[$Bi_2Sr_2Ca_1Cu_2O_x$](BSCCO 2212) tubes were fabricated by centrifugal melting process(CMP). BSCCO 2212 powder was melted in a Pt crucible and solidified in a rotating steel mold. The BSCCO 2212 tube samples separated from steel mold were heat-treated at $800^{\circ}C\;and\;810^{\circ}C$ in oxygen flow. The critical current($I_c$) of the samples was measured by transport measurement at 77K, and the microstructure was investigated by scanning electron microscope. The $J_c$ at 77K of the tubes heated treated at $800^{\circ}C\;and\;810^{\circ}C$ were 197 and 240 $A/cm^2$, respectively. It was observed that the plate like grains in BSCCO 2212 tube was more developed in the sample heat treated at $810^{\circ}C\;and\;800^{\circ}C$ heated tube. It is found that the critical current($I_c$) of the BSCCO 2212 sample was dependent on the heating schedule regarding the growth of the BSCCO 2212 grains.

Thermal stress induces dynamic changes in nuclear proteins and relevant physiology as a part of the heat shock response (HSR). However, how the nuclear HSR is fine-tuned for cellular homeostasis remains elusive. Here, we show that mitochondrial activity plays an important role in nuclear proteostasis and genome stability through two distinct HSR pathways. Mitochondrial ribosomal protein (MRP) depletion enhanced the nucleolar granule formation of HSP70 and ubiquitin during HSR while facilitating the recovery of damaged nuclear proteins and impaired nucleocytoplasmic transport. Treatment of the mitochondrial proton gradient uncoupler masked MRP-depletion effects, implicating oxidative phosphorylation in these nuclear HSRs. On the other hand, MRP depletion and a reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenger non-additively decreased mitochondrial ROS generation during HSR, thereby protecting the nuclear genome from DNA damage. These results suggest that suboptimal mitochondrial activity sustains nuclear homeostasis under cellular stress, providing plausible evidence for optimal endosymbiotic evolution via mitochondria-to-nuclear communication.
In this study, the torrefaction of food waste was conducted to characterize its product, to find out effect of the operating temperature and to assess the feasibility of being used as fuel. The operating temperature was varid from $180^{\circ}C{\sim}270^{\circ}C$ and heat was provided by using nitrogen gas or waste oil heat carrier. The solid yield and moisture content were reduced were reduced as temperature increased. The moisture content reduction and thermochemical conversion were observed at higher than $240^{\circ}C$. At low operating temperature, heat transfer efficiency was higher with wast oil heat carrier. As temperature increases, there was not difference in heat transfer efficiency of two different heating methods. The lower heating value product was increased from 660 to 6,400 Kcal/kg with nitrogen gas and 6,890 Kcal/kg with waste oil heat carrier. The elemental analysis indicates that, as temperature increases, the carbon content of product increases and oxygen content decreases. From the analysis of O/C and H/C, the torrefaction product was close to low grade coal. The characteristics of fuel converted from the food subsequent thermochemical treatment.

ZnO epilayer was synthesized by the pulsed laser deposition(PLD) process on Al$_2$O$_3$ subsorte after irradiating the surface of ZnO sintered pellet by ArF(193nm) excimer laser. The epilayers of ZnO were achieved on sapphire(A1203) substrate at the 境mperature of 400$^{circ}$C. The crystalline structure of epilayer was investigated by the Photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of ZnO epilayer measure with Hall effect by van der Pauw mothod are $8.27\times$1016cm$^{-3}$ and 299 cm$^{2}$/V$\cdot$s at 293 K respectively, The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the ZnO obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, E$_g$(T)= 3.3973 eV - ($2.69\times$ 10$^{-4}$ eV/K)T$^{2}$/(T + 463K). After the as-grown ZnO epilayer was annealed in Zn atmospheres, oxygen and vaccum the origin of point defects of ZnO atmospheres has been investigated by the photoluminescence(PL) at 10K. The native defects of V$_{Zn}$, V$_{O}$, Zn$_{int}$, and O$_{int}$ obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donor or acceptor type. In addition we concluded that the heat-treatment in the oxygen atmosphere converted ZnO thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that vacuum in ZnO/Al$_2$O$_3$ did not firm the native defects because vacuum in ZnO thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.
In this study, the effects of $WSi_x$, thickness and fluorine concentration in tungsten polycide gate structure on gate oxide were investigated. As $WSi_x$, thickness increases, gate oxide thickness increases with fluorine incorporation in gate oxide, and time-to-breakdown($T_{BD,50%}$) of oxide decreases. The stress change with $WSi_x$ thickness was also examined. But it is understood that the dominant factor to degrade gate oxide properties is not the stress but the fluorine, incorporated during $WSi_x$ deposition, diffused into $WSiO_2$ after heat treatment. In order to understand the effect of fluorine diffusion into oxidem fluorine ion implanted gates were compared. The thickness variation and $T_{BD,50%}$ of gate oxide is saturated over 600 $\AA$ thickness of $WSi_x$. The TEM and SIMS studies show the microstructure less than 600 $\AA$ thickness is dense and flat in surface. However, over 600$\AA$, the microstructure of $WSi_x$ is divided into two parts: upper porous phase with rugged surface and lower dense phase with smmoth interface. And this upper phase is transformed into oxygen rich crystalline phase after annealing, and the fluorine is captured in this layer. Therefore, the fluorine diffusion into the gate oxide is saturated.

