국내 사회간접자본(Social Overhead Capital; SOC)에 대한 예산축소 및 부동산 시장 안정화 정책 등으로 도시개발 경기가 침체되고 있어 국내 건설기업의 해외시장 진출에 대한 관심이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국내 건설기업은 해외 도시개발 시장에서 금융조달 및 해외 프로젝트 관리 능력이 우수한 해외 선진 기업들에 비해 열세를 보이고 있는 실정이다. 이에 국내 기업은 진출 국가의 환경과 수준에 맞는 도시개발 모델을 선정하고, 높은 해외 사업 리스크를 관리할 수 있는 진출 전략 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구와 문헌 분석, FGI를 통해 해외 도시개발 시장 진출 요인을 도출하고, 설문조사 및 IPA 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 이를 통해 일련의 국내 민간기업 해외 도시개발 시장 진출 전략을 도출하였다.

해외도시개발은 선진국이 해외시장을 개척하고, 개도국이 당면한 도시문제를 해결할 수 있는 바람직한 솔루션임에도 불구하고 위험성이 높다. 선진국과 개도국은 서로간에 잘 알지 못하기 때문에 위험성이 높은 과업을 착수하기에는 신뢰가 부족한 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 양자 간의 신뢰를 향상시킬 수 있는 협력 프레임워크를 구축하고자 한다. 결론적으로 신뢰구축을 위해서는 작은 규모라도 협업을 반복하는 경험을 쌓는 것이 중요하다. 신뢰의 감정은 카리스마와 공감이라는 기제를 통해 구축할 수 있다. 카리스마는 반복적인 성공과 성과에 대한 지속적인 노출이 중요한 역할을 하며, 공감은 공동작업과 공간의 공유가 중요하다. 이것은 협업이라는 공통점을 가진다. 다섯 개의 해외도시개발사례를 분석하여 카리스마와 공감의 기제를 적용하였으며 이를 통해 해외도시개발 협력 프레임워크를 구축하였다.

본 논문은 해외도시개발 활성화와 효율적 추진을 위한 지원방안으로 기존의 산발적으로 분포하고 있는 정보들을 체계화 한 종합정보시스템 구축방안을 마련하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 해외도시개발 관련 현행 정보시스템과 민간기업의 수집정보를 분석하였다. 국내 유관기관에서 운영하고 있는 정보시스템의 경우 정보공유 방식과 인적네트워크 구축 및 사업절차에 대한 내용이 부족한 것으로 나타난 반면, 해외도시개발사업을 주로 발주하는 기관들은 대부분 관련 전문가와 사업 참여자 및 그들이 참여한 사업정보를 제공하고 있었다. 한편, 민간기업의 경우 수집되는 정보가 국가현황, 발주정보, 기본적인 법제도 수준으로 실제 사업을 추진하는 과정에서 필요한 세부적인 정보의 습득에는 제약이 있었다. 둘째, 종합정보시스템에서 제공되어야 할 정보를 선정하고 정보수집 방안을 제시하였다. 현행 정보시스템과 민간기업의 수집정보를 유형화하여 해외도시개발사업 추진시 필요한 정보를 크게 국가개황, 경제정보, 산업정보, 투자정보, 법률정보, 사업정보, 인적네트워크의 7개 부문으로 구분하고, 이들 부문에 대한 세부항목을 설정하였다. 그리고 해외도시개발 전문가, 민간기업 실무자 등의 의견을 반영하여 정보의 우선순위를 도출한 바, 사업정보와 인적네트워크 부문이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 종합정보시스템 목표모델을 수립하고 제도개선 방안을 도출하였다. 해외도시개발 정보를 분류하고, 분류된 정보를 연계하고, 정보제공 채널을 통해 서비스하는 3단계로 시스템을 체계화하고, 여기에 종합정보시스템의 비전 및 목표, 단계별 구축계획을 종합하여 목표모델을 제시하였다. 또한 인터넷건축행정정보시스템(세움터), 택지정보체계, 보금자리통합정보체계 등 유사 사례 검토를 통해 종합정보시스템을 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 제도개선 사항을 제시하였다.

