Mutation Analysis of KRAS and BRAF Genes in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer: a First Large Scale Study from Iran

  • Background: The investigation of mutation patterns in oncogenes potentially can make available a reliable mechanism for management and treatment decisions for patients with colorectal cancer (CRC). This study concerns the rate of KRAS and BRAF genes mutations in Iranian metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients, as well as associations of genotypes with clinicopathological features. Materials and Methods: A total of 1,000 mCRC specimens collected from 2008 to 2012 that referred to the Mehr Hospital and Partolab center, Tehran, Iran enrolled in this cross sectional study. Using HRM, Dxs Therascreen and Pyrosequencing methods, we analyzed the mutational status of KRAS and BRAF genes in these. Results: KRAS mutations were present in 33.6% cases (n=336). Of KRAS mutation positive cases, 85.1% were in codon 12 and 14.9% were in codon 13. The most frequent mutation at KRAS codon 12 was Gly12Asp; BRAF mutations were not found in any mCRC patients (n=242). In addition, we observed a strong correlation of KRAS mutations with some clinicopathological characteristics. Conclusions: KRAS mutations are frequent in mCRCs while presence of BRAF mutations in these patients is rare. Moreover, associations of KRAS genotypes with non-mucinous adenocarcinoma and depth of invasion (pT3) were remarkable.

Perception of Patients with Cancer towards Support Management Services and Use of Complementary Alternative Medicine - a Single Institution Hospital-Based Study in Saudi Arabia

  • Background: To evaluate the perception of cancer patients toward treatment services and influencing factors and to inquire about the use of complementary alternative medicine (CAM). Materials and Methods: Information was obtained through pre-tested structured questionnaires completed by cancer patients during treatment at King Abdulaziz University Hospital, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Results: Of 242 patients, 137 (64.6%) accepted to enter this study. Most were Saudi (n=93, 68%), female (n=80, 58%), educated at university (n=71, 52%), married (n=97, 72%) and with breast cancer (n=36, 26%). One-hundred (73%) patients were satisfied with the services provided; 61% were Saudi. Ninety-four (68%) respondents were satisfied with the explanation of their cancer. Twenty-eight (21.6%) patients received CAM, of them 54.0% received herbal followed by rakia (21.0%), nutritional supplements/vitamins (7.0%) and Zamam water (18.0%), with significant differences among them (p =0.004). Seven (5%) patients believed this therapy could be used alone; 34 (25%) patients believed it could be used with other treatments, regardless of whether they themselves used this therapy. Fifty-three (53%) satisfied patients felt they received enough support; 31 (58%) patients received support from family and friends; 22 (41.6%) patients received support from the health-care team. Patients who received information about their disease from their physicians and those who felt they had enough support were more satisfied. The patients who took alternative treatment were older age, mostly female and highly educated but values did not reach significance. Conclusions: We stress enhancing the educational and supportive aspects of cancer-patient services to improve their treatment satisfaction and emphasize the need for increasing the educational and awareness programs offered to these patients.

한국인에서의 TNF-α 유전자 다형성과 HLA/TNF-α 일배체형의 분포 (Polymorphisms in the TNF-α Gene and Extended HLA and TNF-α Haplotypes in Koreans)

