가스크로마토그라피에 의한 l-에페드린과 dl-메칠에페드린의 정량 (Gas chromatographic determination of l-ephedrine and dl-methylephedrine)

  • The determination method of l-ephedrine and dl-methylephedrine by gas chromatography was developed, using reactive alkaline precolumn packed with celite 545 containing KOH. Symmetrical peaks were achieved under the condition, inlet temperature, $180^{\circ}C$-$230^{\circ}C$; column temperature, $180^{\circ}C$- $160^{\circ}C$; carrier gas flow rate, 30ml/minute. The peaks of the salts coincided with those of bases. When this method was applied to preparations, using d-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde as inner standard, good results were obtained. The relative retention times of l-ephedrine and dl-methylephedrine to p-dimethyl aminobenzaldehyde were 0.50 and 0.65 respectively.

  • 소프트하이드로겔의 합성은 IR, DSC등으로 확인되었으며, 전연성의 물성을 나타내었다. PPO 하이드로겔은 대부분 수팽윤도가 10%미만 정도로서 야굴방출시 팽윤에 의한 변형도가 낮아 부착형, 또는 이식형 조절방출성 제제에의 활용도가 기대되었으며, 약물방출은 주로 가교도/주쇄연장도에 의한 고분자 네트?의 세공크기(mesh size)에 의해 조절되었다. IPN하이드로겔의 경우는 pH의존성이 일반적이 겔보다 현저하게 나타났으며, 하유된 약물이 물성에 따른 약물방출양상을 보였다.

간호사의 이직의도, 눈치, 직무스트레스가 조직사회화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Nurses' Turnover Intention, Nunchi, and Job Stress on Organizational Socialization)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 이직의도, 눈치, 직무스트레스가 조직사회화에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. G도에 소재한 병원 근무간호사 180명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 조직사회화는 이직의도(r=-.52, p<.001), 직무스트레스(r=-.31, p<.001)와 역상관관계가 있으며, 눈치와 순상관관계가 있었다(r=.33, p<.001). 대상자의 조직사회화에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 이직의도(β=-.37, p<.001)이었고, 눈치(β=.26, p<.001), 직무스트레스(β=-.24, p<.001), 원했던 부서로의 배치 여부(β=.19, p=.001), 30세 이하의 연령(β=-.14, p=.012), 수술실 근무(β=.11, p=.050) 순이며, 설명력은 47.0%이었다(F=25.59, p<.001). 따라서 이직의도와 직무스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 조직 사회화 향상을 위한 프로그램 마련이 필요하며, 근무부서를 배치할 때 연령과 희망부서를 고려할 필요가 있다.

  • Protein-polysaccharide fractions, PJ-3 and PJ-4, were prepared from mycelial culture filtrate of an insect-born fungus, Paecilomyces japonica DGUM 32001, and subjected to a flow cytometrical analysis for their vivo antitumor and immunomodulating activity in ICR mice. When i.p. injected once daily for semen days at 100 mg/kg, PJ-4 exerted a strong antitumor activity showing the growth inhibition ratio of 85.1% against i.p. implanted sarcoma 180 cells, while PJ-3 showed only a weak activity. Moreover, PJ-4 signiscantly increased the expression level of CD25 (IL-2R $\alpha$-chain) as well as forward scatter (FSC) values of splenic CD8$^{8}$ T cells. It is also noteworthy that PJ-4 strongly induced the peritoneal exudate cells in the same experiment. In an in vitro study, PJ-4 slightly inhibited the growth of sarcoma 180 cells at the concentration of 50$\mu$g/ml or higher. These results strongly suggest that PJ-4 might exert its antitumor activity through immunostimulation as well as direct inhibitory activity on the tumor cells.

The Effect of Spray-dried Porcine Plasma and Tryptophan on Feed Intake and Performance of Weaning Piglets

