Broiler chickens grow rapidly, and their nutrient requirements change daily. However, broilers are fed three to five diet phases, meaning nutrients are under or oversupplied throughout production. Increasing diet phases improves production efficiency as there is less time in the production cycle that nutrients are in under or over-supply. Nevertheless, the process of administering four or more diets is costly and often impractical. New technologies are now available to blend feed to match the daily nutrient requirements of broilers. Thus, the aim of this review is to evaluate previous studies measuring the impact of increasing feed phases on nutrient utilisation and growth performance, and review recent studies taking this concept to the extreme; precision nutrition - feeding a new diet for each day of the production cycle. This review will also discuss how modern precision feeding technologies have been utilised and the potential that new technologies may bring to the poultry industry. The development of a precision nutrition regime which targets daily requirements by blending dietary components on farm is anticipated to improve the efficiency of production, reduce production cost and therefore improve sustainability of the industry. There is also potential for precision feeding technology along with precision nutrition strategies to deliver a plethora of other management and economic benefits. These include increased fluidity to cope with sudden environmental or market changes, and the ability to alter diets on a farm by farm level in a large, integrated operation. Thus, the future possibilities and practical implications for such technologies to generate a paradigm shift in feed formulation within the poultry industry to meet the rising demand for animal protein is also discussed.

공유 전동킥보드는 기존 'station 기반의 공유 교통서비스에 비해 편리한 dockless 방식으로 제공되어 이용이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 교통사고, 보행환경 저해 등 새로운 도시문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울시를 대상으로 최근 급격하게 성장하고 있는 공유전동킥보드의 이용 특성을 분석하고, 음이항 회귀모형을 통해 서울시 집계구 단위의 공유 전동킥보드 이용수요에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 규명하였다. 이용특성 분석결과 평균 이용거리는 1.5km, 이용시간은 9.4분, 이동속도는 10.3km/h로 나타났다. 공유 전동킥보드의 이용수요에 대한 영향요인을 살펴보면, 인구지표, 교통시설지표, 토지이용지표, 기상지표가 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공유 전동킥보드의 이용수요가 많은 지역에 대한 효율적인 운영 및 이용 활성화를 위한 교통정책 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a Korean Nurse Residency Program (KNRP) in order to facilitate new nurses' transition to clinical practice working at tertiary hospitals in Korea. Methods: The KNRP was developed through a literature review, investigation of NRP cases in United States, two rounds of expert consultation, and appropriateness survey. For appropriateness survey of the program, a questionnaire with 118 items and 14 subcategories including overview and operation of KNRP, education programs, staffing criteria for new nurses' education, preceptor supporting strategies, evaluation standards for new nurse's education, infrastructure, and KNRP benefits was used. Data were collected from 369 nurses including nurse educators, nurse managers, preceptors, and new nurses working at 43 tertiary hospitals in Korea from February 16, 2021 to March 22, 2021. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results: Appropriateness score of KNRP was 3.42±0.31 (out of 4) and those of 14 subcategories ranged from 3.18±0.47 to 3.58±0.46. The final version of the KNRP postulated is a one-year program, which is composed of off-job training and on-site training including preceptorship over 3 months, and competency reinforcement and adaptation supporting programs. Conclusion: The application of the one-year KNRP will facilitate new graduate nurses' transition to clinical practice. In order for effective application of the KNRP, cooperative efforts of the government, professional associations, and hospitals are needed.

코로나 펜데믹 확산으로 여행 산업이 침체를 겪고 있으나, Airbnb의 경우 차별화된 전략으로 시장 변화에 대응하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Airbnb의 특성이 고객 재방문에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 지각된 가치, Airbnb에 대한 신뢰, 주관적 규범을 재방문 의도 형성의 핵심 요인으로 고려하였다. 또한 상대적 매력, 브랜드 동일화, 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 Airbnb에 대한 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 지갑 점유율의 조절 효과도 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 Airbnb를 2번 이상 사용한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 상대적 매력, 브랜드 동일화, 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 Airbnb에 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지각된 가치는 재방문 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 Airbnb에 대한 신뢰와 주관적 규범은 재방문 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 지갑 점유율의 조절 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 Airbnb는 고객들의 재방문 의도 형성 메커니즘을 이해하여, 마케팅 및 운영 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

마이티는 불완전 정보 게임으로, 국제적으로 대중적인 4인용 카드 게임 브리지와 유사하지만 게임 규칙 및 운영 측면에서 더욱 복잡한 특성을 가지고 있다. 마이티 게임의 전략을 탐구하고 분석하기 위한 환경이 필요하지만, 브리지 등 타 카드 게임의 전략 분석을 위한 시뮬레이터가 다수 개발된 것에 비해 마이티 게임의 분석 도구는 존재하지 않는다. 심지어 마이티 게임에 대한 학문 차원에서의 정의 및 이해가 부족한 상황이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문은 마이티 게임의 절차 및 규칙을 체계적으로 정의하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 마이티 게임을 학습하고 전략을 분석할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 시뮬레이터는 서비스의 활용성과 접근성을 고려하여 자바스크립트로 개발되었으며, 다양한 분석 기능을 PC/모바일 웹 환경에서 제공한다. 마지막으로, 관련 분야에서 연구 주제로 다루고 있는 다른 트릭테이킹 게임과의 비교 분석을 통해, 마이티 게임이 불완전 정보 게임으로서 연구 가치가 있으며 AI학습이 용이한 게임 특성이 존재함을 보였다.