  • Background: Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-$\alpha$) is known to play an important role in various conditions such as inflammation, autoimmunity, apoptosis, insulin resistance and sleep induction. Five single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have been known to affect the transcriptional activities of TNF-$\alpha$: -1,031T/C, -863C/A, -857C/T, -308G/A and -238G/A. Methods: We have investigated 5 SNPs of the promoter region of TNF-$\alpha$ gene, the distribution of 5-locus TNF-$\alpha$ haplotypes, and their haplotypic associations with previously typed HLA-A, -B and -DRB1 loci in 107 healthy unrelated Koreans. TNF-$\alpha$ SNPs were typed using PCR-single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) and PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) methods. Results: The allele frequencies of -1,031C, -863A, -857T, -308A, and-238A, which are known as the high-producer-type, were 19.3%, 15.9%, 14.0%, 5.9%, and 2.9%, respectively. The frequency of -308A allele, known to be associated with autoimmune diseases, was 5.9% in Koreans which was lower than Caucasians (14~17%) and somewhat higher than Japanese (1.7%). Five most common TNF-$\alpha$ haplotypes (-1,031/-863/-857/-308/-238) comprised over 95% of total haplotypes: TCCGG (58.4%), CACGG (14.8%), TCTGG (13.7%), TCCAG (5.3%), and CCCGA (3.1%). Strong positive associations (P<0.001) were observed between TCCGG and B62; between CACGG and B51, $DRB1^*0901$; between TCTGG and B35, B54, B59, $DRB1^*1201$; and between TCCAG and A33, B58, $DRB1^*0301$, $DRB1^*1302$. Five most common extended haplotypes (>3%) comprised around 16% of total haplotypes: A33-B58-TCCAG-$DRB1^*1302$, A24-B52-TCCGG-$DRB1^*1502$, A33-B44-TCCGG-$DRB1^*1302$, A24-B7-TCCGG-$DRB1^*0101$, and A11-B62-TCCGG-$DRB1^*0406$. The distribution of extended HLA and TNF-$\alpha$ haplotypes showed that most of HLA haplotypes were almost exclusively associated with particular TNF-$\alpha$ haplotypes. Conclusion: The results obtained in this study would be useful as basic data for anthropologic studies and disease association studies in Koreans.

시판 소금의 중금속 함량과 천일염의 온도변화에 따른 중금속 함량 (Heavy Metal Contents of Marketing Salts and Bay Salts by Heating)

  • In order to determine the content of heavy metal in common salts, 35 bay salt samples, 7 refined salt samples, 7 fine salt samples, 5 bake salt samples and 5 bamboo bake salt samples were collected from old market in major cities. Heating bay salt 35 samples, it made heating bay salt of $500^{\circ}C$, /TEX>(34 samples), heating bay salt of $1000^{\circ}C$(35 samples). These were analysed for contents of lead(Pb), cadmium(Cd), iron(Fe) and zinc(Zn) by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results were as follows : Mean content of lead in bay salts was $0.124{\pm}0.035ppm$ refined salt was $0.130{\pm}0.019ppm$, fine salt was $0.073{\pm}0.036ppm$ bake salt was $0.097{\pm}0.023ppm$, bamboo bake salt was $0.117{\pm}0.020ppm$, heating bay salt was $0.063{\pm} 0.021ppm$ in $500^{\circ}C$, heating bay salt was $0.063{\pm}0.039ppm$ in $1000^{\circ}C$. And bay salt refined salt bamboo bake salt were not significant one another. Mean content of cadmium in bay salts was $0.031{\pm}0.008ppm$ refined salt was $0.032{\pm}0.003ppm$, fine salt was $0.037{\pm}0.005ppm$, bake salt was $0.169{\pm}0.117ppm$ bamboo bake salt was $0.079{\pm}0.052ppm$, heating bay salt of $500^{\circ}C$ was $0.030{\pm}0.029ppm$ heating bay salt of $1000^{\circ}C$ was $0.017{\pm}0.013ppm$. And bay salt refined salt, fine salt were not significant one another. Mean content of iron in bay salts was $1.025{\pm}0, 634ppm$, refined salt was $0.359{\pm}0.163ppm$ fine salt was $0.267{\pm}0.068ppm$, bake salt was $2.929{\pm}1.963ppm$, bamboo bake salt was $5.378{\pm}3.676ppm$, heating bay salt of $500^{\circ}C$ was $0.847{\pm}0.315ppm$ heating bay salt of $1000^{\circ}C$ was $0.991{\pm}0.868ppm$. And bay salt refined salt, fine salt, bake salt, bamboo bake salt were significant one another(p<0, 01). Mean content of zinc in bay salts was $0.253{\pm}0.154ppm$, refined salt was $0.263{\pm}0.091ppm$ fine salt was $0.187{\pm}0.015ppm$, bake salt was $0.166{\pm}0.034ppm$, bamboo bake salt was $0.282{\pm}0.064ppm$, heating bay salt of $500^{\circ}C$ was $0.253{\pm}0.085ppm$, heating bay salt of $1000^{\circ} C$ was $0.242{\pm}0.179ppm$. And bay salt refined salt fine salt, bake salt, bamboo bake salt were not significant one another.

