전자학술정보의 활용이 급속히 증가하고 대규모 이용로그 정보의 처리가 가능해지면서 전자학술정보의 이용에 대한 분석이 다양한 각도에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 각 출판사에서 각기 다른 형태와 방법으로 생성한 이용통계를 표준 포맷으로 통합 수집하여 국가 차원의 이용량 정보를 제공하는 통합 플랫폼은 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 520여 기관의 전자학술정보 이용통계를 통합 수집하고, 이용통계 데이터 표준 프로토콜인 SUSHI(Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative)에 기반하여 유통할 수 있는 플랫폼 모델을 제안한다.

Recently, it has been argued that it is necessary to attract foreign patients outside domestic insurers and to allow foreign doctors to treat in domestic hospitals in order to develop the insurance industry and revitalize the medical industry. Currently, large medical institutions in Korea are attracting foreign patients in connection with foreign insurance companies. It is desirable to increase the number of overseas patients who want excellent medical services in Korea, and to provide opportunities for domestic insurance companies to attract overseas patients by expanding job creation through a revitalization of the medical industry. Therefore, this study suggests the development direction for insurers who aim to attract foreign patients through the side effects of attracting foreign patients in accordance with the Financial Services Commission's plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the financial industry. In addition, this study intends to contribute to the strengthening of the competitiveness of attracting foreign patients, through domestic insurance business, to the insurance direct payment market for overseas patients using domestic medical institutions that are concentrated in foreign insurance companies and in the blind spot of domestic law application.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a training program for overseas Korean language teachers focus on preservice teacher. This thesis based on the 2017 Korean Language (prospective) Teacher Overseas Dispatch and Practical Training Assistance Project (Almaty, Kazakhstan region). The present task established prospective teachers, career teachers, and local teachers as the targets of each assignment. We focused on developing a program that could match each of these characteristics. For prospective teachers, the program was designed and conducted with the goal of "improving real expertise through practical training," whereas for career teachers the program was developed with the goal of "improving leadership" and "retraining teachers" by focusing on their abilities as middle managers to build and maintain foreign and domestic networks. For local teachers, the goal was to provide "retraining as Korean language teacher certification". The limitations of those unable to attend domestic meetings were alleviated through training, workshops, and meetings, and a program was developed for real education practical training. For prospective teachers and career teachers in particular, the program was designed to center on a system of collaboration in which classes based on international Project Based Learning(iPBL) were conducted, and groups prepared practical training and practice modules.

Purpose - This study's the ultimate goal is to analyze competitiveness improvement on multinational enterprises as firstly providing which factors are to strengthen or weaken competitiveness, secondly investigating if hypotheses development and research design is correct and thirdly finding significant implications for research and practices across country specific advantage. Design/methodology - Using feedback data provided by 250 firms, we extracted variable factors and hypotheses, which were empirically carried out by reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis, path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis to prove which factors are to make the positive effect on the improvement of overseas subsidiaries' management performance and competitiveness. Findings - Through proceeding empirical analysis study, we found out that technology management capability, knowledge management capability, and local management capability had a statistically significant effect on the improvement of overseas subsidiaries' competitiveness, while linked activity capability revealed a negative effect. Originality/value - During business globalization, overseas investments and establishment of overseas subsidiaries have been essential. It is anticipated that this study results would be meaningful for analysis on multinational enterprises' competitiveness and helpful in promoting their entry into Korean market and enhancing their competitiveness. This paper would also help Korea government develops new FDI model and induce more investment from global major companies to Korea region.

Recently, there has been a steady decrease in the proportion of the construction sector among Korean engineering firms. Thus it is essential for Korean engineering firms in the construction sector, which lack experience in overseas ventures, to identify and improve their competitiveness for successful overseas expansion. Therefore, in this study, changes in Korean engineering firms' capabilities for the last decade were analyzed to promote entry into overseas road and water resource engineering markets. Competency factors that require urgent improvement were derived based on Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) as a tool for quantitative measurement. As a result, the factor that shows low performance compared to the importance is an overall understanding of the target country in the road and water resource areas. Knowledge of regulatory issues on design, the ability of time management software, and knowledge of the regulatory problems on construction safety are also insufficient. This study can be used as a research methodology to identify competitiveness that Korean engineering firms have to strengthen when they advance into overseas markets in roads, water resources, and other areas.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive clues about the development direction of research ethics and areas of interest which has recently become a social issue in Korea by confirming overseas research trends. Research design, data and methodology: We collected 2,760 articles in scienceON, which including 'research ethics' in their paper. For analysis, frequency analysis, word clouding, keyword association analysis, and LDA topic modeling were used. Results: It was confirmed that many of the papers were published in medical, bio, pharmaceutical, and nursing journals and its interest has been continuously increasing. From word frequency analysis, many words of medical fields such as health, clinical, and patient was confirmed. From topic modeling, 7 topics were extracted such as ethical policy development and human clinical ethics. Conclusions: We founded that overseas research trends on research ethics are related to basic aspects than Korea. This means that a fundamental approach to ethics and the application of strict standards can become the basis for cultivating an overall ethical awareness. Therefore, academic discussions on the application of strict standards for publishing ethics and conducting researches in various fields where community awareness and social consensus are necessary for overall ethical awareness.

