All activities relate to railway traffic involve risk and that these arise from a combination of the nature of operating activities. Proper management system is required to provide the organizational capability to reveal, analyse and address these weaknesses over time and in reasonably practicable ways, which will determine the rate at which risks can be further reduced. This paper presents a systematic risk analysis approach to safety planning and decision making, informed by a range of risk assessment techniques. An railway organization's safety management system is also presented that shows the approaches taken to minimize the external risks, and identify the shared risks and explain how they will be controlled through collaboration with others.

In conclusion, the seemingly fuzzy and disorganized data of biology with thousands of different layers ranging from molecule to the Internet have refused so far to be mapped precisely and predicted successfully by mathematicians, physicists or computer scientists. Genomics and bioinformatics are the fields that process such complex data. The insights on the nature of biological entities as complex interaction networks are opening a door toward a generalization of the representation of biological entities. The main challenge of genomics and bioinformatics now lies in 1) how to data mine the networks of the domains of bioinformatics, namely, the literature, metabolic pathways, and proteome and structures, in terms of interaction; and 2) how to generalize the networks in order to integrate the information into computable genomic data for computers regardless of the levels of layer. Once bioinformatists succeed to find a general principle on the way components interact each other to form any organic interaction network at genomic scale, true simulation and prediction of life in silico will be possible.

The recent advent of next-generation sequencing technologies has dramatically changed the nature of biomedical research. Human genetics is no exception－it has never been easier to interrogate human patient genomes at the nucleotide level to identify disease-associated variants. To further facilitate the efficiency of this approach, whole exome sequencing (WES) was first developed in 2009. Over the past three years, multiple groups have demonstrated the power of WES through robust disease-associated variant discoveries across a diverse spectrum of human diseases. Here, we review the application of WES to different types of inherited human diseases and discuss analytical challenges and possible solutions, with the aim of providing a practical guide for the effective use of this technology.

Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. KR(Korea Railroad) has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, KR has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Experts take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Experts' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

디지털도서관의 도입은 앞으로 정보의 창출 및 확산, 이응과 관련된 사람들에게 지대한 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구자서는 디지털도서관의 특성과 함께 디지털도서관 환경 하에서의 정보의 공급과 수요의 변화요인 등을 분석하였다. 즉 지식의 증가와 출판시스템을 살펴보았고, 공급과 수요 측면의 불균형의 요인이 되고 있는 도서관의 재정자원, 그리고 이를 위한 비용분석 방법론을 제시하였다. 또한 전자출판과 데이터베이스의 유형을 비교하고, 마지막으로 혁신적인 경영기법인 TQM과 리엔지니어링을 통해 도서관 조직의 혁신의 필요성을 논하였다.

In a study, the selection of a relevant methodology cannot be determined without an effort First of all, the philosophical view or understanding of the nature of a study area will be agreed, based on which a series of judgment will be performed on a process identifying a foundation or a validity of a knowledge. The findings are as follows. First, it analyzed the trend of food serviceㆍculinary art-related studies by subject and examined its awareness. The most studies are related to trend analysisㆍfood service, 104 papers, following by financial and strategic fulfillment, 76 papers. Service quality and customer-related studies are 38, individual and organization-related studies are 31 papers, education training 18 papers, while legal review are only 2 papers. Second, for trend analysis and awareness on study methodology, research study is at the first, 39%, following by literature study, 38.7%. Most studies are performed research and literature studies together.

According to the dynamic changes in the business environment, the structural transformation of firms has had an observable trend. An increasingly large number of firms have been transforming into either project-based organizations or project expert groups. This study aims to investigate the antecedents required for the optimal level of empowerment with consideration of the project-based team environmental nature and job characteristic. Three factors are applied to measure the significant effects on psychological empowerment as the result variables. To determine the antecedents and consequent factors of psychological empowerment, employees' interviews and precedent studies are used. For the empirical study, four determinants of empowerment variables are modeled into a second-order reflective construct. This study finds that psychological empowerment significantly affects performance. Therefore, this study can serve as a guideline for development and operating methods for project success.

Often arrangement for effective product assessment and audit have not been completely satisfactory. The underlying reasons are: (a) The lack of early evidence of new unit quality. (b) The collection and processing of data. (c) Ineffective data analysis techniques. (d) The variability of information on which decision making is based. Because of the nature of the product the essential outputs from an affective QA organization would be: (a) Confirmation of new unit quality. (b) Detection of failures which are either epidemic or slowly degradatory. (c) Identification of failure cases. (d) Provision of management information at the right time to effect the necessary corrective action. The heart of an effective QA scheme is the acquisition and processing of data. With the advent of data processing for quality monitoring becomes feasible in an automotive testing environment. This paper shows how the method enables us to use Automotive Testing data for the cost benefits of QA management.

This study contains three themes as follows concerning the state of mathematics education and the textbooks in east and west germany before unification and in unified germany. The first subject is the investigations of the organization of the school systems and of the syllabus of mathematics in east germany in those days. Second, we analyzed the process of preparation for integration before unification, the nature of integration policies and the convention for the unification. Finally, we compare and analyze the similarities and differences in east and west german mathematics textbooks for middle school students combining those in south and north Korea, and further we suggest tasks to be studied in future research.

Globalization, unpredictable markets, increased products customization and frequent changes in products, production technologies and machining systems have become a complexity in today's manufacturing environment. One key strategy for coping with the evolution of this situation is to develop or apply an enable technology such as intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing system (IMS) is characterized by decentralized, distributed, networked compositions of heterogeneous and autonomous systems. The model of IMS is inherited from the organization of the living systems in biology and nature so that the manufacturing system has the advanced characteristics inspired from biology such as self-adaptation, self-diagnosis, and selfhealing. To prove this concept, an innovative system with applying the advanced information and communication technology such as internet of things, cognitive agent are proposed to integrate, organize and allocate the machining resources. Innovative system is essential for modern machining system to flexibly and quickly adapt to new challenges of manufacturing environment.
