중소기업의 IT 거버넌스 구조에 관한 연구: 다중상황관점으로 (A Study on IT Governance of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Korea : With Multiple Contingencies Perspective)

  • 기존의 IT 거버넌스 연구에 따르면 비록 비슷한 환경, 규모, 산업에 속하는 기업이라도 IT 거버넌스 구조가 다양한 형태로 존재하고 있다고 밝히고 있으며, 이는 단일요인에 의한 영향이라기 보다는 다중상황요인들의 영향에 의한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 기업들의 IT 활동에 대한 의사결정의 권한과 책임이 누구에게 있는지를 파악하기 위해 IT 의사결정 구조에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아내고, 다중상황이론을 적용하여 IT 거버넌스 연구모형 개발하고, 이를 통해 국내 중소기업의 IT 거버넌스 구조를 파악하였다. 자료분석을 통해 국내 기업의 IT 거버넌스는 주로 분권형과 하이브리드 구조이고, IT 거버넌스 구조가 본 연구에서 제시된 상황요인들로부터 동시적이고 다중적인 영향을 받는다는 사실을 확인하였다.

Evidence Based Practice in Long Term Care Settings

  • Purpose: The purpose of this manuscript is to discuss the need for use of evidence based practice (EBP) in LTC, the current use of evidence in long term care facilities and what we know about adoption of the use of EBP in LTC. Methods: Literature review and reporting of findings from the M-TRAIN study that was a quasi-experimental design to test the effectiveness of an intervention to increase the use of EBPs for urinary incontinence and pain in 48 LTC facilities. Results: Barriers to adopting EBPs include lack of available time, lack of access to current research literature, limited critical appraisal skills, excessive literature to review, non-receptive organizational culture, limited resources, and limited decision-making authority of staff to implement change. Strategies to promote adoption of EBP include the commitment of management; the culture of the home; leadership; staff knowledge, time, and reward; and facility size, complexity, the extent that members are involved outside the facility, NH chain membership, and high level of private pay residents. Findings from the M-TRAIN add, stability of nurse leader and congruency between the leaders perception of their leadership and the staff's perception of the leadership. Conclusion: There is clear evidence of the need and the benefits to residents of LTC and to the health care system yet adoption of EBP continues to be slow and sporadic. There is also evidence for the process of establishing best evidence and many resources to find the available EBPs. The urgent need now is finding ways to best get the EBPs implemented in LTC. There is growing evidence about best methods to do this but continued research is needed. Clearly, residents in LTC deserve the best care possible and EBPs represent an important vehicle by which to do this.

  • Determining of Strategic Business Units in the organization is a major critical process for improving the organizational performance. On increasing the demands for extension in function of health center, many health centers are trying to provide the various services. But most health center determined the kind and level of service without scientific considerations. The purposes of this study are to develope the model for determination of strategic business units in health center and to test the availability of implementation for it. Our model is rooted from the McKinsey matrix analysis of Product Portfolio Analysis which used widely in marketing field. We modified the evaluation criteria of the McKinsey matrix analysis for health care field appropriately. Our evaluation criteria are categorized into two concepts; contribution of service, availability of service. At first, in terms of contribution of service, market size, market growth rate, needs and demands of regional people, existences of alternative services in that region, correspondence with health policy. The other component, availability of service are included the availability of manpower, financial availability, the level of knowhow on service, acceptance of health care manpower. In the result of analysis, we could conclude that antismoking and antialcoholics education programs, health screening program are important strategically in that aspects of contributions and availability of services. Also, vaccination program is important in that aspect of service availability and diet and exercise program, health library are meaningful in the aspect of service contribution. Therefore, we think that efforts to investigate the evaluation criteria for priority setting or determination of service area in health center are useful challenges.

Development and Validation of a Practical Instrument for Injury Prevention: The Occupational Safety and Health Monitoring and Assessment Tool (OSH-MAT)

