비대칭축콘덴서 전동기의 진동토오크 특성의 해석 (Analysis on the alternating torque characteristics of capacitor motor with windings not in quadrature)

  • With the equivalent series circuit analyzed aby revolving field theory and drawn by using the equivalent circuit constant ratios in capacitor motor with windings not in quadrature having space harmonics in its magnetic field (the above ratios are the equivalent circuit constants for the fundamental flux to the magnetizing reactance of the circuit), the equation for the alternating torque with twice line freequency in the motor is directly derived, and the alternating torque is measured with the self-made stator vibration angle amplitude measuring apparatus that is composed of a pickup, filter, photoelectric pickoff etc. The measured values satisfactorily compared with computed values. The properties of the alternating torque characteristics for respective harmonic fluxes and the r5esultant alternating torque characteristic, the effects of the alternating torque characteristics for respective harmonic fluxes on the resultant alternating torque characteristic, the effects of the variation in the motor constants and the equivalent circuit constant ratios for the fundamental flux on the alternating torque characteristics for respective harmonic fluxes and the resultant alternating torque characteristic, are made clear, applying the equation. There exist the optimum values of the motor constants and the equivalent circuit constant ratios for the fundamental flux for decreasing the alternating torque, and the value could be determined in design by the method presented in this paper.

Optimum design of steel floor system: effect of floor division number, deck thickness and castellated beams

  • Decks, interior beams, edge beams and girders are the parts of a steel floor system. If the deck is optimized without considering beam optimization, finding best result is simple. However, a deck with higher cost may increase the composite action of the beams and decrease the beam cost reducing the total cost. Also different number of floor divisions can improve the total floor cost. Increasing beam capacity by using castellated beams is other efficient method to save the costs. In this study, floor optimization is performed and these three issues are discussed. Floor division number and deck sections are some of the variables. Also for each beam, profile section of the beam, beam cutting depth, cutting angle, spacing between holes and number of filled holes at the ends of castellated beams are other variables. Constraints include the application of stress, stability, deflection and vibration limitations according to the load and resistance factor (LRFD) design. Objective function is the total cost of the floor consisting of the steel profile cost, cutting and welding cost, concrete cost, steel deck cost, shear stud cost and construction costs. Optimization is performed by enhanced colliding body optimization (ECBO), Results show that using castellated beams, selecting a deck with higher price and considering different number of floor divisions can decrease the total cost of the floor.

주름판의 강성해석 및 진동해석 (Analysis of the Rrigidity and the Vibration of Flat Corrugated Plates)

  • 본 연구에서는 각이 지게 주름잡힌 주름판 구조물(산형, 사다리꼴형, 장방형 주름판)의 강성을 해석 하고, 이 강성식들을 일원화하여 한개의 식으로 표현하여 주고 자 한다. 이론 해석은, 연결부에서의 각도가 변형중에 변하지 않는다는 가정하에, 등가의 직교이방성판의 강성식을 유도하였다. 또한, 이론적으로 얻어진 강성치를 진 동해석에 적용시킴으로서, 직교이방성판으로서의 주름판의 고유진동수를 구하였다. 그리고 이를 진동실험에서 얻은 결과 및 PC용 슈퍼 SAP에서 얻은 수치결과와 비교함으로 서 이론의 신뢰성을 입증하였다.

PSC I형 단순 철도교량의 동적사용성 평가 (Dynamic Serviceability Estimation of the Simple Railway Bridge with PSC I Girder)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 25 m 지간을 갖는 PSC I형 단순 철도교에 대해 고속 및 일반 열차하중으로 인한 동적거동을 분석하여 철도교량의 동적사용성을 평가하였다. 고유진동수는 8Hz 대역으로 평가되어 철도교량의 적정 고유진동수 범위 내에 들어있으며, 공진발생 가능성은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 가속도 응답은 무궁화호 열차 주행 시 제한 값 0.35 g를 초과하는 0.43 g가계측되었다. 또한 단부꺽임각은 고속철도의 설계기준을 만족하지 못하였으며 충격계수와 처짐은 모두 설계기준을 만족하였다. 결과적으로 25 m 지간을 갖는 PSC I형 단순 철도교의 경우 다양한 열차하중에 대하여 동적사용성을 부분적으로 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 진동가속도 응답을 감소시키기 위한 대책이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
