Nowadays breast reconstruction with autologous tissues after radical mastectomy is commonly performed, and a natural inframammary fold in the reconstructed breast is considered to be an essential aspect of symmetrical breast shape and location. Total of 104 patients underwent breast reconstruction with free TRAM flap and formation of inframammary fold with free TRAM breast reconstruction was done in 79 patients. No suture fixation for inframammary fold were done in 19 patients. 27 patients(24.0%) were made of inframammary fold with absorbable suture, 52 patients (50.0%) underwent inframammary fold creation with nonabsorbable suture. There were 4 cases(16.0%) of displacement of reconstructed breast and 2 cases(8.0%) of partial disruption of inframammary fold in the group of no suture. There were 2 cases(7.4%) of displacement of reconstructed breast and 3 cases(11.1%) of partial disruption of inframmamary fold in the fixed group with absorbable suture. There was only 1 case(1.9%) of partial disruption of inframammary fold fixed with nonabsorbable suture group. Therefore, we could speculate that the reinforcement of ligamentous structure for making the definite inframammary fold is necessary, and the area of the inframammary fold should not be undermined in immediate breast reconstruction as much as possible in order to preserve the zone of adherence. If the fold is disrupted during the mastectomy, it should be re-created with the non-absorbable sutures. Nonabsorbable suture fixation seemed to be more stable than absorbable suture. Preoperative marking and design are very important to make the symmetrical shape and location of inframammary fold in both of immediate and delayed reconstruction of breasts.

In order to design a web-based English Article Submission & Management System for science and technology research papers, Elsevier Editorial System and KISTI-ACOMS, international and domestic models--respectively--are studied and analysed. Through this analysis, a web-based paper submission and review system which can be applied to Ocean Science Journal, a research journal in the field of Oceanography, is developed. The web-based system is not only able to solve problems such as complex manuscript management, delays in the reviewing process, and loss of manuscripts that occur often in off-line paper review processes, but also is able to construct the basis for e-journal electronic publication. As a result, an effective and rapid scholarly communication environment can be made. The development and utilization of this system can improve the reputation and the globalization of science and technology research journals.

As a fish way is a structure for fish migrating well toward upper stream due to breaking river flow by a dam or dammed pool, the specific fish's swimming ability is one of the main factors in making a plan and managing it. In addition, it also needs to understand the current field in fish road to evaluate its performance. This study is aimed to analyze the swimming patterns with current velocity changes using a Particle Imaging Velocimetry (PIV) in order to understand the swimming ability of silver fish (Plecoglossus altivelis) that is one of the fishes migrating through the fish way of Nakdong River, and to analyze the 2 dimensional current field near to silver fish at swimming momentum. The results showed that average values of tail beat frequencies for continuous swimming with current velocity were 2.8 Hz at 0.3 m/s, 3.2 Hz at 0.4 m/s, 3.8 Hz at 0.5 m/s, respectively. The wake would be produced by direction turning of fish's tail fin and its magnitude would be verified by the difference of pressure. The pressure turbulent flow produced by its tail beat would be made in both sides, and then, the magnitude of wake should be the source of moving direction. The swimming momentum will help to support the primary factor in making a suitable design for specific fish species migrating toward the district river.

