  • This paper presents a multi-purpose digital exchange which can be used as a private branch exchange(PBX) or a rural exchange(RX) or an exchange for the private special network. This new idea provides various features, reduced cost of installation and operation, easy expansion, replacement and relocation or reuse for another purpose at other locations.

  • 휴대전화의 보급에 따라 문자 서비스가 대중에 보급되었고, 인터넷의 발전에 따라 인터넷 전화기의 사용이 보편화되면서 이를 이용해서 문자를 주고 받을 수 있다. 사내에서도 비용을 절감하기 위해서 IP-PBX(Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) 장비를 이용해 IP폰으로 음성통화나 문자 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있다. 현재 IP-PBX 시스템 상에서 또는, IMS망끼리만 메시지를 주고 받을 수 있었지만 IP-PBX와 IMS망을 연동하는 방법은 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IMS망과 IP-PBX와 연동해서 메시징 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대해 제안하였다.

  • 전화를 이용하여 원격의 장치를 모니터링하고 제어하는 시스템 중 본 논문에서는 IP-PBX(private branch exchange)기반 서비스 플랫폼을 응용서비스를 실제 구현하여 전화응용서비스 개발의 필수적인 몇 가지 요소로써 IP-PBX, 서비스 서버, TTS(Text to Speech) 서버 등을 선정하며 IVR(Interactive Voice Response)시스템을 설정하기에 많은 시간과 비용이 들기에 ZigBee 디바이스 모니터링 및 제어를 위한 IP-PBX 트리 구조 인터페이스를 제안한다.

  • VoIP and IP Telephony telephony technology development is a growing by easy to using IP-PBX by using phone from using existing lines rather than the internet. IP-PBX do not use the phone line from phone work for many companies and institutions of management costs reduce as provides similar to regular phone line quality. But IP-PBX to introduce for need to be the initial cost on is should buy for expensive hardware equipment or commercial software. In this paper, suggest way to introduce IP-PBX do not buy expensive hardware equipment or commercial software. Suggest IP-PBX on designed and implement for IP-PBX server using Raspberry Pi and Asterisk. And verification treatise on the suitability of conducted by voice calls based on IP-PBX between PC and a Smartphone

A Conversion Protocol for 2W Telephone Signal over Ethernet in a Private PSTN (사설 PSTN에서 2W 전화 신호의 이더넷 변환 프로토콜)

  • In this paper, we proposed a protocol to convert 2W telephone analog signals to Ethernet data in a private PSTN 2W tactical voice system. There are several kinds of operational problems in the tactical telephone network where 2W telephone copper lines are installed hundreds of meters away from the PBX in a headquarter site. The reason is that it is difficult to install and maintain the 2W telephone copper cable in severe operational fields and to meet safety and stability operational requirements of the telephone line under lighting and electromagnetic environments. In order to solve these challenging demands, we proposed an efficient method that the 2W analog interface signals between a private PBX system and a 2W telephone is converted to Ethernet messages using the optical Ethernet data communication network already deployed in the tactical weapon system. Thus, it is not necessary to install an additional optic cable for the ethernet telephone line and to maintain the private PSTN 2W telephone network. Also it provides safe and secure telecommunication operation under lightning and electromagnetic environments. This paper presents the conversion protocol from 2W telephone signals over Ethernet interface between PBX systems and 2W telephones, the mutual exchange protocol of ethernet messages between two converters, and the rule to process analog signal interface. Finally, we demonstrate that the proposed technique can provide a feasible solution in the tactical weapon system by analyzing its performance and experimental results such as the bandwidth of 2W telephone ethernet network and the transmission latency of voice signal, and the stability of optic ethernet voice network along with the ethernet data network.

Development of AI-based Real Time Agent Advisor System on Call Center - Focused on N Bank Call Center (AI기반 콜센터 실시간 상담 도우미 시스템 개발 - N은행 콜센터 사례를 중심으로)

  • The importance of the call center as a contact point for the enterprise is growing. However, call centers have difficulty with their operating agents due to the agents' lack of knowledge and owing to frequent agent turnover due to downturns in the business, which causes deterioration in the quality of customer service. Therefore, through an N-bank call center case study, we developed a system to reduce the burden of keeping up business knowledge and to improve customer service quality. It is a "real-time agent advisor" system that provides agents with answers to customer questions in real time by combining AI technology for speech recognition, natural language processing, and questions & answers for existing call center information systems, such as a private branch exchange (PBX) and computer telephony integration (CTI). As a result of the case study, we confirmed that the speech recognition system for real-time call analysis and the corpus construction method improves the natural speech processing performance of the query response system. Especially with name entity recognition (NER), the accuracy of the corpus learning improved by 31%. Also, after applying the agent advisor system, the positive feedback rate of agents about the answers from the agent advisor was 93.1%, which proved the system is helpful to the agents.
