Adventitious shoots were induced from cambial tissue cultures of 3-year-old seedlings using BLG mineral salts medium supplemented with 10 mM glutamine and 30 mM sucrose. The optimum growth regulator level for bud induction was 4,5 $\mu$M BA which produced average 25.5 shoots per cambium segment. Induced buds were elongated on GD medium supplemented with 30 mM sucrose followed by LMG medium supplemented with 30 mM sucrose for further shoot elongation. Elongated shoots were rooted on half-strength GD medium containing $0.54 ;\mu\textrm{M}$ NAA with the frequency of 20%. This system proved the high morphogenic potential of cambial tissue in larch.
Three growth regulators, TIBA (2. 3. 5-Triiodobenzoic acid). ABA(Abscisic acid) and DGLP were sprayed on soybean plants sown on April 25 and May 10 to investigate those effect on growth and yield of Hwangkeumkong cultivar. TIBA or ABA reduced stem length. and lodging. however. increased stem diamater podding rate. number of pods and seeds per plant, and seed yield. Among 3 growth regulators TIBA was most effective to healthy growth and to increase of seed yield. Optimum treatment method for healthy plant growth and higher grain yield was 2-3 times spray with 5-day interval from 6 leaf stage (V6) of soybean plants. Soybean seed yield in the plot of TIBA treatment with 3 times from 6 leaf stage was 20% higher both in early and ordinary seeding field than those of non-treatment plots.

The yield, viability and continuous culture of isolated Italian ryegrass protoplasts were investigated. The effects of cold treatment (4^{\circ}C.$) for 7 days and basic LS medium supplemented with 5mg/l $AgNO_3$ showed effectively on embryogenic callus induction and regeneration responses of immature and mature embryos or young inflorescences subcultured every 4 weeks on basic medium. The optimum combinations of growth regulator on the regeneration responses was 0.2mg/l BAP and 2mg/l 2, 4-D. Calli induced inflorescences were suspended in its liquid medium for 5 days before enzyme treatment. Maximum protoplast yield and viability were obtained after digestion in enzyme solution contained 4% cellulase R10. 2% macerozyme and 2% pectinase in 0.6M mannitol. Cell division and microcalli development were observed in isolated protoplasts cultured in agarose culture of KM8P medium.
This study was conducted to determine the optimum cultural condition and method for in vitro mass production of Hibiscus syriacus L. 'Honghwarang'. When callus induced in MS solid medium supplemented with 0.01 mg/L TDZ was cultured in liquid medium containing 0.01mg/L TDZ, callus growth and shoot primordia formation was most effective. Formed shoot primordia were regenerated into shoot in MS or 1/2 MS medium of growth regulator-free condition. Effects of mesh size, shaking speed on callus and shoot primordia formation were examined after 5 weeks. Callus and shoot primordia formation was formed most effectively at 10 mesh and 80 rpm shaking speed in liquid medium.
This paper constructs the two-part tax-a combined form of output tax and entrance fee-for polluting oligopolists under endogenous entry. In the presence of external damage that varies exogenously with aggregate output, we show that the two-part tax produces the ex post Pigouvian rule and thus achieves the first-best optimum. We also examine a detailed analysis of the impact of the two-part tax on social welfare and government revenues. Finally, when estimation errors exist in the process of regulation, we identify the incentive conflicts between interest groups and analyze the effects of estimation errors on determining optimal tax. In particular, we show that if the regulator takes care of both welfare loss and revenue gain under the proposed two-part tax, not only over-estimation on the slope of external damage but also under-estimation on the slope of market demand should be taken into the policy consideration.
The experiments were carried out to determine the optimum conditions for the direct embrogenesis from the cotyledon derived zygotic embryo culture of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Different peony tissues derived from zygotic embryos were cultured on MS medium with and without 2,4-D. Somatic embryos were formed from the cotyledons cultured on the medium without 2,4-D. The somatic embryogenesis from cotyledons was promoted in the growth regulator-free MS medium containing 1.65~3.3 g/L $NH_4NO_3$ and 30~40 g/L sucrose. The maximum frequency (80.0%) of somatic embryo formation was obtained from the cotyledons excised from zygotic embryos that cultured on MS medium containing 3.3 g/L $NH_4NO_3$. Epicotyl and roots were elongated from a somatic embryo by adding 0.3 mg/L GA$_3$ in the medium or the cold treatment at 4$^{\circ}C$ more than three weeks at 4$^{\circ}C$.

