  • The malware, as hackers generic name of executable code that is created for malicious purposes, depending on the presence or absence of a self-replicating ability infected subjects, and are classified as viruses, worms, such as the Trojan horse. Mainly Web page search and P2P use, such as when you use a shareware, has become penetration is more likely to occur in such a situation. If you receive a malware attack, whether the e-mail is sent it is automatically, or will suffer damage such as reduced system performance, personal information leaks. While introducing the current malware, let us examine the measures and describes the contents related to the malicious code.

  • Plant industry is one of important industry that possesses 70% of fund in construction contracts for oversea customers at 2004. It is called E(Engineering), P(Procurement), C(Construction) industry. Plant industry of Korea has a competitive power of the detail design and operation for the establishment construction. But among E, P, C at plant industry, technic of E part which is able to make higher profits; Planning and basic designing; are poor. They should have much more improvements. Thus to enhance a competitive power of planning and basic designing, we are going to analyze problems of utilizing a standard code for plant design and present plans for their improvements.

  • Experimental results on a 4-bit charge-coupled A/D converter are described. Major operations in the successive approximation algorithm are implemented in a monolithic chip, CCADC, which was fabricated usir p-channel CCD technology, with its die size of 4,200 mil2 Typical operating frequency range has been found out to be from 500Hz to 200kHz. In that frequency range, no missing code has been found in the whole signal range of 2.4 volts for ramp signal slewing at 1 LSB/(sampling time). A discussion is made on several layout techniques to conserve the nominal binary ratio of (8:4:2:1) among the areas of four adjacent potential wells (M wells), whose charge storing capacities correspond to each bit magnitude - 3.6 pC, 1.8 pC, 0.9 pC, and 0.45 pC nominal in the order of MSB to the LSB. The effect of 'dump slot', which is responsible for the excessive nonlinearity (2$\frac{1}{2}$LSB) in the A/D converter, is explained. A novel input scheme called 'slot zero insertion' to circumvent the deleterious effects of the dump slot is described with the experimental results.

  • A great deal of attention is focused on coupled Thermo-Hydro-Mechanical (THM) behavior of multiphase porous media in diverse geo-mechanical and geo-environmental areas. This paper presents general governing equations for coupled THM processes in unsaturated porous media. Coupled partial differential equations are derived from 3 mass balances equations (solid, water, and air), energy balance equation, and force equilibrium equation. Finite element code is developed from the Galerkin formulation and time integration of these governing equations for 4 main variables (displacement $\underline{u}$, gas pressure $P_g$, liquid pressure $P_l$), and temperature T). The code is validated with theoretical solutions for linear material with simple boundary conditions.

  • This paper presents a comparative evaluation of a modified version (A-Protocol) of the Distributed-Queueing Request Update Multiple Access (DQRUMA)Multi-Code Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) protocol and an enhanced version (P-Protocol) of the DQRUMA/MC-CDMA protocol with a lattice pool for request accesses (LPRA) scheme in a packet-based voice traffic environment. Analytical results agree with the simulation ones and show that the P-Protocol outperforms the A-Protocol in terms of the packet loss rate for voice traffic.

  • Performed here is a comparative assessment study for the generation of the pressure- temperature (P/T) limit curve of the reactor vessel. Using the cooling or heating rate and vessel material properties, the stress distribution is obtained to calculate stress intensity factors, which are compared with the material fracture toughness to determine the relations between operating pressure and temperature during cool-down and heat-up. P/T limit curves are generated with respect to crack direction, clad thickness, toughness curve, cooling or heating rate and neutron fluence, and their results are compared.

  • The present work presents the development of a Large Eddy Simulation (LES) methodology viable for complex geometries and suitable for the simulation of rod-bundles. The use of LES and Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) allows for a deeper analysis of the flow field and the use of stochastical tools in order to obtain additional insight into rod-bundle hydrodynamics. Moreover, traditional steady-state CFD simulations fail to accurately predict distributions of velocity and temperature in rod-bundles when the pitch (P) to diameter (D) ratio P/D is smaller than 1.1 for triangular lattices of cylindrical pins. This deficiency is considered to be due to the failure to predict large-scale coherent structures in the region of the gap. The main features of the code include multi-block capability and the use of the fractional step algorithm. As a Sub-Grid-Scale (SGS) model, a Dynamic Smagorinsky model has been used. The code has been tested on plane channel flow and the flow in annular ducts. The results are in excellent agreement with experiments and previous calculations.

  • This study examines ethical confidence among clinical nurses. Data were collected from the 10th to 29th November 2014 with a structured questionnaire from 125 clinical nurses. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 21.0. to obtain percentage, average, mean rating, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. The degree of ethical confidence in research targets showed remarkable differences statistically by age (F=3.14, p=.017), education (F=7.36, p<.001), career duration (t=-2.31, p=.024), and code of ethics knowledge (t=-3.17, p=.002). Ethical Confidence was positively correlated, r=.25(p<.001) with the degree of ethical values. There was a significant difference in Ethical Confidence by ethical value, education, and code of ethics knowledge. The total explanatory power was 15.0% and the explanatory power of the degree of ethical value(${\beta}=.28$) was greater than other factors. To help clinical nurses improve ethical confidence, interventions should be provided to increase ethical value, education, and knowledge about the code of ethics. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement such programs to improve ethical confidence in clinical nurses.

  • In the W-CDMA system, cell search is one of the imporant functions of the mobile station searching for a cell and achieving spreading code and time synchronization to its downlink scrembling code. For the methods of cell search to optimize codes, three stages are considered: 1) slot synchronization, 2) frame synchronization, and 3) scrambling code identification. Channels for cell search are Primary Synchronization Channel (P-SCH), Secondary Synchronization Channel(S-SCH), and Common Pilot Channel (CPICH). In this paper, cell search is analyzed based on simulation. Rake receiver provides improvement of Performance as an increase of bandwidth because there are more available multipaths. In this paper, the performance of W-CDMA system employing RAKE receiver is evaluated by computer simulation over the types of ITU_R wideband channel model and spreading rate. The result shows that the performance of CDMA adapting RAKE receiver is improved by the increase of multipath components in equal level of the received power.
