지식 거래 서비스를 위한 규칙기반 시맨틱 검색 기법 (Rule-based Semantic Search Techniques for Knowledge Commerce Services)

  • This paper introduces efficient rule-based semantic search techniques to ontology-based knowledge commerce services. Primarily, the search techniques presented in this paper define rules of reasoning that are required for users to search using the concept of ontology, multiple characteristics, relations among concepts and data type. In addition, based on the defined rules, the rule-based reasoning techniques search ontology for knowledge commerce services. This paper explains the conversion rules of query which convert user's query language into semantic search words, and transitivity rules which enable users to search related tags, knowledge products and users. Rule-based sematic search techniques are also presented; these techniques comprise knowledge search modules that search ontology using validity examination of queries, query conversion modules for standardization and expansion of search words and rule-based reasoning. The techniques described in this paper can be applied to sematic knowledge search systems using tags, since transitivity reasoning, which uses tags, knowledge products, and relations among people, is possible. In addition, as related users can be searched using related tags, the techniques can also be employed to establish collaboration models or semantic communities.

  • 본 논문에서는 용해로 이상감시를 위한 실시간 유리 용해로 운전 전문가시스템을 구축한 결과를 소개한다. 유리용해 공정에서는 운전자의 경험지식에 의해 내부의 상황을 판단하게 되고, 이는 용해로 수명과 제품의 품질에 중요한 영향을 준다 이를 전문가 시스템으로 구현하기 위하여, 먼저 기존 운전자의 지식을 취합, 분석한다. 그 후, 취합된 각 지식들의 특성에 부합하도록 이진 규칙(Crisp Rule)과 퍼지 규칙(Fuzzy Rule)으로 구분한다. 이 때, 선형 회귀분석을 통하여 퍼지 규칙의 입력을 결정함으로써 보다 정확한 운전 지식의 표현이 가능하도록 하였다. 설계된 알고리즘은 젠심(Gensym)사의 실시간 전문가 시스템 개발 툴인 G2를 사용하여 구현하였다. 제시된 퍼지 전문가 시스템은 삼성코닝(주) 수원사업장의 실제 생산 용해 공정에 직접 적용하여 그 효율성이 검증되었다.

효율적인 혈액 재고 관리를 위한 결정룰의 도출 (Development of an Efficient Decision Rule for Blood Inventory Management)

  • The management of blood inventory is very important within the medical care system. The efficient management of blood supplies and demands for transfusion is of great economic and social importance to both hospitals and patients. Fro any blood type, there is a complex interaction among the optimal inventory level, daily demand level , daily supply level, transfusion to crossmatch ratio, crossmatch release period, issuing policy and the age of arriving units that determine the shortage and outdate rate. In this paper, we develop an efficient decision rule for blood inventory management in a hospital blood bank which can support efficient hospital blood inventory management using simulation, The primary use of the efficient decision rule will be to establish minimum cost function which consists of inventory levels , period in inventory, outdate and shortage rate for whole blood and various component inventories for a hospital blood bank or a transfusion service, If the adminstrator compute the mean daily demand for each blood type, the mean daily supply for each blood type, the length of the crossmatch release period and the average transfusion to crossmatch ratio , then it is possible to apply the efficient decision rule to compute the optimal inventory level, inventory period , outdate and shortage rate. This rule can also be used as a decision support system that allows the blood bank adminstrator to do sensitivity analysis related to controlled blood inventory parameters.

빈발도와 가중치를 이용한 서비스 연관 규칙 마이닝 (Mining Association Rule on Service Data using Frequency and Weight)

