과제유형과 범주전형성에 따른 아동의 회상수행과 조직화책략 발달 (Recall and Development of Organizations Strategy for List Types and Category Typicality in Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate developmental trends in organization strategy for taxonomic and slot-fiber lists and category typicality, use of organization strategy in relation to developmental changes in category knowledge structure, emergent organization capacity and effects in category typicality on children's recall. Moreover, the influences of children's age, use of organization strategy, list types and category typicality on children's recap were figured out. The major results were as follows. 1. Children's recall use of organization strategy increased with age. That is, the older children performed better recap and used organization strategy on both list types than the younger children. 2. AU children performed recall and used organization strategy better for the slot-filler than taxonomic list. The 4-year-olds, however, demonstrated better recap and use of organization strategy for the slot-filler than taxonomic list. While the 6-year-olds and 8-year-olds showed no such differences. These findings were supported the view that script-based slot-filler categories have a strong influence on young children's memory performance. 3. At each age level, children showed higher level of recall and use of organization strategy for category typical than category atypical list. AU children received higher scores for the typical than atypical items on recap and use of organization strategy. 4. Children's age, use of organization strategy, list types, and category typicality of lists significantly predicted children's recap.58% of the variance of children's recap was explained by four variables.

공무원의 학습조직 특성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 상사신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Learning Organization Level on Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focus on the effect of Supervisor Trust)

  • This study is to discover and substantiate the casual relation between Learning Organization and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with Supervisor Trust used as moderating variable. Learning Organization and Organization Citizenship Behavior are used, respectively, as independent and dependent variable, Supervisor Trust as moderating variable. The data for this study was collected from 340 public officials who participated in the training program. Data collection tools were used to collect structured questionnaire questionnaires, and dissemination and retrieval of questionnaires were carried out over 6 weeks from February 6 to March 10, 2017. Of the questionnaire distributed, the questionnaire was finally recovered from the questionnaire, with a recall rate of 91.8 %, showing a very high rate of recall. The result showed that Learning Organization is a significant factor for Organization Citizenship Behavior and also that Supervisor Trust plays a role in the control of the relationship between Learning Organization and Organization Citizenship Behavior; thus, in order for Public Organizations to achieve advanced competitiveness, vitalizations of Learning Organization is important.

융복합사업서비스기업의 학습조직구축활동이 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식의 조절 효과를 고려하여 - (Effects of Learning Organization Building Activities in Convergence Service Companies on Organization Citizenship Behavior - Considering the Moderating effect of Perceived Organization Support -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제조업에 융복합서비스를 제공하고 있는 기업 내 학습조직구축활동이 조직구성원들의 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 조절변수로서 조직지원인식의 역할을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 수도권 소재 31개 융복합사업서비스기업의 조직구성원 327명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 단계적 회귀분석방법을 사용해 분석하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과 학습조직구축활동의 7가지 변수와 조직지원인식 모두 조직시민행위에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과와 관련해서는 독립변수인 학습조직구축활동의 7요인 중 전략적 학습리더십만이 종속변수인 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향에 있어 조절변수인 조직지원인식에 의하여 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 정리하고 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의한 후, 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

정부기관내 조경식 설치에 따른 법리와 법제에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Principles of Law for the Establishment of the Landscape Architectural Organization within the Government Office)

  • There is no official landscape architectural organization in the current government organization in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the landscape architectural organization which will carry out the works of the special landscape architectural interest and create the new services with other interested government offices. The contents of the study are as follows; 1. A legal basis for the establishment of the landscape architectural organization is the demand for the introduction of the landscape architectural organization which has 5 types(urban planning, architecture, land register, land surveying, civil work) of the special groups to official organization by changing the 1 article of the Official Appointment Regulations. 2. Theories of law of equality for everyone(the Constitution of Korea : §11(1)), the rights of having pleasant residential life(the Constitution of Korea : §35(3)) and the national duty of employment increase(the Constitution of Korea : §32(1)) are reviewed to provide the legal reason of establishing the landscape architectural organization. 3. With the addition of new landscape architectural organization, it could expand the areas of landscape architects by adding of new landscape architectural subjects into official examinations for government employees. Also it is necessary to exempt the test for those who have licenses and to give additional points in evaluation their works at the end of year to the people who have licenses. 4. The reasons for the creation of new landscape architectural organization into the present official organization are acquired from the derivation of 23 present regulations referring to the landscape architects, the existence of the landscape architectural administrative departments belonging to the Metropolis of Seoul, and the favorable result of the questionnaire on the establishment of the new organization. Hereafter the lawyers should be cooperated with landscape architects to initiate the related principles of law, and it is necessary to analyze each text of the related laws in detail to establish the landscape architectural organization by means of the joint studies.