Fe - Hf - O계 박막에서 조성이 미세구조 및 연자기 특성에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Composition on Soft Magnetic Properties and Microstructures of Fe-Hf-O Thin Films)

  • 초미세결정 구조를 갖는 Fe-Hf-O계 연자성박막을 Ar+ $O_{2}$ 혼합가스 중에서 산소분압을 10%로 고정하고 Hf의 면적비를 변화시켜 반응성 스퍼터링에 의해 제조하였다. 가장 우수한 연자기 특성을 나타낸 F $e_{82}$H $f_{3.4}$ $O_{14.6}$의 초미세결정 박막의 경우 증착상태에서 각각 포화자속밀도 17.7 kG, 보자력 0.7 Oe 및 실효투자율 (0.5 ~ 100 MHz) 2,500을 나타내었다. Fe-Hf-O계 박막의 조성은 고정된 산소분압 하에서 Hf함량의 변화에 따라 박막내 산소의 함량이 비례하여 변화하였다. 또한 미세구조는 Hf-oxide의 함량이 적은 경우에는 .alpha. -Fe 결정상에 Hf-oxide가 석출된 형태로 나타났으며 Hf-oxide의 양이 증가할수록 .alpha. -Fe 결정상과 Hf-oxide 비정질의 혼상을 거쳐 전체적으로 비정질로 변화하는 경향을 나타내었다. Fe-Hf-O계 박막의 전기비저항은 Hf-oxide의 양이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었고 가장 우수한 연자기 특성을 나타내는 F $e_{82}$H $f_{3.48}$ $O_{14.6}$ 박막의 경우, 약 150 .mu. .ohm. cm로 $O_{2}$를 첨가하지 않은 경우의 30 .mu. .ohm. cm에 비하여 약 5배 증가된 값을 나타내었다. 또한 Fe-Hf-O 박막의 성능지수는 수십 MHz 영역에서 20 ~ 50의 값을 나타내었다.내었다.다.내었다.다.

치주지지가 감소된 상태에서 섬유강화형 포스트로 수복한 치아의 실패양상 분석 (AN ANALYSIS OF FAILURE MODE OF TEETH RESTORED WITH FIBER-REINFORCED POSTS UNDER THE CONDITION OF BONY RESORPTION)

  • Statement of problem : Fiber-reinforced posts have lower modulus of elasticity than titanium post or cast post-core. With this similar elasticity to that of dentin, fiber-reinforced posts have been known to have a tendency to reduce the risk of root fracture. However, there were few studies on the teeth restored with fiber-reinforced posts under the condition of reduced periodontal support. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fracture strength and failure mode of endodontically treated teeth restored with fiber-reinforced posts and titanium posts under the condition of reduced periodontal support. Material and method : Extracted human maxillary incisor roots were divided into 3 groups (group 1 carbon fiber post, group 2 : glass fiber post, and group 3 : titanium alloy post). After coronectomy and endodontic treatment, teeth were restored with each post systems and resin core according to the manufacturer's recommendation. Then, teeth with simulated periodontal ligament were embedded in the acrylic resin blocks at the level of 4 mm below the cemento-enamel junction. Each specimen was exposed to $10^5$ load cycles with average 30 N force in $36.5^{\circ}C$ water using a computer-controlled chewing simulator. Loads were applied at $45^{\circ}$ angle to the long axis of the teeth. After cyclic loading, teeth were subjected a compressive load until failure at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. Fracture strength (N) and failure mode were examined. The fracture strength was analyzed with one-way ANOVA and the Scheffe adjustment at the 95% significance level. Results and conclusion : The results were as follows. 1. There was no statistically significant difference in the mean fracture strength among the groups (P<.05). 2. Carbon fiber post and glass fiber post group showed less root fracture tendency than control group. 3. All specimens with root fractures showed fracture lines above the level of acrylic resin block, except for only one specimen in group 3.

