연구개발사업 평가에서 '사회적 파급효과'가 중요한 가치로 등장하고 있다. 미국, 영국, 네덜란드 등에서는 연구개발사업 평가 항목에 '사회적 상호작용', '연구결과의 사회적 영향' 등의 정성적 지표를 포함하여 이를 오래 전부터 강조하고 있다. 최근 우리나라도 논문 피인용, 기술이전 등 정량적 지표 위주의 평가체계에 대한 반성과 함께 연구활동의 파급효과에 대해 관심이 커지고 있다. 올해부터는 추적평가를 본격 도입, 사업종료 후 연구성과의 파급 경로 등을 추적하여 해당사업으로 인한 과학기술적, 경제사회적 파급 효과 측면의 효과성을 평가한다. 본 연구는 연구개발사업 성과의 파급효과 분석 가능성을 살펴보고 그 과정에서 개선되어야 할 부분을 도출한다. 연구개발사업 성과의 파급효과를 실시하고 있는 해외 사례를 살펴보고 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze domestic and foreign studies using virtual reality or metaverse for exercise rehabilitation in order to help the disabled or elderly patients with exercise rehabilitation, and suggest a method for using metaverse for exercise rehabilitation. Method: In this study, after analyzing and discussing various information related to the metaverse and exercise rehabilitation through electronic search of recently published papers, academic journals, books, and internet websites, the exercise rehabilitation plan using the metaverse was proposed. Results: In the case of domestic research, the diversity of virtual reality application technology for the rehabilitation of disabled and elderly patients was not secured, but recently, virtual reality or metaverse-related technologies were developed and specialized in a form suitable for exercise rehabilitation. In the case of overseas studies, it was analyzed that exercise rehabilitation using virtual reality and metaverse games for the rehabilitation of disabled and elderly patients can help improve brain, physical ability, and anti-aging by activating the body and mind. Conclusion: Smart metaverse health care is actively introduced to exercise rehabilitation, metaverse telemedicine business is applied to exercise rehabilitation programs, and digital twin games and exercise rehabilitation programs developed by metaverse related companies take into account the characteristics of disabled and elderly patients. If customized smart metaverse healthcare is used for exercise rehabilitation, it is analyzed that it can lead this field.

Many IS researchers had the greatest interesting in publication in leading IS journals. Studies of measuring research performance of Information Systems (IS) are the most important research areas. Today, many IS researchers considered Management Information Systems Quarterly (MISQ), Information Systems Research (ISR), and Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS) as the leading IS journals. In this study, we analyzed the published papers of Korean and overseas Koreans related IS researchers in ISR, MISQ, and JMIS from 2001 to 2010. The results of this study appeared the trend of increasing frequency of publication of IS research in south Korea in the leading IS journals such as ISR, MISQ, JMIS. The findings of this research showed the excellent performance of IS researchers and provided valuable information regarding publications performance of IS researchers in leading IS Journals.

The purpose of this study is to build promotive measures and to develop alternative policies of DG(Distributed Generation) by finding and analysing effects of four business environment factors related to DEPB(District Electricity Power Business) on boosting DG. In this study, four business environment factors, which are the electric power industry restructuring, electricity tariff and pricing structure, regulations for DEPB, and conflicts of stake-holding groups, are considered as independent variables. And promotion factors of DG including small CHP(Combined Heat and Power) generation, which is outcome of DEPB, are considered as dependent variables. But dependent variables including booming of new renewable energy generation due to green energy pricing incentives, the electric power industry restructuring, and electricity tariff and pricing policies were separatively considered. In this study, some policies were proposed reflecting research results of empirical demonstrative analysis, previous studies, overseas cases, etc.

There have been vigorous studies on smart home appliances with ubiquitous technologies overseas as well as in Korea. Kookmin university has provided a one-room type test bed as one of many experienced-type test beds and has applied many smart home appliances with ubiquitous technologies to the test bed to examine their interrelations and usability over a year. This article scrutinize applied situations and their problems of the appliances and based on the findings we suggest smart home appliances with ubiquitous technologies in various housing types.

With the lanuch of the World Trade Organization(WTO) system, National and international trends toward more liberalized regulation of telecommunications terminal equipments drive the globalization of the telecommunications market. Despite of such trends, most countries have long viewed the type approval system as a major hindrance to overseas maketing because of a hodgepodge of diverse type approval system of telecommunications terminal equipments in each country. But, recently, many countries under these situations try to make a better understanding of respective requeirements of each country's many countries under these situations try to make a better understanding of respective requirements of each country'stype approval system, and where possible to strengthen commonalities, through referred to as "multual recognitio" system for the purpose of the development of procedures for hamonization oftype approval system in "one world, one market". Thus, this paper covers the definition, considerations and the case studies of mutual recognition between countries. Also, this paper suggests the desirable and general model of mutual recognition to be applied all the countries, which are being preparing and processing it.g and processing it.

The evaluation of dredging works of pump dredger considering soil conditions is a main idea in calculating construction costs in non-cohesive soil layers. For using pump dredger, on effects of pump dredger equipment, some data of overseas code for pump dredger are different to those of results and a pump dredging capability table in the field of costs. In this study, considerations of sandy soils are described for application of construction works.

This study analyzes the contents of low birthrate measures by the government and their effectiveness. The discussion on the measures being promoted by the government is conducted by considering the analysis on the cause of low birthrates, introduction of overseas policies and government policy propositions, etc. The evaluation on effectiveness is conducted by considering the recognition of the policies by women who are the subject of childbirth and preceding studies. Low birth rates are not the problem of an individual anymore, but a task that the whole of society has to resolve. The comprehensive measures should be made including the elements that influence birth rate such as reducing the cost of raising a child, creating a favorable environment in society and worksite, and improving the nurturing environment, etc.

The vehicle's light-weight technology is divided into optimization of structure geometric and material. Structure geometric optimization and improvement of materials has examined to be power-train and maintenance on the severe condition. The core technology of Special vehicle's light-weight is constitute by Drop box, Axle and Final reduction gear. Technology and product of the parts is high to overseas and import dependency. We will want to examine the possibility of light-weight for the Axle Case and Drop box-connections. In this research, conventional design of excess weight will inhibit the mobility and fuel efficiency. Through the improvement of Axle material, we saw the possibility reducing weight. If you use the results of these studies, it will be available to domestic production technology and reducing weight of RV car, Dump truck, Track crain, etc.

According to the rapid development of digital technology, the free formed buildings with complex and various curved surfaces are being constructed. Most of the external cladding of free formed buildings have been applied materials such as metal, glass, FRP, GFRC, etc. However, these materials have many disadvantages such as a complicated manufacturing process for realizing 3D irregular shape and an increase in production period and cost. Therefore, the studies for UHPC which is an optimized material for overcoming this problem for a long time in overseas. This study reviewed the remodeling construction of Samsung-dong KEB Hana Bank appling the exterior curved UHPC panel for the first time in Korea. As a result, we confirmed the possibility of UHPC panels with various free formed shapes.
