The rapid growth of investments in mobile service to reach a large and growing body of customers, coupled with low communication costs, has made user acceptance an increasingly critical management issue. The study draws upon the task-technology fit (TTF) model as its theoretical basis and its empirical findings to pragmatically explain the key factors that affect the performance and user acceptance of mobile service in medical field. A total of 110 usable responses were obtained. The findings indicate that the task, technology, and individual user characteristics positively affect task-technology fit and mobile service usage. The task-technology fit and mobile service usage are the dominant factors that affect mobile service performance. The result points out the importance of the fit between technologies and users' tasks in achieving individual performance impact from mobile service in medical arena.
The service offer expectation and the desire of customers to a large-sized rate influence store also increase as a result of such environmental change. the counter where research of a book was upgraded from differentiation pursuit by competition between business condition in business condition in the case of the domestic rate influence store which has put the focus on service strengthening The work shrine which cannot reach here the competition predominance in the domestic market it will be hard coming to secure, when environmental change of inside large-sized rate influence store industry is taken into consideration The research which tried to receive customer service failure recovery carried out actual proof analysis in the influence to which fair nature lateness of a customer attains to the re-purchase intention to this store of customer satisfaction and future by service recovery process for an object in the customer who held service failure recovery experience in the domestic large-sized rate influence store.

This study is designed to evaluate the service quality of public libraries according to managing entities by LibQUAL+ and to devise ways to improve problems based on comparison and analysis of the differences in the service qualities. To achieve this, four public libraries in Seoul according to the managing entities were investigated. They consisted of libraries of public corporations, cultural centers, foundations and universities. Minimum service quality level, desired service quality level and perceived service quality was analyzed based on nine-point Lickertis scale. A survey was employed and consisted of twenty-two items. The results showed that current level of service met the minimum level, yet failed to reach their desired service level. The study suggested that public libraries contracting out to private sector need to actively apply users' demands and the changing environment of libraries, and continue to strive to provide public library users with high quality service through efforts of evaluating and improving the services for their users.

Recently Service Function Chaining (SFC) is promising to innovate the network service mode in modern networks. However, a feasible implementation of SFC is still difficult due to the need to achieve functional equivalence with traditional modes without sacrificing performance or increasing network complexity. In this paper, we present a configurable network service chaining (CNSC) mechanism to provide services for network traffics in a flexible and optimal way. Firstly, we formulate the problem of network service chaining and design an effective service chain construction framework based on integrating software-defined networking (SDN) with network functions virtualization (NFV). Then, we model the service path computation problem as an integer liner optimization problem and propose an algorithm named SPCM to cooperatively combine service function instances with a network utility maximum policy. In the procedure of SPCM, we achieve the service node mapping by defining a service capacity matrix for substrate nodes, and work out the optimal link mapping policies with segment routing. Finally, the simulation results indicate that the average request acceptance ratio and resources utilization ratio can reach above 85% and 75% by our SPCM algorithm, respectively. Upon the prototype system, it is demonstrated that CNSC outperforms other approaches and can provide flexible and scalable network services.
Objective: Objective of this study was to investigate community pharmacy-based pharmaceutical care accessibility in Korea. Survey on the current pharmaceutical care service provision was performed by PM2000 XE, a real-time pharmacy manager program, operated by Korea Pharmaceutical Information Center beginning November 4, 2013 until December 6, 2013 towards all community pharmacies throughout the nation which use the program. Method: The survey questionnaire consisted of four sections: pharmacy type, time-based accessibility, item-based accessibility, and spatial accessibility for non-prescription drugs. Results: Number of pharmacy responded to the survey was 331, and size of the responding pharmacy was mostly medium-scale (66.47%) with 30-99 prescription fillings a day. Proportion of pharmacy with opening hour of 12 hours or longer was only 53.77% and it was less than 25% during saturdays and holidays. Item-based accessibility was generally acceptable for prescription and non-prescription drugs, medical devices, and health supplements. However, spatial accessibility for non-prescription drugs was problematic because only one quarter of the drugs was displayed over the counter, and most of the drugs were behind the counter so that customers could not reach out. Conclusion: Based on the survey result, current situation for accessibility of pharmaceutical care service in Korea is concluded inadequate and therefore needs multidimensional efforts to improve accessibility of the service at national level such as Korea Pharmaceutical Association and Ministry of Health and Welfare.
Through a year's commercial operation, Korea High Speed Railway has solved defectives from several breakages at the beginning and is going into the stage of stable operation. Among issues, wheel wear becomes a matter of primary concerns in view of vehicle's stability and maintenance. It was understood as above that wear status has been improved in the test by which railway system including vehicles and tracks was stabilized during a year's commercial operation, comparing to that with excessive wear in the trial operation prior to opening to the public. To make out wheel's wear status and characteristics of equivalent conicity at present when the service has been introduced a year ago and the average cumulative mileage of vehicles reach almost 500,000km, wheel's wear types were analyzed with the current vehicles in service.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate recognition, attitudes, knowledge, education experience, and education demand regarding physical restraint among laypersons. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 105 randomly recruited laypersons in D city. Excluding 2 incomplete answers, 103 data were analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square test using SPSS 23.0. Results: Laypersons' recognition of physical restraints was rated at 3.37 out of 5 points, and showed a positive perspective. Knowledge on physical restraints was rated at 13.68 out of 18 points and was affected by age and education level (F = 2.845, p = .028)(F = 3.126, p = .029) A majority of the participants had no education on physical restraints. Nevertheless, participants showed intention to receive education in physical restraint to reach further understanding. Conclusion: Education on physical restraints is necessary for lay persons. However, there were education limits for people living in modern times. As an intervention addressing this problem, observing videos on the internet is recommended. Moreover, for advertising/educational purposes, accessing the internet and using smart-phone applications are suggested.