한우 유래의 체외수정란의 이식후 임신에 관한 연구 (The Studies on Pregnancy after Transfer to Recipient with Blastocyst Derived In Vitro in Korean Cattle)

  • 본 연구에서는 소에 있어서 수정란 이식을 다각적으로 분석하고 개선하기 위해 이식한 결과를 비교 검토하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 채란된 한우 난포란을 이용하여 생산된 체외수정란을 서로 다른 지역별로 이식한 바 B지역(경주)에서는 106의 수란우에 이식하여 51두(48.1%)가 수태하였고, A지역(김천) 수태율(33.8%)과 D 지역(경산) 수태율(35.3%)보다 유의하게 높았지만, C 지역(탑리)에서는 유의차가 존재하지 않았다. 따라서, 수정란이식에 있어서 이식 지역과 사육 환경, 시술자의 숙련도에 따라 수태율이 달라질 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 2. 수란우의 산차에 따른 수태율은, 미경산우 42.9%로서 경산우의 36.6%에 비해 다소 높은 수태율을 보였으나 유의적인 차이는 인정되지 않았다(P<0.05). 3. 이식 수정란의 발육단계는 중기 배반포 또는 후기 배반포로서 구분하여 수란우에 이식하였다. 중기 배반포가 45.5%, 후기 배반포 41.0%로서 중기 배반포가 후기 배반포보다 높은 수태율을 나타내었지만 유의한 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 배반포기가 생성된 날짜에 따른 수란우의 수태율은 7일째 생성된 배반포 이식시 수태율은 43.8%, 8일째 생성된 배반포 이식시 수태율은 32.9%, 9일째 생성된 배반포 이식시 수태율은 20.0%로서 7일째 배반포의 수태율 이 다른 두 처리군보다 수태율은 높았지만, 유의차는 인정되지 않았다.

Criteria of Nitrate Concentration in Soil Solution and Leaf Petiole Juice for Fertigation of Cucumber under Greenhouse Cultivation in Gyeonggi region

  • To develop a technique for efficient management of fertility for cucumber in greenhouse, a quick test method to quantify nitrate ($NO_3{^-}$) content in soil solution and leaf petiole juice using a simple instrument that are easy to use for farmers was investigated. N fertilizer (urea) was applied at 0, 50, 100 and 200% levels of the recommended application rate from 30 days after transplanting to harvest by soil fertigation treatments. Stable results were obtained from analysis of nitrate ($NO_3{^-}$) using top $10^{th}$ or $11^{th}$ leaf petioles collected between 10 to 11 am in the morning. Under the semiforcing culture, $NO_3{^-}$ content of leaf petiole juice was highest at 60 days after transplanting (DAT) at all fertigation treatments. Appropriate $NO_3{^-}$content of leaf petiole juice was $2,418{\pm}78{\sim}2,668{\pm}118$ at 45 DAT, $3,032{\pm}90{\sim}3,332{\pm}63$ at 60 DAT, $2,709{\pm}50{\sim}3,158{\pm}155$ at 75 DAT, $2,535{\pm}49{\sim}2,907{\pm}83$ at 90 DAT, and $2,242{\pm}48mg\;L^{-1}$ at 105 DAT. In addition, appropriate $NO_3{^-}$ content of soil solution was $167{\pm}9{\sim}212{\pm}15$ at 45 DAT, $83{\pm}10{\sim}112{\pm}12$ at 60 DAT, $49{\pm}3{\sim}92{\pm}6$ at 75 DAT, $71{\pm}9{\sim}103{\pm}9$ at 90 DAT, and $73{\pm}9mg\;L^{-1}$ at 105 DAT. The cucumber yield at 100% N level of fertigation was $7,770kg\;10a^{-1}$ and no difference in yield was found at 200% N level of fertigation. However, there was 12% decrease in yield at 50% N fertigation and, 17% decrease at 0% N fertigation. Under retarding culture, $NO_3{^-}$ concentration of leaf petiole juice was highest at 55 days after transplanting (DAT) at all fertigation treatments. Appropriate $NO_3{^-}$ content of leaf petiole juice was $2,464{\pm}102{\sim}2,651{\pm}33$ at 45 DAT, $3,025{\pm}71{\sim}3,314{\pm}84$ at 55 DAT and $2,488{\pm}92mg\;L^{-1}$ at 65 DAT, respectively. Appropriate $NO_3{^-}$ content of soil solution was $111{\pm}10{\sim}155{\pm}14$ at 45 DAT, $93{\pm}7{\sim}147{\pm}14$ at 55 DAT, $67{\pm}4mg\;L^{-1}$at 65 DAT, respectively. The cucumber yield at 50% N fertigation was not different from $1,697kg\;10a^{-1}$ of 100% N fertigation level and even with that of the 200% N fertigation. However, there was 21% decrease in yield at 0% N fertigation.

