GTX-A 노선의 수도권 통합대중교통 요금 Paradox 영향 추정 (Impact of GTX-A Line to Seoul Metropolitan Integrated Public Transit Fare Paradox)

  • 수도권 도시철도는 승객의 통행경로를 추정하지 못하는 경로미확정 이슈가 존재한다. 이 때문에 도시철도 요금은 승객이 최소이동거리를 통행한다는 가정으로 계산된다. 따라서 도시철도의 환승역이 추가되면 최소이동거리가 줄고 요금수입이 줄어드는 구간이 나타난다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상을 요금 Paradox(Shin, 2022)로 규정하고 GTX-A 개통에 의한 요금 Paradox 영향을 추정하였다. 이를 위해 GTX-A의 개통 전후의 시나리오를 구축하여 수도권 통합거리비례요금제에 의한 추가요금의 감소분을 추정하였다. 요금 Paradox는 일일 수입금의 약 0.024%에 해당되는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 GTX-A, B, C, D 및 경전철 노선 신설 등의 요금정책 의사결정 툴로서 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Habitability evaluation considering various input parameters for main control benchboard fire in the main control room

  • In this study, operator habitability was numerically evaluated in the event of a fire at the main control bench board (MCB) in a reference main control room (MCR). It was investigated if evacuation variables including hot gas layer temperature (HGLT), heat flux (HF), and optical density (OD) at 1.8 m from the MCR floor exceed the reference evacuation criteria provided in NUREG/CR-6850. For a fire model validation, the simulation results of the reference MCR were compared with existing experimental results on the same reference MCR. In the simulation, various input parameters were applied to the MCB panel fire scenario: MCR height, peak heat release rate (HRR) of a panel, number of panels where fire propagation occurs, fire propagation time, door open/close conditions, and mechanical ventilation operation. A specialized-average HRR (SAHRR) concept was newly devised to comprehensively investigate how the various input parameters affect the operator's habitability. Peak values of the evacuation variables normalized by evacuation criteria of NUREG/CR-6850 were well-correlated as the power function of the SAHRR for the various input parameters. In addition, the evacuation time map was newly utilized to investigate how the evacuation time for different SAHRR was affected by changing the various input parameters. In the previous studies, it was found that the OD is the most dominant variable to determine the MCR evacuation time. In this study, however, the evacuation time map showed that the HF is the most dominant factor at the condition of without-mechanical ventilation for the MCR with a partially-open false ceiling, but the OD is the most dominant factor for all the other conditions. Therefore, the method using the SAHRR and the evacuation time map was very useful to effectively and comprehensively evaluate the operator habitability for the various input parameters in the event of MCB fires for the reference MCR.

Decision Scaling 기반 댐 운영 기후변화 가뭄 취약성 평가 (Development of a decision scaling framework for drought vulnerability assessment of dam operation under climate change)

  • 최근 지속적인 가뭄으로 물 공급에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이러한 극한 사상의 발생은 기후변화에 따라 더욱 빈번해질 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구는 기후변화에 따른 댐 운영 가뭄 취약성을 평가하고자, 보다 넓은 범위에서 미래 기후변화의 변동성을 반영할 수 있는 decision scaling 기법을 제안하였다. 충청남도 보령댐을 시범유역으로 선정하고 양적 신뢰도를 이용하여 평가한 결과, 보령댐의 가뭄 취약도는 도수로 반영 여부에 따라 95.80% 에서 98.13%까지 변동하였고, 기후변화에 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 유전 알고리즘 기반 최적의 헤징룰을 산정하여 가뭄 취약성의 저감 효과를 분석하였고, 다양한 사회·경제적 변화에 대응하기 위해 세 가지 수요 시나리오(고수요, 저수요, 기준수요) 하에서 평가를 진행하였다. 양적 신뢰도와 극한가뭄 발생 빈도를 평가 기준으로 분석한 결과, 두 헤징룰은 K-water의 용수공급 조정기준 대비 저수요 시나리오에서 공급 안정도를 개선시킴으로써 극한가뭄에 적절히 대처할 수 있는 방법으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

RCP 기후변화 시나리오를 이용한 전국 농어촌용수 필요수량 변화 및 농업용 저수지 공급능력 분석 (Assessment of climate changes impacts on rural water requirements and water supply capability from agricultural reservoirs using RCP 8.5 climate change scenario)

