Purpose: These experiments were undertaken to evaluate the effect of Onpoeum on ovarian functions and differential gone expressions related with cell viabilities caspase-3, MAPK and MPG in female mice. Methods: We administered the Onpoeum to 6-week-old female ICR mice for 4, 8, or 12 days. With different concentration of Onpoeum, the female mice were injected PMSG and hCG for ovarian hyperstimulation. The mice divided into 3 different groups for each experiment. We chose the Caspase-3 for cell apoptosis, MAPK and MPG genes for cell viability and DNA repair. Results: In case of 4, 8, 12 day of Onpoeum, we were examined the mean number of total ovulated oocytes and the number of morphologically normal oocytes. We were also examined the embryonic developmental competence in vitro. In audition we were examined the differential expression of cell apoptosis, viability and DNA repair related genes, Caspase-3, MAPK and MPG according to concentration and duration of Onpoeum. From these results showed that the administration of Onpoeum played a role of prevention of cell apoptosis and DNA damages and also increased cell proliferation resulted in ovarian functions. Conclusion: It is suggested that the medication of Onpoeum may have beneficial effect on reproductive functions of female mice via prevention of cell apoptosis and DNA damaging and promotion of cell proliferation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review studies investigating the effect of bereavement care provided for parents in the neonatal intensive care unit. Methods: We conducted a literature review of databases (MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, and CINAHL) for studies published in English and four databases (RISS, KISS, NANET, and KoreaMed) for Korean studies. The selection criteria included original articles that evaluated the parents' perceptions or responses to bereavement care provided in the neonatal intensive care unit. Of 889 articles from the initial screening, 66 articles underwent full-text review and five articles were finally selected for analysis. Results: None of the studies was conducted in Korea. Only one study used a randomized control trial design. The forms of bereavement care reviewed included a provision of a memory package, grief information, and emotional and/or social support from peers or health care providers. The effectiveness of bereavement care was measured by including grief, social support, and depression. Conclusion: Bereavement care can be considered to be beneficial for relieving grief reactions and enhancing the personal growth of bereaved parents. Future research should assess the needs of bereaved parents in Korea. Nurses may play a role in developing the bereavement care for parents.

회색문헌은 공개를 목적으로 발간하지 않고. 비영리를 목적으로 정해진 범위내의 이용자만을 위한 내부용 자료이다. 대표적인 회색문헌으로는 기술보고서와 프로시딩, 학위논문이 있으며, 이는 속보성이라는 특성 때문에 연구개발을 위한 핵심자료 가운데 하나이다. 회색문헌의 학술적 가치를 조사한 결과, 회색문헌은 학술논문을 제외하고 단행본보다 그 활용도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다 한편, 해외 회색문헌을 실제적으로 이용하고 관리하는 연구기관의 이용자와 정보센터의 사서를 대상으로 해외 회색문헌의 이용행태도 조사하였다. 그 결과 연구원의 90% 이상이 해외 회색문헌에 대한 원문 이용을 요구하고 있었다. 또한 사서들은 '입수소요시간에 따른 문제'와 '발행정보의 부족'을 해외 회색문헌 활용의 저해요인으로 지적하였다. 회색문헌의 집중 관리에 대해서는 많은 기관들이 필요성은 인정하고 있었으며, 집중관리센터의 주체는 참여 도서관이 동등한 권한과 책임을 갖는 얼라이언스(alliance) 형태를 선호하고 있었다.

Objectives : Generally, pulsation is influenced by climate change in the realms of nature. However, there is a theory explaining a phenomenon in which the pulse gets weaker and even absent for no reason, without affected by diseases; this is the Theory of South and North Politics with which medical practitioners need to be familiar when taking the pulse of patients. Methods : The researcher considered all the previous annotations and the original text of SuWen (素問) ZhiZhenYaoDaLun(至眞要大論). Results : In Five Elements' Evolutions, JiaJi(甲己) becomes Tu(土), which turns itself into the king, an honorable duty. JiaJi is a period of South Politics because it looks south to give an order while the rest eight years is a period of North Politics because they are headed north to receive an order. Conclusions : Since South Politics years look south as a standard, Cun(寸) is located at the south and Chi(尺) is at the north. Controlling the Heaven energy(司天) is located at the south and Effecting the Earth energy(在泉) is at the north. Therefore, if Sanyin is Controlling the Heaven energy(三陰司天), the Cun pulse is absent; if Shaoyin is Controlling the Heaven energy(少陰司天), Cun pulses on both wrists are not felt; if Jueyin is Controlling the Heaven energy(厥陰司天), the Cun pulse on the right wrist disappears; if Taiyin is Controlling the Heaven energy(太陰司天), the Cun pulse on the left wrist is not felt. In the case of Chi, if Sanyin is Effecting the Earth energy(三陰在泉), the Chi pulse is absent; if Shaoyin is Effecting the Earth energy(少陰在泉), Chi pulses on both wrists are not felt; if Jueyin is Effecting the Earth energy(厥陰在泉), the Chi pulse on the right wrist disappears; if Taiyin is Effecting the Earth energy(太陰在泉), the Chi pulse on the left wrist is not felt. North Politics years appears conversely as compared with South Politics years.

