유전 알고리즘을 이용한 지하철 객차 내 승객의 최적대피경로 탐색 (Research finding optimized evacuation route of people in subway passenger cars using genetic algorithm)

  • There have been subway conflagrations such as Daegu subway conflagration at 2003, Washington D.C conflagration last month and so on. Compared to that, proper evacuation route is far from satisfactory. So this paper suggests optimized route when subway's passengers evacuate from passenger cars. For conducting our experiment, We made temporarily a model of subway station which is made up with 8 passengers cars and 3 exits. Using genetic algorithm, we found the optimized route that first and second passenger cars are optimized to first exit and third, fourth, fifth and sixth passengers cars are optimized to second exit and finally seventh, eighth passengers cars are optimized to third exit. It is expected that real subway station is applied to our experiment by developing passenger distribution algorithm.

학교시설의 피난동선 최적화에 대한 건축계획적 연구 (An Architectural Study on Optimum Evacuation Route of School Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 현재의 학교시설의 건축계획적 분석을 통하여 향후 학교시설의 계획단계에서 실용적으로 활용 가능한 피난 및 대피 동선의 최적화를 목적으로 한다. 건축물의 계획단계에서, 건축물의 기능과 목적에 따라 구분된 평면 및 단면상의 조닝(Zoning)을 하고, 이에 따라 동선이 결정된다. 화재 또는 지진의 발생을 비롯한 재난의 발생 상황에서 효율적인 피난동선의 유무는 학교시설에서 생활하는 모든 이들의 생사와 연결되는 중요한 사항임은 물론이다. 인간의 행동특성을 분석하고 이해한 후, 최적화된 동선계획을 통하여 효과적으로 피난이 가능할 수 있도록 건축계획 및 설계의 발전 시에 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

The Simulation of a General Hospital Evacuation

  • In this paper, we compare and analyze the evacuation time required at a general hospital using an evacuation simulation program and propose an optimized procedure to improve safety. The paper analyzed the evacuation time of all occupants, including patients who cannot evacuate by themselves. The following four cases were analyzed in order: the width of evacuation stairs is 120cm, 130cm, 140cm, and 150cm. The results of the evacuation simulation showed that the total evacuation time is 1998s, 1796s, 1651s, and 1161s, respectively. For every 10cm increase in the width of the evacuation stairs, the evacuation time decreases by 202s, 145s, and 91s in sequence. The evacuation time decreases as the width of the evacuation stairs increases. However, the rate of reduction in evacuation time decreases. Therefore, simply increasing the width of evacuation stairs cannot significantly improve evacuation efficiency, and it is necessary to choose an appropriate width of evacuation stairs. In addition, all four cases simulations display that after 600 seconds, the evacuees are concentrated in two evacuation stairs, while there are very few evacuees in the other stairs. To solve this problem, it is necessary to disperse the movement route and consider multiple avoidance methods.

재난지역에서의 대피·대응 동시수행을 위한 다중목적 긴급대피경로 최적화 (Route Optimization for Emergency Evacuation and Response in Disaster Area)

  • 최근 들어 재난 발생으로 인한 재산 및 인명피해가 속출하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 여러 분야에서 분야별 대응방안 모색을 위해 노력하고 있지만 대피매뉴얼 작성을 위한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 공단과 같은 산업지역에서 대규모 대피가 필요한 사고가 발생하였을 때, 대응방안에 따른 최적의 대피경로를 산정하는 모형을 개발하였다. 모형개발에는 Dijkstra 최단경로 알고리즘, 가능경로법, 유전자 알고리즘 및 파레토 최적해 산정 등을 통하여 모형을 개발하였고, 병렬처리를 통하여 연산시간을 단축시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 개발된 모형을 가상네트워크에 대한 적용을 통해 타당성을 검증하였고, 구미 국가산업 1단지를 대상으로 적용하여 실제 지역을 대상으로 한 모형의 적용성을 검증하였다. 모형을 이용하여 목적함수별 최적경로를 산출한 결과, 최적경로 산출 이전보다 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있어 타당성이 검증되었고, 실제 지역을 대상으로 연산한 결과를 통해 모형의 적용성도 검증되었다. 본 연구 결과는 재난을 대비한 대응목적별 대피매뉴얼의 작성뿐만 아니라, 재난 발생 시 대응차량의 진입경로 산정에도 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

광고 및 재난상황에 적용 가능한 실내용 바닥광고 조명장치의 기술사업화 방안 연구 (A Study on Technology Commercialization of Indoor Floor Advertising Lighting Devices Applicable to Advertisements and Disaster Situations)

  • Recently, there are some outdoor floor advertising lighting devices as one of the active marketing methods. However, for outdoor use, there are many restrictions due to the Outdoor Advertisement Act, according to requiring high-output heat generation, waterproofing, and AC power, etc. The purpose of this study is to develop a Duo Light product optimized for indoor use through publicity and information guidance in normal times and automatic evacuation route guidance display in case of disaster, in conjunction with disaster safety. To that end, patent search and patent association analyses were conducted, and a comparative analysis with commercial products was conducted as a case study. In addition, prototypes were designed and produced through the review of operation principles, where field environment surveys and self-tests were conducted. Also, technology roadmaps were presented by preparing plans for expandability and advancement of products. For the analysis of technology commercialization, the feasibility of technology commercialization was examined through the analysis of Jolly's Model and Lean Canvas Model. The results of this study will be able to contribute to minimize human damage through the effective response to disasters, which can increase the effect of indoor advertising by using the proposed indoor floor advertising lighting device in advertising and disaster situations.