의료조직에서 학습조직 구축수준 평가 및 조직유효성과의 관계분석 (Relationship between the Development Levels of Learning Organization and Organization Effectiveness in Hospital)

  • This study was planned to investigate the relationship between development levels of learning organization and organization effectiveness in Hospital. Data were collected from 285 respondents who have participated in 'Learning Organization Project'(response rate =$50.5\%$). Structured questionnaire were applied by self administrated survey for two weeks since 2003 May. Main results were as follows; In the result of factor analysis, four factor were created and almost questionnaire items were classified into as same categories as theoretical concepts. Cronbach's a coefficient also showed over 0.7 in all categories. This result means that measurement tool to evaluate the development level of learning organization is valid and reliable. In the comparison of the development level of learning organization by participants' specialties, managerial workers perceived the lowest construction level, while medical technicians evaluated it as the highest level. In regression analysis, the perception levels of work environment, task and human aspect showed positive relationship with job competency significantly. For job satisfaction, levels of task and human aspects had positive relationship significantly. In addition, for organizational commitement, levels of organization and human aspect were positive predictors. Finally, for the satisfaction about experience of learning organization project, levels of environment, task and hmm aspects were related positively. We concluded from these result that the positive relationship between construction levels of learning organization and organization effectiveness was extended to hospital, besides industrial fields. We recommend the introduction and facilitation of learning organization project in various settings to improve the competency of knowledge management in individual and organizational levels.

시큐리티 업체의 조직특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of organization nature on management outcome in security companies)

  • 본 연구는 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 첫째 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성과 경영성과(내부관점)의 관계에서는 조직특성의 조직문화(t=2.534, p<.05), 직무특성(t=6.425, p<.001) 요인이 내부관점에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 베타계수로 본 독립변수들의 상대적인영향력은 조직문화 ${\beta}$=.226, 직무특성 ${\beta}$=.576으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성과 경영성과(학습성장관점)의 관계에서는 조직특성의 조직문화(t=2.070, p<.05), 직무특성(t=1 0.507, p<.001) 요인이 학습성장관점에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 베타계수로 본 독립변수들의 상대적인 영향력은 조직문화 ${\beta}$=.145, 직무특성 ${\beta}$=.741로 나타났다. 이와 같은 시큐리티 조직의 특성은 조직문화에 상대적으로 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있으며, 조직의 궁극적인 목적 달성을 위해서는 체계적인 교육훈련 시스템 및 조직학습이 수반되어야 할 것으로 시사된다. 또한 조직특성은 시큐리티 직무의 특수성과 인과관계가 있으므로 직무특성을 고려한 현장 적용적 지원이 필요할 것으로 시사된다.

의료기관 학습조직 운영효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Learning Organization Managed by Medical Center)

  • This study was designed to suggest a learning organization in a medical center by examining the factors to influence effectiveness of the learning organization. We collected the data of 586 persons who participated once or more times in the learning organization managed from 2000 to 2002 by Y Medical Center located in Seoul, and included the data of 285 persons in the final analysis. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as the results of examining the regression coefficients to predict the effectiveness of and satisfaction with the learning organization through the learning level, learning method and learning organization constructing level as the general variables, the important influential factors were shown as follows: 1)knowledge creation, knowledge storing, private learning, organizational learning, and learning organization construction of occupational and human levels as the factors to predict the working competency; 2) learning organization construction of the human level as the factors to assume the duty satisfaction; 3) gender, working years, private learning, team learning and organizational construction level for the prediction of the organizational commitment; and 4) medical technical service, knowledge creation, organization learning, and constructing level of the environmental and human levels for the assumption of the satisfaction with experience in the learning organization. Based on the study results of the effects in managing the learning organization, we can conclude the followings. First, the members who are in various working positions and occupations need to continuously participate in the learning organization. Second, to raise the organizational outcome from the management of the learning organization, it is necessary to establish systematic concepts in the constituents of the organizational effectiveness such as working competency improvement, duty satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the experience satisfaction of the learning organization. Finally, the future of the organization depends on the learning competencies of the organization members. To continuously exist and develop the organization, the private learning of the organizational members should be constantly spread and shared over the organizational level, and the usual innovations such as repetitive and habitual organizational learning should be generally tried out throughout the whole field of the management.

