Due to the high digital technology, various devices such as TV, PC, smartphone, and pad computer are connected to each other using internet and under the circumstance internet services of which the running platforms are mainly PC become "N-screenlized" by extending their service platform to non-PC devices. As a digital TV has outstanding features of being the most influential device in the living room and having the wide spectrum of users, several internet services has been ported on the digital TV platform (in the form of data services) in order to enhance their brand powers. Most of the services, however, failed to get a satisfactory results as the data services are defeated by the broadcasting contents in the competition for the viewer's interests. In the paper, the design guidelines that make data services not to compete with the broadcasting contents are proposed and a prototype of a data service that accommodates the guidelines is introduced. The prototype, called "TV ideal-type world-cup", does not disturb a viewer's watching broadcast contents and channel-changing behavior while it is running and its service flow is designed for a viewer to achieve the goal of service in a few minutes so that the viewer can enjoy the service in a commercial period.

The technical progress of wireless communication in an information-oriented society is heading for the wireless internet service. Handphone is limited in a low capacity memory, size of screen, wireless internet. But it can do service in mobile, nontheless of the time, space. This paper says that online studying in wire internet is capable of servicing in mobile environment. The way of SMS transmission in the agency is linked in the SMS agency, but the way of SMS exclusive modem does service in linking with personal computer. This paper says that the SMS service is possible with SMS exclusive modem, mirroring of the client demand in database.

지난 10년 동안 인터넷은 우리 생활에 가히 혁명적인 영향을 끼쳐 왔습니다. 그러나 지난 10년이 인터넷 혁명의 시대였다고 한다면 향후 10년간은 모바일 혁명의 시대가 될 것이라고들 이야기합니다. 모바일 혁명 시대의 핵심에는 스마트폰이 자리하고 있습니다. 작년 이맘때쯤 국내에 아이폰이 도입되면서 국내에도 불붙기 시작한 스마트폰 광풍은 모든 비즈니스와 우리 생활에서 혁명을 예고하고 있습니다. 스마트폰 플랫폼 개발업체, 이동통신업체, 단말 기업체, 콘텐츠 개발자 등 다양한 플레이어들이 모바일 생태계 속에서 새로운 비즈니스 모델들을 탄생시키고 있고, 개인들의 생활속에서도 스마트폰은 깊숙이 자리매김하고 있습니다. 이처럼 우리 산업 전반과 삶에 새로운 변화를 일으키고 있는 스마트폰은 과연 안전한 것일까요? 스마트폰은 다양한 앱이 구동될 수 있는 개방형 플랫폼을 가지고 있고, 앱스토어를 통해 누구나 앱 사용자이자 제공자도 될 수 있습니다. 또한, 3G뿐만 아니라 Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, PC Sync 등 다양한 네트워킹 기능을 제공해 줍니다. 이러한 개방성을 바탕으로 스마트폰은 급격하게 성장하고 있지만 개방성은 악성코드 감염, 해킹, 프라이버시 침해 등 역기능이 발생할 수 있는 여건도 마련해 주고 있습니다. 실제로 스마트폰 해킹 사고는 국내외에서 빈번하게 발생되고 있고 그 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세입니다. 올 4월에 국내에서도 첫 스마트폰용 악성코드가 발견되었고, 전 세계적으로 524건의 모바일 악성코드가 발견되었습니다. 이처럼 스마트폰 해킹은 현실화되어 우리를 위협하고 있습니다. 본 특집에서는 스마트폰 보안과 관련한 정부의 정책방향, 보안위협과 사례, 프라이버시 이슈, 보안시장 전망, 국내외 표준화 동향, 전문인력 양성계획 등을 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.