실용계군에 있어서 누진퇴교배에 의한 주요경제형질의 유전적 변이에 관한 연구 (Study on the Genetic Variations of the Economic Traits by Backcrossing in Commercial Chickens)

  • 본 연구는 실용계군에서 부계통 종계에 누진적으로 퇴교배를 수행하였을 때 변화하는 산란형질의 일반능력과 유전력 및 유전상관을 분석하므로 산란형질과 집단에 대한 유전적 변이의 특성을 구명하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 시험은 서울대학교 농과대학 실험계사에서 실용계 I 계통을 기초계군으로 사용하여 1985~1987연까지 사육된 1,230수를 이용하여 60주령까지의 각 개체별 성적을 기초로 하였으며, 교배조합별 그리고 누진퇴교배 세대별에 따른 일반능력 및 유전적 변이에 관한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 조사된 각 형질의 일반능력($Mean\pmS$_{D}$$)은 8주령 체중이 $663.94\pm87.11$g, 20주령 체중은$1579.1\pm155.43$g, 40주령 및 60주령 체중은 각각 $2124.1\pm215.31$g, $2269.1\pm242.94$g으로 20주영 체중을 제외한 모든 체중에 대해 퇴교배에 따른 고도의 유의차를 보였다(P<0.01). 산란형질에 대한 일반능력은 초산일령(SM)이 $168.43\pm12.94$일, 60주령 까지의 총산란수(TEN)는 $214.82\pm29.82$ 개, 평균난중(AEW)은 $61.45\pm3.48$g, 60주령까지의 총산란중량(TEM)은 $13180.7\pm1823.22$g으로 평균난중(AEW)을 제외한 모든 산란형질이 퇴교배에 대한 고도의 유의차를 보이고 있다(P<0.01). 한편 퇴교배회수가 증가할수록 산란성적이 우수하게 나타나는데, 이는 실용계에서 퇴교배를 하여감에 따라 분리된 유전자가 우수한 형질을 발현하도록 하는 유전자로 고정되기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 2. 각 형질에 대한 유전력은 다음과 같다. 초산일령(SM)과 평균난중(AEW)의 유전력은 각각 0.47~0.52, 0.40~0.54로 유전력이 비교적 높은 형질임을 알 수 있다. 그러나 총산란수(TEN)와 총산란중량(TEM)의 유전역은 각각 0.07~0.37, 0.18~0.27로 유전력이 낮은 형질임을 나타내고 있으며 모든 산란형질의 유전력이 모분산성분에 의한 추정치가 부분산성분에 의한 추정치 보다 높게 나타나서 이들 형질의 모체효과를 포함한 비상가적 유전분산의 효과를 시사하고 있다. 3. 퇴교배에 따른 유전력 변화를 부모분산성분에 의하여 살피보면 기초계군(BC0), 퇴교배 1세대(BC1), 퇴교배 2세대(BC2)로 퇴교배가 증가함에 따라 초산일령(SM)은 0.47, 0.42, 0.51 이였으며 총산란수(TEN)에서는 0.28, 0.13, 0.27으로 유전역 변화의 일정한 경향치를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 평균난중(AEW)과 총산란 중량(TEM)에서는 기초계군(BC0), 퇴교배1세대(BC1), 퇴교배2세대(BC2)로 퇴교배가 증가함에 따라 0.59, 0.43, 0.35와 0.28, 0.20, 0.18로 추정되어 뚜렷한 유전력의 감소를 보이고 있다. 이것은 퇴교배가 증가함에 따라 평균난중과 총산란중량에 대한 유전적 변이의 감소에 기인된 것으로 생각된다. 4. 산란형질간의 유전상관을 살펴보면 초산일령(SM)과 총산란수(TEN)간의 유전상관은 -0.55이고 초산일령(SM)과 총산란중량(TEM)간은 -0.42로 부의 상관을 보이고 있다. 그러나 초산일령(SM)과 평균난중(AEW)간은 0.20으로 낮은 정의 상관을 나타내고 있다. 평균난중(AEW)과 총산란수(TEN)간은 -0.29이고 평균난중(AEW)과 총산란중량(TEM)간은 0.31의 낮은 유전상관을 보이고 있다. 한편 총산란중량(TEM)과 총산란수(TEN)간은 0.82의 높은 정의 상관을 나타내므로 이상의 결과에서 총산란중량(TEM)에 관여하는 것은 평균난중(AEW) 보다는 주로 총산란수(TEN)에 기인하는 것 같다. 또한 총산란수( TEN)는 초산일령( SM)과 부의 상관관계를 보이고 있으므로 총산란중양(TEM)을 개량하기 위해서는 총산란수(TEN)를 증가시키고 초산일령(SM)을 단축시키는 것이 평균난중(AEW)을 증가시키는 것보다 더 용이하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 5. 퇴교배가 진행됨에 따라 각 형질간의 우전상관사이에서도 변화가 있었다. 퇴교배가 증가할수록 총산란중량과 총산란수간의 유전상관은 높아졌고 (BC0 : 0.79, BC1 : 0.82, BC2 : 0.91), 총산란중량과 평균난중간의 유전상관은 뚜렷한 경향치가 관측되지 않았으며 총산란중량과 초산일령간의 유전상관은 감소하였다(BC0:-0.54, BC1:-0.36, BC2 :-0.09). 그러므로 총산란중량에 큰 영향을 미친 것은 평균난중이 아니라 총산란수이며 퇴교배가 진행될수록 초산일령의 효과는 감소하였다.

