국가안보란? 국가의 안전보장을 줄여 이르는 말이다. 현재 우리의 안보위협은 주적과 잠재적인 적의 위협으로 구분할 수 있으며 주적은 다시 내부의 적과 외부의 적으로 구분한다. 아놀드 토인비는 "국가의 멸망은 외부가 아니라 내부의 분열로 시작 된다"고 하였다. 즉 내부의 적을 더 경계하라는 뜻인데 과연 우리는 얼마나 국민의 분열과 체제전복을 시도하는 내부의 적을 인식하고 있는가? 본고에서는 일부이기는 하나 사회 전 분야에 침투하여 적과의 내통은 물론 유언비어의 날조, 폭력시위를 선동하고 심지어 합법을 가장하여 입법기관에 까지 입성하여 국가전복을 시도하는 우리 내부의 적과 그 숙주세력인 동조자 및 방조자들을 어떻게 봐야하며 선진국의 국가 전복세력에 대한 대응실태와 과거 서독이 체제 수호를 위해 노력했던 교훈을 토대로 우리나라가 자유민주주의 체제 수호를 위해 내부의 적에 대한 전 역량이 결집된 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.

야구 경기에서 투수의 투구 동작은 5단계로 구분되어 정의되지만 투구 속도는 어느 부위의 근력에 의해서 좌우되는지 단언할 수 없다. 그러나 최근에 견관절의 회전력 중요성이 강조되고 있으며 몇몇 선행 연구를 찾아 볼 수 있었다. 그래서 빠른 투구 능력과 견관절 회전력에 대한 상관성 분석의 필요성을 갖게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 오버 드로우 투수들의 견관절 내 외측 토크를 3가지 자세에서 측정하여 볼 속도와 관계를 규명하고 기준을 제시할 기초 자료 제공에 있다. 연구 결과 앉은 자세에서 내 외전 최대 토크는 집단 (볼 속도 차이) 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 누운 자세의 내 외전 최대 토크는 집단간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 선 자세에서도 동일한 결과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 투구 속도와 자세별 내 외전 최대 토크 근력과는 정량적인 차이는 있었지만 상관성은 나타나지 않았다. 그래서 투구 속도에 영향을 미치는 역학적 에너지 동원 체계에 대한 기전 규명의 추후 연구가 기대된다.

Tilting train is the best solution to provide faster passenger service on conventional railway lines without too costly modification of infrastructure. Kinematic envelope gauging is very important when applying tilting trains % conventional railways with limited clearance. Due to tilting motion, the kinematic envelope of tilting train is larger than that of non-tilting train. This study was done to estimate the maximum dimension of tilting train being suitable for Korean conventional lines. In this study the two worst cases of tilting train movement was assumed and related suspension displacements, geometrical overthrow of train on une, wear of wheel ＆ rail were combined to determine kinematic envelope.

홍콩영화<무쌍>은 위조지폐 제작과정, 스릴있는 총격전, 폭파장면을 기반으로 한 복잡한 스토리 전개와 예상 밖의 반전 결말, 그리고 월드스타 주윤발의 개성 등 다양한 요소로 영화 흥행에 성공시켰다. 영화의 전개과정에서, 감독은 사건의 전개자인 이문을 이용해 시각을 한정시켜 경찰과 관중을 속임수에 빠지도록 이끌었고, 배우 주윤발의 상징성을 통해 관객들에게 "화가"로서의 이미지를 부각시켰으며, 각기 다른 인물과 장소의 복합적인 서술과 플래시백을 도입함으로써 복선층의 전개구조로 진상을 층층이 밝혀내었다. 영화에서 3번의 대반전이 나타나는데, 반전 때마다 영화의 전개가 완전히 뒤집혔고, 또 뒤집힌 전개가 앞 스토리와 어떠한 관련이 있는지 관객이 알아채지 못하도록 하였다. 이 때문에 충만한 긴장감을 불러일으켜 관객들로 하여금 공감대를 형성하였고, 진실을 가려내는 심리게임 과정을 통해 완벽한 해방감과 해탈감을 느끼도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study if to prevent dangerous accident of the overthrow of the tower crane in summer's hurricane. We develop the SMS in order to give automatic alarm system to operator within the dangerous range and to give a information of the exactly slope in the real time. The slope value of the tower crane is compose of direction, pitch by the front and rear, roll by the right and left and synthesis by the its pitch and roll. Especially, the synthesis eliminate the effect of the wall tie or wire bracing. So, this value should correctly indicate the actual slope. In this study, more applying field test should be applied with the SMS. In the future, a more measurement device can be applied to, and be able to feed more alarm criteria for the review of the risk in the field.

