비행교육을 위한 지정전문교육기관 비교분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the Comparative Analysis and Improvement Direction of Approved Training Organization for Pilot)

  • 현재 항공 산업 분야에 우수한 조종사를 공급하기 위해 전 세계적으로 전문교육기관 제도 (ATO; approved training organization)를 활용하고 있다. 세계적으로 활용되는 이 제도는 각 국가에 맞는 실정으로 변형되어 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 조종사 양성 전문교육기관의 운영방식 및 교육 환경을 자세히 살펴보고, 국제민간항공기구의 국제표준, 미국, 유럽, 캐나다 등과 일본, 중국, 싱가포르 등 주변국의 비행 교육기관 운영방식 및 비행교육 환경을 비교하여 차이점을 도출함으로써 우리나라 전문교육기관 제도와 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 비교하였다. 이러한 비교자료를 기반으로 해당 업무 종사자들의 설문 조사를 통해 국내 항공안전법 전문교육기관 지정기준에서 설정하고 있는 학과 수업 양에 대한 만족도가 설문대상의 특성에 따라 큰 차이가 있었고 학과 수업과목에 따라 중요도의 차이가 발생하였다.

개성공단에서의 남북상사중재위원회 구성.운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organization and Operation of the Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee in Gaeseong Complex)

  • As all aspects of international activity have kept growing in good transaction, transnational investments, joint ventures, and the licensing of intellectual property, it is inevitable for disputes to increase across national frontiers. International disputes can be settled by arbitration and ADR. In the situation presented in the paper, any dispute shall be finalized by arbitration and conciliation in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex. Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex has become the principal method of resolving disputes in trade, commerce, and investment in accordance with the "Agreement on South-North Commercial Dispute Settlement Procedures," "Agreement on Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee," and the Annexed Agreement on "Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee" (2013). But the follow-up measures of the said agreements have not been fulfilled. Some prerequisite measures of the Inter-Korean commercial arbitration must be satisfied. In order to proceed with arbitration and conciliation in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex, we need to ask the following: Does the status of an arbitrational matter? Should an agreement to arbitrate contain a choice of law clause? Should one provide for one arbitrator or three? How should the arbitrators be selected? What is the relation between party-appointed arbitrators and the presiding arbitrator (neutral arbitrator)? Do arbitrators compromise more than the litigation? Can conciliation be combined with arbitration? To execute the enactment of arbitration regulations, the contents of the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (South) and the Korea International Trade Arbitration Committee (North), together with the Korean Arbitration Act and External Arbitration Act of North Korea and the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law and UNCITRAL l Arbitration Rules are reflected in the Rules. There are many aspects of the Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration. It is essential to understand key elements; namely, the arbitration agreement, appointment of arbitrator, arbitral proceeding and arbitral award, and enforcement and setting aside of arbitral award. This research deals with five chapters. Chapter 1 provides the introduction. Chapter 2 deals with trade volume between South and North Korea and the kinds of dispute in Gaeseong. Chapter 3 addresses contents and follow-up measures of the agreement on the "South-North Commercial Dispute Settlement Procedures," "Agreement on Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee," and the Annexed Agreement on "Organization and Operation of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration Committee" (2013). Chapter 4 features the problems and tasks of the pertinent agreements. Chapter 5 gives the conclusion. Enabling parties to find an amicable solution to the dispute in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex can lead to a useful and appropriate framework either through direct negotiation or by resorting to conciliation or mediation in accordance with pertinent agreements and follow-up measures contained in the agreements.

  • Today, many companies have introduced an ERP system - an enterprise resources planning - in order to improve corporate credibility through transparent management and for quick responses to market situations through quick decision making. After the construction of an ERP system, many companies are having difficulty in calculating the appropriate number of personnel required for running the system because of a lack of standard for doing so, as well as a lack of pertinent procedures. As a result, the companies are having to resort to a trial-and-error approach. Therefore this paper studied a model for calculating the appropriate number of personnel required for efficiently running an ERP system after its construction, as well as for constantly meeting its performance targets. The developed model was applied empirically to calculate an appropriate number of personnel required, and an organization was set up according to this. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to present an optimized model for calculating the number of personnel required for operating an ERP system, that which addresses problems of existing models, in order to help companies organize the operation personnel and its size, as well as to provide more objectivity to the calculated number of personnel required and to improve credibility.

친환경농업 생산조직 참여결정 요인분석 - 충남지역을 중심으로 - (Determinants of Participation in Environment-Friendly Agricultural Production Organization - Focusing on Chungnam Area -)

  • It has continuously promoted to scale up the agricultural management body in order to cope with the market-opening pressure such as the UR negotiation, the DDA negotiation, and more conclusions of FTAs and to enhance the competitiveness of our agriculture. This study evaluated the factors associated with production organization participation centered on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in order to improve the production efficiency of environmentally-friendly agriculture in the aspect of production. In order to achieve this objective, this study evaluated the factors that contributed to participating in an organization using the bivariate probit model focusing on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in Chungnam. This study examined the validity and reliability of the study model through exploratory factor analysis. The results of factor analyses identified four factors: "distribution", "production", "organization operation", and "social capital". The results of the bivariate probit model showed that distribution significantly affected production activities and distribution, organization operation, agricultural income, and gender significantly influenced sale activities. Environmentally-friendly production organization had not been able to provide the productive support that was needed for local farmers to produce environmentally-friendly agricultural products in a region. Additionally, farming education did not provide the information needed by the farmers. Although producers had a network within a production organization, it was operated mainly for administrators. Therefore, participants felt somewhat lacking. This study identified the level of organization of producer organizations in Chungnam area, where environmentally-friendly agriculture is well activated. This study suggested implications for future production organization participation by evaluating factors affecting participation quantitatively.