  • 일반적인 빈발패턴 탐사 방법은 항목의 빈발도만을 고려한다. 그러나 유용한 정보를 추출하는 데 있어 빈발도와 더불어 고려해야 하는 것은 빈발항목이 아니더라도 연관된 항목이 주기적으로 함께 발생한다면 시기나 시간에 따라 관심의 중요도가 변화하는 것을 고려해야 한다. 즉, 시간에 따라 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 중요도는 다르므로 각 서비스 항목에 대한 중요도의 값을 고려하여 마이닝 하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 온톨로지 기반으로 가중치를 이용한 서비스 빈발 패턴을 추출하는 마이닝 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 시공간 상황을 기반으로 서비스의 중요도를 고려한 가중치를 부여하여 연관 서비스를 발견한다. 새롭게 탐사되는 서비스는 저장되어 있는 서비스 규칙과의 새로운 조합을 통해 사용자에게 최적의 서비스 정보를 제공할 수 있는 기반이 된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 I/O Cable을 가진 일반 통신시스템의 전자파 방사 Mechanism을 분석하여, Design 에 있어 중요한 Parameter을 도출하였다. System 의 경우 I/O Cable, Ventilation Hole 기구물의 Shielding 대책 등이 중요한 EMC design issue가 된다. 일반적인 전자제품에 비해 통신 System 은 다양한 통신을 위한 Cable을 가지므로, I/O Cable의 중요성이 크다. 따라서 I/O Cable의 Coupling mechanism을 실험 및 Simulation 방법에 의해 분석하고, Low Emission을 위한 EMC Design Rule을 제시하였다. 본 EMC Design Rule을 기반으로 통신 System의 Design을 실현하여, 제품의 Redesign 및 복잡한 Debug과정이 없이 효과적으로 전자파 양립성 규격을 만족한 예를 제시하였다.

『오경문자(五經文字)』 부수 분류의 표준과 소속자의 귀속 체례 - 여가석(余嘉錫)의 『오경문자(五經文字)』 부수 평가에 대한 반박 (The Radical-rule and Arrangement System of Characters of Wu Jing Wen Zi: a Rebuttal of Yu Jiaxi's View)

  • Compiled in 776 by Zhang Shen, Wu Jing Wen Zi was regarded as the epitome of model book for standardized regular script in Tang Dynasty. Following early works like Shuo Wen Jie Zi, Zhang Shen adopted radical-rule for the compilation of this work. 3,250 characters were selected from the Five Classics and 160 radicals were established. Yu Jiaxi (1884-1955) harshly criticized the radical system of Wu Jing Wen Zi for being inconsistant and confusing. With careful review and analysis of examples from Wu Jing Wen Zi, this paper discusses the pupose of the compilation of this work, its unique radical-rule system, principles of arrangement of characters with the same or similar radicals, and the differentiation of variant characters. It further discusses the value of Wu Jing Wen Zi by its innovative radical-rule and effective differentiation of variant characters. It concludes with a rebuttal of Yu Jiaxi's argument and restate the necessity of reevaluation of this work even to this day.

가꾸로 퍼즐에 관한 마법 규칙 기반 실마리 후보 결정 알고리즘 (Algorithm for Candidate Clue Decision based on Magic Rule in Kakuro Puzzle)

  • 가꾸로 퍼즐은 다항시간으로 퍼즐을 풀 수 있는 방법이 알려져 있지 않은 NP-완전 문제이다. 지금까지는 가능한 모든 경우수를 대입해 보는 전수탐색 법이나 선형계획법을 적용하고 있다. 본 논문은 박스 크기와 합 실마리에 따른 들어갈 수 없는 숫자들에 대한 규칙인 마법의 규칙을 찾아내었다. 마법의 규칙에 기반하여 빈 셀에 들어갈 수 없는 숫자들을 행과 열 합 실마리에 대한 박스에서 삭제하였다. 다음으로 합 실마리 값에 기반하여 박스에 들어갈 수 없는 숫자들을 삭제하였다. 최종적으로 단일 숫자만 존재하는 셀을 실마리로 확정하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 7개의 벤치마킹 실험 데이터에 적용한 결과 모든 문제에 대해 해를 구할 수 있음을 보였다.

