스케듈링 기법 연구 (SCHEDULING TECHNIQUE FOR CONTROL STEP)

  • This paper deals with scheduling problems which are the most important subtask in High-Level Synthesis. Especially, we have concentrated our attentions on the data-path scheduling which can get the structural informaion trom the behavioral algorithm as a first step in synthesis procedure. Suggest Forward scheduling methode is executed the ASAP and ALAP scheduling to use the fifth - order elliptic wave filter of a standard benchmark moedl, and then it is drawing up T.N matrix table by the number resource and control-step, using the table extract of the simple than down-limit value of the control-step for the number of given resource th use this table. All of existing list scheduling techniques determine the priority function first, and then do the operation scheduling, But, the suggested forward scheduling technique does the schedule first, and determines the priority functions if needed in scheduling process.

  • This paper considers a scheduling problem for a hybrid flowshop with dynamic order arrival. A hybrid flowshop is an extended form of a flowshop, which has serial stages like a flowshop but there can be more than one machine at each stage. In this paper, we propose a new method for the problem of scheduling with the objective of minimizing mean tardiness of orders which arrive at the shop dynamically. The proposed method is based on the list scheduling approach, however we use a more sophisticated method to prioritize lots unlike dispatching rule-based methods. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, a simulation model of a hybrid flowshop-type production system is constructed. We implement well-known dispatching rules and the proposed methods in the simulation model. From a series of simulation tests, we show that the proposed methods perform better than other methods.

Minimizing the Total Stretch in Flow Shop Scheduling

  • A flow shop scheduling problem involves scheduling jobs on multiple machines in series in order to optimize a given criterion. The flow time of a job is the amount of time the job spent before its completion and the stretch of the job is the ratio of its flow time to its processing time. In this paper, a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) approach is proposed for minimizing the total stretch in flow shop scheduling. HGA adopts the idea of seed selection and development in order to reduce the chance of premature convergence that may cause the loss of search power. The performance of HGA is compared with that of genetic algorithms (GAs).

  • 국내 일부 건설사는 초고층 건축공사와 같이 반복 공종이 많은 건축물에 일종의 선형 공정계획인 택트 공정계획을 수립하고 수행하고 있다. 선형 공정계획 모델(Linear Scheduling Model: LSM)은 작업 공간과 시간의 정보를 제공하는 시각적 도구로써 연구가 되어왔다. CPM 네트워크 공정표의 구속조건(종료 후 종료, 시작 후 종료, 종료 후 시작, 시작 후 시작)과 마찬가지로 선형계획모델 또한 작업간의 관계간의 구속조건이 발생한다. 특히, 네트워크 공정표를 호환하기 위하여 작업간의 중요 속성간의 관계성의 경계 조건을 정의하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 선형 공정계획을 수립 시 발생하는 액티비티간의 공간상의 경계조건을 분석한다. 또한 선형 공정계획의 액티비티 간의 관계성을 고려하여 현재 일부 건설회사를 중심으로 사용하고 있는 택트 공정계획에 제안한 경계조건을 반영하여 택트 공정계획 수립과 관리를 위해 고려해야 하는 주요 사항을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

  • 일반적인 생산일정관리 시스템은 ERP(전사적자원관리)의 모듈로서 MRP(자재소요량계획) 형태로 포함되어 있다. MRP 형태의 생산일정관리 시스템은 설계 및 생산일정의 변화에 신속하고 유연하게 대처할 수 없어 수주생산방식의 중소기업에서 중요한 납기를 지키는 것이 힘든 것으로 알려져 있다. TOC의 DBR Scheduling 시스템은 생산현장의 변화에 유연하고 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있어 수주생산방식 중소기업의 생산일정을 관리하는데 적합할 것으로 생각한다. 본 논문에서는 TOC 기반의 DBR Scheduling 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 먼저 Together이란 UML 툴을 이용하여 시스템 설계서를 작성하였고 Visual Basic.Net으로 시스템을 개발하였다.

병렬 기계 공정에서 일정 계획과 투입 계획을 고려한 납기 산정에 관한 연구 (Order Promising Methods Considering Scheduling and Order Releasing in Parallel Machine Shops)

  • In this study, we consider an order promising problem at parallel machine shops where orders arrive dynamically. We develop methods for the problem, which instantly quote the due-dates of arrived orders. In this study, we first propose methods which can estimate flow times of orders, in which the current and future inventory status as well as the specific scheduling scheme used in the shop are taken into account, and then the due-dates are set by the order promising methods using the estimation results. The quoted due-dates of orders are compared with the actual completion times of those which are obtained from the simulation runs. The series of computational experiments show that the superior performance of the proposed methods in terms of the accuracy of due-date quotation.

  • This paper considers a flowshop scheduling problem where a customer orders multiple products (jobs) from a production facility. The objectives are to minimize makespan and to minimize the sum of order (batch) completion times. The order cannot be shipped unless all the products in the order are manufactured. This problem was motivated by numerous real world problems encountered by a variety of manufacturers. For the makespan objective, we develop an optimal solution procedure which runs in polynomial time. For the sum of order completion time objective, we establish the complexity of the problem including several special cases. Then, we introduce a simple heuristic and find an asymptotically tight worst case bound on relative error. Finally, we conclude the paper with some implications.

  • This paper deals with the selection of a proper dispatching rule for an one-process Job scheduling that follows a particular distribution of an order production. That is, it makes a distribution on an order per unit period and applies to simulation model that uses it. This study consists of two purposes either seeks adequately production scheduling using priority rule or seeks extension of the facilities that increase current production efficiency through computer simulation in scheduling.

철송 크레인 일정계획 문제에 대한 메타 휴리스틱 (Metaheuristics of the Rail Crane Scheduling Problem)

  • This paper considers the rail crane scheduling problem which is defined as determining the sequence of loading/unloading container on/from a freight train. The objective is to minimize the weighted sum of the range of order completion time and makespan. The range of order completion time implies the difference between the maximum of completion time and minimum of start time of each customer order consisting of jobs. Makespan refers to the time when all the jobs are completed. In a rail freight terminal, logistics firms as a customer wish to reduce the range of their order completion time. To develop a methodology for the crane scheduling, we formulate the problem as a mixed integer program and develop three metaheuristics, namely, genetic algorithm, simulated annealing, and tabu search. To validate the effectiveness of heuristic algorithms, computational experiments are done based on a set of real life data. Results of the experiments show that heuristic algorithms give good solutions for small-size and large-size problems in terms of solution quality and computation time.