A Study is a experiment which is figure out to aptimum discharge cutting condition of the surfaceroughness, electric discharging speed and electro wear ratio with Ton Toff and V(voltage) as an input condition according to the current(Ip) in an electric spark machine ; 1)Electrode is utilized Cu(coper) and Graphite. 2)Work piece is used the material of carbon steel. The condition of experiment is; 1)Current is varied 0.7(A) to 50(A). 2)Pulse time(Ton) is varied 3($\mu$s) to 240($\mu$s) and also Toff is varied 7($\mu$s) to 20($\mu$s). 3)The time of electric discharging to work piece in each time is 30(min) to 60(min) 4)After the upper side of work piece was measured in radius (5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) of syulus analyzed the surface roughness to made the table and graph of Rmax by yielding data. 5)Electro wear ratio is; \circled1Coper was measured cx-machining and post machining but the electronic baiance. \circled2The ex-machining of graphite measured by it, the post-machining was found the data from volume specific gravity and analyzed to made its table and graph on ground the data 6)In order to keep the accuracy of voltage affected to the work piece was equipped with the A.V.R(Automatic Voltage Regulator). 7)The memory scope was sticked to the electric spark machine. 8)In order to preserve the precision of current, to get rid of the noise occured by internal resistance of electric spark machine and to force injecting for the discharge fluid, it made the fixed table for a work piece to minimize the work error by means of one's failure during the electric discharging According to above results, the surface roughness by the variation of electrodw and current was analyzed to compare KS(Korea Standards) It was decided the optimum condition of electric discharge cutting through analyzing the effect of electric discharge speed and electro wear ratio.
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (SJ) is a perennial plant and its root has been used in oriental traditional medicine for treatment of fever, inflammation, diarrhea and anticancer effect, etc. In this study, plant tissue culture system for SJ was developed. Stem piece of younger plant was optimum explant for callus induction and growth on MS medium supplemented with NAA 1.0 ㎎/L plus BA 0.5 ㎎/L. Plantlet regeneration through callus culture was well on MS medium containing NAA 1.0 mg/L. SJ has been known biologically active substances such as baicalin, baiclein, and wogonin. This study was carried out to examine the effect of plant growth regulators for production of baicalin, baicalein, and wogonin through callus culture. The HPLC pattern of callus extract was identical to that of standard solution, it shows that the callus produced by tissue culture has the same flavonoids composition of SJ. Baicalin, baicalein, and wogonin production was 471.5~52.8 ㎍/g, 137.6~4.0 ㎍/g, and 16.6~1.3 ㎍/g, respectively, on MS media with nine different plant growth regulator combinations. This may indicate that plant tissue culture of SJ possible to produce the biologically active substances effectively
This paper provides an evaluation of an optimization-based, multiple-input double-output (MIDO) run-to-run (R2R) control scheme for general semiconductor manufacturing processes. The controller in this research, termed adaptive dual response optimizing controller (ADROC), can serve as a process optimizer as well as a recipe regulator between consecutive runs of wafer fabrication. In evaluation, it is assumed that the equipment model could be appropriately described by a pair of second-order polynomial functions in terms of a set of controllable variables. Of practical relevance is to consider a drifting effect in the equipment model since in common semiconductor practice the process tends to drift due to machine aging and tool wearing. We select a typical application of R2R control to chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) in semiconductor manufacturing in this evaluation, and there are five different CMP process scenarios demonstrated, including mean shift, variance increase, and IMA disturbances. For the controller, ADROC, an on-line estimation technique is implemented in a self-tuning (ST) control manner for the adaptation purpose. Subsequently, an ad hoc global optimization algorithm based on the dual response approach, arising from the response surface methodology (RSM) literature, is used to seek the optimum recipe within the acceptability region for the execution of next run. The main components of ADROC are described and its control performance is assessed. It reveals from the evaluation that ADROC can provide excellent control actions for the MIDO R2R situations even though the process exhibits complicated, nonlinear interaction effects between control variables, and the drifting disturbances.
This experiments were carried out to determine the optimum concentrations of plant growth regulators for the direct embryogenesis from the cotyledon culture of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Zygotic embryos rescued from true seeds were developed abnormally in the medium containing ABA. But somatic embryogenesis from cotyledons of abnormal seedlings was induced more effectively. Also the somatic embryogenesis from cotyledons was promoted in the medium containing ABA. The frequency of embryogenesis was maximum(59.9%) from the cotyledons cultured on MS medium containing 0.5 mg/L ABA on which the frequency of somatic embryos with two cotyledons was 22.6%.