Objectives: Ukgan-san does not appear in Traditional Korean Medicine classics. However, it has been used in research and clinical applications in Korea. In this paper, we are aiming to examine the records concerned with Ukgan-san to the present, and announce the present usage state in Korea. Methods: We searched and summarized the contents of previous medical books about Ukgan-san. In order to investigate the current status of utilization of Ukgan-san in Korea, a bibliographic database of Korea, a database of clinical researches, and a database of pharmaceuticals of the Korea Food and Drug Administration were searched. Results: As a result of searching Ukgan-san related documents, Ukgan-san has been developed in China (Ming dynasty). However, its clinical application has been expanded by modern Japanese kampo medicine doctors. In Korea, cases of Parkinson's disease, other movement disorders, and psychiatric disorders have been reported, and randomized controlled trials had been done and planned. In addition, some extracts which are consisted of Ukgan-san are also available. Conclusions: In Korea, Ukgan-san has been influenced by Japan and has been used for clinical and research purposes. The utilization rate in Korea is still small, but the utilization rate will increase according to the results of clinical studies.

이 논문은 한 권의 절판도서를 선정해 ePub과 PDF로 실제 제작을 해봄으로써 효율적이고 경제적인 방법으로 절판도서를 전자책으로 복간(復刊)하는 방법을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 결과적으로 PDF 전자책은 텍스트 원본이 없는 경우가 많은 2000년대 이전의 절판서적과 레이아웃이 복잡하여 ePub으로 제작하기 어려운 종이책을 전자화하는데 경제적 효용성이 있으며, 옛날 책만이 가진 감성을 그대로 재현함으로써 문화적인 가치도 있었다. PDF 전자책 출간을 위해선 무엇보다 도서의 현황을 한 눈에 볼 수 있는 체계적인 시스템을 통해 절판도서에 대한 적합한 저작권 이익의 배분과 유통플랫폼의 다양화로 저작권을 가지고 있는 출판사가 보다 적극적으로 전자책 출간을 고려할 수 있는 환경을 만드는 것이 필요하다. 전자책 제작을 망설이는 영세한 출판사나 저작자가 보다 적극적인 자세로 전자책 출간을 고려해 볼 수 있도록 시뮬레이션 역할을 제공하는데 의의를 가진다.

프로버넌스 데이터는 데이터의 근원 정보나 변경 이력을 표현하는 메타데이터이다. 프로버넌스 정보는 변경 이력 정보가 쌓이면서 원본데이터와 비교하여 수십 배에 달하는 양을 차지한다. 따라서 대용량의 프로버넌스 데이터를 효율적으로 압축하기 위한 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 RDF 그래프 패턴을 고려한 프로버넌스 압축 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 표준 PROV 모델을 기반으로 프로버넌스를 표현하고 텍스트 인코딩을 통해 프로버넌스 데이터를 숫자로 인코딩한다. 그래프 패턴을 이용하여 RDF 데이터와 프로버넌스 데이터를 압축한다. 제안하는 기법은 기존 프로버넌스 압축 기법과는 달리 시맨틱 웹상의 RDF 문서를 고려하여 프로버넌스 데이터를 압축한다. 압축률, 처리시간에 대한 성능 평가를 통해 제안하는 기법의 우수성을 증명한다.