In aviation, with the rapid transformation of the mobility industry, UAMs are emerging to operate green low-altitude airspace in urban environments. In order for UAM aircraft to fly safely transporting passengers and cargo in low-altitude urban airspace, a traffic control system that supports the safe operation of the aircraft is essential. In particular, traffic control systems that reflect the characteristics of the flight environment, such as operating at low altitude in urban environments for a short period of time, are required. In this study, we define the definition of UATM and its main services that perform traffic control for the safe operation of UAMs. In addition, we analyzed the development trends of UATM systems based on domestic and overseas cases. Based on these analyses, we present the results of the concept design of the UATM system. After analyzing UATM development cases, we found that there is no commercialized UATM system, but overseas development is focused on systems that can integrate ATM and UTM. And we identified key stakeholders and interface data, and performed UATM system architecture and functional design based on the identified data. Finally, as a necessary element for the future development of UATM systems, we propose the establishment and advancement of UAM traffic flow management systems, the establishment of integrated control systems, and the development of interface with aircraft operation systems in preparation for the unmanned UAM aircraft.

The purpose of this study was to select market variables that a foodservice company should consider when expanding overseas and to regional market analysis by variables. Twenty-three different variables were derived from 17 previous studies. These were: population, urbanization rate, women employed, enrollment in tertiary education, gross domestic product, value added by service, total number of mobile cellular telephone subscribers, number of internet users, total Asian highway, inward foreign direct investment, total service imports, inflation rate, international tourist arrivals, energy use by industry, growth rates of the food consumer price index, access to urban sanitation, per capita total expenditure on health, male life expectancy at birth, adult literacy rate, contributing women family workers, passenger car, and country risk assessment. The selected variables were collected as secondary data from the UN, Asian Development Bank, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Michigan State University.

This paper is about applicable technology for Advanced Urban Transit System. The first step for Advanced Urban Transit System development is marking definition of system requirement, researching foreign country's case, and setting suitable requirement spec for domestic environment. We're also trying to select suitable technology to domestic environment and reflect Advanced Urban Transit System development business through researching and analyzing involved technology form domestic also overseas.

Urban parks and open spaces provide the community residents with the most easily accessible source for outdoor recreation, contributing also to the improvement of quality of natural environment in urban area. The demands of urban residents' for more and better green area are ever-increasing. However, the level of most urban open spaces which are easily accessible for residents are not satisfactory to meet the residents' demand in availability and in quality as well. Most existing urban open spaces are simply built of green areas only or have been developed in almost identical design with little consideration for individual uniqueness of the site. When developing neighbourhood parks in urban housing complexes, for example, little consideration is being given to topographical conditions, interrelation with the adjacent green area, or viability of the urban ecosystem. In many cases, urban park development projects are being done with serious negligence of natural properties of the site, by even destroying existing healthy woodlands. for instance. The objectives of this study are; -To survey on the domestic and the overseas cases of regulatory systems, development status and planning methods for urban open space. -To identify underlying issues of residental park developments in urban housing projects and establish appropriate improvement measures thereof, by studing and analyzing current-use data of developed urban parks and management status thereof. -To establish improved standards for urban open space planning, by integrating above surveys and studies, and recommendation for revision of related legislation is also presented to implement these standards.

본 논문은 해외 도시개발사업 진출시 기초자료로 활용하기 위해, 공사의 사업추진 현황 및 추진전략을 토대로 향후 진출이 예상되는 국가를 선정하고, 이들 국가의 도시개발 관련 법제도를 전반적으로 조사, 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 시장수요 및 전략적 측면에서 현재 진출을 모색 중인 중남미 및 아시아 지역 중 관련 정보수집이 부진한 국가를 대상으로 진출 우선순위, 도시개발관련 법제도의 수준 및 자료구득 가능성 등을 토대로 방글라데시, 태국, 도미니카공화국, 베네수엘라를 조사대상 국가로 선정하였다. 둘째, 대상국의 도시 및 주택개발 관련 정책을 조사하였다. 조사결과 대부분의 국가에서 국가주택정책을 수립 추진하고 있으며, 이를 위한 국가주택청을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 예를 들어, 태국의 도시 및 주택개발 관련 정책은 생애 첫 주택 정책, 국가주택개발전략 등이 있으며, 관련 기관인 국가주택청에서 저소득층을 위한 주택개발 업무를 담당하고 있다. 셋째, 조사대상국의 도시개발 관련 주요 법령을 조사하고, 이를 토대로 사업절차를 분석하였으며, 가능한 범위내에서 국내의 유사 법령과 비교하였다. 주요 법령을 조사한 결과, 아시아에 위치한 방글라데시와 태국의 경우 공통적으로 토지개발법령이 제정되어 있는 반면, 중남미는 국가별로 관련 법령들이 다양하게 나타났다. 예를 들어, 태국에서는 "토지개발법"과 "도시계획법"이 운용되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 한편, 태국의 "도시계획법"과 유사한 우리나라 법령으로는 "국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한법률"과 "도시개발법"으로 분석되었다.
