자연유기체를 통한 산업제품 조형의 응용성에 대한 연구 - 제품디자인에 나타난 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Application of Nature Organic Form for Industrial Products -Mainly around Examples of Product Design-)

  • 자연은 끊임없이 신비한 산물들을 대량생산해내는 만물의 공장이며, 그 산물들은 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 또한 자연은 인간이 살아가는 환경을 둘러싼 미적 아이디어를 끊임없이 제공한다. 그러므로 인간은 자연을 대상으로 시각적 관찰을 통해 표현하고자 하는 자연스런 충동에 따른 조형을 추구하게 된다. 자연에 대해 인간이 얻을 수 있는 미적 체험은 그 대상에 대하여 시각적으로 연구할 때, 연상에 따른 형상들을 의식적으로 떠올릴 수 있게 해주는 미학적 변형의 원천인 것이다. 수없이 변화된 자연물과 마찬가지로 의식적으로 경험되는 인 공의 산업 생산물은 자연물과 구조적, 형태적 질을 공유하며 조형적 균형을 위한 의미를 갖게 된다. 자연을 관찰하여 질서나 원리를 통해 디자인에 적용시키고자한 시도는 바우하우스 이후 디자인의 한 방법으로서 부분적으로 실천되어 왔지만, 자연에 대한 연구과정이 서로 분산된 영역에서 진행되어왔다. 최근에 이르러서 이러한 연구는 관련 분야간에 복합되는 입장에서 매우 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 자연유기체의 다양한 범주들을 본 연구에서는 단지 부분적으로 제품디자인 측면에서 고찰하지만, 종합적으로 디자인학적 조형성과 자연유기체의 조형학적 접근은 기본적으로 중요한 것이라 생각하여 본 소고에서 고찰해 보고자 한다.

Organic Solvent and pH Induced Alteration of Product Specificity of CGTase

  • Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase [CGTase, E.C.2.4.1.19] is an extracellular enzyme, which catalyzes he formation of ${\alpha}$-, ${\beta}$-, ${\gamma}$- CDs from starch. Their proportions of formations depend on enzyme sources and reaction conditions. To understand what determines the product specificity of CGTases, we examined the alteration of product specificity of CGTase from Bacillus macerans by organic solvent sand pH. At acidic pH range less than pH 6 where the enzyme was unstable, the ratio of ${\alpha}$-/ ${\beta}$-CD production was increased 4 times more than that at neutral pH range. As we increased the concentration of 2-butanol, ${\alpha}$-/ ${\beta}$-CD ratio was proportionally increased but / ratio remained constant. The ${\alpha}$-/ ${\beta}$-CD ratio of products was increased in the reaction media which yielded low products.

한살림의 친환경농산물 그린마케팅 추진실태와 시사점 (Implications and Situations of Hansalim's Green Marketing for Environmentally Friendly Agri-Products)

  • Hansalim is a cooperative organization dealing with environmental-friendly/organic products(EFOP), which is pursuing both movement and business. Hansalim consists of producer's organizations and consumer's organizations, and always talks over organization structures and management directions all together. Hansalim has the movement goal of values and a world view for all lives, and so produces, distributes and consumes the EFOP as a way of achieving the goal. Hansalim was founded in 1986, and has about 130,000 members, the total sales of about 93.6 billions, 19 regional hansalims and one logistics center in 2006. Product strategy and promotion strategy are remarkable among green marketing mix of hansalim. Product strategy focuses safety, the environmental intimacy, differentiation and superiority of products. And the characteristics of promotion strategy are spontaneity, the self-control, cooperative spirit, mutual trust and close relationship among producers, consumers and staffs in charge.

Evaluation of Nonchromated Thin Organic Coatings for Corrosion Inhibition of Electrogalvanized Steel

  • The toxicity of chromium that is used to impart corrosion resistance to galvanized steel created environmental and health-related concerns and generated a great deal of interest in developing chrome-free treatment coatings. In the present work, organic-inorganic composite coatings were used to coat electrogalvanized steel (EG) sheets for corrosion protection without degrading its weldability property. The new coatings composed of specially modified polyurethane dispersion hybridized with silicate and unique inorganic-organic inhibitors were developed during this work. It was found that about $1{\mu}m$ thickness of coating layer is secure enough in corrosion resistance of flat and formed part even after alkaline degreasing. Overall chemical resistances including fingerprint resistance and paint adhesion property were satisfied with the test specification of Sony technical standard of SS-00260-2002. Therefore, it is concluded that the newly developed chrome-free product can replace the conventional chromated product.

  • Based on the theory of planning behavior, the purpose of this study was to validate the path to consumers organic bakery product purchasing process, and moderating effect of price sensitivity. The improvement of national income and changes in diet due to economic growth began to increase consumption of organic and eco-friendly farm products, and thus products using organic materials began to be released in bakeries. Thus, it was necessary to understand consumer awareness and purchasing processes for organic bakery products. Specifically, the study examined the structural relations among purchase reasons, purchase motives, and purchase behavioral intention of organic bakery products. A survey was conducted in May 2019 from adults who had experience purchasing organic bakery products in Seoul metropolitan area, and 327 responses were used for data analysis. The findings of the study showed that consumers' interests in health, food safety, and environment had positive effects on their attitudes, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control toward organic bakery products, while their interests in organic products did not have an effect on perceived behavioral control. There were significant differences in the purchasing process of organic bakery products according to their price sensitivity. The study suggests that the correct delivery of information on organic ingredients and the price policies available to many consumers will contribute to the revitalization of organic bakery products.

시안화아연 도금욕에 있어서 유기화합물 첨가제의 영향( 제 3 보) (Effects of Organic Additives in Cyanide Zinc Electroplating Bath(Part 3))

  • The crystalline structure and leveling action on the deposit of zinc from the cyanide zinc electroplating bath containing organic additives, such as aldehydes, polymers, amines and condensed product, have been studied by microscope and X-ray diffraction methods. The crystalline structure of the deposit from the bath containing no-additive, polymers and aldehydes appeared very strong orientation on (101) plane and the surface was rough, while from condensed product having remarkable effects in brightness appeared very strong orientation on (110) and the crystallinity was very fine. In the leveling action, the effect of any additives except reaction product was not appreciable, whereas the effect of the reaction product obtained remarkably excellent result.

친환경인증 유지작물의 인증유형별 경영효율성 분석 - 참깨·들깨를 중심으로 - (A Study on Management Efficiency for the Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Product of Oilseed Crop - Focused on Sesame and Perilla -)

  • This study evaluate examines the efficiency and the improvement measurement of Oilseed crops (Sesame and Perilla). For this purpose, In the first stage, this study analyzes the current conditions of oilseed industry. In the second stage, this study evaluates the efficiency and super-efficiency of environmentally-friendly agricultural product producers. The result of this study show that: (1) Changes in annual wholesale price of Sesame and Perilla; (2) An efficiency and ranking of environmentally-friendly product producers; (3) The solutions and improvement measurements for inefficient producers.