  • 최근 기후변화의 기온 상승 및 강수량 증가의 영향으로 농업용수 수요량이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 농업용수의 약 60%를 공급하는 농업용 저수지의 용수 수요의 변화와 그에 따른 공급능력에 대한 평가가 필수적이다(한국농어촌공사, 2019). 본 연구에서는 기후변화 시나리오를 기반으로 농업용저수지 물수지 모의 프로그램인 DIROM(Daily Irrigation Reservoir Operation Model) 모형을 활용하여 우리나라 미래 필요수량 변화에 따른 농어촌용수 수요 변화를 분석하고, 가뭄대책단계별 관리수위를 활용해 공급능력을 평가하고자 한다. 필요수량 분석을 위해 2018년 농업생산 기반시설 통계연보의 논면적 자료 및 농어촌용수 이용 합리화계획(2015~2024)의 수로손실, 삼투량 자료를 구축하였고, 공급능력 평가를 위해 한국농어촌공사 관할 3,666개 저수지 중 저수지 시설규모, 수혜면적 등을 고려하여 선정한 426개 저수지를 대상으로 농업기반시설관리시스템(RIMS)의 저수지 제원, 내용적 곡선 및 평년저수율 자료를 수집하였다. 기후변화 시나리오는 기상청으로부터 제공받은 HadGEM3-RA RCP(Representative Concentration Pathway) 8.5 시나리오를 이용하였으며 기후변화 시나리오 기간을 S1(2021-2040), S2(2041-2070), S3(2071-2099)로 구분하여 분석하였다. 전국 필요수량을 산정한 결과 평년(1981-2005) 대비 S1, S2, S3에서 각각 12.0%, 9.1% 16.4 % 증가하여 미래로 갈수록 증가하는 경향이 나타났다. 426개 저수지에 대한 물수지 분석을 통해 저수율을 산정하고 평년저수율을 통해 산정한 가뭄대책단계별 관리수위를 기준으로 용수공급능력을 파악한 결과 저수율이 40% 미만 일이 평년대비 S1, S2, S3에서 15.9일, 11.8일, 18.1일로 증가하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 미래 기후변화에 따른 농업용 저수지 용수관리계획 및 의사결정 자료로 활용 될 것이라 판단된다.

  • A staple of feminist literary anthologies which was instrumental in reevaluating the writer Susan Glaspell, Trifles(1916) has received numerous comments from feminist scholars so far. Most of them tend to concentrate on the themes of female solidarity and justice challenging the androcentric system of law and order. Lacking in the plethora of thematic approaches to the play's feminist subject, however, are formal analyses considering the way in which the play's generic form assists in communicating such thematic concerns of feminism. An alternative to the typical scenario at the courtroom whose mistreatment of women must have loomed large to the young Glaspell as she revisited the old trial of a midwestern murderess which she had covered as a journalist for a local newspaper in Iowa, Trifles serves as a corrective to the courtroom dynamics offering a 'dramatic justice' as opposed to a strictly legal procedure. What this article discovers at the heart of this dramatic justice is the celebration of the unsayable, or what Wolfgang Iser termed negativity, of women's experience which has no room for reflection in the legal discourse at the courtroom tyrannized by the sayable and the evident. Examining how the dramatic form of Trifles gives a voice to the unsayable of woman's experience, which can not be properly represented at the courtroom governed by the straightforward and definitive male rhetoric, the article argues that the play is a better form than its fictional adaptation "A Jury of Her Peers"(1917) in that it syntactically suppresses the monopolizing operation of the verbal by giving precedence to the scenic and non-verbal which is constituted of setting, props, gesture and eye contacts. As a theoretical frame of reference with which to examine the modes of the unsayable in the play the article brings the concept of 'negativity,' defined by Iser as textual effects or modes of the unspeakable and unsaid, into the discussion of the taciturnity of the absent heroine and the non-verbal representation of drama.

119구급대원 대상 환자평가 교육과정에서 교육내용, 교수법, 평가 방법의 상대적 중요도 비교 (Comparison of the relative importance of educational content, teaching methods, and evaluation methods in the patient assessment curriculum for 119 EMTs)

  • Purpose: This study compared the relative importance of educational content, teaching methods, and evaluation methods in the patient assessment curricula of 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: First, we identified the educational content, training hours, and teaching and evaluation methods of the existing patient assessment curriculum based on the National Competency Standard learning module. Second, we surveyed 30 EMTs affiliated with 119 services using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Subsequently, we compared the differences between the current curriculum and the AHP analysis results. Results: Currently in operation, the "Advanced EMT Course" comprises three learning modules: assessment of patient status, scene size-up and triage, and assessment using monitoring devices. Among these, content related to the assessment of patient status received the most allocated time and was deemed the most important according to the AHP survey results. Conversely, while less time was allocated to scene size and triage compared with assessment using monitoring devices, the former was assessed as more important than the latter in the AHP results. Furthermore, scenario-based team training and procedure-focused individual practice were evaluated as relatively important teaching methods, while practical examination using a checklist was deemed the most appropriate evaluation method for all learning content. Conclusion: To improve the patient assessment curriculum, we propose adjusting teaching hours and introducing new teaching and evaluation methods based on the results of relative importance. The proposed improvement plan will contribute to enhancing the competency of 119 EMTs.