Receiving medical services abroad is an event that involves a high level of risk and stress for most people. This study proposes and empirically examines perceived control as a factor that has a potential to reduce the stress associated with overseas medical experience and enhance satisfaction with it. Based on the research findings in environmental psychology, one's perceived control was divided into cognitive control, behavior control, and decision control. A research model and a set of hypotheses were constructed to investigate the effect of each control on satisfaction and word-of-mouth communications among consumers who had overseas medical service experiences. The data collection was conducted through an online survey of 220 Chinese consumers who had visited Korea as plastic medicine tourists. Satisfaction with their service experience was significantly affected by both behavioral control and decisional control, but not by cognitive control. Thus, Chinese medical tourists prefer to maintain the belief that they are in charge of major decisions associated with the medical procedure, and that the results of the medical procedure will have personally desirable consequences. In addition, satisfaction experienced by Chinese consumers with overseas medical services had a significant impact on their word-of-mouth activities. Based on the research results, a set of academic and practical implications were derived.

본 연구는 해외어학연수의 외국어 정확성 향상에 대한 효과를 조명하기 위해 한 학기 동안 해외대학에서 어학연수를 받은 27명의 한국 대학생들이 한 학기의 시간차를 두고 작성한 두 영작문 간의 차이와 오류들을 조사하고, 그러한 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한지를 검정하여 외국어 정확도 면에서의 변화를 분석하였다. 어학연수 이후에 영작문의 길이와 문장의 길이가 증가하였으나 전체 문장수는 감소하였다. 학생들은 더 많은 수의 단어를 더 복잡한 구조의 문장에서 사용하여 오류의 수도 증가하였다. 이를 볼 때, 어학연수 이후 학생들의 문장 생성능력이 향상되고 복잡한 형태의 문장들을 쓰려고 시도한 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 한 학기 동안 해외어학연수를 받은 이후 대체로 학생들의 문장생성능력은 다소 증진하였지만, 문법적 요소들을 문장 속에서 정확하게 사용하는 문법적 정확성은 크게 향상하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비록 해외 어학연수가 집중적으로 목표언어만 학습하여 언어입력을 확대할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 목표언어에 자연스럽게 노출될 수 있는 환경적 이점을 제공하긴 하지만, 한 학기라는 기간 안에 문법적으로 정확한 문장을 생성해내는 문법능력을 향상시키는 데는 크게 효과적이지 않았다는 것을 시사한다.

글로벌 시대에 급변하고 다양해지는 시장에서 기업이 경쟁우위요소를 가지는 것은 필수가 되었고, 인적자원은 기업의 경쟁력 제고에 중요한 요소이다. 기업은 이제 포화상태의 국내시장에서 해외시장으로 눈을 돌려야 하고, 해외시장으로의 진출을 확대하기 위해서는 기업의 글로벌 역량을 증진시켜야 한다. 본 연구는 해외시장에서 직원들의 직무효율성과 기업의 글로벌 역량과의 관계를 조명하기 위해, 해외업무현장에서 사용하는 영어의 특성을 조사하였다. 본 연구에는 두바이 해외지사에 근무하는 12명의 한국 남자직원들이 참여하였고, 데이터 수집을 위해 설문조사를 실시하고 영어대화들이 녹음되었다. 본 연구의 결과는, 해외비즈니스 특성 상 대부분의 업무를 영어로 수행해야 함에 따라 영어의사소통능력이 직무효율성에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 업무 상 영어로 대화하는 일이 빈번함에 따라 탁월한 구어 구사능력을 갖추는 것이 매우 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 참여자들은 부족한 의사소통능력으로 인한 의사소통의 단절을 막기위해 여러 전략들을 사용한 것으로 나타났다.

포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출 방식은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 산업 간 융합을 통한 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 인접 ODA 재원을 활용한 해외 진출을 가능하게 하고 국제 경쟁력을 보유한 산업과의 융합을 통한 선진국 진출을 가능하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 시장 확장의 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 산업 간 융합 방안을 수립하기 위해 먼저 복수의 해외 국가에 대한 상세 현황 조사를 수행하여 개발도상국 및 선진국의 수요를 분석하였다. 수요 분석 결과 산업 간 융합을 위해서 는 융합 용이성, 표준에 기반한 정보의 보안성, 열악한 인프라 극복, 다양한 수요 대응체계, 유지 보수체계의 마련이 필요하다는 것을 밝히고 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 기술적/방법론적/법제도적 융합 기반을 모색하였다.