본 연구는 간호학전공 이론교과목을 온라인으로 수강한 간호대학생들의 학습 만족도와 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호대학생 175명을 대상으로 온라인 학습만족도, 학습자 변인, 교수자 변인, 대인 상호작용 변인과 학습지원 변인에 대해 질문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 온라인 학습 만족도의 평균은 3.99점(1점부터 5점까지 분포)이며, 온라인 학습 만족도에 대한 영향요인은 온라인 학습의 지속적 이용 의도, 학업성적, 교수자 변인, 학습지원 변인 중 학습평가 및 관리였으며, 이들 변수가 온라인 학습 만족도를 설명하는 설명력은 50.2%였다. 온라인 학습 운영의 주된 문제점으로 교수자 관련 내용이, 그리고 기술상의 문제로 안정적인 서버 구축과 음향 개선이 요구되었다. 간호대학생의 온라인 학습 만족도를 향상하기 위해 온라인 학습의 지속적 이용 의도와 학업 성취도를 높일 방안 마련과 교수자의 노력, 대학의 학습지원을 위한 세부적인 계획 및 적용이 필요하다.

건축물의 에너지소비를 줄이기 위해 건물의 기밀도가 지속적으로 향상되고 있으며, 이로 인해 건물 내부의 평균적인 상대습도가 높아지고 있다. 평균 상대습도가 높아짐에 따라 단열 취약부 및 습기발생 행위 시 결로가 발생하며, 습기제어를 위하여 기계 환기장치의 중요성이 향상되고 있다. 그러나, 기계환기장치는 추가적인 에너지 소비 및 소음 발생으로 재실자의 불쾌감을 유발하기 때문에, 서로 상충되는 기준에 대한 적절한 환기전략 선정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택 내 기계환기장치의 환기성능, 에너지 소비량, 소음도를 측정하여, 서로 상충하는 운영기준 중 우선순위에 있는 환기전략을 찾기위해 다기준 의사결정기법인 TOPSIS를 이용하였다. 또한, 재실자의 환기장치 운영기준 선호도에 따라 달라지는 적절 환기전략을 도출하였으며, 향후 AI 기술을 활용한 재실자 맞춤 환기전략 제시가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

북극권은 막대한 양의 화석연료와 광물자원이 매장되어 있어 개발과 건설 사업이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 전 지구적으로 기후변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 노력하고 있으나, 여전히 천연자원의 의존도는 매우 높다. 본 논문에서는 북극권 국가 중 비전통(오일샌드) 에너지·자원개발이 활발히 진행 중인 캐나다(앨버타주)를 대상으로 조사연구를 수행하였다. 광범위한 지역에 대한 조사비용과 시간을 절감하기 위하여 위성영상을 활용하여 토지피복도를 작성하였다. 토지피복도의 픽셀을 계산하는 방식으로 캐나다(앨버타주) 오일샌드 개발 활동이 활발히 진행되고 있는 지역의 계절별 건설환경(지표 온도 변화, 적설분포 면적 등) 자료를 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 수행한 조사·분석 방법론은 북극권 자원 개발 사업의 성공적 추진과 운영을 위한 전략수립, 기본 설계 등에 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 미국 무인체계 정책의 발전과정에 대한 분석을 통하여 시행착오를 최소화하여 효율적으로 한국의 무인체계를 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 미국은 2001년 9·11테러 이후 군사혁신 차원에서 무인체계 개발에 집중하여 선도국가가 되었다. 미국은 무인체계를 발전시키면서 개발 및 획득 과정에서 수많은 시행착오를 겪었다. 이에 따라 2012년에 무인체계 개발지침을 마련하고 국방 무인화위원회를 발족시켜 무인체계 획득방안을 구체화했다. 또 다양한 무인화 사업이 진행되면서 사업의 중복성 등 예산 낭비 요소를 제거하고자 핵심기술 개발 공유 및 무인체계 기능 단순화를 추진하였다. 한국도 미래형 게임체인저인 무인체계를 개발하는 초기단계부터 정책적으로 산·학·연·군 간의 협업체계를 구축하고, 진화적 개발 전략을 적용해야 한다. 또 운용분야에서는 유·무인체계 복합작전 개념을 정립하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 지능형 S/W와 개방형 구조, 사이버 보안기술을 발전시켜야 한다.

Background and objective: There are many theories related to the development of agrotourism, and each stakeholder has its own role and function. If it is based on organizational functions, stakeholders need to be coordinated, and the state plays a major administrative role. But in the successful case of Yeongdong County, Chungcheongbuk province, the Republic of Korea, the government played an important role in the development of tourism, which grants us another perspective on the role of the government in promotion and development agrotourism activities. Methods: This article aims to examine the development of agrotourism through a cooperative approach, by clarifying the role of the local authorities in the Yeongdong region in the management and operation of the local agrotourism activities. The qualitative research method is based on a field survey conducted in Yeongdong County in 2019. Results: The study's findings show that in situations where conflicts of interest among stakeholders are prone to occur, the development of local tourism has a limited impact on the cooperative culture, and local governments play an important role. Accordingly, the local governments must actively formulate strategies to maintain and develop traditional agricultural industries and at the same time develop agrotourism activities. The government's ability to coordinate, cooperate, and participate reasonably is a key factor for the success of the sustainable development of the tourism industry. Conclusion: Based on coordination between stakeholders and a reasonable strategic direction, Yeongdong's agrotourism is being effectively deployed. The development of Yeongdong's agrotourism industry has achieved impressive results through an effective strategy, highlighting the important role of localgovernment in the consensus of local communities and collaboration with stakeholders. The role of outstanding local governments has been clearly demonstrated, especially in promoting, establishing, and contacting different organizations to effectively deploy agrotourism in the region.
