폐PC 처리방안에 관한 고찰 (Disposition of the obsolete Personal Computers)

  • 급속하게 발전하고 있는 pc는 그동안 환경에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 청정분야로 인식되어 왔으나, 환경에 심각한 문제를 야기하고 있다. 몇 년 전만 해도 문제시되지 않았던 폐PC와 관련 장비는 건강과 생태시스템에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 1999년말까지의 폐PC 발생량을 추산하고, 폐PC의 처리방안을 탐색하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, using the communication port between PC(Personal Computer) and DC/STEP MOTOR DEVICE that movement and measurement of motor. Communication port used serial port and movement order transmits by communication port. Consequence of motor device movement displays to tile DC/STEP MOTOR DEVICE APPLICATION. This connection is using the serial port instead of parallel port faster than response time And this application is easier than existing application.

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 사용자들의 개인정보유출 경로와 스마트폰과 PC에서 동기화가 이뤄질 때 개인정보 유출 방지에 관하여 기술한다. 스마트폰에서 노트북이나 데스크탑 PC로 동기화시킨 후 로컬 컴퓨터 내에 남아있는 스마트폰 사용자의 모든 정보는 침입자들의 정보라고 하여도 과언이 아니다. 특히 스마트폰 사용자의 PC가 DDos에 감염된 좀비 PC라면 스마트폰 사용자의 취약성은 더욱 더 높아질 것이다. 최근 OTP카드의 프로그램을 만드는 최고 보안등급을 가진 RSA사 조차도 해킹을 당했다고 한다. 스마트폰 사용자들의 개인정보는 더욱 취약하다는 것을 반증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보 유출을 막기위해 동기화 후 PC에 남아있는 데이터를 처리하는 방법을 제안한다.

병렬 분산 컴퓨팅을 이용한 초다광원 3차원 물체의 홀로그램 고속 생성 (Fast Hologram Generating of 3D Object with Super Multi-Light Source using Parallel Distributed Computing)

  • 컴퓨터 생성 홀로그램(CGH: computer-generated hologram) 기법은 일반적인 범용 컴퓨터(PC: personal computer)에서도 홀로그램을 쉽게 생성해주는 기술이다. CGH 알고리즘의 연산량은 생성하려는 홀로그램의 해상도 크기와 3D (three-dimensional) 물체의 광원 개수에 따라 결정되기 때문에, 초다광원 물체나 초고해상도 홀로그램을 생성하기 위해서는 방대한 양의 연산이 요구된다. 따라서 CGH 기법을 실용적으로 사용하기 위해서는 CGH 연산량을 줄이거나, 하드웨어의 연산 속도를 높이는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 병렬 분산 컴퓨팅을 이용하여 초다광원 3차원 물체의 홀로그램을 고속으로 생성할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 방법들은 주로 단일 PC를 이용하여 고속으로 CGH를 연산하는 방법을 사용했기 때문에 연산 능력을 증가시키는데 한계가 있었던 반면, 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 서버 PC가 일반적인 GPU가 장착되어 있는 다수의 클라이언트 PC들의 연산 능력을 효율적으로 사용하여 초다광원 물체에 대해 고속으로 CGH를 연산할 수 있다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법을 사용하면 157,771개의 광원을 갖는 초다광원 3차원 물체에 대해 1,5361,536 해상도를 갖는 홀로그램을 약 121ms로 생성할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 클라이언트 PC의 수를 증가시킬수록 디지털 홀로그램을 생성하는 시간이 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The problem of productivity improvement is one of the most challenging problems facing the world economy. This paper studies an analysis of improving personal-computer(PC) company productivity through factory automation. It attempts to analyze value added productivity at the company level. The index measured will effectively help managers supervise their companys. This study justifies that the proposed approach will stimulate manager's profit-motivation by providing them with value-oriented management instead of quantity-oriented method.