With the development of the electronics industry and widespread supply of many different electrical appliances, the factors of the electrical fires are also diversified. For this reason, the fuse, safety-critical component, needs accurate and stable operating characteristics for preventing various fire factor, and also needs various operating characteristics. Especially when the all electrical resistance are dropped by internal short of circuit, high current inrushes and makes the fire. In order to prevent this, very fast acting fuses should be applied. However, existing very fast acting characteristics fuse has less wire dimension of element Ag100% metal than that of fast acting fuse, and it is made of plating with low melting point metals, so it satisfy very fast acting but it can't satisfy durability and safety. For this reason, in this study, through the analyzing fusing characteristics of Ag-Cu alloy composition, the new alloy composition, which implement to very fast acting fuse without decrease of fuse elements dimension, is suggested. And this study classify the operating characteristics changes, a resistance change, and the rated current of the fuse in the overall composition change of Ag-Cu alloying. and it can be utilized for designing fuse.
This research was carried out to develop a program that would promote children's creative thought processes and also to ascertain the effect on their development. The creative thought program consists of three stages : at the first stage, information for the development of the program was gathered and the theoretical basic model established. Considering Divergent and Feeling Factors, the program was planned based on the William's educational curriculum as it was applied and tested in an actual life situation. At the second stage, in order to formulate an activity plan for the creative thought program, William's activity plan was analyzed. At the third stage, the activities which would be applied to the creative thought program in the actual situation were considered with teaching strategy, activity arena and creative thought factors. In conclusion, according to these research results, children's creative thought programs should not just promote Divergent Factors or limited areas of activities, but other activities which include Feeling Factors should be planned and more diverse creative thought programs developed. To design an education program that encourages efficient creative thought, various teaching strategies in creative thought education need to be developed. Teacher training for current teachers should be conducted and parents who have the most direct influence of their children - be made aware of the creative thought process in children. It needs to be stated that this research on creative thought programs is not a complete program: it needs to be further adjusted and supplemented. As development of the tools to evaluate Feeling Factors objectively and the application on the program due to insufficient time, a more continuous application of the program and further research and evaluation of its effects are required.
Purpose - Competition among cities around the world are rapidly shifting from competition of production factors such as labor costs and quality of raw materials to competition between the consumption factors such as quality of life, settlement environment, culture, and place. The entry into the era of competition between consumption factors is not only attracting investment for strengthening city competitiveness, but also actively inducing urban image reconstruction and new image making. Therefore, various studies related to urban marketing are being carried out. The object of this study is to investigate the effect of city brand image on city brand recognition and city loyalty based on the questionnaire of external citizens about Changwon city. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 200 Seoul and Busan citizens. Reliability and exploratory factor analysis were conducted through the SPSS program, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted by using the AMOS program. Results - As a result of the hypothesis test, six hypotheses were adopted among the nine hypotheses. In summary, pleasant image, dynamic image, and good administrative image have a significant positive impact on city brand recognition. The magnanimous image did not have a significant effect on city brand recognition. In the impact of city brand image on city loyalty, magnanimous image and good administrative image had significant positive impact on city loyalty. Pleasant images and dynamic images did not significantly affect city loyalty. In addition, city brand recognition positively influenced city loyalty. Conclusions - First, it is possible to say that there is an academic significance of this research in its contribution to regional revitalization by investigating mutual influences in urban aspect by combining place marketing with image, recognition, and loyalty. Secondly, kinetic images such as pleasant image and dynamic image have more influence on recognition, and static images such as magnanimous images have more influence on loyalty. So, further research will be necessary to establish theories. Finally, In order to increase city brand recognition and city loyalty to local city, efforts should be made to improve urban images such as pleasant image, magnanimous image, dynamic image, and good administrative image.
The Internet had been taken properties which were both a slow speed and low-bandwidth of the first time. It was impossible to transmit large multimedia data because of a Internet properties. After tens of Year Passed, many people began to transmit multimedia data in the Internet which had fast-speed and high-bandwidth. Some people want to team classes to be taught in school through the Internet. And, educators wish to use multimedia data in the educational field. Due to previous reasons, many parts in the educational field had tried to join real-time objects to multimedia objects. But, real-time data didn’t appear easily due to many faults like network errors and system bugs if we want to control data in order to teach and learn classes. Then, this paper separates real-time and unreal-time data and controls these data that aye made a time scheduler to have time information in the extended SMIL-file for deceasing these faults.
This study was aimed to analyze the disparities of 3D stereoscopic images in four well-known American animation movies. After Avatar (2009), lots of stereoscopic movies were developed in Korean 3D production. Almost all 3D productions in Korea, however, focus on the display images or TV series animation yet. In order to make many well-made Korean stereoscopic 3D animations in future, analyzing and comparing the disparities of 3D stereoscopic images is necessary and even mandated. First, I chose 40 cuts from each four American stereoscopic 3D feature films, including Despicable me 2, Epic, Monster University, and Turbo. According to the classifications of shot angles by Vineyard (2008), secondly I analyze the 23 different angular disparities of 3D stereoscopic images and displayed in tables. Demonstrated shot angle disparities in each scene would provide numerical information to animators how to design and make the 3D stereoscopic images. Making successful stereoscopic 3D feature film will be a huge turning point in the Korean animation field in future. This study would be a first trial to seek a new method to set ahead an outlook of numerical values of 3D stereoscopic images for better visual effects.
With the rapid development of computer hardware and invention of various game-related technologies, the quality of games has been greatly improved and the genres of games have been diversified. Yet, in comparison, puzzle games have held to the past simple way of games, which has only led to a depression of the puzzle game market. This paper is the first attempt to overcome limits of the current puzzle games, by finding a breakthrough in three-dimensional puzzle games. In order to describe a realistic puzzle assembly in a three-dimensional puzzle game, this paper aimed to design a structure assembly technique made up of three steps that used a proper process to handle structure suitable to assembly, an elaborate way of collisions between individual objects and a physical structure. Through this technique, we intend to show in a simple experiment that it is possible to minimize the calculation cost in the assembly process and at the same time to achieve an elaborate puzzle assembly between structures.
Purpose - With the economic development in China, the lifestyle of Chinese customers has changed dramatically. Chinese customers are more likely to have coffee in a shop with the ability to make them happy than those with high quality coffee in a nice physical environment. Happiness becomes a critical driver of customers' intention to purchase a cup of coffee in a specific coffee shop again and again. As a result, happiness becomes an important factor for managers to make strategies for attracting customers. Although managers and scholars pay more attention to emphasize the importance of happiness in customers' consumption, little research has been conducted to investigate the relationship between happiness and coffee shop's continuous usage intention in the Chinese coffee industry. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model is made to explain the impact of happiness on customer's behavior. To understand the influence of happiness better, we consider two dimensions of happiness which are subjective well-being and psychological well-being. In order to confirm the relationships of the variables in the research model, the online survey is constructed in China. Customers who have experienced the services in a coffee shop are asked to do the questionnaire. With 453 reliable questionnaires, structural equation modeling is used to analyze the causal relationships of the coffee quality, physical environment, subjective well-being, psychological well-being, and continuous usage intention. Results - Results indicate that coffee quality and physical environment are not the direct factors that influence customers' continuous usage intention. However, good coffee quality and physical environment are the significant predictors of Chinese customers' happiness associated with subjective well-being and psychological well-being, which in turn affects customers' continuous usage intention. Conclusions - In this study, it is proposed that coffee quality and physical environment may be the key factors influencing customers' happiness. Happiness, including subjective well-being and psychological well-being matters in decision making process. More importantly, happiness increases the continuous usage intention when the coffee shop can serve customers with higher quality coffee at a good atmospheric place. Managers should consider happiness as an important factor in making marketing strategies to compete in this industry.
