  • This thesis is mainly on the study of Gongbok(official dress) and Sangbok (usual dress) in the system of official o-utfit of the Song dynasty. The Song dynasty has not left many historical remains due to the vicious cycle of intermittent internal disturbance and several outside invasions. According to the records of the Song dynasty which identified official dress with usual dress saying "the official dress of every government officers is his usual dress" this thesis is concentrated on the study of official dress and usual dress among many different types of official outfit. In the Song dynasty had survived until the year of 1123 from the year of 960 us-ing the four colour system of purple chi-nese red green and blue. The four colour system of purple deep red. green and black of official outfit of the Song dy-nasty the first year of Wonpung's regin and wearing Eodae(fish sack)is a sure sign of influence of the system of the Song dynasty.g dynasty.

  • The cable tray design of an offshore plant production design is to optimally arrange the 3D modeling so that the cable can be installed without interfering with the structural members and various outfit equipment, and it is performed using a PDMS (Plant design management system), which is a 3D CAD system for an offshore plant layout. This study reviewed the development of PML (Programmable macro language) for a PDMS supporting offshore plant cable tray design and examined the efficiency compared to the existing method. Cable tray design PML developed in this paper enables fully parametric design using electrical outfit template library, allowing a rapid response to frequent modifications due to design changes and minimizing repetitive work fatigue by reflecting the accumulated design experience. In addition, the developed system was applied to the offshore plant structure module and it improved the work efficiency by more than 50% compared to the existing method.

  • The Gollyongpo was worn by the King and the Crown Prince in Joseon dynasty as an ordinary wear. The research on the Gollyongpo is focused on the historic record of Joseon dynasty, Joseonwangjosillok. This study will analyze literature, paintings and relics. First, I have researched Ming's(China) representative document daminghuidian, and excavated relics from the tomb dingling. I examined the usage and characteristic, through various remaining literature data, artifacts and paintings. The Gollyongpo was worn for the various ceremonies as well as an ordinary wear. According to the periode, the style and color had changed. The King wore the red Gollyongpo with 5 clawed dragon pattern, the Crown Prince wore black one with 4 clawed pattern, and the eldest son of the Crown Prince wore black one with 3 clawed dragon emblem. After the Daehan Empire, the Emperor wore gold outfit and the Crown Prince wore red outfit. Sonyongpo recorded in the Gungjungbalgi is concerned as Gollyongpo with narrow straight sleeve, one of the Sejong University Museum's Collection. There is some Possibility that the Gollyongpo painted in Bongsado is woven with dragon design, I would leave this matter for next research task.

  • Acjurumpo is one of the most representatives daily outfit of Joseon Dynasty is a clothes which has a characteristic of having creases under the armhole and it has a lot of chance to use on modern clothes design. This study wants to provide a information on traditional clothes to the public and modernize traditional clothes by designing modern women clothes by adapting Acjurumpo, one of Joseon Dynasty's men' daily outfit which is not very well-known to publics as a link of traditional clothes modernization. Acjurumpo's characteristic is usually having a knife-shape collar and having two sup and one sup, but outside sup of having two sup was more common. There were tongsu, duri, as a example of shape of sleeve. For Mu the combinations were different from Acjurum starting with a shape of trapezoid, triangle to big Mu on a body of side line. For Gorum there were two pairs of long and short Gorum, two pairs of short Gorum or one pair of short or long Gorum. Slit of po was on both side or back. Acjurumpo which was adapted on modern clothes, it was usually used on Hanbok companies that used traditional shape or similar shape to design children' clothes. This study designed three summer one-piece and two winter jacket for women clothes adapting Acjurumpo. And it was designed by using modern material adapting Acjurumpo's characteristics, changing knife-shape collar, Acjurum, mu and Gorum. This study expects for popularization of many traditional clothes developed by modern design in future.

  • By using simulation, fixed location production method and flow production method have been compared to improve the productivity of deckhouse preceding outfitting process. In this paper, we analyze that the suggested flow production system instead of fixed location production can improve productivity. In current preceding outfit production system which adopts fixed location production, where a block occupies an area and does not move until the work finishes. On the other hand, in improved flow production system, the block moves instead of workers and equipment. Though the output of two systems are almost the same when we did not consider the moving time and waiting time of blocks, the flow production will be better when the variability of task time will be reduced.

  • RIM(Reaction Injection Molding) is a widely used method to manufacture middle-large size outfit-part for a prototype car. The main advantage of RIM is the capability of manufacturing a small number of prototype parts with less cost and lead time than injection molding which is the most popular method to manufacture plastic parts. Generally, epoxy resin and RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanization) silicon are used as mold materials for RIM, and the selection of mold materials is usually depended upon the industrial environment of manufactures and it decides overall mold making process and part quality. This paper suggests a new mold making process by consolidating the advantages of epoxy resin and RTV silicon based RIM mold to enhance the parts quality while reducing the manufacturing cost and time and shows the competitiveness of the suggested process compared with conventional methods.