비소세포폐암주에서 산소 농도에 따른 미세 배양 환경과 세포 증식능 (Microenvironments and Cellular Proliferation Affected by Oxygen Concentration in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Cell Line)

  • 배경 및 목적: 암세포는 빠른 증식 속도로 인하여 상대적인 저산소증에 노출되면서 비정상적인 종양 혈관을 형성하여 치명적인 병인을 형성한다. 저산소증에서의 암세포 내의 유전자 표현을 연구하는 것은 병인의 규명과 나아가 치료에 결정적인 단초를 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체외 배양한 비소세포폐암의 증식과 저산소증 상태에 대한 연구를 시행하였다. 재료 및 방법: 비소세포폐암주인 A549를 RPMI 배지에서 계대 배양하였다. 저산소 유사 상태는 Modular Incubator Chamber(MIC-101)을 이용하였고 5% 이산화탄소와 95% 질소 혼합 가스를 5분간 공급하여 저산소 상태를 만들었으며 세포 배양액을 채취하여 혈액가스분석기(Blood Gas Analyzer ABL 725)로 세포 배양 상태를 측정하였다. 대조군으로 5% $CO_2$와 멸균한 대기 공기 95%가 혼합된 가스를 사용하였다. 세포의 증식 상태는 MTT 방법을 실시하였다. 결과: 1. MIC-101을 이용하였을 때, 무산소혼합가스를 투여 후 30분에 50%의 산소 분압저하를 확인하였으며, 대기 가스에 의해 산소농도를 회복하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 2. 무산소 혼합가스로 정화(purging)를 하면 산소의 분압을 더 낮출 수 있었다. 3. 저산소 상태에서 세포 배양액 내에는 pH 감소, 젖산 증가, 포도당의 감소와 같은 미세환경이 변하였다. 4. 세포배양액에 따라 저산소에 의해 유도되는 포도당 저하에 차이가 있었다. 5. 비소세포폐암주는 저산소에 의해 증식능이 억제되었다. 결론: 저산소 상태는 세포 배양액 내 포도당 농도의 감소, 젖산의 증가, pH의 감소 등 세포 배양 미세 환경을 변화시키며, 비소세포폐암세포는 증식이 억제된다. 저산소는 미세 환경 변화와 함께 직접적으로 그리고 간접적으로 비소세포의 증식능에 영향을 미친다.