소음진동은 최근 사회적 인식이 변함에 따라 환경관련 민원 중에서 가장 많은 건수의 민원이 발생되는 요소로서 제저업체, 건설업체등의 기업 뿐만 아니라 국토개발, 도시개발을 담당하는 정부 기관 등에서 각종 업무를 수행하는데 중요한 고려대상이 되고 있다. 소음진동이 충분히 저감되지 않은 가전제품은 소비자들에게 외면당하고 민원이 발생된 건설 공사현장에서의 피해 보상금은 기업이 원가부담으로 작용되며 그 사업주체가 정부일 경우는 행정업무 처리에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 소음진동 문제를 해결하는데 가장 우선적으로 필요한 요소는 소음진동 허용기준을 적절히 산정하는 것이다. 소음진동은 발생원인이 매우 다양하며 소음진동에 노출되는 사람(혹은 건축물, 정밀기계 등)의 상대적인 위치(사회 문화적인)에 따라 피해 정도가 다르기 때문에 각국의 정부나 각종 사회단체, 기업은 독특한 국민성, 지역성, 사회개발 정도 등에 따라 적절한 허용기준을 제시하고 있다. 소음진동 문제를 해결해야 할 담당자들은 이러한 모든 여건을 고려하여 현재 상황에서 가장 적절한 허용기준을 설정하고 소음진동 저감 대책을 수립하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 설계자나 공장관리자, 건설 현장의 관리자들이 소음진동 문제에 직면 했을 때 신속히 적절한 허용기준을 산정한 후 소음진동 대책을 수립할 수 있도록 국내의 주요 소음진동 허용기준을 수립하여 데이타베이스화 하고 이를 PC통신으로 이용가능하게 하는 NVC-DS(Noise and Vibration Criteria-Database System)을 개발하였다.

블루투스란 근거리에 놓여 있는 컴퓨터와 이동단말기 가전제품 등을 무선으로 연결하여 쌍방향으로 실시간 통신을 가능하게 해주는 규격을 말하거나 그 규격에 맞는 제품을 이르는 말이다. 가정 및 사무실에서 사용되는 모든 정보기기에 장착되는 것을 목표로 무선망을 구성하여 어떠한 유/무선망과도 연동할 수 있게 한다. 따라서, 블루투스를 이용한 무선 네트워크가 완성되면 모든 정보기기간의 자유로운 데이터 교환이 이루어지며, 인터넷 브리지를 구성하면 현재 광케이블이나 ADSL, 모뎀 등을 통해 데스크탑 컴퓨터에 도달해 있는 인터넷 정보가 비로소 사용자의 손안에까지 도달할 수 있게 된다. 즉, 무선통신의 궁극적인 목표인 언제, 어디서나, 누구나, 어떤 형태의 정보도 교환한다는 목표에 대한 완성으로까지 볼 수 있다. 미국 시장조사 회사 가트너의 "블루투스 시장의 3단계 발전 전망"이라는 보고서에 따르면, 첫 단계에서는 어댑터 카드나 USB 단자 부착 PC, 고기능 휴대폰 등에 채택되고, 두 번째 단계에는 저가의 Mobile 제품, 무선전화, 개인휴대단말기, 가정용 네트워킹기기, 자동차 등으로 블루투스 탑재기기가 크게 증가할 것이고, 세 번째 단계에는 거의 모든 휴대기기에 채택되어 시장규모가 확대될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 블루투스는 현재 휴대폰, 노트북 컴퓨터, 디지털카메라, 휴대 게임기 등 휴대기기 제조업체는 물론 자동차 제조업체 등 전자, 정보홍신 이외 기업의 지지도 받고 있다.

컴퓨터의 보급과 함께 인터넷의 대중화로 많은 정보가 인터넷을 통해 제공되면서 많은 사람들이 정보통신 기반 서비스를 이용하게 되었다. 하지만 이런 서비스에 익숙하지 않은 사용자가 자신이 원하는 정보를 찾는 것은 그리 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그래서 ISP나 PC통신 업체들은 사용자들이 겪는 어려움을 해결해 주기 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 사용자들의 엄청난 증가로 인해 이런 서비스를 유지하는데 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하게 되면서 질의 응답 자동화에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 ISP 업체 중 하나인 한메일넷의 자동 응답 시스템을 위한 FAQ 브라우징 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 많은 검색 서비스가 키워드들을 단순히 나열하고 이 키워드의 링크를 따라가면서 검색을 하게 하였으나 이 방식은 검색 대상에 대한 키워드 정보만을 제공하기 때문에, 문제에 대한 배경 지식이 적거나 검색 서비스 사용에 익숙치 않은 사용자가 이용하기에는 쉽지 않다. 본 시스템에서는 사용자에게 이차원상에 표현된 문서 지도를 제공해서 사용자가 쉽게 전체 검색 자료의 분포를 파악하고 검색하도록 하였다. 또한 단계별 검색이 가능하도록 해서 사용자가 효율적으로 검색할 수 있다.