Relationships among Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Learning Organization Culture in One Korean Private Organization

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and learning organization culture. This study was conducted in five sub-organizations of one Korean conglomerate company. One thousand employees were randomly and proportionately selected, with 669 useable cases obtained, for a response rate of 67%. The organizational commitment instrument used from the "affective, continuance, and normative commitment" scale (ACNCS) of Allen and Meyer (1990). The "Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire" of Watkins and Marsick (1997) was used to measure learning organization culture. The short form MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire), developed by Weiss, Dawis, England, and Lofquist (1967), was the third instrument used. Descriptive statistics, correlational statistics, and inferential statistics (ANOVA and t-tests) were used. Organizational commitment (except for continuance) is moderately and positively related to job satisfaction and moderately and positively related to learning organization culture. In addition, learning organization culture is weakly to moderately and positively related to job satisfaction. No differences by age were found. Four-year college graduates are more likely to have higher creating continuous learning opportunities in learning organization culture than graduate school degree holders. Males are likely to have higher affective and continuance organizational commitment than females. Employees working in R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing (REM) are likely to have higher continuance organizational commitment than do other types of jobs. Employees are more likely to have higher learning organization culture and job satisfaction than assistant managers. Assistant managers have higher continuance organizational commitment than managers. Managers generally have higher organizational commitment, learning organization culture, job satisfaction than assistant managers. They also have higher learning organization culture than employees. Employees who had worked for less than four years in their current job and organization have higher promoting inquiry and dialogue in learning organization culture than those who have worked for ten years or more. Employees in the insurance organization have higher affective organizational commitment, learning organization culture, and job satisfaction than those of the other organizations. Finally, employees of the electronic company have higher continuance organizational commitment in learning organization culture than those of other companies. In summary, this research enables CEOs and HRD and HRM practitioners to view organizational commitment, learning organization culture, and job satisfaction as important variables in exploring diverse ranges of topics related to the workplace. And then, they can diversely apply their management, interventions and practices to fit these diverse characteristics.

세무공무원의 조직에 대한 자긍심 분석 (Analysis on Taxation Public Servant's Pride in Organization)

  • 본 연구는 세무공무원들의 조직 동일시와 조직몰입, 자긍심의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 조직 동일시와 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성변수는 성별과 근무연수가 조직 동일시에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세무공무원으로서의 자긍심은 조직 동일시에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자긍심이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단보다 조직 동일시에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세무공무원의 자긍심이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아지는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자긍심이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 조직몰입에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직구성원으로서의 높은 자긍심은 조직 동일시와 조직몰입을 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

리더십, 조직문화와 조직몰입과의 관계 (Interrelationship between leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 리더십에 대한 인식정도, 사회복지조직의 조직문화가 종사자의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 사회복지시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사로서 총 456부가 분석에 사용되었다. 변혁적 리더십, 교환적 리더십 등 리더십 유형, 조직문화를 독립변인으로 종사자의 조직몰입과의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 리더십 유형, 조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석과 조직몰입에 미치는 직 간접 효과를 파악하기 위하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조직몰입에 대한 영향을 미치는 총 효과를 살펴보면, 변혁적 리더십이 가장 많은 영향을 미치며, 조직의 문화가 집단문화, 교환적 리더십, 발전문화 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지조직의 리더가 변혁적 리더십을 통한 종사자의 자발적 참여와 업무능률을 향상시켜야 하며, 이러한 리더십 유형은 조직의 문화가 집단문화를 형성할 수 있도록 하여 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시켜야 한다는 결과를 보이고 있다.