The Effects of Simulation Based Practical Education on Nursing Students' Self-efficacy, Performance Confidence, and Educational Satisfaction

  • Objective: This study is a single-group pre-post experimental study to determine the effects of simulation-based practice education on nursing students' self-efficacy, performance confidence, and educational satisfaction. Design: Single-group pre-post experimental studies Methods: This study was conducted from September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 for nursing undergraduate students in a simulation based practical education program. The subjects were provided with learning materials about an acute myocardial infarction case with chest pain for preliminary learning. After that, they were divided into teams of 6 people and asked to do self-study for 2 hours per team, twice a week, before conducting simulation practice. For the simulation based practical education, the participants were divided into 9 teams of 6 people each, and each team had 10 minutes for orientation, 15 minutes for scenario operation, and 50 minutes for debriefing. Results: After the simulation based practical education, self-efficacy increased statistically significantly from a mean of 3.51 before training to a mean of 3.80 after training (t=-2.12, p=0.038). However, there was no significant difference in performance confidence. There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and performance confidence (r=0.62, p<0.001) and training satisfaction (r=0.67, p<0.001) after the simulation based practical education. Self-confidence was also significantly correlated with educational satisfaction (r=0.76, p<0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study showed that utilizing simulation-based practical education can increase nursing students' self-efficacy, which positively affects their performance confidence and educational satisfaction. Therefore, simulation-based practical education is an effective nursing education method that can improve nursing students' practical skills.

  • 민간 주도의 상업적 목표가 최우선 과제가 된 뉴 스페이스 시대에 이르러 낮은 투자 비용 대비 높은 효율을 가진 큐브위성이 시대적 상황과 결합되면서 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 및 해외의 큐브위성 발사와 운영사례를 통해 밝혀진 문제점들 살펴보고 실무적인 관점에서 위성의 강건성과 신뢰성을 확보하는 방안에 대해서 제시하였다. 특히 위성의 사출 과정에서부터 임무 시나리오 상정상모드나 임무모드 이전 단계까지 발생되는 주요 이벤트를 중심으로 놓치기 쉬운 점검 사항들에 대해 중점적으로 다루었다. 다만, 논문에 제시된 내용은 위성 버스 시스템의 특성에 따라 기술적으로 적용할 수 없거나 상이한 측면이 있을 수 있다. 하지만, 위성의 운용 과정에서 충분히 발생 가능한 개연성 높은 문제점을 중심으로 기술하였기 때문에 위성의 조립·통합·테스트 과정에서 해당 내용이 작은 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this study, we predicted PTO power requirements based on torque predicted by the discrete element method and the multi-body dynamics coupling method. Six different scenarios were simulated to predict PTO power requirements in different soil conditions. The first scenario was a tillage operation on cohesionless soil, and the field was modeled using the Hertz-Mindlin contact model. In the second through sixth scenarios, tillage operations were performed on viscous soils, and the field was represented by the Hertz-Mindlin + JKR model for cohesion. To check the influence of surface energy, a parameter to reproduce cohesion, on the power requirement, a simple regression analysis was performed. The significance and appropriateness of the regression model were checked and found to be acceptable. The study findings are expected to be used in design optimization studies of agricultural machinery by predicting power requirements using the discrete element method and the multi-body dynamics coupling method and analyzing the effect of soil cohesion on the power requirement.

함재기 이·착함 시뮬레이션 시스템 개발 및 활용 (Development and Application of Carrier-Based STOVL Aircraft Take-Off and Landing Simulation System)

  • The Republic of Korea Navy is reviewing the development of a ship capable of operating STOVL (Short Take-Off and Vertical Landing) aircraft. However, the Navy has no experience in operating or building such ships, so engineering means are needed to review the design and confirm the operating concept at the concept and basic design stages. In this paper, the authors introduce the results of developing a STOVL aircraft take-off and landing simulation system that reflects the ship's seaworthiness characteristics and major design dimensions based on engineering-based modeling and simulation technology in response to the Navy's needs. The simulation system was developed in which the engineering characteristics of the ship were estimated based on the basic design, and the motion characteristics of the aircraft were implemented by developing equations of motion for a general STOVL. The system was developed to simulate naval aircraft's take-off and landing process and deck movement situation and to confirm the ship operation scenario. By using this simulation system, the Navy will be able to examine not only the ship's structural characteristics at the basic design stage but also the basic conditions for special operational requirements such as take-off and landing.