The purpose of this work aims to analyse the principles of good faith under international transaction with CLOUT and UNILEX cases. Article 7(1) CISG sets the stage for the interpretation by promoting a uniform approach using good faith and the international charter of the convention. In other words, article 7(1) defines the purpose and the principle of interpretation and is applied to the Convention as a whole. As such, it also includes article 7(2), which goes beyond the big picture and settles the problems of gap filling. It is also important to understanding that the mandate of the CISG is to look for a solution, which is not only restricted to interpretation but extends to solving a problem. The problem in this work is to find out how gap filling is achieved and, because of the autonomous mandate of interpretation, to explain and understand its relationship with domestic law. The solution to the interpretation of article 7(2) must be found within the four corners of the CISG. To restate, article 7(2) describes two situations where gap filling is needed. First, if the matter is governed by the Convention but not expressly settled, then a gap must be filled in conformity with general principles on which it is based. Second, if the matter is not covered then the gap must be filled taking domestic law into consideration. There are two reasons why a matter may not be covered by the Convention. First and most obviously, it has been specifically exclude from the sphere of Application by the CISG itself, such as validity in article 4. Second, changes in business methods will lead to gaps. The United Nations has established a service known as CLOUT. This contains abstracts of hundreds of selected decisions of both courts and arbitration tribunals. And UNILEX is cosponsored by the Italian Centre for Comparative and Foreign Law Studies and UNIDROIT Contract Principles. The cases are in abstract format, but, when available, the full text of the case in the original language is also supplied.

Distension of hydrops is the pathosis that the hydration is retented in abdomen and that is caused by disturbance of hydrometabolism. Most of hydrops belongs to Consolidation. In part of OhRyungJinAek-Byeul of Youngchu"靈樞 五癃津液別", the general explanation of hydrops is briefed. But there was nothing about pathogenesis, pathology, symptoms and the method of treatment. The part SuChang of Youngchu "靈樞 水脹" divided it by Superficial-swelling, Hidden-swelling, Ovarian-hydrops, Stony-uterin-mass and explained it to cure by Category of pathology. So, the books JeByeongWonHuRon"諸病源候論" ChonGeumYoBang"千金要方", WoiDaeBiYo"外臺秘要", TaePyeungSeongHyeBang"太平聖惠方", BoJeBang"普濟方", EuiHakGangMok"醫學綱目", DongEuiBoGam"東醫寶鑑" etc. published later, show the method of treatments and medications with quotation the original text of this part. And it is convinced that more profound research of this part is inevitable to understand the correct meaning of hydrops that explained by many of ancient medical scholars, and to apply it to clinical medicine. There is an explanation on Distension hydrops in the prologue of this part. And t six kinds of disease in this part is simila to edema, so it is called SuChang"水脹", pathology of Edema. Superficial-swellin Hidden-Swelling is reported in the fir chapter, differential diagnosis of Ovarian-hydrops, Stony-uterin-mass is rep in the second chapter, and treatment Superficial swelling. Hidden Swelling reported in the third chapter. Briefly looking over that chapter, Distension of hydrops is recognized as stay of hydration at the abdomen as a result of disturbance of hydrometabolism and it says about symtoms, pathogenesis, pathology, differential diagnosis, treatment of Hydrops Superficial-swelling Hidden-swelling Ovarian-hydrops Stony-uterinmass. And it says about a few things that Superficial-swelling, Hidden-swelling could be differentiated by colors of skin and distension of abdomen, and Ovarian-hydrops, Stony-ulerin-mass could be differentiated that it occurs which sex and whether mensturation occurs or not, and treatment of Superficial-swelling, Hidden-swelling, Ovarian-hydrops.

디지털 워터마킹(digital watermarking)이란 영상이나 비디오, 오디오, 텍스트 등의 저작물에 잘 식별되지 않는 표시를 삽입하여 저작권을 보호하는 방법으로 소유권자의 동의 없이 저작물을 배포, 복사되는 것을 방지하는 방법이다. 주파수 공간에서의 적응형(adaptive) 워터마킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 워터마크를 삽입하기 위해서 사인(sin)함수와 코사인(cos)함수를 이용한 푸리에(Fourier) 급수전개를 이용하였다. 우선, 원 이미지를 주파수 영역을 변환한 다음 워터마크를 삽입할 위치를 저주파 대역으로 한정지어 결정하였으며, M 개의 파형을 가장 직교성(orthogonality)이 좋다고 하는 사인함수와 코사인함수를 이용하여 푸리에 급수 전개를 하였다. 이때, 사인과 코사인의 n 차 고조파는 Random Sequence를 발생하여 결정하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 이와 같이 푸리에급수전개를 했을 때 각 항의 푸리에 계수를 산출하여 이 푸리에계수에 워터 마크를 삽입하였다. 실험결과 JPEG 압축, 블러링(Bluring), 노이즈 삽입 등의 이미지 왜곡에 대하여 워터마크 상관관계가 최소 0.5467에서 최대 0.9507까지의 견고성(robustness)을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 256$\times$256 크기의 8비트 256 명암값(gray-level)을 갖는 Lenna 이미지를 이용하였다.
