지금까지 정부는 안전관리체제의 구축과 정착을 위해 다각적으로 사업을 추진하여 왔다. 이제는 기업에서 회사 실정에 맞게 안전관리체제가 잘 운영되고 있는 지를 자체 진단하고 평가하는 과정이 필요하겠다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 안전관리체제를 모니터링하고 운영성과를 평가할 수 있는 모형 개발과 안전관리체제를 운영할 수 있는 실행지원 모듈 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 주로 사용하게 될 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 방법 하나인 AHP 기법을 검토했다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper are to propose a strategic map for hotel industry through analyzing the relationship between service resource, operational capabilities, and performance. Methods: A phone survey was conducted among Korean hotels, and 102 data sets were collected. Measurement items are assessed using both cognitive and objective scales. Results: As results, 'superior group', which is superior in both physical resources and human resources, is excellent in all capabilities and also in room occupancy rate. On the other hands, 'inferior group', which is inferior in both physical resources and human resources, shows lower achievements is in most areas except speed. In addition, physical superior group is better than human superior group in most capabilities except speed, but human superior group shows better results than physical superior group in both room occupancy rate and customer satisfaction. Conclusions: Through the empirical analysis, the conclusions attained are as follows; First, human resources affect customer satisfaction more directly that physical resources. Second, the balancing between physical resources and human resources has an importance to improve operational capabilities.

Competitive capacities in terms of price are rapidly deteriorating since the 1990's due to the competition and rapid pursuit of surrounding nations, exchange rates, increased wages, and labor and management disputes etc. Therefore, this paper shows the significant contents of preceeding research, surveys the employees of small and medium manufacturers who implemented the Toyota production system to conduct various analyses to determine the effect of the operation achievements so as to propose methods to effectively implement the Toyota manufacturing system and maximize long term operational achievements.

Hydrologic science and technology have played an important role in promoting water conservancy development and national economic construction in China. Along with the development and progress of hydrology, water conservancy and national economy, the science and technology of hydrology have got great achievements, of which some havereached or neared to the international advanced level. In this report, introduction will be made in 5 respects including hydrometry technology, hydrological simulation, hydrometeorological research, hydrological analysis, and operational forecasting.

본 연구에서는 중학교 과학교과서에서 많이 제시되는 과학 개념 모형에 대해 학생들로 하여금 단순히 읽고 지나가는 것이 아니라 주목하고 분석해 보는 시간을 갖게 하는 것이 과학 개념 학습에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하였다. 과학 개념 모형에 좀 더 주목하고 분석해 보게 하는 방법으로 본 연구에서는 미완성 과학 개념 완성 활동과 과학 개념 모형 수정 활동을 고안하였으며, 이들 활동을 전통적 수업활동과 비교하였다. 연구 대상으로는 B광역시 소재 1개 중학교 3학년 학생 112명(3개 학급)을 표집하였다. 이렇게 표집한 3개 학급은 각각 미완성 개념 모형을 완성하는 활동, 주어진 개념 모형을 수정하는 활동, 전통적인 과학 수업 활동을 하도록 하고 그 성취도를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 미완성 과학 개념 모형 완성활동은 전통적 과학 수업 활동에 배해 중학생들의 과학개념 학습에 효과적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한, 개념 모형 완성 활동을 통한 성취도는 학생들의 학교 성적이 높을수록 높고, 학생들의 인지 수준이 구체적 조작 단계에 있는 학생이거나 과도기에 있는 학생들이 높다. 둘째, 과학 개념 모형의 수정 활동은 전통적 과학수업 활동에 비해 중학생들의 과학 개념 학습에 효과적이라고 말하기 어렵다. 또한, 과학 개념 모형의 수정활동을 통한 성취도는 학생들의 학교 성적이 높을수록 높기는 하지만 하위 수준 학생들의 경우에는 수업 후 성취도가 높아지지 않음을 볼 때 개념 모형 수정 활동은 중학생 수준에는 적합하지 않다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 중학교 학생들의 경우에는 미완성 과학 개념 모형의 완성 활동을 통한 수업이 과학 개념 모형 수정 활동을 통한 수업에 비해 개념 학습에 효과적이다.

In 2000, US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) released the status of reliability requirement levels and achievements for the military equipment which evaluated through the operational tests from 1985 to 1990 and from 1996 to 2000. The rates of military equipments that do not meet reliability requirements are 59% from 1985 to 1990 and 80% from 1996 to 2000. Thus, the US Army has figured out causes, taken steps and put them into practice, This paper is about the recent reliability problems and the latest tendency about US military equipment to acquirere liability level.

The city of 'G' has been made a number of achievements with its science program as a part of public library's cultural program during the last 5 years. Recently, the national science centre has been established in the same city, the debate is now needed whether the science program in the public library have reasons to be maintained or to be reduced. The aim of this research is on the operating strategies of the science program in the public library. The research methods include case studies of operational strategies in domestic and foreign science centre, the level of satisfaction of local citizen on the science program, the vision of science program in the advancement of public library in the $21^{st}$ century. In results, the research proposes that the science program in public library should be maintained, but with locally characterised programs. In addition, the study also advised on the provision of scientific information, the strengthened search functions, and the development of user-centred services for those in science fields.

Reduction of $CO_2$ emission is one of major issues in the whole industries, especially transport system. Railroad companies in the advanced countries such as EU, Japan, etc. have made great efforts on the improvement of their systems including energy sources, operational efficiency and PR of achievement resulted. Recently, to emphasize the environment-friendly characteristics of the railroad as public transport, the importance of PR is emerging. The achievements were listed in annual, sustainability and corporate responsibility reports. And the superiority of railroad in $CO_2$ emission can be confirmed in web sites and simple advertizing materials. In this study, we proposed the PR programs of achievement and ongoing works in Korean railroad through the case studies on web-based and off-line programs of railroad companies in EU and Japan.

모바일 통신기술의 발전은 모든 산업분야에서 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 모바일 기술을 경마베팅에 적용함에 있어 기술적인 판단 및 운영성과에 관해 연구하였다. 모바일 기술의 경마베팅 적용을 위한 판단은 경마공원 내,외로 구분하여 경마공원내는 무선데이타 기술을 경마공원외는 무선인터넷(이동통신사) 기술방식으로 선택하였다. 모바일 통신기술의 경마베팅 적용은 베팅사업자, 통신사업자, 정보제공 사업자가 전략적 제휴를 통해 추진하였다. 모바일 경마베팅을 통한 운영성과는 매출액 및 신규 고객창출 측면에서 뚜렷한 상승을 보이고 있어 향후 모바일 비즈니스분야의 새로운 모델로 갬블링 분야가 자리매김 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 학교급식 발전을 위해 친환경 학교급식을 먹는 중학생의 인지도, 관심도 및 운영 만족도에 대한 융합적 연구를 목적으로 실태를 파악하고자 했다. 광주지역 k 중학생 468명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 실증분석은 모두 유의수준 p<.05에서 검증하였다. 학생의 인지도, 관심도 및 운영 만족도가 학교급식 만족도 향상에 기여한다는 결과를 알아보는데 성과는 있었지만 친환경 학교급식 운영 시 다양한 식단구성과 예산 확대 등의 숙제가 있었고 전체 학교를 하지 않았다는 한계점 또한 있었다. 향후 결과에 대한 자료공개를 전체로 확대한다면 학교급식만족도 향상 및 급식발전의 소중한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