  • Background: The Occupational Safety and Health Monitoring and Assessment Tool (OSH-MAT) is a practical instrument that is currently used in the German woodworking and metalworking industries to monitor safety conditions at workplaces. The 12-item scoring system has three subscales rating technical, organizational, and personnel-related conditions in a company. Each item has a rating value ranging from 1 to 9, with higher values indicating higher standard of safety conditions. Methods: The reliability of this instrument was evaluated in a cross-sectional survey among 128 companies and its validity among 30,514 companies. The inter-rater reliability of the instrument was examined independently and simultaneously by two well-trained safety engineers. Agreement between the double ratings was quantified by the intraclass correlation coefficient and absolute agreement of the rating values. The content validity of the OSH-MAT was evaluated by quantifying the association between OSH-MAT values and 5-year average injury rates by Poisson regression analysis adjusted for the size of the companies and industrial sectors. The construct validity of OSH-MAT was examined by principle component factor analysis. Results: Our analysis indicated good to very good inter-rater reliability (intraclass correlation coefficient = 0.64-0.74) of OSH-MAT values with an absolute agreement of between 72% and 81%. Factor analysis identified three component subscales that met exactly the structure theory of this instrument. The Poisson regression analysis demonstrated a statistically significant exposure-response relationship between OSH-MAT values and the 5-year average injury rates. Conclusion: These analyses indicate that OSH-MAT is a valid and reliable instrument that can be used effectively to monitor safety conditions at workplaces.

다중매개모델에서 bootstrapping기법을 이용한 흡수능력의 매개효과 분석 (A Mediation Analysis of Absorption Capacity by Bootstrapping Technique in Multiple Mediator Model)

  • 매개효과 검정기법으로 널리 사용하고 있는 Baron and Kenny 접근법, Sobel, Aroian, Goodman 검정법들의 통계적 검정력이 약할 뿐만 아니라, 정확하지 않다는 비판이 대두되면서, bootstrapping 기법이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 bootstrapping 기법을 토대로 세 개 이상의 변수로 구성된 다중매개모델에서의 매개효과 검정을 위해 가상의 phantom 변수를 도입하여 검정하였다. 특히, 경영전략분야의 자원기준관점 연구에서 진행되고 있는 조직자원과 매개변수 흡수능력, 그리고 기술사업화역량 관계 모델을 다중매개모델로 설정하여, bootstrapping 접근방법과 phantom 변수 설정을 통해 총간접효과 크기와 유의확률을 계산하고, 흡수능력의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과 매우 효율적이고, 체계적인 매개효과 검정이 가능하였음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인적자원과 물적자원의 자원 특성에 따라 흡수능력의 매개 특성도 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

간호단위문화와 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관계 (A Study on Nursing Unit Culture, Efficiency on Nursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this descriptive, correlational study was to identify, describe the patterns of nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the hospital setting, and to analyze the relationships between nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the characteristic of the subjects The subject consisted of 223 nurses who were employed in medical & surgical units of 3 different University hospitals in Seoul. Data collection was done in November, 1996 by means of questionnaire. The instruments used for this study were the questionnaire based on the Nursing unit cultural assessment tool developed by Coeling(1993), Nursing performance scale used by Yoon(1991), Job satisfaction scale developed by Slavitt, et al.(1978) and Turnover intention scale used by Lee(1995). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA. The summarized results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the nursing unit culture between individual cultural behavior and group cultural behavior. 2. There was positive correlation between nursing unit culture, nursing performance and job satisfaction. 3. There was negative correlation between nursing unit culture and turnover intention. 4. There was significant difference in nursing performance efficiency according to the age, educational level, professional carrier in the nursing unit, in the hospital. 5. There was significant difference in turnover intention according to the age, educational level. According to these results, the following implications can be made ; 1. It needs to study on the nursing unit culture in other size hospitals and compare them to these results. 2. It is necessary to assess nursing unit culture and endeaveor good climate for the nursing organizational outcomes and prepare the training course of leadership of nurse manager. 3. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on assessment of staff nurses' cultural behavior in case of nurses' orientation, allocation, recruitment, continuning education, so that staff nurses' performance and job satisfaction will be increased and trunover intention will be decreased.

한.중.일 3개국 B2C 전자상거래의 전반적 물류서비스 품질 영향경로와 고객성과에 관한 실증적 비교연구 (An Empirical Comparative Study of Overall Service Quality Path on Consumer Performance of B2C Electronic Commerce in Korea, China and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 한 중 일 3개국을 대상으로 B2C 인터넷 쇼핑몰 환경에서 전반적 물류서비스 품질의 영향경로를 비교분석하는 것이다. 문헌연구를 통해 연구가설을 도출하였고 실증적 분석은 구조방정식모델을 활용하였다. 설문자료는 한국, 중국 및 일본에서 787부의 유효표본이 수집되었다. 실증적 분석결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 전반적 물류서비스 품질은 고객확신성 및 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 고객확신성과 고객만족은 전반적 물류서비스 품질과 고객성과에서 매개적 역할을 수행한다. 셋째, 전반적 물류서비스 품질이 고객확신성과 고객만족에 미치는 국가 간 영향력의 차이는 유사하나 고객확신성과 고객만족이 고객성과에 미치는 영향력에서는 국가 간 유의미한 차이가 발견되었다.

