The fashion leadership, use of fashion information, and apparel shopping behavior of middle-and high-school male students were examined. The interrelationship of the three variables was also analysed. Subjects were 600 male students in Kang-Bouk and kang-Nam. Major findings indicated that fashion consciousness and confidence were the significant factors in fashion innovativeness and opinion leadership. And the outfit of celebrities(popular signer and film stars) was the most influential factors in the fashion leadership. Among commercial informations, the display and interior was more effective than advertisings. The higher the innovativeness, the more subjects wanted to accompany friends rather than parents and also the more time was spent in their shopping.

This study purposed to analyze the preference suit design of spring and summer for elderly women who become weak in physical, physiological and psychological aspects. Accordingly, a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze clothes elderly women prefer and present design. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained : First, The style of outfit that elderly women preferred when they went out was a tailored collar jacket and a straight slacks suit. On the assumption that they buy a jacket, however, they preferred a peter pan collar jacket, while they did not like a tailored collar jacket. Second, They liked light and bright pink and yellow colors as color of clothes for spring season, but they preferred grey color most in buying suit actually. For autumn season, they preferred beige, brown or grey colors most. With regard to materials for suit, they liked wool solid fabrics with stretch. As for a blouse, they preferred a single color most. There were significant difference between preference suit design and Assumption of buying suit design.

The flow pattern inside the power condenser is generally known to be very complicated due to the phase change and turbulence effects as well as the effect of condenser geometry. In the present study, the flow pattern inside the power condenser was numerically simulated with a personal computer. The widely known CHAMPION 2/E/FIX(Concentration, Heat and Momentum Program Instruction Outfit, 2D/Elliptic/Fixed grid) computer code was modified for this purpose. The flow was asssumed to be two-dimensional and steady-state, and the tube bank was considered to be homogeneous porous medium. Simple turbulent diffusion coefficients based on the appropriate experiments were obtained for the computation. Through this analytical approach, the flow pattern could be predicted fairly well. The computational results also show that the location of the air vent plays an important key role in determining the efficiency of the condenser.

Concerning the actual characteristics of Italian men's fashion design, the following conclusions can be obtained from an analysis of the works of Gianni Versace. First, regarding the use of patterns, existing patterns are enlarged, reduced, and transformed. Second, chosen patterns are closely examined and analysed before actual use. Third, the transfusion of unexpected patterns can be seen as the shapes of various combinations. Fourth, inspired patterns from art works or based on some exotic mood are also devised and used. Last, the selected patterns are used in an items of outerwear and innerwear. Furthermore, once a pattern is chosen, it is coordinated at the same time with a complete outfit of shirts, pants, suits, etc.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective way of finding injurious factors and making improved plan that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at a semi-finished medical product fabricating company A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the company with similar working conditions and process.

Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the autopart company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics and styles of wearing scarves in the contemporary fashion. Scarf-wearing styles found in the contemporary fashion are as follows: 1) Scarves are used as gorgeous hair accessories which are tied around the head like a headband, turban. 2) The second style is to wear scarves around the neck, which involves a variety of ideas. 3) Shawl-like scarves add elegance and femininity to any outfit when they are draped over the shoulders. 4) Scarves are also worn instead of or in addition to a belt with a dress, skirt, pants. 5) The style is to tie a scarf in knots at the back of the neck and the waist as it is shaped or in a diagonally half-folded shape. 6) You can tie a scarf to your hat or handbag or connect a long scarf to one part of your body.

The purpose of this study is to experiment and develop seamless-effect knitwear design using tubular-jacquard structure in order to find a new method of manufacturing knitwear and to suggest a new design. The study is based on changing the point of view about using the practical technique like the tubular jacquard which has been used mainly for expressing patterns. The result of experimenting this, a piece of fabric is able to being worn as a piece of garment. As for using circular structure of tubular jacquard, a body can be fitted into the big space between front and back part of fabric and seams can be made of small patterns of jacquard fabric. The silhouette, the drape and the result of the garment of this experiment are different from the ordinary outfit. Therefore, the study to find a new way of design and manufacturing should go on to suggest a different form and method.

The purpose of this study is to execute the investigation of injurious factors causing muscle-skeletal diseases at an automotive glass manufacturing company and, on the basis of the results, to enhance productivity by the improvement of working environment. By using an survey and an ergonomic evaluation method, symptoms of muscle-skeletal diseases of workers and working postures at each process were analyzed, and quantitative evaluation of muscle-skeletal disease risk against each process was performed. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. Suggested improvement plan was applied to the workplace step by step and it is confirmed that improvement plan not only removes the injurious factors of muscle-skeletal diseases but also is effective to enhance productivity.