중국에 있어서 외국중재판정의 승인 및 집행 거절 사유인 공서와 법의 지배 (The Public Policy Ground for Refusing Enforcement of Arbitral Awards and Rule of Law in Chinese)

  • In a global economy where, private parties increasingly favour arbitration over litigation, many foreigners are unfortunately reluctant to arbitration with China's parties because the China national courts do not scrutinize the merits when deciding whether to recognize and enforce foreign awards. As a result, the finality of arbitral awards hangs in uncertainty. Overseas concern is that China's courts may abuse "Public Policy" grounds provided for in the New York Convention to set aside or refuse to enforce foreign awards. The purpose of this article is to examine the distrust to enforcement of arbitral awards whether that is just an assumption. In spite of the modernize and internationalize her international arbitration system and many reforms provided in the related law and rules, the most vexing leftover issues are caused of the lack of "rule of law" in China. This situation imply the risk of pervert 'Public Policy' as the ground for refusing enforcement of arbitral awards. Some cases reflect the fear. But it is unclear whether those cases caused from the lack of "rule of law" in China. Same uncertainty present between Hon Kong-China under th one country-two legal system after the return of Hong Kong to China on 1 July 1997. While China is striving to improve its enforcement mechanism in regard to the enforcement of arbitral awards, it can only be expect following the establishment of rule of law in the future.

적취(積聚)를 위주로 한 종양(腫瘍)의 치법(治法)에 관한 소고(小考) (Brief review of cancer treatment focused on JIJU(積聚))

  • Objectives: To grasp the traditional stream of cancer treatment inherited from the previous doctors. Methods: The author's research has been performed cancer treatment based on JIJU(積聚) taking the original text as a reference. Results & Conclusion: The general three outlines and five detailed rules of cancer treatment have been obtained as follows. The first outline of cancer treatment is that reinforced vital function makes cancer reduce naturally. the second is that Harmless cancer can coexist in human beings and aging with them. and the third is that Elimination and reinforcing therapies should be executed in appropriate era and those therapies should utilize appropriate methods. The first detailed rule of cancer treatment is when using reinforcing therapy, it must applicate mildly and when using elimination therapy, it must applicate calmly. The second detailed rule is that the methods of cancer treatment are different from each cancer stage. The concentration should be made on reinforcing therapy at early stage while reinforcing and elimination therapies must be conducted together at middle stage. At terminal stage reinforcing therapy is the sole method to be taken. The third detailed rule is that the basis property of cancer drug is warm nature and extremely biased property should be avoided and when complication arises (eg. inflamatory disease, cancer fever, etc), cold or cool nature can be applied. The fourth detailed rule is that Cancer drug must have the effect eliminating the blood stasis, phlegm and excessive fluid, all together. The fifth detailed rule is that Physicians have to control patient's stress or stress related symptom and teach patients about right way of taking care of themselves and patients should take hygienic rules with their free will by themselves (eg diet, exercise, stress, etc)

응급실을 이용하는 비응급환자의 실태와 특성 (Characteristics of non-emergent patients at emergency departments)

  • The objective of this paper is to examine the proportion and characteristics of non-emergent patients at emergency departments. The observational survey was conducted using a structured form used by emergency medicine specialists or senior residents on June 7-20, 2005. 1,526 patients at ten emergency centers took part in this study. The structural form contained type of insurance, route and means of emergency department (ED) visit, triage based on the Manchester Triage Scale(MTS)-modified criteria, emergency level based on the government defined rule, type of emergency centers (Regional Emergency Medical Center; REMC, Local Emergency Medical Center; LEMC, Local Emergency Agency; LEA), as well as patient's general information. Data were analyzed using SAS statistical program(V.8.2). Descriptive analysis was performed to describe the magnitude of non-emergent patients. ${\chi}^2-analysis$ and logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the nonurgent patients' characteristics. In the MTS-modified criteria, we found a 15.3% rate of non-emergent patients. This rate differed from that of non-emergent patients obtained using government's rule. In particular, there were inaccuracies in the definition of government rule on non-emergent patients, so it is necessary to apply the new government rule regarding classification of non-emergent patients. There were significant differences in the rate of non-emergent patients according to type of ED, means of ED visit, time to visit, and insurance. Non-emergent patients are more likely to visit a D-type ED(LEA having less than 20,000 patients annually), not to use ambulance, to have 'Automobile Insurance, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance, or pay out-of-pocket'. Non-emergent patients tend to visit ED due to illness rather than injury. Further studies on the development' of triage scale and reexamination of the government's rule on emergency visits are required for future policy in this area.
