송전선로에 의한 풍소음 발생 저감 기법 (A study on the wind noise from transmission line and mitigation methods)

  • Measurements of wind noise, generated by High-voltage overhead transmission lines placed in a uniform flow are carried out in the Anechoic windtunnel. High-voltage overhead transmission lines generates audible wind noise, which cause a serious environment problem. Accordingly, wind noise has become one of major concerns for design engineers and operations personnel. In the present research, tests were mainly performed with various configuration of transmission line with spiral wires. Remarkable noise reduction was observed for some of the spiral transmission lines, compared with the noise generated without the spiral wire.

New Experimental Investigation of Magnetic and Electric Fields in the Vicinity of High-Voltage Power Lines

  • In this paper, the theoretical and experimental characteristics of magnetic and electric fields in the vicinity of high voltage lines are investigated. To realize these measurements and calculations, we have developed some equations for two overhead power line configurations of 150 kV (single circuit, double circuit), based on Biot-savart law, image and Maxwell theories, in order to calculate the magnetic and electric fields. The measurements were done to a maximum distance from the tower of 50 m, at a height of 1m from the ground. These experiments take into consideration the real situations of the power lines and associated equipment. The experimental results obtained are near to that of the Biot-Savart theoretical results for a far distance from the tower; and for a distance close to the power line, the results from the image theory are in good agreement with the experimental results.

  • Dropper which can get to suspend contact wire should be installed with a uniform distribution, so that electric locomotive can have good characteristics of current collection. Because dropper distribution is changed according to a circumstances in the construction field, it is hard to calculate and construct a overhead line. Therefore, in this study, a program was developed to calculate the dropper length in the normal and elevation section. Through the program, it is possible to perform a accurate construction of overhead line and contribute to a improvement of current collection as well.

  • Winter weather condition can cause icing and ice coats on 25 kV overhead contact wire. This generates shocks at the mechanical interface of the collecting strips of the pantograph and the contact wire and extra electrical resistance, which may affect quality of current collection at the contact wire / collecting strips of pantograph interface. De-icing operations should he performed just before train operation to avoid the formation of another ice layer. Thus, the work in this paper is investigation and analysis of de-icing system which could be applied to the electric car line of railways.

  • At the neutral sections, There are neutral sections inserted in overhead contact line between the substations to divide different phase current sections of AC electrified lines. Except convention line, a large stress occurs in the contact wire near the fittings under passing pantographs. So, in order to raise the train speed over 150km/h, a new type section has been adopted.

  • 도심지내 송전선로는 가공(架空)으로의 건설이 불가능하여 대부분 지중(地中)으로 건설되고 있으며 이러한 경향은 국민 생활수준 및 의식수준의 향상 및 가공 송전선로에 의한 전자파 및 환경피해 우려 등으로 해당 송전선로의 지중화를 지속적으로 요구하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 최근에 증가하고 있는 송전선로 지중화사업에 대한 파급효과를 조건부가치측정법(Contingent Valuation Method : CVM)을 활용하여 도시미관 환경개선, 전자파 및 환경피해 예방 및 이에 따른 대상지의 부동산 가격상승 등의 간접편익 항목을 중심으로 이에 따른 편익을 정량적으로 산정하였다. 대상 사업은 성남시 분당구 구미동 일원의 송전선로 지중화 사업을 선정하였으며, 간접편익을 산정하기 위해서는 전기료를 통해 공사비를 분담해야 됨을 설명함으로써 가상 시장 시나리오를 제시한 후 지불의사 및 지불의사금액(WTP : Willingness to Pay)을 조사하였다. 성남시 분당구 구미동에서 추진되는 송전선로 지중화사업의 가치를 산정하기 위해 추정된 모형의 월평균 지불의사금액은 8,294원로 추정되었다. 성남시 주민의 추정지불의사금액을 근거로 송전선로 지중화 사업의 가치를 산정한 결과, 17,160,617,760원으로 추정되었으며 지중화사업의 총공사비 약 700억원의 24.5%, 성남시 분담금 약 385억원의 44.6%에 해당된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 전력선 통신(PLC) 시스템에 사용되는 고압 배전선로의 임피던스 특성을 해석하였다. 해석을 위해 전력선 통신 네트워크의 2포트 등가모델을 구현하였다. 등가모델 및 기본적인 전송선로 이론을 적용하여 전력선 통신 입력 단에서의 임피던스를 계산하였다. 또한 고압 커플러, 동축케이블 등의 특성을 제거한 전력선 자체의 입력임피던스를 계산하였다. 계산결과의 검증을 위해 고압 실증시험장에서 측정을 하였다. 측정결과 전력선 자체의 입력 임피던스는 $200\~300\;{\Omega}$의 값을 가졌으며, 주파수가 증가할수록 전력선 특성임피던스의 절반에 수렴하였다. 또한 측정치와 계산치가 매우 유사하였다.

  • This paper describes the voltage induced at neutral line and the proper location of lightning arrester in combined 22.9 kV class distribution line jointed overhead line and cable each other Modeling is established in ATP Draw to perform simulation. Simulated distribution line at this paper consists of distribution line 4.2km and underground distribution line 2km. Overvoltage and induced voltage are analyzed at several point of combined line. Analysis results was compared to select the best point to install arrester. Such analysis technology will be applied to obtaining capacity and location of arrester in the similar combined distribution line.

  • It is anticipated that AC distribution system can be replaced by DC distribution system in the near future because of the operation of various distributed source or microgrid system. However DC distribution system replacing 22.9kV AC distribution line is not sufficiently studied still. This paper describes lightning overvoltage analysis among many research fields should be studied to realize DC overhead distribution systems. DC distribution system is modeled using EMTP and overvoltage is analyzed according to interval of arrestor location, earth interval of overhead grounding wire and grounding resistance. It is evaluated that analysis results can be effectively used to design of future DC distribution system.