IT서비스 기술인력의 경력지향성에 따른 교육요구 분석 (An Analysis on Educational Needs by Career Orientations of IT Service Technical Engineers)

  • 본 연구는 IT서비스 기술인력의 경력지향성에 따른 교육요구 분석을 실시하였습니다. 첫째, IT서비스 기술인력에 대한 5가지 경력지향성 유형을 제시하였다, 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성(연령, 학력)과 직업적 특성(직무, 업무경력, 조직규모, 근속년수)이 IT서비스 기술인력의 경력지향성과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, IT서비스 기술인력의 5가지 경력지향성 유형이 교육요구와 어떠한 관련이 있는지 살펴보았다. IT서비스 기술인력 133명을 대상으로 한 자료분석 결과, 인구통계 및 직업적 특성은 그들의 경력지향성과 유의한 관련성이 있었으며, 또한 경력지향성 유형은 그들의 교육요구와도 유의한 관련성이 있다는 점을 밝혔다.

정보화전략계획수립 의무화대상 설정에 관한 탐색적 연구-공공부문을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on the Selection of Mandatory Subjects for Information Strategic Planning - Focused on Public Sector)

  • 정부는 공공부문 정보화사업의 체계적인 추진과 더불어 정보화사업에 대한 효율성을 강화하기 위하여 정보화사업을 추진하는 경우 반드시 정보화전략계획수립을 의무화하고 있다. 그러나 정보화계획수립 필요성이 높은 사업임에도 명확한 판단기준의 부재로 정보화계획수립 없이 사업이 진행됨으로써 정보화사업 추진의 타당성이 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구는 공공부문 정보화사업에서 정보화전략계획수립의 실효성을 담보하기 위해 정보화전략계획수립 의무화대상을 명확히 판단하기 위한 판단기준을 마련하고자하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 델파이방법을 통해서 공공부문 정보화사업의 정보화전략계획수립 의무화를 결정하는 결정요인과 판단모델을 설정하였다. 또한, 설문조사를 통해 정보화전략계획수립 의무화 판단모델에서의 4가지 결정요인들에 대한 타당성과 각 결정요인별 세부적인 판단기준을 파악하였다. 최종적으로 전문가집단에 의한 FGI를 통해서 설문조사 결과를 분석하고 정보화전략계획수립 의무화 대상 판단기준(안)을 제시하였다. 한편, 본 연구결과는 정부차원에서 정보화전략계획수립 의무화에 대한 정책결정과 예산작성지침으로써의 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전자상거래의 환경분석과 대응전략에 관한 연구 -전라북도 기업을 중심으로- (An Study on the Environment Analysis and the Correspondence Strategy of Electronic Commerce)

  • The current economic environmental changes such as globalization, information and opening of the market is calling for or needing the more rapid change of management and/or marketing strategies of the company than they did before to survive in tile borderless international competition. Under this situation, this study focuses on the correspondence strategies of Electronic Commerce which is one of the key elements to overcome or lead the above demands through seeking the problems of the current EC acception and application specially in Chollabuk Do province. For the above purpose, this study surveys the questionary with business firms of above area and figures out what is the correlation between business form and size and EC acception and application and what is the problems on it. And than provides several counter strategies which are following based on the survey to keep this area companies from out of business and lead the above economic environmental changes. To expand the adoption and application of EC to this area, firstly, top managers of the company must recognize the necessity and importance of EC compared with traditional commerce and change their perception and attitude concerning EC positively, and than try to accept it as soon as possible. Secondly, the company need the retained earning to invest to EC and educate their managers and employees with total participation. Thirdly, local government has to improve its attention to EC as a best way or opportunity to reduce and overcome the economical gap and development its economy because EC can remove the physical time or distance and space, scale and capital limitations. Finally, government has to expand and establish information infrastructure such as technical infrastructure(communication and security technology), Functional infrastructure like standard protocol, Organizational infrastructure(interchange agreement, relative law) and social infrastructure to improve efficient electronic transaction which can Increase the company' international compatitiveness under the current economy trend.