  • There were three trials involved in this experiment. All piglets in Trial 1 were randomly distributed into the following 4 treatments. Treatment 1. Corn-soybean diet with 5% SDPP. The tryptophan level was 0.237%. Treatment 2. Corn-soybean diet with 10% meat and bone meal. The tryptophan level was 0.177%. Treatment 3. Treatment 1+0.0662% synthetic tryptophan. The total tryptophan level was 0.303. Treatment 4. Treatment 2+0.0662% synthetic tryptophan. The total tryptophan level was 0.236. Piglets in Trial 2 were distributed randomly into the following 4 treatments. Treatment 1: corn-soybean diet+10% meat and bone meal. The total tryptophan level was 0.176%. Treatment 2: corn-soybean diet+10% meat and bone meal+5% SDPP. The total tryptophan level was 0.180%. Treatment 3: Treatment 1 diet+0.004% synthetic tryptophan. The total tryptophan level was 0.180%. Treatment 4: Treatment 1 diet+0.631% synthetic tryptophan. The total tryptophan level was 0.237%. There were 4 treatments in Trial 3. Treatment 1: cornsoybean diet+10% meat and bone meal. The total tryptophan level was 0.176%. Treatment 2: Treatment 1 diet+0.061% synthetic tryptophan. The total tryptophan level was 0.237%. Treatment 3: Treatment 2 diet+0.061% synthetic tryptophan. The total tryptophan level was 0.298%. Treatment 4: corn-soybean diet+10% meat and bone meal+5% SDPP. The total tryptophan level was 0.180%. The results of Trial 1 showed that the piglets ate significantly more (p<0.05) when feed included SDPP in the diet during the first 2 weeks. The feed intake also increased when synthetic tryptophan was added in the 5% meat and bone meal diet; however, the difference did not reach a significant level (p>0.05) during the first 2 weeks. Three weeks onwards the feed intake of 5% meat and bone meal treatment was significantly lower (p<0.05) than for the other three treatments. The results of Trial 2 showed that the feed intake could be significantly improved only when the total tryptophan level reached 0.237%. Piglets in the 5% SDPP treatment had higher feed intake than piglets in 10% meat and bone meal treatment with 0.180% of tryptophan, but did not reach a significant level (p<0.05). Body weight gain also had the same trend as feed intake. The pigs in Treatment 1, the lowest total level of tryptophan treatment (0.176%), had lowest feed intake and weight gain, but the difference did not reach a significant level (p>0.05). The pigs in Treatment 1 of Trial 3 had the lowest feed intake and weight gain (p>0.05). Treatment 2 (0.237%) had the highest average feed intake from Week 1 to Week 5; the second best result was recorded in Treatment 4. As for the weight gain of the piglets in Treatment 4 (5% SDPP), they had a higher average weight during the first 3 weeks. The feed efficiency was better for Treatment 4 (5% SDPP) during the first 2 weeks. The results of these trials showed that both SDPP and tryptophan had a trend to improve the feed intake and weight gain.

정수처리에서 염수요구량 및 반응거동에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of Chlorine Demand and Chlorine Decay Kinetics for Drinking Water)

  • This aim of the work presented in this paper is to investigate the factors that affcet chlorine decay and to develop functional relationships that can be used to enhance the durability of network models. predictive relationships were established that correlated the rate of chlorine decay to the various water conditions such as DOC, N $H_3$-N, initial chlorine, contact time, temperature and pH values. Free chlorine residual decreased with increasing temperature, DOC, N $H_3$-N, reaction time and chlorine dose. At 2$0^{\circ}C$, pH 7, The initial chlorine demand per mg as DOC/L and mg as N $H_3$-N/L was about 0.43, 2.69 mg/$\ell$ respectively at 180 minutes contact time. The Reaction between chlorine and humic acids was lasted intil 48hr, but the reaction between chlorine and N $H_3$-N was almost completed in 180 min. When the temperature is raised by 1$0^{\circ}C$, chlorine is more consumed about 0.25 mg/$\ell$ in the absence of organic substances and it is more consumed about 3.4 mg/$\ell$ in the presence of humic acid (5 mg/$\ell$) in water at pH 7 for 180 min. Regression Analysis created the resulting prediction equation for the chlorine decay in a SPSS package of the computer system. The model is as follows; $C_{t}$=1.239+0.707(Co)-0.000529(Time)-0.0112(Temp)+0.02227(pH)-0.42(DOC)-2.132(N $H_3$-N).).

Solanum Nigrum Polysaccharide (SNL) Extract Effects in Transplanted Tumor-bearing Mice - Erythrocyte Membrane Fluidity and Blocking of Functions

  • Background: Solanum nigrum L. has been used in traditional Chinese medicine because of its diuretic and antipyretic effects. The present research concerned effects of crude polysaccharides isolated from Solanum nigrum L. on erythrocyte membranes of tumor-bearing $S_{180}$ and $H_{22}$ in mice. Materials and Methods: Fluorescence-labeled red blood cell membranes were used with DPH fluorescence spectrophotometry to examine erythrocyte membrane fluidity, and colorimetry to determine degree of erythrocyte surface membrane blocking. Extent of reaction by tumor-bearing mice with the enzyme erythrocyte membrane bubble shadow detection of red cell membrane variation in the degree of closure before and after administration. Results: Solanum nigrum polysaccharide could significantly improve the $S_{180}$ and $H_{22}$ tumor-bearing mice erythrocyte membrane fluidity, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (p<0.01), SNL can significantly improve the red blood cell membrane and then $S_{180}$ tumor-bearing mice sealing ability, compared with the negative control group, the difference was significant(p<0.05, p<0.01). $H_{22}$ tumor-bearing mice can increase red cell membrane and then sealing ability, the difference was significant (p<0.05). Solanum nigrum polysaccharide degree of fluidity and blocking two transplanted tumors in mice restored the ability to raise the red cell membrane has a significant effect. Conclusions: Solanum nigrum L.-type mice transplanted tumor can affect the red blood cell membrane fluidity and re-closed, through the red cell membrane of red blood cells to enhance the immune function of the possibility of erythrocyte immunity against tumor formation garland provide experimental basis.

