces according to IEEE 802.4 standard is also tested.