For the power system to keep in a stable operating state, sufficient ancillary services must be available to respond to credible contingency events and return the power system to a satisfactory operating state in the case of contingencies as well as blackout events within specified predefined limits. The logical and reasonable bases of valuing and pricing the ancillary services are required to reach the common ground among market participants. The total amount of black start service transactions is quite small compared to the total ancillary service transactions as well as energy market transactions. Black start services must be provided as one of the ancillary services in the deregulated electricity market. In order to procure and remunerate black start services, it is necessary to quantify the value of the black start sources within the power system. In this paper, an approach to assess the value of the black start service is presented based on the cost-of-service solution. Financial simulation of the influence on market participants for the proposed approach on the service is carried out. The cost of the black start service is allocated in accordance with the principle of "causer pays", and the cost is shared by the producers and consumers equally that created the requirement for the service. Under the present electricity market, the mechanism to recover the cost is not implemented, a new approach to the ancillary services to provide incentive for the service providers has to be studied in the near future.
A bioequivalence study of $Gomcillin^{TM}$ capsules (DAEWOONG Pharmaceutical Co., Korea) to $Famoxin^{TM}$ capsules (Dong Wha Pharm. Ind. Co., Korea) was conducted according to the guideline of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty four healthy male Korean volunteers received each medicine at the amoxicillin dose of 500 mg in a $2{\times}2$ crossover study. There was a one-week wash out period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of amoxicillin were monitored by a high-performance liquid chromatography for over a period of 8 hours after the administration. $AUC_t$ (the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 8 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. $C_{max}$ (maximum plasma drug concentration) and $T_{max}$ (time to reach $C_{max}$) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed $AUC_t$ and $C_{max}$. No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the crossover design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the $AUC_t$ ratio and the $C_{max}$ ratio for $Gomcillin^{TM}/Famoxin^{TM}$ were $log0.91\;{\sim}\;log1.03$ and $;log0.93\;{\sim}\;log1.10$, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of $log0.80\;{\sim}\;log1.25$. Thus, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of $Gomcillin^{TM}$ and $Famoxin^{TM}$ with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.