경기도 일개 종합병원에서 Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide와 통상적 혈액검사 인자간의 상관성 조사 (Study on the Relationship between Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Routine Blood Test Factors at a General Hospital in Gyeonggi-do)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원정보시스템을 활용하여 N-말단 프로-뇌 나트륨 이뇨 펩타이드(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, NT-proBNP)의 결과와 통상적인 혈액검사와의 상관성을 후향적으로 조사하는 것이다. NT-proBNP는 심부전의 병태 생리학에 관여한다. 본 연구결과는 연령과 NT-proBNP의 관계는 양의 상관관계(r=0.163)로 통계적으로 유의하였다(P<0.01). NT-proBNP 농도는 총 단백질(r=-0.250)과 알부민(r=-0.270)은 음의 상관관계, 적혈구수와 혈색소 그리고 적혈구 용적률은 음의 상관관계로 나타난 결과로 나타났다(P<0.01). NT-proBNP는 호중구와 양의 상관관계(r=0.227)와 림프구는 음의 상관관계(r=-0.236)로 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다(P<0.01). NT-proBNP와 크레아티닌은 양의 상관관계로 나타났으며(r=0.594, P<0.01), 다중회귀분석결과 가장 영향을 미치는 인자로 관찰되었다(B=0.53, t=7.65, P<0.01). NT-proBNP와 요산의 농도는 양의 상관관계로 유의한 관계를 나타냈다(r=0.180, P<0.05). 젖산탈수소효소가 NT-proBNP에 영향을 미치는 인자로 관찰되었다(B=0.20, t=3.28, P<0.01). 이러한 설명력은 43%의 영향력을 나타내어 NT-proBNP의 정확한 검사와 관련인자들은 심장표지자로서 임상적 가치가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

된장 숙성중 정미성분의 변화에 관한 연구 (I) - 유리아미노산과 핵산 관련물질 - (Studies on the Changes of Taste Compounds during Soy Paste Fermentation)

  • 일상 조미료로서 된장의 수용도를 높일 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 Asp. oryzae를 이용한 개량식 제조 된장에서 숙성에 따른 효소역가의 변화, 일반성분과 맛성분의 변화를 비교 검토하였다. 1. 물에 담근 것과 삶은 콩의 경우 효소활성은 거의 없었으나, 된장 담금 직후부터 크게 증가하였다. protease 활성은 0일에서 10일 사이에 크게 증가한 뒤 계속 증가하였으나 amylase활성은 45일을 고비로 감소하였고 celluase는 45일까지 서서히 증가하다가 다음은 감소하는 경향이었다. 2. 된장의 총질소는 숙성중 거의 일정하였으나 아미노태 질소는 20일까지 급격히 증가하였고 이후로도 계속 증가하는 것으로 보아 숙성이 진행되면서 단백질의 아미노산으로 가수분해됨을 알 수 있었다. 환원당의 함량은 숙성에 따라 일정치 않았으나 숙성완료시기에 증가추세를 보여 180일 숙성시에는 약 700ug/g의 함량을 나타내었다. pH는 된장담금 뒤 5.6에서 180일 숙성때는 4.97까지 떨어졌다. 3. 맛성분으로서 유리아미노산의 총량은 숙성 10일을 고비로 급격히 증가하였으나 $30{\sim}60$일 사이에서 $3.53g/100g{\sim}3.65g/100g$으로 일정하다가 60일이후 180일까지는 증가추세를 보였는데 숙성에 따라 단백질로 부터 아미노산의 생성이 계속 진행되어 맛성분에 크게 기여할 것으로 여겨겼다. 유리아미노산중 glutamic acid는 acid보다 더 많이 존재하였고 phenylalanine, leucine, arginine의 함량이 다른 아미노산에 비해 비교적 많으며, proline은 숙성 180일째 크게 증가하였다. Methionine과 cystine은 숙성 180일에 최저 비율로 존재하는 아미노산으로 나타났다. 된장의 지미성분인 aspartic acid는 숙성이 시작되면서 계속 증가하였고 glutamic acid는 30일까지 서서히 증가하였으나 그 이후 일정한 수치를 보였다. 총유리 아미노산중 단맛을 내는 glycine, alanine, serine, threonine, typtophan의 백분율은 숙성에 따라 크게 증가하여 180일 숙성시 27%를 차지하였고 MSG like 아미노산은 18.5%를 차지하였고 MSG like 아미노산은 18.5% 차지하였으며, 쓴맛 아미노산 (valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, arginine)의 백분율은 43%를 차지하였는데 그 비율은 숙성에 따라 서서히 감소하였으나 큰 변화는 없었다. IMP는 숙성 10일 부터 생성되었고 GMP는 숙성 30일부터 나타났는데 그 함량은 숙성에 따라 계속 증가하여 숙성 180일때 총량은 0.05g/g이었으며, 된장의 지미는 숙성에 따라 더 깊어짐을 알 수 있었다.