EOG를 이용한 포인팅 디바이스의 개발 (Development of the Pointing Device using EOG)

  • In this paper, a new method for controlling the pointing device using EOG(electrooculogram) signal generated from eye movement was suggested. The basic idea of the method is to control the direction of pointer, as using the results of measuring each component of the horizontal EOG and the vertical EOG by angle of eye-gaze. As a practical example, pointing device controlling the personal computer's pointer is manufactured. The designed pointing device consists of pre-amplifier, A/D converter, serial transmission device and PC program. That is, first, the EOG is amplified by pre-amplifier. Secondly, the amplified EOG is digitized and transmitted to personal computer by PIC16C74A. Finally, the software for controlling the pointer on personal computer is programed. As the result, the measured horizontal EOG and vertical EOG by eye-gaze angle had high linearity; the correlation coefficients of the regression line were 0.998 and 0.996 respectively. And the developed pointing device is able to control the personal computer's pointer, and the average of the errors between the objective value and the observed value had 3.77% for horizontal axis and 5.85% for vertical axis. The pointing device developed in this study is able to control personal computer's pointer by subject's eye movement, that is, the user's intention. Furthermore, the algorithm of this study is applicable for many field, such as a new method remote control, a new wheelchair control and so forth.

  • An online RF power measurement is needed for the full-bridged MOS-FET RF power inverter because the output current and/or voltage waveform is other than sinusoidal. In order to satisfy the requirement, the online measurement of the output power of this type of RF power inverter by the use of the PC-98 personal computer has been presented. The current and voltage waveforms are sensed by the digital oscilloscope probes so as to obtain the instantaeous power and they are entered into the PC98 personal computer so as to average the instantaneous powers. The RF power of up to 1 kw at 1 MHz measured for the power inverter at the output transformer. This method was confirmed to be applied to evaluate the load resistance change with temperature.

  • Recently, the automotive industry is being developed rapidly. On this, a demand of high quality performance­test­machine is increased too. But it is progressive technology that must be combined hydraulic, mechanic and electronic technologies. To construct this system, the design of oil hydraulic circuit, interface skill between sensor and personal computer, data acquisition & display system and integrated control are very important skill. Moreover, reliable data is obtained with vacuum system and complex heat exchange system. Therefore, in this study, we designed a performance­test­machine by using above key technologies and we also made a integrated PC control system using personal computer which is more progressive and flexible method than PLC control.

PC의 진동/소음 저감을 위한 쿨링홴의 동흡진장치 및 절연장치의 개발 (A Development of the Dynamic Absorber and Damper for Vibration and Noise Reduction of the Personal Computer)

  • The purpose of this study is reduction the vibration of the personal computer by developing the vibration absorber and damper. The eccentricity of the cooling fan causes the vibration of the computer. We designed the material properties of the vibration absorber and damper by FEM model within operation frequencies of the cooling fan. We experiment the overall analysis and system analysis by using a laser vibrometer. The result shows that the proposed dynamic absorber and damper reduce the vibration of the personal computer.

B2B 전자제품 수요예측 모형 : PC시장 사례 (Demand Forecasting for B2B Electronic Products : The Case of Personal Computer Market)

  • As the uncertainty of demand in B2B electronics market has increased, firms need a strong method to estimate the market demand. An accurate prediction on the market demand is crucial for a firm not to overproduce or underproduce its goods, which would influence the performance of the firm. However, it is complicated to estimate the demand in a B2B market, particularly for the private sector, because firms are very diverse in terms of size, industry, and types of business. This study proposes both qualitative and quantitative demand forecasting approaches for B2B PC products. Four different measures for predicting PC products in B2B market with consideration of the different PC uses-personal work, common work, promotion, and welfare-are developed as the qualitative model's input variables. These measures are verified by survey data collected from experts in 139 firms, and can be applied when individual firms estimate the demand of PC goods in a B2B market. As the quantitative approach, the multiple regression model is proposed and it includes variables of region, type of industry, and size of the firm. The regression model can be applied when the aggregated demand for overall domestic PC market needs to be estimated.