Afghanistan has experienced more than four decades of severe disruption, ever since the communist coup of April 1978 plunged the country into a state of disorder that was then severely aggravated by the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in December 1979. Despite the high hopes that accompanied the overthrow of the Taliban regime in 2001, Afghanistan's path in the first two decades of the 21st century has proved to be anything but smooth, and this article highlights a confluence of challenges - political, diplomatic, and societal - that Afghanistan presently faces, challenges that in large measure account for the profound uncertainty that clouds its future. The article is divided into four sections. The first provides some context for the discussion of these three challenges. The remaining sections investigate the particular challenges - intra-elite rivalries, a fragile and defective peace process, and the underreported but grave threat to life and limb in Afghanistan resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic - in more detail. Together, these challenges highlight the dangers of wishful thinking about harsh realities.

Since 2010, Goth styles have risen rapidly in prominence as one of the major trends of fashion. This study intends to understand the Goth style shown from the modern fashion by examining its historically formative characteristics and internal meanings of the Goth style. With mystic attitude toward the medieval Gothic culture, Goth style refers to its reproduction over the cultural circles including music, literature and arts. From the result of the historical review, the formative characteristics of the Goth style may be divided into darkness, distortion, memento mori and bricolage. The historical review of the Goth style contains symbolic meaning of mystery, terror, escape and theatricality. After 2000, Goth style, in combination with factors such as postmodernism and human desire, has been established as the main trend of modern fashion, going with the popular culture. The formativeness of modern Goth fashion is the same as that of Goth style examined from the historic review. However, in modern Goth fashion, the symbolic meaning has the processes of the new: unconsciousness, kitsch, overthrow and popularity.

차량이 곡선도로를 선회함에 있어 차량 내부적 요소인 차량의 진입속도, 차량에 작용하는 횡가속도, 전복과 관련된 롤 각, 그리고 외부적 요소인 노면과 타이어와의 마찰 및 도로의 구조는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 교통사고 재현을 위한 PC-Crash프로그램을 이용하여 차량의 진입속도와 도로의 편경사, 노면상태에 따른 마찰계수를 변수로 두어 선회 시 차량의 상태변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과로, 곡선도로 선회시 한계속도 설정에 관해 도로구조와 노면상태에 따른 마찰계수가 중요한 요소가 된다는 것을 확인하였다.

This study tries to compare the architectural thought of Michel Foucault with that of Manfredo Tafuri in order to make clear the architectural identity as a social institution. In Michel Foucault's case, the archeology of discourse and the geneology of power were central method to understand the history of occidental society since the Renaissance. Four him, architecture is assumed as a mechanism of operation which make the power effectively radiate in th space. He thinks that a new discursive space was arranged since the 18th century in Europe, the architecture played a role to coordinate divers powers. Mafredo Tafuri, architetural historian, depends on the criticism of ideology in search of the relation between the economic system of capitalism and modern architecture and urbanism. He thinks that all architecture is an institution. And any attempt to overthrow the institution, is bound to see itself turned into a positive contribution and into an ideology, So all architectural attempts to conceal the contradiction of capitalism are negated. This different perspective on architecture exposes many points of dispute: historical periodization, disciplinary limit of architecture, understanding of Enlightenment architecture, utopia and heterotopia, etc.