공공정보화사업 제안요청서 품질분석 : 시스템 운영 개념을 중심으로 (Quality Analysis of the Request for Proposals of Public Information Systems Project : System Operational Concept)

  • The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

호텔 주방조직의 효율성에 관한 고찰 (A Study of Effective Kitchen Organization)

  • In last few decades Food and Beverage industry has being treated as an important sector in modern industrial society due to more disposable income and the changes of social, and cultural life style in Korea. Especially the kitchen takes part in an important role in F&B industry and it's study should be done in various aspects. therefore, this study is focussed on the efficient organization and operation of the kitchen. Organization means act of organizing or condition of being organized or organized system. In this study, organization is being examined on the background of the organization theory from the industrial revolutionary period untill present. And the Korean cooking history which takes part of kitchen organization has been analyzed and compared with that of the Western. The improved kitchen organization was presented through all the above in this study. And all the efforts toward the development in kitchen organization to be tried under the close relationship with the technological, ,kitchen functional, managerial and concerned subsidiary systematic situations. We can try to improve the creativeness and progress for organization through all these challenges.

  • Concurrent Engineering is one of the information-based product development approach. Yet, the method of organizing the project team for the concurrent engineering is not clear. This study focuses on deriving a method to organize an information-based project team. The model consists of 4 layers : IT infrastructure, organization of the information-based project team, operation of the project team, an organization culture. Based on an analysis of new product development case, this study attempts to verify the model and to suggest more effective way of organization design and management for new product development.

위성 임무운영팀 동향 (The Trend of Satellite Mission Operations Team)

  • 위성의 임무운영팀 조직은 운영되는 위성의 개수,탑재체 운영지원의 여부,임무운영센터 내에서의 안테나 운영 여부, 지상시스템 자동화 정도 및 임무운영에 대한 기술지원 기능 여부에 따라서 다양한 구성이 존재할 수 있다. 위성운영 업무를 담당하는 운영조직의 구성이나 기능은 임무운영의 복잡도에 따라 약간씩 차이가 있으나 대부분의 위성운영센터는 단일 또는 복합 임무운영 지원을 위해 유사한 조직 구성을 갖는다. 항우연 임무운영센터는 아리랑위성1호 발사(1999년 12월 21일)이후 임무운영팀의 업무를 시작한 이래, 아리랑 위성 2호, 아리랑위성 3호와 5호 및 통신해양기상위성에 대한 다중임무운영의 개념으로 진화하고 있다. 본 동향에서는 본격적인 다중임무운영에 앞서 체계적인 임무운영센터의 조직을 구성하고자 해외 선진 임무운영 개념에 대한 권고사항과 실제 적용되고 있는 사례를 살펴본 후, 항우연 임무운영센터의 현재 현황과 비교분석함으로써 조직 운영의 적합성과 향후 발전방향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

대학 기술이전.사업화 전담조직 운영제도의 성과와 과제 (A Study on the Management System of Special Organization for University Technology Transfer and Commercialization)

  • 오늘날 대학의 주요 임무 중의 하나가 산학연 협력 및 교류를 통한 사회적기여 활동이다. 특히 보유기술의 이전 및 사업화를 통한 산업발전의 지원과 이를 통한 수익창출 활동은 대학의 중요한 사명으로서 인식되고 있다. 이와 같은 대학 연구 성과의 확산 및 산학연 협력의 주요 수단이 기술이전 사업화 전담조직을 설치 운영하는 것이며, 우리나라는 2000년대 이후 관련 정책을 본격 추진해나가고 있다. 그러나 제도운영의 역사와 경험이 아직 충분하지 못하고, 일부 제도상의 문제점들도 제기되는 등 아직은 활성화되지 못하고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 우리나라 대학의 기술이전 사업화 전담조직 운영에 관한 제도의 발전 및 그동안의 성과를 분석하고, 현행 운영제도상 제기되는 몇 가지 법제도적 문제점들을 검토하여 발전적인 개선방안을 제시해보고자 한다.

소방공무원의 지진 대응인식이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Earthquake Response Perception on Fire officials on Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 소방공무원의 지진재난 대응을 위한 소방조직구성, 소방지휘능력, 여론운영 등이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 소방조직이 지진재난에 대응하기 위한 실무적 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 전국 소방공무원 159명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 조사자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 소방조직구성, 소방지휘능력, 여론운영 등은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 독립변인의 종속변인에 대한 상대적 기여도는 소방조직구성, 소방지휘능력, 여론운영 순서로 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 분석결과를 통해 정부가 지진대응을 위해 사전에 소방조직 구성, 소방지휘능력 배양, 여론운영이 필요함을 실무적 관점에서 제시하고자 하며 향후 발생할 수 있는 재난에 대비하고자 하는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대해 본다.