Ozonic use of sterilization and heat treatment of raw material to extend the conservation period of food recently is increased by hard vegetable or microorganism sterilization purpose of fruit. If ozone can create as is easy comparatively because do air or oxygen by raw material and schedule period passes, there is advantage that do not leave the second contaminant because being gotten restored by oxygen. Also, because the effect is big to decolorization beside sterilization effect about microorganism, deodorization, disjointing of venomousness hazardous substance, food save, indoor air purge, good hand processing, hydrospace agricultural chemicals processing etc. the use extent is wide. This research ran parallel a sterilization experiment of E.coli colitis germs by ozone that manufacture ozonizer that use doped diamond maund electrode (BDD) by boron and searched special quality electrochemistry enemy of the ozonizer and is created. E.coli. After cultivate E.coli colitis germs during 37C 1 day is LB ship, after do ozonation, was sterilized more than 90% by ozone as result that examine sterilizing power by substance microscope and could confirm excellency of diamond electrode.
Many of research efforts have been focused on the improvement of critical current density (Jc) of silver-sheathed Bi-2223 tapes far practical applications. In this study, the transformation of Bi-2212 phase was investigated, which was transformed to orthorhombic from tetragonal through pre-annealing during powder packing and drawing process. The relationship between hardness of Bi-2212 orthorhombic phase and workability of Bi-2223/Ag tape was investigated. Bi-2223 superconducting wires with 55 filaments were fabricated by stacking and drawing process with different heat-treatment histories. Before rolling process, round wires were pre-annealing at 76$0^{\circ}C$ and in a low oxygen partial pressure. We confirmed that pre-annealing step was to transform to Bi-2212 orthorhombic structure from Bi-2212 tetragonal structure and to reduce the formation of second phases. However the breakages were created at Ag-alloy clad during rolling for pre-annealed Bi-22231Ag tapes. Several pre-annealing scenarios were introduced to reduce the breakages during rolling process. Microstructure and critical current density of pre-annealed Bi-2223 superconducting tapes were investigated. We could achieve proper pre-annealing conditions for Ag-alloy clad Bi-2223 superconducting tapes.
The effects of Ba and Ce addition has been investigated in YBCO prepared by trifluoroacetate(TFA) metalorganic depostition(MOD) method. Precursor solutions with cation ratios of Y:Ba:Cu:Ce=1:2+x:3:x(x=0, 0.05, 0.1 and 1.5) have been prepared by adding an excess amount of cerium and barium. Coated film was calcined at lower temperature under a moisture-containing oxygen atmosphere. Superconducting YBCO films have been obtained by performing conversion heat treatment at temperature of $780{\sim}810^{\circ}C$ under a moisture-containing Ar(1,000 ppm oxygen) atmosphere. It has been shown that the critical current($I_c$) of YBCO film was degraded by doping of Ba and Ce atoms. But $I_c$ was increased as the amount of doped Ba and Ce content increased from 5% to 15 %. It was observed that there was little increase of a flux pinning force with Ba and Ce addition in YBCO film prepared by TFA-MOD process.

High $J_c\;YBa_2Cu_3O_x$ superconducting films were fabricated by MOD method using fluorine-free dichloroacetic acid(DCA) as chelating solvent for preparing precursor solution. Coating solutions were prepared by dissolving Y-, Ba- and Cu-acetates in DCA solvent followed by drying in rota vapor to obtain the blue gel that is diluted in methanol and 2-methoxyethanol for adjusting the cation concentration. DCA-MOD precursor solution was coated on a single crystal(001) $LaAlO_3(LAO)$ substrate by a dip coating method with a speed of 25 mm/min. Coated films were calcined at lower temperature up to $500^{\circ}C$ in flowing oxygen atmosphere with a 7.2% humidity. Conversion heat treatment was performed at various temperatures of $780{\sim}810^{\circ}C$ for 2 h in flowing Ar gas containing 1000 ppm oxygen with a humidity of 9.45%. SEM observations showed that films have very dense microstructures for the films prepared at the temperature higher than $800^{\circ}C$ regardless of diluting solvent; methanol or 2-methoxyethanol. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that YBCO grains grew with a (001) preferred orientation. A High critical current density($J_c$) of 1.28 $MA/cm^2$(@77 K and self-field) was obtained id. the YBCO film prepared using 2-methoxyethanol as a solvent.
Silver particles were impregnated on carbon black with colloidal method and used as catalyst for oxygen electrode in alkaline fuel cell. With the addition of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate in $AgNO_3$ and $NaBH_4$solution, colloidal solution was made and confirmed with electrophoresis test. Effects of particle size on electrode performance were studied and $200{\AA}$ of silver particle size shown the highest value of mass activity. The aggromeration of silver particle was Influenced with surfactant amount, stirring time and heat treatment. Considering the increase of particle size caused of operating temperature, recommendable particle size of silver catalyst for manufacturing the electrode was $100{\AA}$. Dispersity of carbon black was investigated and reagglomeration was appeared after homogenizing 30 sec.