DDoS attacks make people can't using normal internet service, because DDoS attacks cause exhaustion of network bandwidth or exhaustion of computer system resources by using many personal computers or servers which already infected computer virus from hackers. Recent DDoS attacks attack government brach, financial institution, even IT security company. IT security companies make Anti-DDoS product for defense from DDoS attack. But, There is no standard for BMT of Anti-DDoS product. In this dissertation, Anti-DDoS product quality characteristics of the survey analysis to evaluate them by comparing the assessment items were derived.

Price and brand are two major attributes of products that consumer purchases. Price is important because it is often a measure of worth and quality. Some consumers purchase only well-known national brands. However, By reason of the price competition on account of new business condition and depressions, and consumers practical and rational purchasing tendency, consumers tend to purchase private brands(PB hereafter) because as consumers they expect that producers have reasonable and acceptable quality. Accordingly, The study, with intrinsic cue, extrinsic cue, familiarity anything like these cues from the study of Richardson et aI(1994, 1996), intends to present current topics we guide in retailer's promotion strategy for PB. As for investigating how quality evaluation has on effect on the private brands purchasing behavior of discount store grocery items. This study establishes a hypotheses on the basis of the quality evaluation cues of PB and literature review for purchasing behavior and collects materials for consumers about 196, and also analyzes them using a variety of SPSS/PC+package program. Therefore, the findings of this study provide the following managerial implications. 1) Retailer will successful in increasing private brand market share through dramatic improvement in package design, labeling, advertising, and branding strategies. 2) Planned Purchasers have high intention to repurchase PB because they buy them reasonably in accordance with the estimate therefore, they might have word-of-mouth effect for the evaluation of quality and recognition. They need to acknowledge benefits for PB purchases to maintain purchase like that. 3) The main consumers are housewives in their thirties and forties and they something reasonably because they have a lot of family and retailer will work out.

이상에서 소개된 정보통신부 리눅스 활성화 방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1991년 개발된 리눅스가 최근 저비용.고효율.안정성 등의 여러 가지 이점 때문에 대표적인 PC 서버용 운영체제로 부각되고 있다. IBM, Intel, Sun 등 세계적인 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 업채들이 공식적으로 리눅스 지원을 시작하면서 윈도우 NT에 대적하는 새로운 서버 운영체제로 부각되었고 이에 따라 다른 여러 업체들도 리눅스 시장 선점하기 위해 활발한 개벌활동 전개하고 있다. 본 활성화 방안은 국내에서 리눅스 활성화를 통해 다음의 목표를 달성하기 위해 마련되었다. 추진목표는 첫째, 저가격.고성능의 리눅스를 이용한 PC 보급확산으로 인터넷 이용환경 구축예산을 절감하고 교육정보화 등 정보화사업에 리죽스 적용을 통해 국빈의 보편적 이용환경을 조성하는 데 있고, 셋째, 리눅스의 보급 활성화를 통한 국내 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하는데 있다. 구체적 추직전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리눅스 한글환경 표준화 및 리눅스 기반기술 개발등과 같은 원할한 리눅스 보급을 위한 연구개발을 추진한다. 둘째, 리눅스 환경하의 다양한 응용 개발 촉진체계 구축한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 정보화사업 추진 시 리눅스활용 적극 추진한다. 또한 산.학.연의 리눅스 전문가들로 리눅스 협의회를 구성하여 리눅스 보급 확산을 위한 활동을 추진하게 될 것이다. 이 과정에서 기업들의 요구사항 및 이용 활성화에 대해서 협의가 이루어질 것이다. 곧 다가올 새 천년에서는 시작부터 국가간에 치열한 정보화 경쟁이 있을 것이다. 정보화 환경이 얼마나 저비용.고효율으로 잘 구축되었느냐, 그리고 정보화 인력을 얼마나 갖고 있느냐가 르러한 국제사회에서의 경쟁력을 죄우하게 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 리눅스의 활성화는 매우 중요하다. 본 활성화 방안이 성공적 수행되어 새 천년에 우리나라가 정보화 선진국에 진입하는데 도움이 되기를 바란다.

In this paper, we describe a case of utilizing SaaS technology to build NC Post-processor(WBS) based cloud computing. Developed WPS system was implemented to provide stable and continuous system service by utilizing SCoD methodology. WPS is designed user interface module and control engine module. The interface module is downloaded in a client PC and the control engine is installed in cloud parm area. These modules are connected with computer network. WPS was completed a function test for sheet cutting field and mold manufacturing field, and it is processing a commercial service using with improve the user's convenience and adding a bill charge module.
